飯店整體風格及部分設施比較有年代感，房間也稍微偏舊式一些，如果未來能逐步整修或更新設備，相信住宿品質會更好。

前台的員工全部都自顧自的的聊天，和家人一起選擇該飯店舉辦小朋友慶生，還沒退房就被整理房間的工作人員，直接拿萬能放卡突然開門進入，前台完完全全「確實」「未做好退房確認」，最後前台等我拿著兩張房卡退房，我自己開口詢問，前台服務人員三個其中一個，立刻「承認疏忽」還補充說明，前台的她前一天休假，當天上班不清楚前一天入住的房間，道完歉還繼續聊天嘻嘻哈哈（道歉完全不誠懇、她展現的態度是不清楚前一天入住的房客是理所當然，但實際上是她聊天聊的太忘我，根本未注意房客是否有拿房卡下去退房） 這就是宜蘭老牌溫泉飯店的「優良」的員工素質 想體驗不被尊重的感覺，或是，想體驗房間突然被闖入的刺激感 各位旅伴們，可以勇敢大膽的下單 但一樣的價錢，礁溪路上設備好，餐食好、員工訓練紮實的飯店，整條路上比比皆是，真的不要相信網路上發的各種部落客、網路寫手寫的假文案！！！ 再次提醒大家！慎選飯店！！！！ 重點他們附上的早餐也很隨便！！！

Reviewed Apr 4, 2026The outdoor hot spring spa was super fun for the whole family. We loved it. Our kids are 12 and 9 and they had a ball.
We stayed in early April. We were not aware that the hotel was under renovation for the whole month. The foyer was undergoing welding work and the indoor spa was closed. One part of the outdoor spa was also closed. It didn’t detract too much from our enjoyment but it’s worth being aware of if you plan to stay in April. The rooms are a little tired but the outdoor fun makes up for it.
