Reviewed Aug 10, 2026I liked the location of the property and the staff.
The walls were too thin. Whilst using the onsen, we could hear VERY CLEARLY the conversation the women next door were having. That is incredulously uncomfortable. We could also hear them afterwards… whilst in the bedroom. The toilet also had lots of insects and rocks.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Good location with plenty of parking and it’s close to most of the main attractions of the city.
There wasn’t an iron and an iron board so I wasn’t able to iron my linen shirts. Which is a pain as Taiwan was really hot at that time.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Small, cozy feeling and the price is good. Afternoon tea with good selections
Breakfast can be better, same side dishes were provided on both days but not tasty at all. Fresh fruit had onion taste. There are 3 different properties (hotels) owned by this company and differnt info/pictures are shown in different booking platform which made us very confusing. Also, the english/chinese description are not consistent in differnt booking platforms as well. The high humidity in the room made the stay very uncomfortable. The de-humidfer does not work very well and there is no instruction provided to the guest.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026
