盛岡駅までの朝出発バスが、10:00だけではなく、9:00くらいも１本あれば、観光箇所ももう少し回れたかな？と思います

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026予約時の問題だったのかもしれませんが2部屋で予約をしてキャンセル料かからない期間内に1部屋に変更しましたが、決済時2部屋分の料金を請求されました。 なぜ1部屋なのに2部屋分の金額を支払わないといけないのか説明を求めましたが、よく分からない回答で 明細も1部屋4万円ちょっとの金額が2部屋分の請求書。 システム上の問題？でこの金額ということで、もう埒があかず10万円近くの金額を払って来ましたが、後味が悪い宿泊となりました。

Nádherný výhled na jezero, hotel vybavený většinou služeb, které byste mohli potřebovat, extra milý personál, velmi prostorný pokoj, onseny a výborné jídlo. K tomu doplňková show pro hosty a vůbec velmi mile strávený čas.
Místy je vidět, že už má hotel své roky a vybavení je lehce zastaralé. Není to ale nic, co by omezovalo váš pobyt. Wifi není z nejlepších a pokud je pro vás důležité, vyplatí se spíš spoléhat na vlastní.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Spacious Japanese-style room with a spectacular lake view—staff came to lay out the futon for the evening, no hassle at all. Dinner was a proper set-course kaiseki with local specialties (abalone, Hayachine pork shabu-shabu). Breakfast buffet: hall itself isn't fancy, but the selection and quality were good. Onsen was excellent. Bonus: a local Sansa dance troupe performs here regularly and we caught a show—nice unexpected touch.

Reviewed May 12, 2026ロケーション最高でした。 建物自体は少し年代を感じますが、それにしてもホテルのお客様を大事にしようという気持ちが随所に感じられます。ウェルカムドリンクや浴場に設置してある飲み物、アメニティの置き場所などよく考えて置かれていました。またたまたまだったのか盛岡の「さんさ踊り」をロビーで披露されていて感激しました。朝食もご当地の名物がたくさん。 お部屋も聞いていた予約の内容よりかなり広い和室だったこと。次回もぜひ泊まりたいホテルです。

ウェルカムドリンクを持ち運ぶトレイがあればいいと思った両手に持ってエレベーターに乗るのは少し大変でした。スタッフの接客に差があった、朝食会場にいらっしゃったスタッフさんは元気がよかったがフロントやお部屋に来たスタッフさんは元気がなかった。

Reviewed Jul 1, 2025Lovely hotel, excellent staff, great dinner and breakfast. I love the onsen experience. We stayed multiple nights so we can try all the baths. There is a walking path along the lake. We took the hotel shuttle bus to Morioka to explore and took the local bus back. Very convenient and easy to navigate.

Very tatty on close inspection. Multiple stains on carpeted area of room. Decor in dire need of updating Obvious patches to wallpaper. Peeling wallpaper. Numerous scrapes and dings to walls. Bathroom dating to 1950s.
