Reviewed Sep 8, 2026駅からは少し距離があるが、歩行者用通路によってうまく繋がっており、移動はスムーズだった。駅のいわゆる「裏玄関」側にあたるのだと思うが、閑静でよかった。建物全体、そして部屋の設備も新しくて、快適な一夜を過ごせた。
朝食用スペースがやや手狭（席数少なめ）ではないかと感じた。素泊まり客がマジョリティなのであれば問題はなさそう。

さんさ祭りの日なので取れればいいと思って喫煙の部屋にしたらエレベーターを降りた瞬間から臭くて頭が痛くなりました。部屋の匂いも本当にひどかったです。他のホテルでも喫煙ルームに泊まることはありますが基本的に換気されて消臭もされていると思いますがここは何も対策されていないようでした。 また、さんさ祭りの日ということもあったと思いますが全くコインランドリーが空かず、近くのお店を利用しました。案内があったのはありがたかったのですがホテルよりも倍近く高くなるので頑張ってホテルのランドリー使うことをお勧めします。

The shower toiletries were good, but I was surprised by the lack of hand soap. The unit bath is a little small even for Japan (just for standing and showering in, I didn't try to take a bath).

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026If you've stayed in other Four Points Flex hotels in Japan, you know what your room will be like. It's simple, clean, and comfortable enough. Staff were welcoming and professional.
On the one hand, the location is convenient in terms of distance from the station. However, there's absolutely nothing on this side of the station (i.e. the west side). If you're just planning to spend a night here between train rides, the location is fine, but if you want to do more exploring of Morioka and prefer to be close to shops, restaurants, sights, etc., I'd recommend staying in a hotel on the other side of the station (i.e. the east side). Also, the TV is small and in a position that makes it tough to watch from bed.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026房內有齊一般日用品，距離盛岡站步行約5分鐘。 附近有一家叫round 1的遊戲店，有夾娃娃，亦有漢堡包店。 員工十分友善，而且行動迅速，check in過程十分順行。
房間真的超小，小到只適合一個人住。個人認為適合短期旅遊或出差。 龍頭只能用花灑那邊，另一邊水喉不知為何用不了。 電視的擺法亦很奇怪，坐在床上是看不到電視。 冷氣不知是不是中央，因為超冷，怎樣調較都十分冷。 還有一點是：附近無便利店，回酒店時最好先在盛岡車站採購。 但價格是超值的。

フロント受付スタッフ 特に外国人のスタッフが全く笑顔を作れず、接客用語も棒読みで機械的 とても気分が悪かった。どんなホテルであれ 入り口を入って来た客には 笑顔が1番のおもてなしそこから始まると思う。むっつりして対応されると来てはいけなかった？と言う気持ちに成る。インフォメーションももう少し分かりやすくした方が良いと思う。施設案内、利用時間、アクセス等、地下一階のフロントを一階と言う事はおかしい。

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Clean and comfortable. Helpful and responsive 24h staff. Always had someone who knew English. Parking was easy, at the time they are contracted with the Yodabayashi X Bic Camera store nearby, so you can just park there during your stay.
It is somewhat close to the station but there's little of interest to walk around in the immediate area besides that Bic Camera store. It is quite a long walking distance away from the closest convenience store

Reviewed May 24, 2026必要なものはすべて揃っており、清潔、快適でした。お湯の出る給水機が廊下にあり、コーヒーやティーパックの用意が助かりました。カモミールティー、煎茶、紅茶と種類があったのも嬉しかったです。（午後ウェルカムドリンクコーナーにて。） コンビニも近くにありますが、駅も近いので駅で買い物できます。
他の方も書かれていますが、水回りは狭いです。トイレに座るときに腕をむやみに伸ばさない、洗顔時には洗顔ボウルから水か飛び出てもいいようにするなど、少し工夫が必要でした。 駅近ですが、裏側で高架下に入ると暗く怖かったです。岩手大学に熊が出た頃だったので、私は駅の3階から外に出て、大きな道路沿いを歩いてホテルビルを回り込み、外付けエレベーター3階から1階フロントに向かって入っていました。深夜でなければエレベーターの入口はそのまま入れます。 この2点さえ注意すれば、立地、コスパはとてもいいと思います。リピートします😊

お風呂、トイレが狭く、トイレの座面も狭いので旅行の疲れが取れなかった。 ベッドのシーツに髪の毛があったのでモチベーションが下がった。
