Hace un año estuve hospedado allí y decidí repetir por la facilidad de trasladarme hacia muchos lugares emblemáticos.

It was very well organized, clean, and facilities were great! The room was great for size and didn’t have any problems. Enjoyed the laundry service as well. It was in a good area and many things were in walking distance. The subway and the market.

The beds were a bit rough, but overall, it was still a comfortable stay.

スタッフがわからない点をしっかり説明してくれた。エアコンが故障していたが、すぐに直してくれた。

シャワールームが少し汚かった。清掃の頻度をもう少し増やして欲しい。

It is a very coazy place! Very well located, you can walk to many different spots.

Bathroom on the second floor a but tight on space, difficult to get in and out, showers are of good size though!

Lo mejor es la ubicación y la predisposición del personal para ayudar aunque no les conocimos personalmente. El check in es autonomo, no hay recepcion 24 horas.

Las instalaciones y el tamaño de las toallas (dan toallas de cara para cubrir todo el cuerpo, dado que los baños son compartidos es muy incomodo ya que no llegan ni siquiera la circunferencia entera del pecho ni de la cintura).

the people, not the staff

i did not like the manager at all, at first he was rude even making jokes of one of my tattoos whithout any confident between us. Secondly i felt treated bad due to his manners and attitude, a very weird guy in my opinion, his name is JJ btw i would book again this place just because him

Chambre familiale très spacieuse et bien équipée (machine à laver, séchoir, évier frigo...). Le 5e sans ascenseur est sportif mais on est récompensé car la localisation de l'hôtel est parfaite à pied ou en métro. Les nuits sont très calmes.

Aproveitei cada momento com tranquilidade desde do atendimento inicial até a hora de ir embora, atendimento foi caloroso, limpeza dos quartos e banheiros bem excelentes. Amei o fato de ter os pontos turísticos estarem por perto,cafeterias, lojas de conveniência e tudo que precisamos próximo. Câmeras de segurança, viajei sozinha assim como outras meninas e foi super tranquilo.

The location and the manager are great. It's my second time staying here.

JJ the manager was very friendly and will help you with anything he can, the common room was nice and the free tea,coffee and hot and cold water was a nice touch.

No lift so can be a struggle for some with heavy cases

Here you can meet friends from all over the world. They are very friendly and happy to chat with them. The location of the hotel is very good, the price is cheap, and the facilities are also perfect. The staff here is also very enthusiastic. In short, if you want to come to Seoul, this is the best choice.

The location is good- close to Myengdong metro and the market is just 10 minutes away.

This place is dirty. The floors in the common areas were sticky and dirty. Considering you always have to take your shows off in Korea, I wonder when was the last time somebody cleaned it when it was so dirty. The bathrooms were just two for the entire floor with a small bins always overflowing with the garbage and feminine used products. I booked the private room, which is really small and all the space you have to move around is crawling underneath the bank bed. Almost impossible so unpack, pack, move in the room, you can basically just sleep there- not worth the money. And the manager is as creepy- I first thought he was trying to be helpful, but he was always following me. Whatever I did he was behind my back intervening. I really needed to reply to some emails and they say they have a dedicated area with computers- which is true but they use it as a storage- yes!! So it’s packed with suitcases and he basically asked me to leave when I needed to do some work. When I moved to the other side of the table- the manager told me to move again because the pen and paper needs to be where I sit! Ridiculous and he was doing this the whole morning so I left to the coffee shop and only came back before my flight- very disappointing and creepy experience and wouldn’t stay here again.

Location nr one and cool atmosphere. You can meet many intresting people, get some tips from the manager etc.

The first set of stairs are difficult, even worse with luggages. The toilets are too small; the shower area is ok. The mattress is too thin. The rooms are too small.

The accommodation has a very good location, which made it convenient for exploring Seoul. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the air conditioning was especially appreciated during the hot weather. I also liked that the room included many useful amenities such as earplugs, a hairdryer, and even a hair straightener. The common area downstairs was another nice touch, offering free coffee and tea, as well as a coffee machine, which made the stay feel more welcoming and convenient.

Unfortunately, there were several issues that made the overall experience disappointing. The rooms are not soundproof at all, and we could hear even small noises from the room next door, including a phone buzzing. The biggest letdown was unexpected air-conditioning maintenance in the rooms, which we were not informed about beforehand through Booking.com messages or any other clear communication. This led to an uncomfortable situation, as I was resting in the room while my partner was away briefly, and when someone knocked I opened the door assuming it was my partner. Instead, it was the manager, who had come regarding the AC inspection. I felt this was handled poorly, especially as there was no prior notice and no apology afterwards. A simple message in advance about the AC inspection would have prevented this situation completely. Another major issue was the cleanliness and condition of the shared toilets and showers. They were very small, uncomfortable to use, and did not feel clean enough, whether due to other guests or because the facilities are older. I chose Blueboat Myeongdong because I have stayed at Blueboat Hostel in Gyeongju three times and absolutely loved it there, especially the cleanliness and kindness of the staff. Unfortunately, my experience in Seoul did not meet the same standard and left me quite disappointed.

It’s location, the showers and the bed was comfortable.

The room was way too small, it was even hard to change clothes there because there was no space to have your things if you are in the upper bed. The bed was good, but I stayed in the upper bed of a bunk bed and the AC was right in front of me so I was freezing. I asked to the girls if we could turn it off and the bedroom got really hot so we had to turn it on again but that made me sick. I woke up with a sore throat. The bathroom was really nice and clean, the shower was my favorite part, however to get to the wc the space was really small, you can’t open the door fully.

I had a fantastic stay, especially thanks to the manager JJ! The shared space is well-equipped, clean, and welcoming! There are plenty of free services: a coffee machine, individual lockers with keys, and a washing machine! Plus, the location is really good! I'll come here again if I had the chance

Super friendly and Well equipped stay. Free washing machine and dryer. Tea and Coffee machine complementary! Quiet, Comfortable rooms. My room had 4 beds and even a fridge inside! Alongside ac and blinds for restful sleeping. The Hostel is located in the middle of Seoul with many great Cafés and a whole Shopping street Just around the Corner. Definitely reccomend it

The Sound of the showers goes through the walls pretty easily, best be mindful of Others.

Our family room had its own fridge, microwave, washing machine and drying rack! 3 large double beds were provided. Fully functional kitchenette. Power adaptors were even provided. Lots of highly rated eateries surround the place. Couple of convenience stores like CU were near. It was near the train stations and bus stops. The manager JJ spoke fluent English, was friendly and even helped us carry our heavy bags all the way up to the 5th floor.

It was a long muscle building hike all the way up to the 5th floor.

In den zimmern gibt es Spinde die man abschließen kann. Den Betten fehlt es an Vorhängen, aber das ist das einzige und ein eher kleineres Übel. Es gab einen Gemeinschaftsraum, Küche, Fernseher etc. Lage ist recht nah an Myeon-Dong. Der Manager hat sich viel Mühe gegeben, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Nicht gefallen hat mir nichts.

The room is so small I had to squeeze myself sometimes. It’s alright overall but for the price I’d expect more. Showers are a little moldy on the lower walls.

The location and price for the first time in Seoul was great. JJ is really a great host. Every time we saw him we just had to have smile on our faces.

The double room was a bit too small for two people and two big suitcases. Also the bathrooms were not too clean actually and because there are no locks we had many moments someone came in on us in bathroom :((

Since there is no stove, it would be nice if there were a toaster or other kitchen facilities

La ubicación era excelente, en el centro de la ciudad y cerca de estaciones de metro y paradero de bus para el aeropuerto. Durante la noche es posible el auto-check-in, rápido y sencillo, lo que nos salvó la noche al llegar tardísimo por el retraso de nuestro vuelo. La habitación era agradable, y tenía comodidades como mini refrigerador, toallas, secador de pelo, tapones de oído, pañuelos, etc. Además la cocina tenía servicio de bebidas gratuito (té, café, manzanilla, etc.). Tiene reglas estrictas sobre el ruido durante la noche, lo que permite asegurar el descanso. Los baños son muy limpios y las duchas amplias. El personal es super agradable!

Sólo a tener en consideración al momento de escoger la habitación que el baño correspondiente a tu género puede estar en otro piso. También para personas con movilidad reducida, la escalera puede ser muy compleja.

Emplacement idéal : permet un accès rapide à Myeong-Dong et aux sites principaux. L’endroit est très propre. Du café, thé, petits gâteaux sont mis à disposition. Il y a des serviettes de bain. Le dortoir fille 4 lits est suffisamment grand. Il y a des casiers, une penderie avec cintres. L’endroit est agréable.

Very nice place to stay, the location is good, and the staff is very helpful.

Very friendly staff especially JJ! Super clean, the common area was a great chill spot, good coffee and great people as well.

Central location

Expensive for a cheap hostel, hostel manager was rude and made racist and misogynistic comments therefore would not recommend, room and bathroom were claustrophobic

Rooms were nice, staff was very sweet and helpful, amenities were alright.

Bathrooms are kind of weird, specially the shower. It’s nothing to die for but the toilet stalls are quite small and showers are awkwardly divided.

I had a lovely stay at this hostel, it was very friendly and welcoming and had a homely feel. The staff were great and super attentive and helpful, especially JJ who provided recommendations and just helped to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

Clean and friendly staffs..

Extremely convenient location close to Myeongdong shopping, attractions and food.

Stains on the walls of the room/bed, showers were dirty throughout during whole stay and had to walk through other showers in use to get to a free one. Private room was on same floor as common area, so very loud at night - people constantly showering/doing laundry/using hair dryer/watching TV/on phone after midnight, hard to sleep. Couldn’t open window to air out room without mosquitos coming in.
