Les services proposés par l'hotel étaient à la hauteur de nos attentes. Le petit-déjeuner est complet avec un large choix. Mention spéciale pour la piscine adaptée aux enfants (petit bassin à l'ombre) et le hall d'entrée. L'emplacement est parfait !

Certains membres du personnel n'étaient pas commodes ou peu avenants.

ข้อดีที่ชอบคือ ทำเลดี เดินทางสะดวก ไม่ว่าจะขับรถหรือออกไปหาอาหารก็ง่าย ภายในโรงแรมสะอาด บรรยากาศดี พนักงานทุกคนอัธยาศัยดี ยิ้มแย้ม และให้บริการเป็นกันเอง อีกอย่างที่อยากชมคือ บุฟเฟต์อาหารเช้า มีให้เลือกหลากหลาย รสชาติอร่อย เติมอาหารค่อนข้างไว ถือว่าเป็นหนึ่งในไฮไลต์ของการเข้าพักครั้งนี้เลย สำหรับครอบครัวที่มีผู้สูงอายุหรือผู้ใช้วีลแชร์ โรงแรมถือว่าทำได้ดีในส่วนของพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง ไม่ว่าจะเป็นทางไปสระว่ายน้ำ ห้องฟิตเนส ห้องอาหาร หรือจากลานจอดรถ สามารถเข็นวีลแชร์ได้สะดวก มีทางลาดและการเดินทางภายในโรงแรมค่อนข้างง่าย

อย่างไรก็ตาม มีข้อสังเกตเล็กน้อยเกี่ยวกับ ห้องพัก หากเดินทางมากับผู้สูงอายุหรือผู้พิการ ประตูห้องน้ำค่อนข้างแคบ ทำให้รถเข็นหรือแม้แต่การใช้ไม้เท้าผ่านเข้าออกไม่ค่อยสะดวก อีกทั้งเตียงค่อนข้างสูง คุณแม่ของเราจึงขึ้นลงลำบากและเลือกนอนโซฟาแทน ห้องพักโดยรวมสะดวกสบายสำหรับคนทั่วไป แต่ถ้ามีผู้สูงอายุหรือผู้พิการ อาจต้องพิจารณาเลือกห้องที่ออกแบบเพื่อการเข้าถึง (Accessible Room) หากมีให้บริการ อีกเรื่องที่อยากเสนอแนะคือ น้ำดื่มในห้องพัก พัก 4 คน โรงแรมจัดน้ำดื่มมาให้ 4 ขวด ซึ่งรู้สึกว่าน้อยไปเล็กน้อย หากขอเพิ่มจะมีค่าบริการขวดละ 10 บาท แม้ราคาไม่แพง แต่หากเพิ่มจำนวนขวดให้เหมาะกับจำนวนผู้เข้าพักตั้งแต่แรก น่าจะสร้างความประทับใจได้มากขึ้น

The choice in the morning was very wide and varied though it was very much Asian / Japanese and simple eggs for breakfast had to be requested. Soft boiled was almost raw while hard boiled was also cold. No opportunity of poached eggs, fried eggs looked poor so requested scrambled.

Being told after 1 night that I would have to move room, this could have been communicated to me on arrival and I would not have unpacked my bags. The inconvenience coupled with the fact that this was planned made my decision to move hotel easy. I had selected this hotel as I have been before and despite being the most expensive option I still chose Oakwood.

Good location, lots of restaurants, stores and vendors just in front of hotel. Room is spacious.

Breakfast got very crowded and we had to wait more than an hour. Note that this was during Songkran - which might not be typical.

設備は新しくキレイです。スタッフの対応も素晴らしい。

日本人客がメインだと思うのですが、その割には朝食ビュッフェの内容はいまいちに感じました。ウエスタン寄りでも日本食寄りでもなく、どちらもあるのですが、特に日本食はおかずは少なめで味はもう少し頑張って欲しいレベルでした。たまたまかもしれないが日本米がすこしベチャベチャで柔らかすぎました。

the master bathroom has a large window and opposite is another appartement building... but there are curtains so privacy is secured.

No elevator security. Anyone can go to any floor without keycard required. Hot water is not hot and drain is blocked

ผ้าปูที่นอนกับผ้าห่มดูยับและไม่ค่อยสะอาดตอนไปถึงวันแรก เหมือนใช้งานแล้วแต่ไม่ได้ซัก แล้วพับให้ใหม่เฉยๆ

החדר היה ענק,,מקלחת ענקית ויש גם מכונת כביסה,השירות היה מצויין והמלון קרוב למרכז ולקניון

הבריכה מקורה בקומה 5 ,המים קפואים ואין מספיק שמש בבריכה
