I stayed at Hotel Neo Cirebon by Aston for a short visit, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and ideally located near the train station, Grage Mall, and several local dining spots — perfect for both leisure and business travelers. Room & Facilities: I stayed in a Standard Room since connecting rooms are available only for this category (both rooms must be of the same type). The room was neat, well-organized, and warmly lit. There’s a cool bar (not a refrigerator) with a standard temperature of around 8°C — good for drinks and snacks but not suitable for milk or frozen items. Facilities include a safety box, hair dryer, hotel slippers, and complete bathroom amenities. Note: the Cleo bottled water in the room is not complimentary, and the receptionist will remind you upon check-in. However, the hotel provides free hot & cold water dispensers in the hallway for guests — a practical and eco-friendly solution. 💧 Breakfast: Served at Kencana Resto & Café, which offers a comfortable indoor and semi-outdoor area. The buffet selection is moderate but satisfying — featuring fried rice, noodles, soto soup, omelets, chicken dishes, pastries, fresh fruits, coffee, and tea. The food tastes good, and the service is friendly and quick. 🍳 Parking & Service: Parking space is limited, but the complimentary valet service makes up for it — efficient, polite, and convenient. 🚗 Wi-Fi is stable and strong throughout the hotel, and check-in/check-out processes are smooth and fast. i booked for a non-smoking room but there was a hole on the bedsheet when we checked-in. please don't mix the laundry of smoking and non-smoking room's bedsheets. the phone did not function properly. floor tiles popped out.

Good place and clean, the staff are very kind and so warm, and aircon runs normally, so overall good stay for short and long stay

Dekat dengan pusat wisata kuliner (streetfood - Jl. Moh Toha) & pusat kota jadi mudah kalau mau kemana2 tinggal jalan kaki... tapi agak jauh dari pusat oleh2, kami dapat sea view cukup menenangkan untuk kami yg biasa lihat keramaian. Makan paginya enak dan untuk tambahan per orang nya juga tdk mahal.

Lampu kamarnya kurang terang (tidak ada lampu utama), air hangatnya kurang panas (cuma hangat sedikit) jadi untuk keluarga yg bawa bayi / anak kecil yg biasa mandi pake air hangat yang kurang terfasilitasi.

The one favorite hotel when I go to Cirebon, the hotel very closed to alun alun Cirebon and also my faborite nasi jamblang in Pelabuhan. The room is clean, the reception very helpfull and friendly. They give me complete information and recommendation regarding the place to go in Cirebon. Also thank you for the Manager Mrs. Weni for warm welcom and friendly gesture. Always become a choise when I stay in Cirebon. The breakfast is awesome. Good for family stay. They also have necessary amenities.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly specially for Mbak Mita dan Mbak Weni were also very helpful during the check-in process for all participants, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast was tasty, and all the facilities were well-maintained. Highly recommended!

It's close to Jalan Mohamed Toha and its incredible warungs! We had such a lovely time! The staff is helpful and English is spoken, breakfast is very good, everything was just great.

Maybe the sound proofing could be a bit better, since the hotel is so close to a few mosques and the night time call to prayer can wake one up. Other than that it's all amazing!

The hotel was ok, considering the price. Had two nights in a suite, and it was relatively large. A few ants in the bathroom, and the hotel was generally worn and in need of maintenance.

They have excellent staff, from the first person we met till the last person we said goodbye are helpful and service-oriented. We realized that we stayed in long national holiday, but we're amazed, Neo 100% ready to have more visitors

Well, I expect Neo Cirebon to quickly expand their hotel there, the demand are high and not many could provide good service as good as Neo Cirebon

I had a pleasant stay at Neo Cirebon, the room was clean and comfortable, the check-in process was quick and simple. The breakfast offered was a great with a variety of options, and everything tasted delicious. Location of the hotel also good, just a few minutes' walk from the city station, which made it very convenient for exploring the city. Plus, there are plenty of great food spots nearby, so I had no trouble finding tasty local dishes. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money with excellent service, a good breakfast, and a prime location. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Nice place to visit, comfy room and breakfast has lots of variation and delicious.I went there alone and met a friend who lived in Cirebon. I willl definitely come back to Neo Hotel as the staff also friendly to the guest. The only small is the wifi which doesnt connect to my mobile.

Only the location

First, I got room, but the hot water didn't work. I had to wait for around 90 minutes to be moved to the second room. But, the air conditioner of the second room didn't work well. It was not cold at all. I was very disappointed.

The Neo Cirebon hotel is nice and comfortable, this hotel is close to Cirebon station. Service from check in to check out is good and friendly. then the facilities are gooooooooooooooooooodddddddddddddd. Thank you for the good experienceee

Stay there for 2 nights,to attend my friend daughter wedding, the room very comfortable n clean too the staff very helpful,location is good,around 10 mnt from train stations.

The sound proof of the room is poor, heard the sound of outdoor AC machine all night.

Room is a bit less spacious due to wooden partition which intended to bring tv closer to bed. The double door lift sometimes open to wrong side, exposing dirty back alley, no AC on corridor, Breakfast menu could be improved to include more western menus.
