The Luxton Cirebon Hotel and Convention

Breakfast was ok. The room was fine but not warm and inviting. But then you cannot expect too much in Cirebon.

The pool was distinctly uninviting.

The staff were wonderful! Especially Ari at the desk who helped when we had a train problem. The driving staff could not have been more helpful as well All were very friendly and obliging

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. I only stayed for one night, so I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but I’d love to enjoy it with my son next time.

One small issue was that there was no power outlet next to the bed and no USB. So charging my phone was a bit inconvenient. It would be great if an outlet could be added near the bed.

Kennis van het Engels is minimaal. Kamer zeer gehorig; straat geluiden en buren. Zwembad gevuld met kinderen en aangeklede dames. Hotel niet zo geschikt voor Westers publiek.

Overall, it was a decent hotel. Since Cirebon is quite far from the capital, it’s hard to expect the same standard as Jakarta, but considering the price, it was satisfactory. One of the best things was its proximity to a large shopping mall. The mall called “Garage” is only a 5-minute walk away, so it was nice to walk there for a bit of exercise, and it was convenient because I could easily buy anything I needed.

Check-in was delayed, and I had to wait outside for an hour. This part was a bit disappointing. Just as guests are expected to follow the check-out time, I believe the hotel should strictly honor the check-in time as well. They mentioned that they upgraded my room because of the wait, but for me, my time is more important than the size of the room.

Great hotel very central

De bedden waren heel erg fijn en de kamer was schoon voor Aziatische begrippen. Gratis shuttle service naar het station. Meeste personeel was erg vriendelijk en probeerde hun best te doen ondanks het feit dat communicatie in het Engels moeilijk verloopt.

-er is een Grillrestaurant bij het zwembad. Die besteld het eten uit de keuken beneden en er wordt dus niks gegrild. De kaart is hetzelfde als van het andere restaurant. De jongen die er in de bediening werkte was lui en ongeïnteresseerd en er werden dus fouten gemaakt met de bestelling. Het eten was matig, duurde een eeuwigheid en de ambiance sfeerloos. Scheve tafels, ongezellige verlichting en geen tafelkleed, kaarsje, plantje oid op de tafels. - kraan van douche en wastafel werkte niet goed - airconditioning kon alleen op stand diepvries of uit - mieren in de kamer( 5de verdieping) - ontbijt ( westers) was matig van kwaliteit - er is een bar maar die serveert behalve bier geen andere alcoholische drank

Di kamar hanya ada 2 stop kontak untuk colokan, di kamar mandi tidak ada sama sekali. Tidak bisa catok rambut di kamar mandi karena tidak ada colokan listriknya. Di meja kanarpun samping tempat tidur tidak ada. Tidak bisa cas HP.

Very good breakfast. Just the double espresso with extra charge of 90k is a minor issue.

Hotelnya nyaman, kamar bersih dan tersedia penjemputan dan pengantaran ke stasiun kereta Cirebon. Bisa hubungi pihak hotel untuk mengatur layanan ini. Menu sarapan juga lengkap dan sesuai selera. Jangan lupa bawa pulang ketan gurih Ny. Lani dan berbelanja batik di Trusmi. Sangat recommended ya!

Friendly staff, good breakfast, and close to shooping area. The personnel are kind and friendly.

Very thin wall, we could hear the voices and noice from the next room, which is not for children under 18!. Room hall smeel from cigarette. Very pity.

TV options. For this class of hotel,I would like to see a smart TV where I could at least cast Netflix etc..

Spacious room and strategic locations

Water smell badly, swiming pool very dirty. My kids want to have swim, we have standby by 7am and the pool (and all activities, gym, kids room, sauna) not yet open, but the sign is stated 6am should be open, we need to wait many minutes until one staff come up and even that the pool is not cleaned very dirty

In the middle of Cirebon, its near to every where, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast have several option, taste should be improve.

When they have high ocupation, parking space will be a big problem. Basement parking area not easy for big cars. We arrive at 4Pm, room still not ready, maybe the last guest too lazy to leave after new years night Towel condition should be replace by a new one. We did not get face & hand towel

The location was good

The room feels a bit outdated. The price of the extra bed was not as written in booking site. It was more expensive at the spot.

The staff was super nice for the family, had a great time. Kfc is on the left from the hotel and a couple of minutes to the left is mc D. If you walk to the right and cross the crossing and walk over the bridge there will be a burger king. If you go outside to the right and cross the street there is a mall. The room is big and the location is great in cirebon, we had a splendid time. The staff was super nice. Would stay here again if i go to cirebon.

The airco we had problems with it even if you put in on auto it should cool down to keep the temperature but on the day that can be tricky. If you put it only on cooling it works great but for the child it was then to cold hahaha.

The staffs were very helpful. The securities made sure that we got a good parking, the receptions made sure that we got the room that we wanted (high floor, double bed, mountain view). The location is very good, just bear with a bit of traffic. The breakfast was good also.

The staff was very responsive to my feedback. In particular, they arranged us to change a room after knowing the aircon was not working well.

Breaskfast can be improved. For example, the coffee making machine wss not working for a particular type of coffee (machiato).

There is no better place to stay in Cirebon.

The rooms out of date. Hotel ask for prepayment after the Booking confirmation.

Pillows were too soft.

This is the most favorite hotel in cirebon. The most important things is a strategic location, has spacious and very comfortable room, and also a delicious breakfast. The crew and services are also very nice. Has a large indoor and directly parking lot so our vehicles stay clean.

Location, room, swimming pool area and breakfast It's a good idea to start no plastic bottle water in the room, maybe add a water refill center as well

Swimming must be strict, only wearing the appropriate swimming suit, should not allowed anyone wearing clothes or tshirts and pants. Unhygienic and unaesthetic.

I like it because it cleanliness and friendly staff. I was helped by Ms. Fitria at reception and she was very helpful for my request. The hotel has strategic area because it s located near public mall, convenient store also fast food restaurant! The room is cozy enough for sleep. Breakfast also superb! My minus point only the pillow is a little bit thin but overall almost perfect!

Parking space a bit dark.

Good location, walking distance to Grage Mall. All staff are friendly especially all the bellman and security. I would recommend this hotel to all. Thank you so much for being caring to my family. I bought the cake at the counter but the cake is very hard to slice as it just came out from the freezer. But the cake was very tasty. Overall I'm very satisfied with the stay thank you once again. see you soon to all the staff.

Hotel location

The condition of the room feels old, the sofa foam is flat and there are lots of cigarette holes even though it is a non-smoking room

The room and its facility are too old. The space it huge but its empty, the flooring are old and not clean. So I have to request to go to the regular room that have better flooring, that means I am paying for an executive room type but using a regular room. (rate was not downgraded as front desk inform I made the booking to Booking.com so cannot change).

The food is delicious and Breakfast has many options. The rooms are big, clean and comfertable.

Due to the hotel's strategic location, we have stayed at Luxton several times. The staff are welcome and good communication.
