Problème de sécurité, des gens essayent d’entré à 4h du matin en brassant agressivement la porte et en tournant la poignée. La réception n’est jamais venue voir si nous étions en sécurité malgré le fait de les avoir appelé. Et bien sûr, aucun dédommagement.

Les escaliers très pentus et étroits. Les chambres sont au deuxième étage, très compliqué avec les valises et personne pour vous aider... L'accueil froid du réceptionniste. Photo non représentative de la chambre que nous avions Hotel bruyant. La porte de la douche ne fermait pas correctement

I thought the layout of the hotel was very quaint. The whole set up was very European style and homey. When we first got to our room, there was a jug of water waiting for us and a nice clean bed. Overall I was pleased with the experience.

The stairs were kind of steep and my partner almost slipped and fell one morning when we were coming down. I know it is a difficult fix but perhaps adding some rubber grip to the carpeted stairs could help.

Staff was very helping and cordial. Location is also good and cleanliness is fine. As far as facilities are concerned there is a problem

À une minute du Métro Papineau. Nous nous sommes stationnées au métro Longueuil et nous avons pris le Métro. Lit confortable. Accès facile à la chambre. Plusieurs machines à eau dans l'hôtel. Accès à un four micro-onde et grille-pain dans l'entrée. Le personnel est très gentil. Nous sommes arrivées à l'avance et on nous a laisser rentrer dans notre chambre. Quand nous avons quitté la chambre à 11h nous avons laissé notre baguage aux personnels pour pouvoir aller se promener à Montréal et ils ont gentiment accepté. Accès à une télé intelligente.

Propreté correcte (cheveux dans la douche à notre arrivée, couverture tachée mais propre, murs sales par endroits, odeur d'humidité) Mais pour le prix c'était bien correcte.

Nonostante le apparenze esterne, la camera era spaziosa e molto pulita.

L'hotel si trova vicino ad un parchetto non molto ben frequentato la notte. Mancanza di scale, reception in una struttura differente rispetto a quella dove ci sono le camere.

Room was dated, which was to be expected at the price range. Bed was comfortable enough and sheets although stained smelled clean. Was only a 40 minute walk from the hotel to the festival grounds, even faster with rental bikes right across the road. Also both the lady at the front desk on check in and the man there on check out were very pleasant and helpful

Hallways had a smell to them and the laundry closet has a clear leak that soaked half the hallway. Although not a legal requirement, it feels like it should be mentioned in the listing this hotel is above a strip club. Half of the hotel is above it with the other half being a unit back. We were in the building behind it and had no noise problems but could definitely see where other guests with noise complaints were coming from if they were in the front half. Cleanliness wasn't perfect but the bed and bathroom was clean so good enough for a place being used solely to sleep.

If you are looking just for a place to crash after your busy day in downtown and you are not looking for anything fancy this is perfect.

The body soap dispenser was almost empty when we arrived, so it wasn't quite enough for two people to take a shower after a long flight 😕

On est arrivé à 13 heures 30 avec nos bagages et l'homme à la réception nous a dit que notre chambre était prête seulement à 14 heures on s'est très bien que c'est faux mais pour éviter la chicane on est retourné dehors en descendant l'énorme escalier avec nos bagages pour attendre 30 minutes au gros soleil.Aprés Voir passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel mon conjoint a eu d'étrange picotement sur le corps et moi aussi c'est alors qu'on a réalisé à notre retour qu'on avait attrapé pour la première fois de notre vie des morpions dans leur lit .....On trouvait déjà la chambre très malpropre en plus des draps pas lavé on a dû subir un traitement mais bon ce n'était pas n'a première mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel il y a 15 ans j'avais marché sur une seringue qui était sur le sol à côté du lit c'est à moi de me dompter et de ne plus aller à cet hôtel.

Hotel location is good and access to all requirements were good. But there is a lots of homeless near by hotel as well. Reception at checkin time did not gave Me hotel information like WIFI name,password. When i wanted to check out , reception told me , when we clean your room, at that time we release your deposit. But i ask him to check room now , because i am leaving hotel right now , it does not make sense you check my room after few hours , when i am not here!!!

Door Entry,very Small steps, tv was not operational. One Coffee filter was available during my stay(no cream). Coffee was in bulk in plastic bag.

Bar sous l'hôtel donc musique à fond jusqu'à 3h du matin. Mauvaise isolation. Lit vétuste. Moquette trouée et dégageant une odeur de cigarette. Quartier très mal famé.

C'était bruyant avec la rue, le frigo faisait bcp de bruit.

We came from Ottawa and wanted to be near the Gay Village and a métro station, so the hotel was ideally located, although there is a lot of transient people in the park across the street, and garbage strewn on the sidewalk. We got room 7. The bathroom, towels and bed were clean and comfy, and we appreciated the shampoo, conditioner and bath gel. The window with mosquito screen was good to have, as the weather was nice and we didn't need the AC. The for code and fob system worked and gave us a sense of security. The walls seem thick enough to screen out noise.

First impressions matter: the unsmiling and grumpy man at reception could not speak French and didn't even say "sorry, I can't speak French," which we found shocking and frankly unacceptable in a French speaking city and province. **The room felt very small. The two globe light fixtures on each side of the bed and above the night tables are dangerous because they have a long metal rod projecting our from the lamp: every time we came near the tables, we almost lost an eye. PLEASE REMOVE THESE LIGHTS. The framed picture on the wall was damaged, badly repaired, and kept falling out of its frame. In short, this room needs a redo and some better thought or into the use of space.

The staff behaviour and attitude. I booked it for one night 2 adults, me and my brother. As my flight was delayed by a day, my brother stayed there with his wife with the permission of the hotel authority. Next day, two hours before checkout time, I went there to pick up my brother and his wife. Unfortunately, the staff followed me up to the room, knocked the door and told us that we three can't stay. But he knew our checkout time was just two hours away! I never experienced such attitude in my homecountry Australia.

Seul point positif le bain a remou et son savon moussant. Aussi L’agent qui été du maton etait au co traire de celui de la nuit, tres gentil et avenant.

J’ai eu l’impression de déranger quand je suis arrivée dans la nuit apres un long voyage. Le personnel n’etait pas tres accueillant, J’avais l’impression que toutes les questions que je posais etaient des questions betes et qu’on me prenait de haut. La clim dans la chambre : Etait surement active depuis des heures alors que la température ne le demandait pas, c’est une clim d’appoint donc la fenetre est constamment ouverte pour laisser sortir le tube, ce qui fait qu’on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dehors (et la nuit c’est tres bruyant). Les prises ne sont pas accessibles pres du lit (soit deja prise par lampe/clim soit il faut deplacer des meubles) et celles sous le bureau tiennent a peine les gros chargeurs. Le sol en moquette comportait plein de traces noires. Les rideaux comportent aussi des taches noires Il n’y pas de quoi accrocher ses serviettes dans la salle de bain. Le siege des toilettes n’est pas bien fixé. Heureusement que je ne restais qu’une nuit.

The location was in a less-than-desirable neighborhood. However the Metro was one block away.

L’accueil et la mauvaise communication avec le réceptionniste qui nous avait reçu la nuit à notre arrivée. Impossible d’allumer la télévision.

I didn't like anything.

It was clean and simple. There is stairs to the room. Nothing unusual.

The location was really dirty. Need to watch where you go at night if you go to the main street it’s fine. But there was trash all around the outside of the door. Not from this property but from the neighbouring buildings.

Location wise very good.

No daily cleaning of the room. Bath towels are not enough and never changed during my stay.

Stay far away from this place. It’s disgusting, has no parking and we didn’t even stay but owners refused to refund even a portion of the cost.

J'ai viré en rond de 23:00 a 1:00 du matin pendant 2 hrs pour me trouve un parking dans le coin sans succès jai demandé a l'employé de m'aider il m'a juste dit de scanner de code QR et de chercher par moi même pour finalement rien trouver. J'ai réservé une autre chambre dans un autre hôtel ma coûté 2 hotels pour une nuit j'étais en chrisssssss

I will be great for place to make tea

I loved the location. Right in the Village and next to a metro to get all around Montreal. Theres no elevator so be prepared to climb a maximum of 3 stories.

The AC remote would not work at all. We tried all of the buttons. Removing the batteries and putting them back in and it stayed FREEZING in our room. The duvet blanket was also quite short. We were 2 in bed and felt like we needed to be so close together to be completely covered.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, even better than many four-star hotels. The room was basic but clean.

My room was on the second floor and there is no elevator because it looks more like a hostel that a hotel. The pictures they show have nothing to do with reality; the room was quite ugly.

Je n'aime pas qu'on ne restitue pas le montant de dépôt à temps. Je ne l'ai pas encore reçu. C'est dommage. Pourtant, on m'avait dit que je devais l'avoir aujourd'hui à 11h,mais maintenant il est 21h 30.

Solo que el cuarto estaba limpio

La entrada está muy sucia, las escaleras están muy empinadas y con mal olor, no tiene servicio de limpieza al cuarto, el precio es muy alto para el lugar, no lo cancele, porque pague por adelantado y llegué cansado, viaje, este lugar no debería estar con ese precio

Je n ai rien aimé du tout, c est ma plus grande déception de tout les hôtels que j ai séjourner.

1 il n y a pas des canaux de télévision 2 pas de parking 3 le matelas n es pas confortable 4 le micro-ondes n es pas propre 5 pas de climatiseur 6 la propriété de l hotel est à revoir surtout avec l odeur de la cigarette. Ils font une fausse représentation sur le site car j ai vraiment des regret et très en colère. Je ne conseillerais jamais cet hotel à quelqu'un.
