We had a lovely stay at the hotel in Minori. The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were very kind, helpful, and welcoming. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to buses and ferries, making it very easy to get around and explore the Amalfi Coast. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

O colchão da cama poderia ser melhor, parecia meio afundado. O rooftop é lindo, tem área externa, mas você só pode usar no café da manhã ou se fizer refeições no restaurante.

Het ontbijt! Werd niet tijdig aangevuld! Niet veel keus. Wat cake en 2 soorten croissantjes als je geluk had. Airco werd geregeld via de receptie. Iedere keer moest je bellen om te vragen of ze airco aan of af wouden zetten.

O café da manhã não é muito bom, se uma pessoa for vegana não tem leite vegetal, o horário do café é das 07:00 às 10:00 se você chegar às 08:40 (meu caso) você come somente oque sobrou, eles não repõe as refeições que vão terminando. O chuveiro do banheiro estava entupido e a água fica bloqueada na saída do esgoto, alagando a parte do chuveiro! Teve um pequeno desconforto com a recepcionista quando cheguei, porém foi resolvido! Eles cobraram pelo estacionamento, não achei legal essa parte.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026I specifically picked this hotel because of close it was to the ferry and the beach. Best decision ever. Going up hill with heavy luggage is rough, but thankfully the hotel is only about 5-8 minutes from the ferry and we didnt have to take any stairs. Theres an elevator in the hotel! The staff is incredibly friendly, especially Amelia. The room is very spacious and has a beautiful balcony view of Minori, as well as their restaurant. The bed and pillows were comfortable which is very important. I would 100% stay here again.
The only thing I didnt like is that the key to the room is used to "power" the room so we couldn't charge our phones or portable charges unless we were in the room.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026L'albergo si trova nel pieno centro di Minori, a due passi dal lungomare.
La struttura si presenta all'apparenza nuova e ben curata... ma, purtroppo, solo all'apparenza! Le stanze sono caldissime: abbiamo soggiornato a luglio con temperature esterne superiori ai 30 gradi, e all'interno si percepivano tutti. L'aria condizionata centralizzata veniva accesa solo su richiesta ed era necessario telefonare ripetutamente alla reception perché a orari prestabiliti veniva spenta. Lo split autonomo in camera, inoltre, non riusciva a raffreddare a sufficienza l'ambiente, emettendo tra l'altro un forte e fastidioso rumore di sottofondo. Nota dolente anche per il bagno: rubinetteria di design ma sporca e incrostata, e una doccia che perdeva acqua. La colazione offriva decisamente poca scelta. Per concludere, il personale è apparso distaccato e assente: si limitavano a ricambiare il saluto e passavano la maggior parte del tempo nascosti dietro il bancone della reception. Per un quattro stelle dalle tariffe decisamente elevate, c'è assoluto bisogno di un netto miglioramento nella gestione e nella manutenzione prima di poterci convincere a tornare!!

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Minori Palace is close to old town and many restaurants. Short n easy walk to beach and ferries. Provided underground parking at 22 euros per day. Breakfast was great.
A little impersonal compared to other hotels we stayed in Italy. Our window looked towards unsightly apartments n their washing. Perhaps also on high price but it is the Amalfi Coast.

Room was small Air con was centrally controlled , was too cold for us , we actually put the quilt on the bed Breakfast was basic , but edable Staff at breakfast were helpful Bringing coffee etc You have to pay extra for poached or fried eggs ! The bar in the reception looked lovely but didn’t serve drinks in evening No staff around Rooftop bar closed at 10.30 pm So only used once for a night cap One disappointment was that they don’t have a shower room to shower before leaving , we had a night flight, it was very hot during the day and had to make do with a wash in the toilet Wasn’t ideal

Barulho extremo aos finais de semana, derivados dos clientes que descem as escadas do rooftop a gritar embriagados e não respeitam o silêncio para quem é hóspede e está a descansar. Em plena meia noite pode-se ouvir os clientes a conversar em tom alto para quem está hospedado perto das escadas, enquanto descem às escadas gritam e não há quem os chame a atenção. Deveria haver outra saída para estes clientes se quiserem manter o rooftop aberto para clientes que não sejam hóspedes. Pois o elevador é pequeno, só cabem 4 pax e nem sempre é ágil o suficiente para levar e trazer os clientes, fazendo que a maior parte use as escadas.

O proprietário do hotel demonstrou um comportamento extremamente rude e inadequado durante toda a estadia. Além de tratar os hóspedes com falta de cordialidade, ele foi visto gritando com uma das garçonetes — que, segundo informado, é sua esposa na frente dos demais funcionários, criando um ambiente constrangedor para todos. Durante o café da manhã, passou à frente dos hóspedes na fila alegando ser o proprietário do hotel, pegou praticamente toda a bandeja de croissants para sua própria mesa e, ao ser questionado por um hóspede, respondeu de forma grosseira e arrogante que o hotel era dele. Uma postura incompatível com a hospitalidade e o respeito que se espera de um estabelecimento que recebe visitantes.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Ho soggiornato in una camera matrimoniale Classic e, purtroppo, l’esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. Il principale problema riguarda il bagno, che risulta eccessivamente piccolo: gli spazi sono così ridotti da rendere difficoltosi anche i normali movimenti. Inoltre, avrebbe bisogno di maggiore manutenzione, così come parte degli arredi della camera, che appaiono piuttosto datati. Ho trovato inoltre poco pratico il sistema di climatizzazione: per modificare la temperatura è necessario contattare la reception e comunicare i gradi desiderati. L’ospite può soltanto accendere o spegnere l’aria condizionata, senza poter regolare autonomamente la temperatura, una limitazione che considero piuttosto anacronistica per una struttura di questo livello. Un altro aspetto negativo riguarda l’oscuramento della camera. In alcune finestre mancano le persiane e, nonostante la presenza delle tende, già dalle 5 del mattino la stanza era fortemente illuminata, rendendo difficile riposare adeguatamente. Anche il phon si è rivelato poco funzionale, poiché va frequentemente in protezione e si spegne dopo pochi minuti di utilizzo, costringendo ad attendere prima di poterlo riutilizzare. Infine, il servizio valet per la riconsegna dell’auto è risultato piuttosto lento.

Reviewed May 22, 2026This property is easily accessible and has the bonus of a parking garage. Staff are welcoming and friendly. We arrived early but our rooms were waiting for us already. It’s situated in a great location with several restaurants nearby…even across the street. The room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet. Loved the balcony for the view!
Nothing comes to mind. The hotel offers good value for the money.

Reviewed May 21, 2026Very good location, confortable hotel. The receptionist was very kind to help me arrange a last minute transfer when ferries were cancelled and buses were passing full. If you’re visiting the Amalfi Coast you should be prepared for this kind of unforeseen.
There was a swage smell coming from the bathroom drain, it gets stronger during the night. A shame because the hotel is overall very clean. And for the breakfast, it could improve in terms of variety. Maybe adding more prepared fruits.

The room smelled like a gas leak, it was reported 3 times before they changed us to another room, we checked out next day and moved our plan to get out of it.

La chambre d’une manière générale. La literie est mauvaise, il n’y a pas de miroir hormis celui de la salle de bain. Quelques cintres à disposition. Rien pour poser les valises. C est très bruyant, mal isolé, on entend les voisins et les portes qui claquent à longueur de temps. On nous a mis dans une chambre en rdc avec vue sur un mur, c était sombre et cela donnait une ambiance triste. Je n’ai pas aimé cet hôtel, je suis déçu, ne pas ce fier aux photos.
