I absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel. One of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have had. The problems started immediately at check-in. We were given a DIFFERENT room from the one we had booked and paid for. To make matters worse, the room we received was dirty. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel that charges guests for what is supposed to be a decent level of service. On the very first day, we had an unpleasant conflict at the SPA. We reported the situation to the manager, but the response was basically ZERO. Nobody made a serious effort to resolve the issue or even show that they cared about the guest’s experience. The SPA itself is another disappointment. It feels old, outdated, and clearly needs renovation. At the same time, the staff constantly bother guests by trying to sell massages and other paid services. You come to relax, but instead you are repeatedly approached and pressured to spend more money. That is not good service — it is simply annoying. The most disappointing part is the complete lack of concern from the management. Problems can happen at any hotel, but a professional hotel should at least make an effort to fix them. Here, it felt like once they had received your money, they were no longer interested in your experience. Wrong room, dirty accommodation, problems at the SPA, pushy staff, outdated facilities, and management that did nothing to address our complaints. We definitely will not return and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. For this amount of money, there are plenty of other places where guests are treated with much more respect.

Il n'y a pas de point négatif.

Отличный удобный пляж, много лежаков, вход в воду обустроен трапом, чисто. Отличное местоположение отеля, рядом торговая улица, останова транспорта, прогулочная дорожка. Еда однообразная, но голодным не останешься. Вкусная рыба сибас ежедневно. Персонал приветливый, все чисто.

Бронировали двухместный номер комфорт. При бронировании была указана площадь номера комфорт 18 кв. м с дополнительным диванчиком ( виден на фото) с видами на море, горы, сад, город . По факту сначала предложили номер меньше, без диванчика, с видом на соседний отель (окно в окно), где кондиционер дует прямо на кровати . После переселили в другой номер, окно которого выходило на дискотеку соседнего отеля, музыка гремела до 24 часов так , что не слышно было телевизора. Потом переселили в номер с заявленным видом, более тихим , но по площади меньше заявленной (16 кв.м. вместе с санузлом и балконом). Т.о. предлагаемые номера не соответствуют заявленным.

Иса — замечательный бармен и настоящий мастер своего дела: его авторские коктейли невероятно вкусные, красивые и всегда приготовлены с душой. 🍹❤️ А ещё Иса — очень открытый, добрый и душевный человек, который создаёт вокруг себя прекрасную атмосферу и делает отдых ещё приятнее! Остальные сотрудники тоже всегда приветливые, готовые помочь в любой ситуации. Расположение отеля супер, ведущий музыки супер класс, ставил всегда прекрасную музыку, каждый день отель развлекал разными представлениями, живая музыка, игра на скрипке и т.д. Единственное пожелание, придумайте что-то с баром на пляже, это очень неудобно ходить пить на территорию отеля, а также почаще печь вафли, детям очень понравилось.

La nostra esperienza in questo hotel è stata purtroppo molto negativa e sicuramente non all’altezza del prezzo pagato. Partendo dal personale, abbiamo trovato la donna alla reception particolarmente scortese e poco disponibile, così come il responsabile dell’hotel, che si è dimostrato brusco e maleducato quando abbiamo cercato di segnalare i vari problemi riscontrati durante il soggiorno. Invece di cercare di trovare una soluzione, in diverse occasioni ci è stato risposto come se fossimo noi ad avere torto. Per chi fosse interessato, abbiamo anche un video che documenta il modo in cui siamo stati trattati dalla persona di riferimento alla reception. La situazione della camera è stata una delle delusioni maggiori. Abbiamo pagato circa 200 € a notte per una stanza senza finestra e senza il balcone con vista piscina che risultava indicato su Booking. Quando abbiamo fatto presente la cosa, il personale ha continuato a sostenere che non avessimo ragione. Anche la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare: la stanza non è mai stata pulita a fondo e il bagno, in particolare, non è mai stato pulito adeguatamente. Dopo aver segnalato il problema, ci è stato addirittura detto che la situazione fosse colpa nostra, nonostante il personale delle pulizie fosse già intervenuto. A questo si aggiungeva un fortissimo odore di fogna proveniente dal bagno della camera, tanto che siamo stati costretti a tenere la porta del bagno sempre chiusa. Abbiamo segnalato anche questo problema, ma l’unico intervento è stato spruzzare del deodorante per un giorno, senza risolvere la causa. Abbiamo riscontrato cattivi odori e scarsa pulizia anche negli altri bagni della struttura. La corrente elettrica era saltata e ci hanno messo 30 minuti per rimetterla dopo un intera mattinata. Anche per quanto riguarda il cibo siamo rimasti delusi. Abbiamo avuto l’impressione che ciò che non veniva consumato durante un pasto venisse riproposto successivamente, con pietanze molto ripetitive e poca varietà.

Animazione, vera formula all inclusive con copertura 24h di cibi e bevande. Servizio pulizia e sostituzione biancheria in camera frequente durante il giorno

Wi-fi in camera non funzionante, nessuna soluzione o chiarimento. Non tutti parlavano inglese. Cibo pessimo e ripetitivo, davvero pessimo. Spiaggia piccola, non hanno posto per tutti gli ospiti ma è problema di tutte le strutture della zona.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! ❤️ The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The beach was absolutely amazing, and the hotel is also very close to the centre, which makes it really convenient. Every evening there was live music and entertainment, which created such a fun atmosphere. And please, don’t be shy—get up and dance! 💃🕺 It’s all part of the experience and makes the evenings even more enjoyable! And the food… WOWWW! 🤩 The variety and the taste were honestly incredible. It was nothing like a basic all-inclusive buffet. Everything was so delicious, and every day there was something different for both lunch and dinner. There was such a huge variety that you always had something new and tasty to try. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place. A very nice hotel, great atmosphere, amazing food, friendly staff, and a beautiful beach. We would happily come back! ❤️

Finom ételek, tengerpart karnyújtásnyira, szép szálloda. Tengerpart tökéletes. Szoba jó volt, tiszta, nagy ággyal. Tökéletes pihenéshez.

Személyzet elég fásult, de kedvesek. A kérésemet- amit a foglaláskor írtam nekik és válaszoltak is- a születésnapomra sajnos nem teljesítettèk ott élőben.

Прекрасное расположение у моря, в центре городка, всего час от аэропорта. Чисто, комнаты достаточно просторные, персонал вежливый, еда вкусная.

Слишком приставучие зазывалы на шопинг, массаж, хамам, которым позволено приставать к отдыхающим на территории отеля. Их почти невозможно избежать, т.к. они буквально охотятся на отдыхающих, преследуя и в ресторанах, на пляже, в коридорах... Встревают в разговор, никакого уважения к приватности. Очень неприятно!! Не было бы никаких отрицательных комментариев, если бы не..... клопы!!! Покусали страшно в последнюю ночь!!! Ужас.... То есть антисанитария полная, раз клопы!! Люди, мойтесь хорошенько сами и проверяйте весь багаж на наличие клопов, а то рискуете дальше жить с импортными клопами!! Ну вот как порекомендовать отель с клопами???? Нет, конечно... и в следующий раз вряд ли мы сюда приедем...

كأنك تدخل في نطاق عمل وليس سياحة وترفيه ... (( عسكر على المداخل والمخارج يسجلون اسمك داخل والا خارج )) ... يمنع اخذ مشروبك للشاطئ فقط عندهم ..وقت الوجبات قصير وغير مناسب (( وجبة العشاء تنتهي قبل المغرب او مع المغرب )) اختيارك على بوكينق لا يأتي مطابق مع الفندق ..مثلا اختيار الغرف او الاطلالة او الأسرة .. وكأن عامل الجنسية قبل كل شي .. كذلك الطعام غير محمي من الحشرات ... وليس مناسب وغير متنوع ... من خلال زياراتي القديمة وعلى نفس الشاطئ وغيره في الفنادق المجاورة الخدمة أفضل وتفوقه بمراحل كبيرة (( رائحة الغرف في الدور الثاني والثالث .. سيئة ورائحة المجاري تكاد تخنق المستأجر )) بإختصار لا أحد يصدّق ما يشاهده على بوكينق لا أوصي به أبداً ولن يتكرر خطأ التجربة مرة أخرى أبدا

The hotel is in a great location right on the beach but practically in the center of Kemer. A good and large selection of dishes, excellently organized meals, a beautiful park between the beach and the hotel. Cleanliness at a high level. There are hotel sunbeds and canopies on the beach. Excellent entry into the water and the presence of a lifeguard on duty. The staff is very friendly and always at your service.

Very disappointing stay. The cleanliness and service were far below expectations.

We have stayed at this hotel several times before, but this was our first visit with our young child. Everything was excellent – the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and all the facilities met our expectations. The food and service were outstanding. There was a great variety of dishes, and the selection was perfect for both us and our child. The staff were amazing, friendly, and attentive not only to the adults but also to the children. Our daughter received so much kindness and attention, and she even made a new friend. A special thank you to Esra for making our stay even more memorable, and thank you to the entire hotel team for such a wonderful experience. We look forward to coming back again!

Не понравилась коммуникация, которая полностью отсутствует. В букинге предоставлен номер телефона, но решить сложившиеся проблемы там не спешат, а отвечают одно складно отправляю в тех. поддержку букинг. При бронировании мою дополнительно был оплачен номер уровня комфорт. На букинге, на фото, номера разных уровней полностью разные, но по прибытию меня начали убеждать, что это полностью одинаковые номера с маленьким отличием в балконе. Доказывали с пеной у рта, что это именно так пока… не заплатил сверху. Тогда такой номер резко появился и нам его предоставили. До этого пытались поселить в очень изношенный, маленький и грязный номер с поврежденными мебелями. По поводу еды, очень разочарованы. Очень много не свежих продуктов. Это касается и сладостей и фруктов и многого другого. По шведскому столу сразу видно, очень хотели сэкономить. Вкус еды оставляет желать лучшего. На ресепшене явно дают понять, что если у тебя возникли проблемы и у тебя есть вопросы - делай с ними что хочешь, им это все-равно. Впечатления крайне негативные, не рекомендовал бы

местоположение прекрасное, в центре пешком можно гулять. Питание хорошое, питание разнообразное! персонал супер, в ресепшене Йавуз бей и Караани огромное спасибо, всегда помогали, и в ресторане Есра девушка была хорошая , помагала, огромное спасибо! Очень хороший отель в Кемере!

Удачное местоположение. Первая линия от моря и есть где погулять вечером. Отличное питание!! Были 3дня, помимо мяса, курицы и рыбы каждый день, один день были суши, в другой день- красная рыба.. Для 4* питание на высоком уровне.

Местоположение-не обсуждается) супер! Пляж рядом. Номер хороший, но немного неинтересный вид с балкона, на крышу кафе. Еда разнообразная и вкусная. Спа, хамам, прекрасные мастера!

Есть небольшие неприятности в номере- сломано окно, то есть оно не держалось открытым абсолютно, что-то с креплениями. Подушки староватые. Интересно размещен холодильник- дверка шкафчика и дверка холодильника не совпадали, причем шкафчик при открытии упирался в кровать и холодильник открыть не получалось…

My sister and I spent a week here, and we had the most amazing time. The hotel itself is beautiful, we especially loved the outdoor dining area, the gardens and the beach. The staff were incredibly professional - very helpful, friendly and hardworking. You couldn't ask for a better location in Kemer, it's right in the heart of the town, very close walking distance to shops, restaurants and bazaars. But the highlight for us was the food. There was a good selection of delicious food for every meal, which differed day-to-day. And the puddings were outrageously good. I would highly recommend a stay here, and would definitely return again!

- We were upgraded to a room overlooking the beach. (thank you!) But this meant we could hear the nightly entertainment/DJ music, which didn't stop until at least 23:00 every evening. It's great that the hotel provides entertainment and music, but it was actually louder in our rooms than it was in the entertainment area, and we never got to sleep before 23:30 each night. If you're wanting a good night's sleep, book a room that doesn't overlook the beach. - We had a lovely massage in the spa. However, we booked a 1 hour massage, but the physical massage part only lasted about 40 minutes. We were waiting in the sauna for the first 10 minutes, then it ended with a face mask while we lay on the bed. - The gym is in desperate need of some maintenance and upgrades. Almost all the cardio machines are broken, and it's very dirty (especially compared to the rest of the hotel, which is well-cleaned). Also, no gym towels provided. Some new and extra equipment would be great for those that enjoy gyming while on holiday.

Jedina zamjerka je na poziciju AC jer je položaj takav da se praktično ne može koristiti dok se boravi u sobi (a to je ili popodnevni odmor ili spavanje) jer je puhanje direktno na jednu stranu kreveta. Da je jedinica AC postavljena na susjedni zid (iznad vrata kupatila) to ne bi bio problem, čak povoljnije jer bi puhanje bilo po dužoj strani sobe.

My husband and I came here for our Honeymoon Vacation. We made the Best decision in staying at L'Ancora Hotel. Great service, all the staff are very friendly especially, Mr. Yunus. Front Desk Mr. Cuneyt is very professional. The bar service was great and friendly. Zehra and Bayram very professional i can't remember all names. Rooms very clean, private beach, full Bar, Delicious meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Beautiful Garden and Security Front and Back, very secure. Отель полностью соответствует заявленным характеристикам. Видно, что в номерах совсем недавно был сделан качественный косметический ремонт: всё выглядит свежим и чистым. Особенно хочется отметить спальное место - кровать очень удобная, а постельное белье высокого качества, что редкость для этой категории. В ванной комнате - полный набор хороших средств для ухода. Что касается питания: еда нормальная, без изысков, но полностью соответствует своей цене. Резюмируя: это уверенная и твердая «четверка», которую можно смело рекомендовать. Молодежи будет скучно, тк в отеле преимущественно взрослая/пожилая возрастная категория.

Наш отдых был испорчен серьезным минусом. Мы доплатили 30€ за номер с балконом (за две ночи), который выходил на площадь и Burger King. Обе ночи прямо под окнами велись шумные ремонтные работы — звуки выноса строительного мусора и скрежет металла были настолько громкими, что спать было невозможно. Если бы мы планировали остаться дольше, обязательно потребовали бы смену номера. Очень обидно платить за балкон и в итоге просыпаться от грохота стройки.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes available every day, so everyone can find something they enjoy. The service was professional and efficient, and the staff made sure everything was well organized. The pizza was especially delicious, and we were impressed by the fresh grilled fish served daily. It is clear that the hotel pays great attention to quality and freshness in their meals. Overall, a wonderful experience and definitely a hotel we would recommend.

Overall, our hotel experience was quite successful. The food, in particular, was both delicious and very varied; there were options to suit every taste. The service quality was excellent; the staff were attentive and efficient. The drinks were equally good; the glassed-in drinks were high quality, and the cocktails were truly wonderfully prepared. It was a pleasant and satisfying stay, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I personally liked Kemer, and I have been going there for the last five years. You would probably ask yourself why? It’s a charming small place, more like a village surrounded by beautiful mountains and hills. It’s cozy and warm, and the sea is amazing. Hotels are quite nice, but Hotel Lancora is the hotel that I am staying in most of the time. It’s a very simple hotel located in the City Centre. The rooms are tidy and clean. If you need anything at all, the cleaning lady will be at your service. The hotel crew is very friendly, with professional behavior and courtesy to every guest. In the morning, you would have a coffee in a beautiful terrace that got fairy tale garden. Driven by a morning smell of coffee and dazzling sounds of cups and plates, you will be awakened. Breakfast is amazing. Various meals, all types of salad,s and a strong coffee will give you the sense of a true Mediterranean dish. Lunch is also interesting with all types of meals, from vegetables, interesting oriental soups to oriental sweets. Dinner is very ceremonial, with a menu that has all types of kebabs, interesting types of vegetables, to types of fish. After the dinner you would have the opportunity to listen to the sound of talented singers, that sings the songs of famous ballads, to the rock European scene. Before the supper, Luciano Pavarotti would draw your attention with his beautiful, strong opera voice. Every night is accompanied by a different entertaining programme, from kids' songs to the adult dance scene. You would have the opportunity to meet the Turkish culture, their traditional Oriental dancers, from beautiful belly dancers to the Ottoman Empire dancers. If you are not a type for dancing, you could just go in a beautiful park for a walk or go to a marina, where you could see the beautiful sea that sleeps in the night lightened by gazing stars. You have to go and see for yourself why Kemer and this hotel is an excellent choice to spend the holiday.

Сразу же с порога, приятная встреча не рецепции, вас встретит улыбчивый персонал, даже если вы приехали раньше времени заселения, о вас позаботятся в лучшем виде(проверено на себе :) ), за что огромное спасибо. Очень большой, ухоженный отель. Красивая зона сада с видом на море и большой зеленой территорией, которая в вечернее время обретает особую романтику, когда зажигается вечернее освещение. Так же очень удобное расположение бара, с очень приятным персоналом, парни большие молодцы, которые всегда в хорошем настроении. Приветливый персонал, хоть и были несколько "вечно не довольных" работников. Всегда убрано, чисто, всё везде ухожено. Каждый день вечерняя программа(надо учитывать, что практически всегда на русском). Расположение отеля в самом центре города, при этом на береговой линии(первая линия). В пешей доступности лучшие ночные клубы города Кемер. Так же выходя из отеля, вы сразу попадаете на пешеходную улицу с огромным количеством магазинов, визитная карточка Кемера. Хорошая еда, всегда есть что-то с зоны гриля, изобилие свежих фруктов, разнообразие блюд как турецкой так и европейской кухни, каждый вечер разнообразные специальные блюда. Мы смело можем рекомендовать этот отель, если пункты из минусов не критичны для гостя.

Звукоизоляция номеров абсолютная катастрофа, нам достался номер на 4 этаже, второй номер от лифта. Мы слышали абсолютно все, каждый спуск и подъем лифта, каждый чемодан на колесиках, каждого не спящего ночью жильца(это учитывая, что у меня крепчайший сон и после ночных клубов я сплю как "убитый") Теперь о менталитете жильцов, 99% это русскоговорящие люди(выходцы СССР), как следствие... 1. Весь день на пляж попасть невозможно, все лежаки уложены полотенцами прижаты камушками и так каждый день, мы только видели, как вечером владельцы этих полотенец собирают их. Огромная рекомендация к владельцам отеля, ввести правило, "Оставленное таким образом полотенце считается утерянным". 2. Обеденная зона, снова про менталитет. Жильцы сами создавали ажиотаж, там где его вовсе нет, еды всегда было в достатке, за что огромное спасибо и персоналу и управляющим отеля, но люди умудрялись, раньше назначенного времени создавать очереди на зоне гриля или на зоне шведского стола. Видя сколько еды люди набирают, у нас каждый день был шок, более того они всё это не съедали... Эти 2 пункта вовсе не в упрёк к персоналу или владельцам, это больше посыл к жильцам, будущим или тем кто там был. Таким образом вы только повышаете стоимость жилья. Отелю же желаю процветания и терпения.

I stayed with my friend, the hotel is very nice, right on the seafront, the staff is very friendly, there are guests from all nationalities and everyone is happy, I liked it very much, thank you for everything, we will come again.

Плохо мыльис овощи. За 10 дней я поела только вкусно 2 дня. И грязная постоянно посуда,стаканы и кружки🤢алкоголь просто ужасный. Из коктейлей только 2 вида.я считаю за такую цену и уже можно менять и другой отель и будет лучше (я была уже 7 раз поэтому есть чем сравнивать)будте внимательны. Может виноват повар но есть не очень . Очень много что приходилось идити в магазин за продуктами(айран и ёгурт)в отеле просто отвратительный. Если выберите этот отель не забуте таблетки от рвоты и поноса пригодится . А АЛКОГОЛЬ РАКАМЕДУЮ СВОЙ ВЕСТИ.

Staff was very warm and friendly, specially at bar. Receptions were very good and responsible. Cleaning every morning, very careful housekeeping team. Food and drinks were delicious, good enough for whole day and evening. Singers are really professional, i liked it. I think, beach is the best in the Kemer center, clean, safe and beautiful sea with nice mountains view.

Sometimes receptions were so busy but it s normal, too many guests while check in time. They are always trying to help.

The service at the hotel is superb! The chef and the food are amazing, and the music is composed with phenomenal taste. The magic of this hotel is that, even though it is in the centre of the most popular part of the beach line — surrounded by many neighbouring hotels — our room was very quiet. The music also stopped around 23:00, allowing us to have a comfortable night’s sleep. Despite the extremely hot weather, reaching up to 40°C, the hotel systems and staff rose to the challenge — there were no disruptions. The cultural programme was also well curated, with a pleasant concert and beautiful Turkish national dances. Thank you very much! We stayed at this hotel in 2023 and it was such a nice and cozy place. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we felt comfortable from the very first day. We made good friends during our stay and shared many laughs and special moments together. The memories we created there are still fresh in our minds, and we often think back to them with a smile. It was truly a wonderful experience, and we hope to come back one day to relive those happy times.

My review was deleted for some reason so i am writing a new one again. Hotel staff are not professional. They were really rude. I had an argument with them after 3 days. Really couldnt stand them anymore. Pool doesnt have sun beds. It has dinner table around. I didnt even swim once in that pool since it is not comfortable when people are eating there. Because dinnertables are located around pool in the middle of hotel even from 4th floor i could hear the noise of dishes and cutler when breakfast starts you cant have peace in the room. Dinner was good but otherwise food was really poor. In snackbar they served chicken tail everyday. I made a complaint about it and the respond was that this is the best part of the chicken. Drinks were bad. One person working in bar at a time. Coctails costs extra. Water bottles were waiting on the counter in +40C couldnt get cold water. Overall was really dissapointing and we try to hang outside as much as possible but in the hot weather it is not really possible.

My stay at this hotel was simply amazing from start to finish. Location: The hotel is right on the seafront with its own private beach, which is peaceful, uncrowded, and always spotless. The water is crystal clear, calm, and pleasantly warm – you can walk straight in without having to ease yourself in gradually. Cleanliness & Organization: Cleanliness is at the highest level, both on the beach and throughout the hotel. The organization is flawless – to have your room cleaned, you simply leave the green card on your door. Accommodation: Even though we arrived at 8 a.m. (check-in is at 2 p.m.), our room was ready by 10 a.m. The staff kindly brought our luggage up to the room – a thoughtful gesture after a long journey. They also made my birthday extra special by leaving a plate of fresh fruit and a birthday card in the room. Food & Restaurant: There is plenty of seating on the terraces and in the restaurant, so even when all guests dine at the same time, it never feels crowded. The food is delicious and varied. Entertainment: Every evening at 9 p.m., there is great entertainment with an interesting program. The animation team makes a real effort to involve guests in the performances. Safety: Security is outstanding. There are guards stationed 24/7 at both entrances, and even the beach is equipped with security cameras. You can fully relax without worrying about your belongings being stolen. Staff: All the staff members are hardworking, friendly, and always available to help. Conclusion: Choose this hotel and you won’t need to spend an extra euro on anything – unless you want to buy a souvenir, some clothes, or go on a boat tour or to the hammam. Negative reviews are not exaggerated or written by adversaries! Our friends and my husband and I had issues at the check-in, being downgraded and even somewhat agressively ‘offered’ family room instead of those we booked; we insisted to get the rooms and service we payed for (7 days all-inclusive comfort rooms), finally had our home agency resolve the matter and it still took 3 days (and us ‘visiting’ the reception daily); hotel caters to Russian guests, which is fine, but not if it happens at the expense of other guests; beach is decent, location close to the town; food average (bbq section is better, which is obvious from long queues there), drinks below average; haven’t seen much animation (allegedly there was daily 30 minutes aerobics and 30 minutes aqua fit, and nightly shows - most shows and music is adjusted for Russian guests - heard 1-2 local songs during 7 week stay), the first rooms we were put in were not cleaned (did not even have soap or shower gel/ shampoos in containers); the rooms we changed had soap and shampoo but not shower gel, the cleaning ladies in that section did the job well

Прекрасный персонал отеля, на рецепшене, гестрелейшен( очень приятная, коммуникабельная девушка- всё показала, рассказала, порекомендовала), в ресторане, уборка номеров. Прекрасный был вид из номера, на море, за что благодарна девушке с рецепшен по имени Олеся и её напарнику( к сожалению не знаю имени, прекрасно говорил на русском). Прекрасная сауна с услугами массажа. Команда просто великолепна- дружелюбны и услужливы. Взяла курс из 5 массажей. Массажист был Юсуф, профессионал своего дела. Рекомендую. Цена-качество очень порадовали. Еды было достаточно мне, как вегану, присутствовало разнообразие. Единственный нюанс- не было растительного молока для кофе. Пришлось самой искать и покупать в городе, т.к. отель данный запрос- отклонил. Хотелось бы, чтобы отель 4 звезды учитывал пожелания гостей, т.к. себестоимость такого гостя-вегана существено ниже обходится, чем тех, кто питается мясом и молочными продуктами. Отдыхом в целом довольна, прекрасное расположение прямо у моря, зелёная ухоженная, но небольшая территория, благодарность садовникам. Excellent hotel staff, at the reception, guest relations (a very nice, sociable girl - showed everything, told, recommended), in the restaurant, cleaning the rooms. The view from the room was wonderful, to the sea, for which I am grateful to the girl from the reception named Olesya and her colleague (unfortunately I don’t know his name, he spoke excellent Russian). Excellent sauna with massage services. The team is simply great - friendly and helpful. I took a course of 5 massages. The massage therapist was Yusuf, a professional in his field. I recommend. The price-quality ratio was very pleasing. There was enough food for me, as a vegan, there was a variety. The only nuance - there was no plant milk for coffee. I had to look for and buy it myself in the city, because the hotel rejected this request.

Хочу обратить внимание менеджера отеля по подбору и инструктажу персонала пляжа. Был крайне недопустим тон и манера общения персонала пляжа с гостем отеля. Хотя вопрос решился с помощью менеджера, но неприятное впечатление осталось. I would like to draw the attention of the hotel manager for the selection and instruction of beach staff. The tone and manner of communication of the beach staff with the hotel guest was extremely unacceptable. Although the issue was resolved with the help of the manager, an unpleasant impression remained.

I stayed at this hotel with my family for a week. The only positives were the front desk staff and the hotel's location. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was quite disappointing. The staff in general were unprofessional and, at times, rude. I had to request four times for our dinner table to be cleaned and ultimately had to argue with them to get it done. It seems that being polite results in being ignored. The hotel has a designated beach area where guests are supposed to collect towels, but we were refused service and instead told to go to the spa. At the spa, we were pressured into purchasing massages. Additionally, one of the male spa employees behaved inappropriately and lacked basic communication skills, especially when interacting with women. While dinner at the main restaurant was decent, the snack bar was consistently disappointing. Each day they served the least desirable part of the chicken — often just the tail. The desserts were underwhelming, there was no access to cold drinking water, and the only ice cream available was prepackaged stick ice cream, which was usually half-melted. Before booking, we checked reviews for this hotel, which were overwhelmingly positive. However, based on our experience, it’s hard not to suspect that many of those reviews may have been written by hotel staff themselves.

Review for L’Ancora Hotel – Kemer (Stayed July, Family Vacation) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful family vacation at L’Ancora Hotel in Kemer this July. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach—and the views from the hotel are truly beautiful, especially at sunset. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and designed for relaxation. We especially enjoyed the spa, which offered a great range of treatments and a peaceful atmosphere. It was a perfect way to unwind during the heat of the day. The staff were polite and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Special thanks to Ozgur for this help. The food was fresh and varied, with something for everyone in the family. Our room was comfortable and quiet, and we appreciated the small touches that made our stay more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend L’Ancora Hotel for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Kemer. Perfect for families!

Very good hotel. Location 10 points. Food selection is large and delicious. Staff is helpful. The area is small, but very neat, lots of greenery. Two swimming pools, but they are not needed, because the sea is 40 meters away. Sunbeds are new and comfortable. The beach is private, but the landing is made convenient. Wooden paths everywhere, there is a shower and toilet, a beach bar (for an additional fee). There are two types of rooms: simple and comfort, for an additional fee you can book a suite room (if available, 2 rooms). In a word, everything is very good as a ☆☆☆☆ hotel. I would give 4.5 ☆

Öncelikle onca yol geldikten sonra resepsiyondaki yabancı uyruklu arkadaşla türkçe anlaşmaya çalışmak çok zordu. Otelin içi ferah odaları geniş temiz yeni genellikle misafirler yaşlı turist bu yüzden herkes gayet oturaklı davranıyor her anlamda herhangi bir aşırı aykırı durum gözlemlemedik eşimle. Yemekler gayet yeterli çeşitli ve lezzetliydi açıkçası bu kadar beklemiyordum diyebilirim ilk deneyimimizdi eğer kum plaj olsa her yıl gelebileceğimiz bir oteldi otopark biraz sıkıntılı küçük ama ara sokaklarda da bırakabilirsiniz sorun olmuyor .
