Golden Lotus Hotel

Personal foarte amabil, în special Ozkan care a fost de nota 100. Mâncarea nu a fost mereu wow, din 6 zile în 3 a fost diversificată (la cină doar) și poți spune ca a fost delicioasă, în rest, cât sa nu mori de foame. Prăjiturile aveau aproape același gust toate. Negresa de la ora 16:00 e genială. Locația era curată.

Mâncarea nu ne-a dat pe spate, nu aveau înghețată :(( și nu te puteai duce pe plajă lor privată cu ceva de la barul hotelului, trebuia să cumperi de pe plaja.

Osoblje je vrlo vrijedno i ljubazno. Međutim, smatram da nema dovoljan broj sobarica, pa je čišćenje soba vrlo površno. Čiste peškire smo morali dodatno tražiti jer ostave po jedan peškir. Lokacija hotela je super. Soba je bila prostranija nego što sam očekivala.

Omjer cijene i kvalitete nije srazmjeran. Smatram da je cijena visoka zbog enormnih količina alkohola koji piju mahom gosti iz Rusije. Imam osjećaj da je sve podređeno njima, muzika, količina alkoholnih pića, a zbog toga će vam štedjeti na toalet papiru, peškirima i bočicama gela za tuširanje koje vam ostavljaju u sobi. Nezamislivo je da u All inclusive hotelu kuhar kaže da ne može dati 2 porcije donera, jer ima još gostiju (a muž je tražio za mene i za sebe po jednu porciju), kolači su jednolični, samo mijenjaju prehrambenu boju topinga. Najveća zamjerka je u tome što na Bookingu jasno stoji da su usluge Spa centra i masaže uključene u cijenu, međutim kada smo došli, rečeno je da se to dodatno naplaćuje (uz vrlo visoke naknade), te od desetke pobrojanih "besplatnih spa" sadržaja jedino je tursko kupatilo bilo besplatno, ali uvijek zauzeto. Ne bih se ponovo vratila u ovaj hotel.

Séjour exceptionnel ! Tout était parfait : l’accueil chaleureux, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel, la propreté des chambres ainsi que la qualité des services. L’hôtel est très agréable, confortable et parfaitement entretenu. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous garderons un très bon souvenir de cet hôtel. Je le recommande sans hésitation.

Отель оставил исключительно положительные впечатления — прекрасный сервис, очень приятная атмосфера, отличное расположение и замечательный персонал. Особенно хочу отметить сервис при заезде. Я приехала рано утром, хотя официальное заселение было только в 14:00. Мне сразу надели браслет и разрешили пользоваться всей инфраструктурой отеля: барами, питанием, бассейном и всей территорией. А уже около 12:00 меня заселили в номер — намного раньше официального времени. И номер — это отдельная история! Мне достался номер на верхнем этаже с панорамным видом на море. Вид был просто потрясающий! Номер чистый, уютный, с большой удобной кроватью, хорошим санузлом и горячей водой. Но главное — этот невероятный вид на море, которым можно было наслаждаться прямо из номера. Питание тоже очень понравилось. Разнообразные шведские столы, хороший выбор блюд, а по вечерам — тематические ужины. Видно, что персонал действительно старается сделать отдых гостей приятным. Отдельно хочу отметить официантов. Все сотрудники ресторана были очень приветливыми, вежливыми и внимательными. Обслуживание быстрое, столы убирали оперативно, напитки приносили без долгого ожидания. И мне очень понравилось, как выглядел персонал: красивые, чистые, отглаженные костюмы в приятной цветовой гамме. Такие детали действительно создают ощущение качественного европейского отеля. Море — великолепное! От отеля до пляжа буквально несколько шагов. Можно отдыхать и на пляже, и на пирсе. За €5 можно воспользоваться пирсом — для меня это абсолютно приемлемая цена. Там чисто, комфортно, а при желании напитки из бара могут принести прямо на пирс. Сам пляж мне тоже очень понравился. Для меня было важно, чтобы был именно галечный пляж, и здесь он прекрасный — красивые яркие разноцветные камушки. Лежаков всегда хватало, не было необходимости занимать их с самого утра. Бассейн необычной, оригинальной формы, территория ухоженная и очень приятная.

Очень хороший отель. Номер был небольшой, но очень уютный и удобный, с хорошим видом. Удивительно, как на такой небольшой площади отеля все вмещается, очень удобно расположено. Нет ощущения толпы (по крайней мере в июне), вся команда работает четко. Особое спасибо шеф-повару, поварам и официантам. Без излишеств, но всегда свежие продукты и блюда, достаточно разнообразно, много овощей, сыров, мясных блюд всегда тоже достаточно и с выбором. Отель для тех, кому не нужны анимация, бассейны с горками. Не подойдет для семей с детьми, детям будет скучно и родители не отдохнут. Для спокойного отдыха - пляж, питание, номер, прогулки по городку. Я получила то, что хотела. Спасибо!

I liked pretty much everything! Exceptional staff! Amazing view from the balcony: the sea and the mountains are magnificent. It's a nice hotel for a quiet-ish getaway. I really loved the absence of loud music, the fact that there's no animation, etc. - the hotel is clearly not for families with kids, and that's great 👍

The Internet on Wi-Fi speed is abysmal. Not good for remote work if it requires video calls.

Hotelli on meren rannalla, muutoinkin sijainti on hyvä. Hotelli on juuri remontoitu. Ruoka on maistuvaa ja monipuolista. Altaalla eikä hotellissa missään soiteta jumputtavaa musiikkia. Hotellilla on oma ranta. Hotelli on siisti. Henkilökunta on auttavaista.

Nice, friendly staff (10+ points!) - providing perfect services. Well equipped, comfortable family room with see view. Great selection of food - tasty breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good sound insulation. Hotel is warmly recommended - if we travel again to Kemer we will chose this accommodation again.

Ein familiäres Wohlfühlhotel in schöner Lage. Die zehn Tage im Golden Lotus haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Nächstes Jahr buchen wir dort wieder. Die Anlage ist kompakt und schön gestaltet. Mit wenigen Schritten ist man auf der Promenade und am Hotelstrand. Das Wasser am Kiesstrand ist bequem über eine Rampe oder eine sehr gute Leiter vom Steg zu erreichen. Das Meerwasser und die Außentemperaturen waren Ende Oktober / Anfang November noch ein Traum. Von unserem Zimmer hatten wir einen herrlichen Ausblick auf das Taurus-Gebirge und das Meer. Das Essen war abwechselungsreich und sehr schmackhaft. Von den freundlichen MitarbeiterInnen wurden wir aufmerksam versorgt. Frau Emilie Rudischer, die Gästebetreuerin des Hotels, hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Fragen und gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt. Kemer ist insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Urlaubsort, landschaftlich schön gelegen und mit vielen Möglichkeiten, den Urlaub zu gestalten.

Am Tage kann man den Urlaub in Ruhe geniessen. Nachts stören die lauten Freiluftbars in der Umgebung, wenn man die Balkontür nicht schließen möchte (und die Klimaanlage anstellen) bzw. keine Ohropax verträgt. Bei der Reservierung sollte man um ein möglichst ruhiges Zimmer, gibt es auch, bitten.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour au Golden Lotus ! L’emplacement est parfait, juste au bord de la mer avec une vue magnifique depuis la terrasse et la piscine. L’hôtel est propre, calme et bien entretenu. Le personnel est très accueillant, toujours souriant et serviable. Les repas sont variés et délicieux. La plage privée est un vrai plus, avec des transats confortables et une eau cristalline. Mention spéciale pour le spa et les massages, un vrai moment de détente ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à ceux qui recherchent des vacances reposantes dans un cadre agréable et chaleureux. 🌞🇹🇷

О- очень слабый интернет, даже маленькое видео невозможно было просмотреть в мессенджер. Почему то турецкая е-sim тоже там не работала

Добрый день, отдыхали с дочкой неделю. Все было очень хорошо, понравилось все, включая месторасположение и очень приветливого персонала. Кухня была замечательная, выбор блюд очень велик, многие блюда так и не попробовали. Море превосходное, пляж рядом, лежаки бессплатные, всегда есть место, несмотря на то, что люди их занимают с 6 утра. Отель рекомендую, если будет возможность, вернусь снова. Спасибо!

1 уборка номера плохая. Из 9 дней 2 уборщица вообще не приходила, хотя была на этаже ; один раз забрала все полотенца без замены, принесла только после замечания 2. В ресторане пожилой турок на гриле ведет себя грубо, отказывает в выборе блюда, постоянно что-то зло говорит на турецком 3 остальной персонал приветливый и доброжелательный, особенно на рецепшн 4. Один лифт в отеле не справляется с потоком. Если он испортится, то будет большая проблема

Hotel is a bit tired and in need of renovation adleast inside our room,you could see aut the frontdoor when it was closed.only 1 small lift and many guests. To few sunbeds on beach and many guests,food has a lot of salat but missing good fish and meat.Also only 1 coffee machine so always long queue.

Очень приветливый персонал, его много, все понимают русский язык. Стойка администрации работает круглосуточно. Номер был с прямым видом на море, это очень важно. Выселение в 12ч, достаточно рано, но при этом вы можете оставить чемоданы, находиться на территории отеля, и продолжать есть, и пить. Чистое море, галька не очень крупная, вода всегда прозрачная. Рядом есть магазины с любым товаром. Тишина, музыкальный вечер был один раз за неделю, детей не много, никто не шумит.

Огромной бедой стала жара в 41 градус, не ожидали, что в отеле 4 звезды нет ни одного охлаждаемого помещения, кроме номеров. В столовой, баре, бассейне, туалете, лифте, коридорах, на лестницах стоит жара. Причина – архитектура самой гостиницы - двор колодец, без крыши, с открытыми коридорами. Подняться на свой этаж нужно в единственном на весь отель лифте, который вмещает 4 человека, и температура в котором - не ниже чем на улице. Альтернатива – две винтовые лестницы, одна под солнцем, вторая закрытая, кружиться по ней спускаясь с четвертого этажа – аттракцион, который я не планировал посещать. Столовая и бар охлаждаются только вентиляторами и не имеют стен и кондиционеров. Спустившись в горячем лифте, уже мокрый, ты отстаиваешь очередь за едой вдоль стены кухни, от которой тоже идет жар, и садишься есть в совсем нехолодном помещении, для меня это было самым ужасным в отеле – нахождение в постоянной жаре. При этом вечером в баре ничего не меняется, бар – это то же теплое место. Наш номер находился на 4 этаже под самой крышей, и имел очень ломаный потолок, который меня очень напрягал, постоянно стараешься не врезаться головой в угол. Но…по сравнению с номерами, у которых балкон вместе с входной дверью выходят в общий коридор, и вид у которых - на двери напротив, наш номер был царским. Еда – ее много, но она очень невкусная, овощи безвкусные, рыба настолько костлявая, что есть ее невозможно, осетр, суши, раки в рыбный день были красивые, но малосъедобные, раки пересоленые, суши деревянные, а осетра, который нужно было отрывать себе подручными инструментами, умудрились тоже испортить. В прошлом году мы были в Анталии в небольшом в 2 раза более дешевом отеле, и нас кормили превосходно, без изысков, но вкусно. Ну и пляж, претензия тут не к отелю, а к постояльцам, очень эгоистичные неприятные люди считают, что лежаки можно занять полотенцами, или своим бельем и уйти по своим делам на весь день, в итоге остальные желающие полежать на пляже остаются без лежаков.

Świetna lokalizacja — tuż przy plaży, w samym centrum Kemera. Hotel posiada prywatne molo, dające cień, co bardzo uprzyjemniało pływanie po południu. Nie było problemu ze znalezieniem wolnych leżaków. Ładny, czysty pokój na 4. piętrze z widokiem na morze, dobrze klimatyzowany i z wygodnymi łóżkami. Dobre, różnorodne jedzenie; oprócz głównych posiłków dostępny był także snack bar i „pastry time”. Dużo owoców i warzyw, pyszne desery. Wśród głównych dań podawano kurczaka, indyka, wołowinę, cielęcinę i rybę. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Dwa baseny (jeden z wodą morską), w których można się ochłodzić (temperatura wody w basenie na zewnątrz ok. 23°C). Nasz pobyt trwał 9 nocy. Pewnego wieczoru mieliśmy okazję trafić na wyjątkową kolację, podczas której podawano świeżo smażone ryby oraz różnorodne przekąski z ryb. Później była muzyka na żywo i dyskoteka.

Jedna mała, wolna winda (zdecydowanie za mała jak na tak duży hotel) — my raczej korzystaliśmy ze schodów. Ciśnienie wody w prysznicu było trochę za słabe.

The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning, and the beach is directly in front of the property, which is very convenient. The price seemed fair for the location and view. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always tried their best to help — they were by far the best part of our experience.

The food was beyond terrible — honestly the worst we’ve ever encountered in any hotel. It was so inedible that even the staff would probably not eat it themselves. Meals were repetitive, flavorless, and clearly made from the cheapest frozen products. Leftovers from lunch were reused for dinner, just rearranged to look different. For example, a disgusting mashed potato dish was served cold on tomatoes the next day to appear “new.” The snack bar offered nothing but deep-fried frozen supermarket food like schnitzel, onion rings, and burger patties — every single day. We were basically forced to eat outside. The problem is: more than 80–90% of the restaurants in Kemer center and nearby are extremely expensive and just as bad in taste and quality — which honestly is embarrassing for Turkey. Even breakfast was disappointing. Our 3-year-old daughter had nothing but fries for three days. On top of that, the hotel is very outdated and in urgent need of full renovation. Doors are old, heavy, and squeaky. There is no soundproofing — we could clearly hear conversations from next door, which woke us and our child up several times every night. There’s only one small elevator for the entire building — it’s extremely stuffy, slow, and you often wait 5–7 minutes just to use it. The minibar in the room didn’t cool water properly, and even the large outdoor fridge often had only warm bottles. The fitness room is tiny and poorly equipped: just one lat pulldown machine, two cardio machines, one abdominal trainer, and dumbbells only up to 12.5 kg.

Essen war sehr grausam! Die Klima hat in der Nacht nicht Funktioniert (angeblich eine Störung - immer Nachts) Es gab so gut wie keine Getränke (alkoholfrei) Essen wurde weg geräumt, es gab keinen Ersatz. (Ab einer gewissen Uhrzeit gab es dann gar kein Essen mehr) Die Alarmanalage ging im Zimmer immer an, sobald man die Türe geöffnet hat (mit Baby sehr mühsam)

Good situation,direct access to the beach. The reception is is large and leads directly to the inner space of the hotel with dining rooms (in- and outside) and the pool and the bar. Some rooms are more comfortable than others. One big advantage was the “all inclusive “. The kindness of the staff was remarkable. Special thanks to Emilie Rudischer, responsible for guest relation. Originally from Germany, speaking Turkish, English, a little bit French, she was very helpful and efficient. The hotel is only some 10 minutes away from the big market center. Don’t miss walking on the peninsula with nice beach bars and beautiful views on the large bay.We keep an excellent souvenir of our stay in this charming hotel.

The breakfast could be much better. Also, a lot of waiters don’ speak another language than Turkish.

Location and staff as well as facilities

Recently me and my wife, we spent 5 nights at Golden Lotus. First of all, the location is excellent, the hotel is next to sea side, there is only a narrow pedestrian way between hotel and the sea. Hotel has a private beach granted with blue flag, there is even a pier only for hotel guests. Secondly, the stuff is very effective and friendly, special thanks to Mr. Talat the front office manager and his team. Check in and out was very fast also beach team, Veli and his college both are everywhere providing very effective service to beach guests. Housekeeping is very quick, everyday by noon time the room was ready. I even met the owner (Ms. Gonca) and the General Manager (Mr. Armagan), both are very hands on and polite personalities. Thirdly, the hotel is at ‘’all inclusive’’base, food and drinks both alcohol and nonalcoholic are included in the price, the quality and variety both food and drinks are superb.

There is not any special thing to mention as dislike.

The breakfast buffet was large and there were plenty of options.

The rooms could have been cleaner.

Beautiful well maintained

Great vacation, great sea view, amazing spa(for some extra money). Shopping. (You can find deals for natural clothes Exotic food. Natural juices.) So close to the private beach. Really save. And each second day cleaning lady was decorating my bed with flowers. 3 times per day great food!. Bar was opened all night and all day long! Pool. Things to improve: I wish my sink will be not broken. No entrance light(both just in my room). AC was not working properly. But sea view bit that small things. I wish the hotel will fix it.

Perfect location at the beach and near the shopping streets. Facilities were very clean, towels changed daily even when we did not signal that we wish to have them changed. Amazing stuff, made us feel so welcome, very kind and helpful. Nice peer with not too crowded sun beds in the shaddow, for small additional price. Beach amazing for swimming, with easy access to water. I definitely recommended massage, both my sister and I were very satisfied, therapists were very professional and gave us excellent massages.

The facilities need some updating. Balcony was very small, AC very loud, shower faucet broken. Bathtub not convenient for getting in and out. Food was tasteful but not as many options as I expected, barely any fish or sea food was served. Only 1 elevator for guests so we sometimes had to wait long. Sun beds on the beach were very close to each other, no space between them or between the rows of sun beds.

The staff at reception were very kind and helpful. Even if some of them did not speak English they always strived to help us out whatever our problem. Most of the restaurant staff worked really hard and were very attentive - while unfortunately some were behaved so disgustingly it marred our perception significantly. Although the rooms were a bit outdated, the beds were really comfortable, and the views were great as well! The location of the hotel was very nice, the rooms that overlook the sea (and also the pier) offer a nice view of sunrise - worth waking up early! The hotel is right at the beach, so you can easily stroll down for a dip in the warm and clear water. It has it's own pier (most in the area don't have this) which is well shaded and has plenty of space for lounging (beds are extra charge there though) - while the pier itself also goes well into the sea enough that you can jump right into the deep water. Both from some of the rooms and from the pier as well, you also have a breathtaking view of the lovely mountains surrounding Kemer. You are also close to the city center itself, so you can easily walk around and explore. Most hotels in the area usually do some sort of show or performance in the evening, such as belly dancers or musicians singing. I find that these events are usually really loud and annoying after a while. Golden Lotus did not organize such events too often fortunately, so it was a good change of tone to just sit back and have some drinks by the pool after dinner.

Kemer itself was a huge dissapointment overall. In most shops there are dishonest people trying to screw you over, selling you overpriced trash. Loud music everywhere, distasteful bright colored lights, no sign of actual genuine Turkish culture, just a mishmash of low quality hyper "entertainment". Even within the hotel the constant harassment for tips was really tyring after a while. It's understandable that this is part of the culture, but some of the waiters' behavior was just plain disgusting. In the bar we were refused drinks at first by one of the waiters doing their shift saying: "we paid for the hotel, we did not pay him, we can go drink water" - yeah, all inclusive huh?... He did start joking around afterward and served us, but it wasn't really funny honestly. One of the spa personel was acting smug for the first few days just because we did not immediately sign up for massages and dared to simply ask for towels for which we paid the deposit already. I am not really sure how they are expecting me to give every staff member money every day just so they start behaving like the way they are paid to by their employees. If that salary is not enough for them then they should take that to their boss and not to me. Moreover some of the waiters were constantly flirting and hitting on women members of our group despite clearly seeing they were taken already. This again we found very unprofessional behavior. The hotel should educate their employees that both this sort behavior and the hounding for tips is probably not really suitable for the quality they wish to embody. These experiences significantly spoiled the trip for us. The rooms were kind of outdated, with some broken equipment and doors. Overall the hotel felt a bit dated in regards to facilities, to truly be a 4 star hotel they would definitely need to renovate it. The food was unfortunately mostly bland. But that did vary by each day, sometimes there were some good choices!

I went right before the busy season. Pretty vacant and very enjoyable! Food is available almost all day. Enjoy the beach! Come back for buffet food and free beer/wine! It was mostly clean. It was sort of odd that the bar staff would poke fun and joke around when I am simply asking for rosé. Maybe I’m cute. Some flirty men here! None the less, I am pleased with the service. They only had cheap alcohol to work with. Lots of the guests at this time avoided ordering anything crazy (honestly, I just wanted a jack and coke, or anything with good vodka.. but their booze is cheap as hell, and lots of tourists were coming BACK to the bar to get straight liquor after three failed requests…), they have piña coladas if you enjoy that… Housekeeping will keep your room clean, plus you can talk to them for anything extra you may need. Wonderful and a good deal!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Golden Lotus Hotel in Kemer and had an exceptional experience. The standout aspect of my stay was the impeccable hospitality provided by Emily. She was incredibly kind and made my visit truly memorable. The rooms at the hotel were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Considering the quality of the rooms and the facilities available, the pricing was very reasonable, offering great value for money. The hotel’s food was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the offerings at the bar. The location of the hotel, situated in Kemer Harbor, allowed for enjoyable evening strolls and easy access to nearby outlets and attractions. During my stay, I treated myself to a massage by Alica, which was absolutely fantastic and highly recommended. Additionally, Emin was very helpful in assisting me with the best offers and packages available, ensuring I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, I had a wonderful time at the Golden Lotus Hotel and would gladly return. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, good food, and convenient location made my visit truly delightful.

Dinner finished a bit too early once. I was told it was until 9pm but in fact it stopped at 8:30pm. But that's alright, staff was very nice and gave me a desert from the kitchen.

It is a nice, solid property, well maintained and adequate to what it claims: four stars out of five. Staff members are very friendly, deliver excellent service. The hotel eliminated such an issue like tips extortion, which is typical, for example, for Western Hemisphere. It is located very close to the beach - really 10 steps from the property line.

I personally found the food to be repetitive and blunt. Obviously, pork was not available due to religious limitations. But beef and lam were not present (with almost not noticeable exemptions for ground beef) I suppose because of the cost considerations. It limited the menu to chicken and turkey, both often grossly overcooked. I would describe the beach as a poor one. It is very small, narrow, covered by pebble stone. Even in the end of the season it is felt as crowded. I must admit though that many other guests liked what I disliked as per above. I might be spoiled by holiday facilities in Mexico and the Caribbean.

location was ok, it had a nice (pebble) beach. The water is quite clear, so bring your snorkel. dinners in the evening always had a special, so that was nice.

there was a little snack hour -, but that was no reason to stick around. the ac in our room didnt work so we upgraded to the 4th floor were all ac s had a separate unit. much better. all the rooms have a little balcony and a handy drying rack. the taxi to the airport is 70 euros.

Excellent staff, hotel is very clean, very close to a beach, good location to local amenities, no noise from animation.

Wi-Fi can sometimes be slow, although still way better, than in many other places.

A lovely, quiet, cosy hotel in the centre of Kemer. Ideal for those who want a quiet holiday. Ideal room, delicious food, extremely helpful staff, clean, comfortable, close to all attractions. My biggest thanks to the service guys, they work hard but are always pleasant, with a smile, helpful. They must be very appreciated. Dear guests, spare them a tip! Very nice receptionists, especially Hasan. The beach is small, but it has a comfortable entrance to the sea, there are enough sunbeds, it is very comfortable to spend time on the pier, although it is charged extra. A very good holiday, would love to come back next year.

I didn't like the fact that the holiday passed too quickly and it was very sad to leave :( I have no complaints with the hotel, only praise :)

Good value for money when it comes to all-inclusive option. Local alcohol included in the price. Food was very good! View from the private beach is espectacular!

The hotel is great for those who like swimming in the sea and good food. The price - quality ratio is very good.

The hotel has only one elevator and it is not very big - only for 2-5 people.

Located on the beach is good. All the meals were fine, the staff was professional (quick, polite).

The rush for the sun-beds in the morning is terrible. There is only a few parking places, I rather did not move with the car. On the beach you can have either total sun or complete shadow.

Location relative to beach and town. Nice variety of food. Impressed by the staff, those boys never stop.

Location near beach night clubs, very noisy at night. The stairs, it's not good if you can't make 80 stairs to the 4th floor. Only one lift that takes 1 person

Hotel is clean and is in a walkable distance to town's main attractions. Everything else is just bad. Ran down rooms with AC that barely works. There is no beach just giant rocks, pool is colder than the sea, terrible WiFi and repetitive food that lacks any flavor.

Staff is great. I'll give my special compliments to barmen Metin, Serkan and Irma 💖 see you next year!

We have been here as a family with a small child, it is a very nice hotel that radiates tranquility, the employees are all very friendly and helpful, the food is delicious and variable, the hotel and rooms are clean, the location is really great on the beach and within walking distance of the shops / restaurants, I can also highly recommend the spa in the hotel, very knowledgeable people who know exactly what they are doing, I was massaged by Dilan, a real winner in her profession, but the male masseurs are also very good from what I have heard from ladies who have been massaged by them, we will definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it.

A/C of the room was constantly out of service during our stay. Bathroom had worn out shower curtain. There is not enough space at the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful to guests. Food was perfect except the dessert buffet.

the hotel's location is perfect with a nice beach and near to all entertainment spots. The staff is helpful, friendly, and polite. The room was comfortable with a nice view. The food was delicious, especially during dinner and breakfast.

the AC was not the best. The hotel lacked entertainment: only on Saturday night that there was a live show.

The property is right on the beach with complementary lounge chairs.

Hotel is extremely small with only one bar and one buffet. The quality of the food and drinks is very poor. The staff at the bar isn’t friendly makes weird comments to customers.

Overly expensive , all inclusive is v v cheap, bad quality food, long pong queues , v v small pool, beach extension access is with charge, towels are bad quality. One v small lift and long queues, at beat 3 star hotel and price should be no more than half it is promoted, run down and rooms are so so tiny

Great location, close to the sea and just a short walk to the city centre. The downside was that they did not have a baby bed before the last night, so our baby had to sleep in our bed for two nights. When I book a room with a baby I also expect a bed.

Very good family hotel. Everything is within walking distance. The staff is great. They all succeed. There are no queues, even for an omelet! There are no wild discos. The only drawback is that the hotel is located in the center and many outsiders enter the beach and the hotel's pier.
