Zen Valley Dalat

Très bel établissement. Personnel très professionnel et réactif. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable, la piscine très agréable. Situé légèrement à l'extérieur de Dalat, dans un environnement calme et naturel. Je recommande.

Pas de restaurant disponible, ni le midi, ni le soir. Prévoyez un GrabEat ou de prendre un transport pour aller manger.

We took the bungalow and were stick to another one and we could hear everything but besides that beautiful room and hotel. Breakfast was good but not very non pork eater friendly.

We were welcomed from beginning to end . Staff are kind and polite and helpful . We had our bags taken care of beginning and end. Staff spoke a little English but went out of way yo translate and help. Lovely large bungalow very modern and well equipped

Very nice hotel facilities, the room was amazing. Super clean and comfortable, it had everything one could need. The location was great with beautiful views.

The breakfast was not the best. The "western" options didn’t taste good and other than that there wasn’t much on offer for people on a vegetarian diet. Some of the employees could need a bit more training on customer experience and approach. There were several occasions we were just told "No, not possible" instead of trying to find a solution or giving explanations. For example: we asked if we could get towels for the pool at the front desk and were told "No, the pool closes as five" when it was 4:40pm.

Everything was good except a barking dog outside my window I complained a hour after I checked ( because he was barking the whole time) I asked if I could be moved to the others side of the hall they said they had no room The dog woke be up at 1 am that night ( barked for an hour straight) every time I went back to my room it bark so I couldn’t sit outside or even have the door open This pretty much made the room suck I asked if they could talk to the people with the dogs (2) and they just looked at me like no with out answering if you like barking dogs at all hour this is the place for you

Sauna nicht nutzbar (vollgestellt und nicht in Betrieb, gerade in der rainy Season doch ärgerlich), sehr hellhörig, wir hatten eine Nacht sehr laute Nachbarn, Ausblick ins Tal teils verbaut durch große Gewächshäuser (nicht auf den Bildern erkennbar)

We found this hotel not good value for money… nice rooms and nice views but dining hall and swimming pool were filthy, not very nice service of the staff (if you would ask for something they would agree and then not bring it) and lack of facilities. Shame because we looked forward to this hotel a lot…

The location is very good! Outside the city center, the view is amazing! Also the bath was lovely!! The bungalow was also nice but a bit small for the whole family. The staff was also nice.

We requested an extra bed, this bed was horrible. Everytime we asked something to the reception they did not respond… the pool was dirty (they cleaned it when we told them). The breakfast place was absolutely filty. Also the treadmill didn’t work in the gym. The place definetly needs maintnance. For the price it was not worth it.

The pool was warm in the stormy rainy weather. Towels were provided, staff were very accommodating. Room was comfortable. Room service was o k, but it was tricky as they didn't understand our language and the order was wrong..

Advertised as air-conditioned and it wasn't. It had a ceiling fan but to be fair. It didn't do the job I wouldn't have booked it if I've known this. Main criticism was it was lacking any kind of atmosphere as there were no guests there.. The food was o k set the breakfast was lacking.There were a lot of unnecessary lights on at night. One around the mirror 1 under the door in the corridor which could not be turned off. Had to use a towel to cover them up.

Breakfast served old food. A day old. My partner got food poisoning from eating a dinner at the hotel restaurant. When we checked out the refunded that dinner cost. But even though they knew what happened they didn’t contact us to hear how she was doing or offered any help.

Nice and clean room. Pretty pool with a nice view. Exciting breakfast, coffee was great.

Their gym is small and overlooks the reception so everyone can see when you work out.

Dirty walls. Untidy premises. Broken pots and trailing trip hazards on stairs. Incredibly rude porter who shouted at me for parking scooter in bay. Breakfast non existent, slightly improved next day. No sauna or spa as advertised. Left early.

The location was slightly away from the center but not super far. The breakfast was mediocre but decent. We only got to enjoy it once due to early mornings The other days. They got me in touch with a driver who was able to take me around for a full day. 1.2 million for a full day.

Only issue was the hotel's owner also invests in Mongoland and then the driver was very insistent on going there for a while!

Breakfast was delicious and big. Lots of variety. Made starting the day from a place that’s a little more out of the way way more convenient! Would absolutely recommend.

The only thing we can think of that could be improved: the staff felt a little rushed as we were leaving. We were cutting it very very close to check-out time, so it was deeply understandable. However, it was truly the only exception to an otherwise excellent experience.

Walking up the steap hill to go to the breakfast restaurant was challenging with 2 young children that wanted to be carried. It was a bit confusing that the sauna turned out to be unavailable.

Excellent staff, very helpful in arranging rides and attentive in general. Great pool, and the bath tub in the room was super nice and comfortable.

It was a little isolated, but that's the nature of the area, if you want a more private place with a nice view, it's going to be a short drive into the city.

침대가 낡아서 푹꺼지고 샤워기필터가 새까매질정도로 수질이 좋지 않습니다

방에서 담배냄새가나서 불쾌했어요. 그리고 변기에 똥물 튄 흔적이 고스란히 있었어요. 퇴실후 변기를 아예 청소하지 않았다는거죠. 소독제로 닦고 썼네요. 담배냄새때문에 방바꿔달라했지만 당장 옮길수없다고함. 다음날 방 옮겨줌. 옮긴방은 상태 괜찮았어요. 위치때문에 비오는 날 그랩이 잘 안잡히더라구요. 첫날 방컨디션이 안좋았던거말고는 대체적으로 만족합니다. 달랏에 길게 묵으실때 아니면 관광위치로는 조금 안좋은 것 같아요. 다음에 달랏에 가게된다면 시내?쪽에 묵으려구요.

가족여행으로 방문했는데 너무 좋았어요!! 스탭분들도 모두 친절하구요. 시내랑 떨어져있어서 불편한 점도 있지만 중간에 숙소 옮긴걸 후회할만큼 더 있고싶었답니당 또 방문하고싶어요:-) 아 don’t disturb같은 표시할 수 있도록 하면 좋을 거 같아요 청소시간이 너무 일러서 조식먹고 오니 청소하고 계셔서 당황했답니다ㅠㅠ요부분만 개선되면 좋을듯!

Beautiful modern space w and incredibly attentive and friendly staff!!! We absolutely loved it here and wished we could’ve stayed longer.

The pool and view from pool are top notch. The breakfast has a wide variety. Room was spacious with amazing bathroom with big tub and beautiful finishes. Our favorite hotel in Vietnam of all 6 different lodging accommodations we stayed. Front desk staff were helpful to give recommendations for where to try local food.

Not walkable to town but it has an amazing view and more space to make up for that.

The room was beautifully appointed and the staff was very gracious and accommodating!

The warm reception at the hotel, help from the manager with the difficult taxi driver. Explained all the facilities well. The room was in a quiet and secluded location with a view of the valley and very comfortable. There was a variety of dishes at breakfast and the room service was good when ordered to eat in.

The location was not close to town!

Excellent breakfast with plenty of choices. Dinner was as well, yummy and fresh with a lot of varieties. Helpful and nice staff during our stay. We felt great and certainly will recommend the place.

We had a wonderful experience at this lovely hotel and in Dalat. We stayed in the family bungalow, it's surrounded by trees and flowers, overlooking the valley. The room is clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful, Jin (front desk staff) in particular was very knowledgeable, thank you for making our stay in Dalat so enjoyable!

I like the people working there. They were very friendly. We had to book a limousine to Natrang for the next day. we returned to the hotel in the middle of the night and he helped us book a limousine! And the hydrangea flower was everywhere, and it was so beautiful, and nature was really nice to enjoy!

I didn't like the breakfast so much. I think because there is no air conditioning(whole Dalat city has no air condition),it didn't feel pleasure, nor the food was that great! but other than that! we loved it!!

체그인을 오전 8시30분에 해주셔서 피곤한 새벽비행의 피로를 공짜로 해소했네요.맨 아래 방갈로(디럭스패밀리)라서 계단 올라다니느라고 운동 많이 했지만 아름다운 마운틴 뷰로 다 해소되었어요.실외 수영장도 아주 좋아 싫것 이용했습니다.직원들 모두 매우 친절합니다. 시내에서 조금 떨어져 있어 조용한 힐링휴가용 단골숙소로 괜찮네요.

The room was dirty when we checked in (there is pubic hair in the bathtub) , the bathroom door is almost fallen apart. The room is overall old. There is no view for our bungalow room (we pay high-end price compared to other rooms). The worst part is there is no AC in the room. There are standing fan and ceiling fan but my husband can’t sleep with fan blowing to his face …. The buffet was ok. The staff and service was ok. Nothing to complain about them. The location is not too far from the center. But we would not come back here.

Friendly staff, clean, great views. Good place if you’re planning a resort escape, but not good for exploring Da Lat.

So-so food. Hotel is much further from the city than advertised - on top of a hill, on a very busy road, so walking is not an option. We booked a bungalow with a shower and bath, but no shower, only a wand. Walls are paper thin - we could hear our neighbors speaking at normal voices. Not what we’d expect for an isolated “relaxing” presort.

Location because we like being outside of the center but still being in close radius to the center via Grab. The view from the pool was great! Helpful staff especially with organising tours. Quick laundry service (within 24h).

We were disappointed that the spa was closed. The shower heads in our room need descaling and the light switches too complicated. The breakfast buffet was sufficient but unfortunately not cozy as displayed on the pictures. Also, the Western breakfast options were all cold, although being situated under heat lamps. Overall, the dining room gives too much of a cafeteria feeling. During our stay there were couple of noisy family groups that unfortunately also made a racket in the middle of the night which forced us to get out of bed and to shush them. That was unpleasant and annoying.

It’s not too far from the center of the city. When we checked in the first night, there was hair and dirt in the bathtub. There was NO air conditioning in the room. The temperature was a bit warm for us even during at night. We turned on 2 fans but my husband was unable to sleep with the air blowing to his face. The room is old, view is not that pretty either. The stairs to go to your room is steeped, not convenient for old people. The buffet was okay. Nothing special but nothing really bad. It was uncomfortable for us the whole stay and if was definitely not worth the price we paid.

The facilities is very good, the staff is nice, and the breakfast is amazing.

The location is tranquil and beautiful - we had a bungalow with great views. Our room was like a luxe treehouse, bed was super comfortable. Bathtub was great. The room service food was incredible, great value wines, TV with streaming in the room.

The spa and sauna were still closed due to covid. The pool wasn't heated and quite cold.
