Отличное место, чтобы остановиться на небольшой срок. Хозяева очень приветливы. Помогли с питанием поздним вечером, обеспечили трансфер из и в аэропорт. Хороший чистый номер, душ. Тихий кондиционер.

La ubicación para hacer una noche al lado del aeropuerto y olvidarse de los tranco es y de llegar en una hora al aeropuerto es genial. 5 minutos a la puerta de internacional AirPort . La atención es buena y te quieren ayudar con todo.

Si bien no se puede exigir mucho por el precio que pagas, si tengo que decir que la habitación desde que entramos olía a sudor, y que nunca se fue durante la noche. La ubicación es buena pero lejos de todo porque si quieres ir al centro debes contar con 50min mínimo ( y hasta 20€ dependiendo la hora ).

Breakfast was OK. I had egg and rice that needed seasoning. Veggies were crunchy. Daughter had fried egg that was good. Husband had egg sandwich that wasn't bad. The room was very large ( double queen beds) and very very very clean especially the bathroom. This matters most to me. Sofa inside of the room. Very affordable ($37usd) and minutes from the airport. Car service to/from the airport for about $4usd. Tell them in the email. Very prompt response time to emails.

Need more options without meat. Need an iron in the room. Bed was extra firm.

We just wanted a place to stay the night. Somewhere affordable, close to the airport, clean and spacious and thats extactly what we got for our family of 5. We arrived late from an internal flight and they waited up for us. Absolutely lovely family. Very hospitable and will go out of your way to help. Will stay again next time we come back to Hanoi.

I would give it a 10 instead of a 9 if it offered more western style breakfasts i.e. fruit & yoghurts or eggs on toast etc. We would have been happy to pay. However, would return again as we had a lovely stay.

There is a lift now! All the reviews mentioned stairs only, but a new lift has been installed, making it easy. Friendly family run place. We also ate there and used their transport to the airport and back - all very convenient.

Why oh why do people forget their manners in a hotel hallway when they leave the building at 5am? Others are trying to sleep!

El personal muy amable y servicial, nos apoyaron muchísimo, nos hospedamos en dos ocasiones en el hotel y nos ayudaron gestionando nuestro transporte, guardando nuestras maletas, incluso enviando un coche de bebé que olvidamos. Les agradecemos mucho!

Все необходимое для проживания в номере было, даже попить кофе с печеньками. Звукоизоляция хорошая несмотря на то, что отель находится в 5 минутах от аэропорта.

Работа кондиционера оставляет желать лучшего, такое ощущение, что его никогда не чистили.

Room and the view were absolutely beautiful. The location is very convenient, especially because it’s close to the airport. The bathroom and shower were clean and comfortable. Great value for money — very affordable price for such a nice place. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, picked us up from the airport late at night and organised an early transfer back the next day. Comfortable and clean, just what we nee You must try the pho from the restaurant on the corner! See after a long flight!

Meget tæt på lufthavnen, god modtagelse af værtsfamilien, der ikke talte meget engelsk, men kørte os trygt til lufthavnen tidligt om morgenen som aftalt. Stort og rummeligt værelse. Perfekt til overnatning inden lufthavnen.

Personalul, a fost ușor de comunicat cu ei, ne-au ajutat inclusiv cu taxi până la aeroport la 5 dimineața la un preț foarte bun. Camera a fost confortabilă, suficient pentru o noapte de tranzit.

Nu exista ventilație la baie, geamurile erau foarte murdare, ca după construcție, nici nu am încercat să le deschidem, pereții erau murdari pe alocuri.

Skvělá komunikace, výborná lokalita. Klid, i když jste velmi blízko letiště. Výborné služby hotelu co se týče dopravy z/na letiště či Hanoje, dle vašich potřeb. U hotelu je příjemná zahradní restaurace, kde se můžete najíst nebo jen tak posedět.

Nous avons passé que quelques heures en journée dans cette hôtel en attendant notre vol retour. trés pratique pour éviter d'attendre des heures à l'aéroport. on peut réserver un taxi pour l'aéroport qui se trouve à 5mn

they charged 100k vnd to drive to the airport in the morning, over 3x the price on grab. and there was no elevator and I stayed on the 4th floor

There is no elevator, If you're on the third or fourth floor you'll get very fit during your stay.

Напротив отеля находится на первый взгляд безобидное кафе, вечером кто-то 5 раз включал одну и ту же вьетнамскую песню на впечатляющей по мощности колонке. Это было бы прикольно, но не тогда, когда ты хочешь выспаться перед вылетом.

We had a nine hour flight layover at Noi Bai airport. The Family Transit Hotel was a most fortuitous pick. Excellent WhatsApp communication. Arrived to pickup on time but I was delayed with lost passport problem (returned) and staff rearranged pickup without complaining and in the traffic jam somehow identified us and took all our luggage to the car. The hotel is down a small anonymous lane among many similar properties but is extremely well maintained very clean good hot shower really clean sheets and pillows (2 king double beds in our room. No lift but staff carried luggage up and down. The owner made great vegetarian fried rice late at night for us at modest cost. Roms aircondioñed beds very clean and comfortable. We became disoriented about the time in the middle of the night and the driver running interference organised for us to go back to bed for another 3 hours. Honestly they are that caring. And at 4 am there he was at the door. 5 minutes back to. Noi Bai with no traffic.. Highest recommendation for this type of need.

What was not to like nñ

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort. Es liegt direkt am Flughafen.

Die Betten sind sehr hart und es ist nicht ganz so sauber. Aber für einen Nacht vor dem Flug völlig ausreichend.

Parfait pour une nuit avant l’avion ou si arrivée d’un vol tardif. Le gérant est d’une gentillesse et serviabilité ! Possibilité de navette directement avec lui Chambre et salle de bain propres.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It's near the airport, but there's really nothing else around.

The staff were not very kind. They asked if I needed airport pickup, and I arranged for friends to be picked up to meet me at the hotel instead. They asked for the names, contact and flight information, which I provided. Once they landed, the staff had not even left for the airport. I told them my friends would just take a grab, and they insisted to go without checking the flight information or asking any questions or contacting them. When my friends decided not to wait because the driver went to the wrong part of the airport, the staff blamed me and insisted I was just "another tourist" when in fact, I have been living in Vietnam for quite some time. When my friends arrived, they wouldn't even let them enter the hotel into the lobby and made them wait outside for me. Also, any time I had any questions, the adults were nowhere to be found, only a young teenage boy. Even though it's fine for an overnight stay if you need to stay by the airport, the staff are rude, and I wouldn't recommend it.

Стандартний готель, чисто, в номері все працює. Хазяїн готелю може організувати трансфер до аеропорту чи в центр міста. Також мені надали все необхідне, коли в мене було прохання.

В номері дуже яскраве холодне світло. Було некомфортно знаходитись там з включеною лампою. Але кому тільки переночувати то навпено це немає значення.

The hotel staff were lovely and contacted us a day in advance to confirm the booking and offered to pick us up from the airport which we accepted. When we got to the hotel the check in was simple and we had help getting out bags to our rooms. The room was massive and we were only expecting 2 single beds as we had booked a twin room but were given 2 double beds instead which were both very comfy. When we were moving on to our hotel in hanoi the manager helped us book a taxi there that was actually cheaper than a grab and he was very nice about it.

5 min from the airport, it was great for us to stay as we only had 4 hours. Owner is very nice and took us at 4am to the airport. Big room,comfy bed

Ideální misto pro přespání u letiště. Pěšky v dosahu dvaceri minut nebo možnost taxi přes hotel. Plno restauraci a obchůdků pro občerstvení. Vedlejší klidná ulice.

Chvílemi vibrující klima jednotka zvenčí na zdi domu. Ale včas byla.vypnuta, takže byl klid.

So friendly and quiet.. didn't hear aircraft! Opposite a lovely garden cafe. Room very big and comfortable. Great shower... Lovely owners... No lift... But easy stairs They provide food.. excellent. Lots of cafes restaurants shops etc 2 minutes walk away. I plan to come back here! Good

What I liked the most was that it was sooo clean! The bed sheets were fresh and clean, the mattress was very good. The staff was so friendly too. They prepare breakfast and it was very good too! I would recommend to use their taxi service for the airport because when I arrived at the airport both grab and taxi drivers were trying to scam me, asking for more than the grab prices or asking for 200k wich is insane. For information: from the airport you can take a local bus, 12k, I think it was the 7, and it drive you at 5/10 min walk from the hotel.

It was a bit hard to find a place to eat for dinner. Maybe ordering grab is the solution.

Gazda nas je cekao dokasna navecer sa prijavom.brzo je dao kljucevi i sve kaj sam zatrazila. Komunikativan je priča engleski i ima osjecaj za humor.) Soba je bila cista,skromna,al ima ama bas sve neophodno za prenociti do sledeceg leta.jako blizu zracne luke sta nama i bio cilj,jer smo samo zeljeli odspavat noc na miru do sledeceg leta.

Vlasnik upravo gradi novi objekt pokraj ovog- tako da pogleda sa prozora na ZELENILO,koji sam ocekivala,nije bilo.nego nas prozor direktno gledao u zid nove zgrade gdje sad od jutra vec pocinu radovi. Radnike glasno razgovaraju,pjevaju i rade buku jasno-tako da spavat mozete samo do 7 jutro. Za te koji dolaze kasno noci sa ciljem da se naspavaju do podneva(kao sta je bio naš sluca)j...razocarat cete se. Obljezne kafici za dorucak nude samo vjetnamske verzije hrane i pica...tako da smo hodali 5 min pesice do glavne ceste gdje smo nasli pristojan cisti restorancic sav u zelenilu i na miru i cak dobili otprilike europsku verziju dorucka) jedino kaj je bilo skupo...haha

Удобный отель недалеко от аэропорта, именно как транзитный отель - прекрасный вариант. Номер вместительный, есть все необходимое, санузел чистый, полотенца есть, вода и стаканы ест, постель широкая. В номере даже есть тапочки, правда не одноразовые. Но в принципе на одну-две ночи переночевать - отличный вариант.

Были удивлены жесткости матраса - это наша первая поездка во Вьетнам, и мы не подозревали, что они в принципе у них везде такие.

Everything you need after or before a flight. Helpful staff.

There was a building site next door (December 2025). However, it was our first night in Vietnam, and as we travelled for 3 weeks, it turned out that there are building sites EVERYWHERE. Family Transit Hotel actually was one of the quieter stays :)

Vicinissimo all’aeroporto, comodo per un soggiorno di una notte in attesa del volo. I proprietari sono molto gentili e accomodanti, avevamo un volo al mattino molto presto e ci hanno accompagnato, nonostante la scomodità. Ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli prima dell’orario del check in e ce li hanno fatto trovare in camera al nostro arrivo

The family owning the place was extremely nice and welcoming. They provided a pickup service from and to the airport, as well as a surprisingly good diner.

Great food service, clean room, good staff and totally worth the price.

There was nowhere to visit around the hotel without cash.

Its just okay, good hotel if you have flight in the morning.

Ks không có thang máy nên nếu mang nhiều hành lý nặng cần cân nhắc thêm
