J'avais convenu avec l'hôtel une arrivée tardive avec navette depuis l'aéroport nous étions à 4.Une fois sur place à 3h00 du matin personne ne répondait au téléphone et bien sûr pas de navette présente. J'ai galèré pour trouver un taxi vu l'heure tardive pour nous déposer à l'hôtel. Une fois sur place je constate que toutes les lumières de l'hôtel sont éteintes. J'ai dû réveiller le monsieur de l'accueil qui dormait profondément dans un canapé. Je lui ai signifié mon mécontentement Il ne s'est même pas excusé.. pire les chambres n'étaient pas prêtes. Il n'a même pas proposé de l'aide pour monter les valises à l'étage. En résumé catastrophique.

L'emplacement près de l'aéroport, le calme de l'endroit, la vue sur les arbres de la rue, la propreté et la clarté de la chambre, le canapé, la douche séparée du lavabo et du wc par une paroi vitrée ( on ne mouille pas toute la salle de bain !).

Un ascenseur serait un plus (mais pour le prix de la nuit, on ne va pas se plaindre). Il n'y a pas de bouilloire, c'est un peu dommage.

It was very noisy after 10 minutes I asked to be moved to another room nothing available my worst nightmare I realised I was not going to get a good night's sleep and was woke several times 5am this morning someone was banging something for a long time. The walls are 50% single glazing zero sound proofing just as well as having a tent. 1am I'm thinking it won't be long until I can leave. I don't think they should let this room as it's not fair to put someone through this discomfort. The toilet was dirty to. Wanted to put video of the noise.

Very very friendly owner and good room for the price. Good bed and clean and new toilet/shower

清潔で硬すぎないマットレス、比較的きれいな水回りと温水シャワーが使える、お手頃な宿。 早朝、ノイバイ空港発の便を予約していたので空港から近いホテルを探してこちらに宿泊。 最初は違うホテルのドミトリーを予約していたが、わずか50,000ドンで個室に泊まれることを知り変更。 バイクで4,000km走った後だったので、ゆっくり休める場所を探していたが、その期待に応えられるクオリティの部屋だと思う。 Wi-Fiも高速、周りにはリーズナブルな飲食店があり、徒歩数分で40,000ドンと激安のビュッフェがある。 ただし、ハノイ市内に「Sao Mai Hotel」というよく似た名前のホテルがあるので、GRABを使う方は注意。一度間違えてしまったが、GRAB上で降車場所は変更できる。 総じて、フライト前に一泊するのに適したホテル。

Phòng gọn gàng, đơn giản. Gần sân bay, gần xe khách, dễ di chuyển. Xung quanh gần nhiều chỗ ăn uống.

새벽 도착. 주인이 자다 일어났음에도 아주 친절했어요. 구 건물이지만 청결했고 가성비 대비 대 만족!

You get what you pay for! Nice that it was close to the airport.

The bathroom was outside the room. So we had to walk down the hall to get to it! We were on the very top floor though, so I don't know if the other floors are like that.

Staff were super helpful. Very close to the airport so great if you have an early flight or get in late. Beds like many hotels have thin mattresses. Overall very happy.

空港からクラブで向かいましたが、ドライバーが道に迷いなかなか到着せず…トランジット待ち時間が長く、深夜到着てしたのでとにかく眠りに行きました。オーナーは0時到着、5時チェックアウトだったのに、気さくに対応してくれました。

I booked a single bed room for one night, just needed a place to shower and rest up before a 2am flight. Owner tells me when I get there there is no single bed room only double bed room and puts me in one. He says to use only one bed, I say ok and I check out few hours later, as I am waiting for my grab he comes running down the stairs and throws my stuff out and yells in Vietnamese, I couldn’t understand him but I think he assumes i used both beds , regardless his rage was uncalled for and ruined my visit. He reeked of alcohol, overall wouldn’t reccomend this place to anyone

The stay was ok. Not bad since it was so close to the airport. The bed, towels and washroom weren’t super clean. The bathroom shared an open wall with the room next door so it was quite noisy. The check in experience was good there is someone at the desk at all times. Stay was average but good for the price and location.

It's very cheap and very close the airport (10 min drive max). You are looking at a 45 min drive though to the lively parts of Hanoi.

We arrived after the check in time, but our rooms still weren't ready. We had to wait an additional 30 minutes in reception. The room was advertised as having a private bathroom - it didn't, it had a communal bathroom out in the corridor. My friend (who paid LESS money for supposedly the same type of room) had a bathroom so this left me feeling a little bit scammed. Also, there is no light switch in the rooms (same for me and my friend), just a main fuse box breaker. So you have to either sleep nice and cool with the air con on, but with the room lights on as well, or you can sleep hot in the dark with everything off. Not good.

We love the nice couple who speak good english. We like the place and its surroundings. While waiting for dinner we sat by the play grounds watching kids play soccer. The room was also complete with facilities and good food. MOST OF ALL, given all that WE LOVED THE PRICE. Even without elevators, it’s still worth it.

I cannot recommend this hotel. I arrived around 8 PM as a solo female traveler. A woman welcomed me, and when I asked if the kitchen was still open, she kindly took my order. But a few minutes later, the owner came toward me with an angry and unfriendly expression. He didn’t even say hello, just demanded immediate payment and told me to find food elsewhere. I felt overwhelmed and uncomfortable. There are definitely more respectful ways to speak to guests. Overall, the place has a tense and negative energy. The owner seems to run the hotel only for money, not from the heart – and it shows in the lack of professionalism. The bathroom had mold and no towels were provided. Loud karaoke was played right outside my room until early morning. Also, the room walls are not real – just thin plastic dividers, so it was very noisy.

Bathroom shower is out of the bath sink and faces the sink. Very hard to shower. Wish the bed had two pillows. The pillow I had was the thickness and hardest pillow I ever use. Woke up many times with a stiff neck

Shout out to the amazing friendly fantastic staff at this lovely hotel. Needed a place close to the airport just for a night. We were four ladies. What a lovely find! Super clean, super comfortable so close to the airport easy to find and the staff were super flexible in allowing us to come at ungodly hours. Thank you guys.

Convenient location right by the airport. Comfiest bed I’ve had in Vietnam. Clean and spacious room for the price. Incredibly friendly owner who took us to the airport at 5:30am. Overall, great value for money and we would definitely stay again when we return to Hanoi!

Bon hôtel très proche de l’aéroport, accueil très gentil malgré l’arrivée tardive, après c’est vraiment 0 niveau insonorisation on entend tout mais bon pour le prix ça vaut quand même le coup pour une nuit en attendant un avion !

The place might be ok for local folks but not really for international travelers. It's pretty basic and tucked out of the way.

They accept late check in. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The beds were big, they have hot shower and toiletries.

No elevator esp if you have heavy luggages but not that big issue.

- It's more than ok for a night if you travel light and you need just to sleep and nothing more. Price for what it offers is reasonable. - The rooms are renovated - We were looking for massage places in the area, and the host was kind enough to take us there with his moto so we can check the place

- There was no elevator. This is challenging, especially when you're going there for only a night or a few hours and you have to go up to the 4-5th floor. - The owner wanted to charge us for an extra towel. Especially for women, having a towel for the body and one for the hair is a requirement, and was provided by all hotels we stayed in Vietnam except this one. The host preferred to lose the whole reservation for 7 people and suggested to cancel it for free, than giving us an extra towel at no charge. We were not happy with this attitude.

Conveniently located near Noi Bai Airport. Facilities were complete and the room was very clean and comfortable.

トランジットのため一晩泊まりました。今回は窓がない部屋だったことと、ヘアドライヤーが設置されていなかったことが残念でしたが、その他において特に不満点はありません。近所にローカルな食堂や雑貨屋もあり、もちろん空港も近く、便利な立地でした。

Small room, but was perfect for our 1 night stay before the airport. Comfortable bed. Really good room for how cheap it was.

深夜到着便でしたので、寝るだけ目的で一泊利用しました。部屋は掃除されきちんと整えられていました。トイレなど水回りはあまり清潔感を感じなかったので、シャワーは浴びませんでした。オーナーさんは優しい笑顔でとても感じの良い方です。ホテルの周辺には食堂が複数あり、食事をするのに困らない印象でした。

Booked for a few hours to freshen up after my long flight. The room and shower were great and the owner was so kind helping to arrange pickup for my friend from the airport and taking us into central Hanoi. Despite the language barrier he spent time giving me loads of info about other parts of Vietnam and made me amazing coffee on request too! I didn’t spend the night but would have been happy to

Bij aankomst bleek dat de receptie gesloten was, hoewel er vermeld was dat deze 24/24 7/7 open was. Bij het navragen in de buurt, konden ze ons niet verder helpen. Uiteindelijk bleek er iemand te slapen aan de receptie en heeft deze man ons binnen gelaten. We hadden vooraf een kamer besteld en betaald, maar de man in kwestie moest eerst checken welke kamers er beschikbaar waren. We mochten tussen 2 kamers kiezen, maar beide kamers hadden een lagere kwaliteit dan diegene waarvoor we betaald hebben. Ze hadden aparte bedden ipv een dubbel bed en de douche was boven het toilet (niet een afgesloten douche zoals de kamer waarvoor we betaald hadden). Buiten dit was het ongelooflijk koud in de kamer en was er veel lawaai van andere gasten en in de buurt.

The hotel is right next to a night club. Expect very loud music until 4am which you can hear in the rooms very loudly. I could hardly sleep there. There's wifi, but the password they share doesn't work....

There was no food available in the property which is not a big problem for me. But outside food was also not allowed inside the room. This was also not informed to us earlier.

Lovely airport hotel, very convenient for when I arrived late at night. They picked me up from the airport and very kindly took me to the bus station the next day too!

Excellent value, right by the airport, stayed one night before an early morning flight. Had no problem getting grab to and from, smooth check in. Very friendly owner. Hot shower was excellent, and the bed was very comfy. Perfectly fits its purpose.

Near airport. Easy access by taxi. Owner is very nice abd response to your message very quick. The bed is comfy.

We need to take stair to 3rd floor.. so .. if you travel light, it should be fine.

The overall condition of the hotel was not as advertised. We had to drag our large briefcases 4 levels upstairs (no elevator). The bathroom door didn’t have any locking mechanism. The ceilings were cracked. No TV.
