What I liked most was the beautifully maintained garden. The atmosphere was very relaxing and peaceful. There are only around five rooms, so most of the property is dedicated to gardens and open green space. The view overlooking the rice fields was even better than I expected. Although the staff may not have the polished professionalism of a large hotel, they were genuinely caring, attentive, and always did their best to accommodate guests' needs. Their warmth and hospitality made the stay especially enjoyable
What I didn’t like was probably related to the management side of the operation (from a distance, I assume). When I arrived, I had to wait outside for quite a long time. Despite calling and sending messages, no one came to open the gate. It seemed that the staff had only just received information about my booking at that point. Given the price I paid, this was quite an uncomfortable experience, especially since the property is located in a rather secluded area and can be difficult to find. It was not the kind of first impression I expected. I hope the management team will pay more attention to the guest arrival process, as it would be a shame for such a beautiful property with its excellent facilities and well-maintained grounds, to be let down by avoidable communication issues
