La ubicación no puede ser mejor, la vista increíble, la gente que atendía era muy educada y bien vestida, las habitaciones eran muy bonitas, el restaurante que tienen es excepcional, el dueño estaba presente y era muy preocupado de todo... uno de los mejores hoteles en que he estado, y eso que hemos viajado muchísimo con mi Familia y por todo el Mundo.

Que estaban remodelando, pero también entiendo que es la única forma de crecer y ser mejores.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Lovely hotel. Comfortable beds and great decor. Amazing breakfast. And the restaurant was great for dinner too - recommended by locals and tourists alike.

Usually this is a wonderful hotel, but they are carrying out a substantial renovation project at the moment which did impact on our stay! I’m sure it will be lovely when it’s finished!

There was a large amount of.building work going on which the staff were apologetic about but did wake access and parking the car more difficult.

Nos dieron una habitación muy linda, limpia, una terracita y muy buena vista

Cuando llegaron los huéspedes de la habitación de arriba se escuchaban sus pisadas.

Personal muy amable y comprensivo. Viajamos por una situación familiar y sin solicitarlo nos otorgaron early check in y late check out. Siempre muy pendientes de la experiencia del viajero. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas, tal cual están expuestas en booking. Restaurant buenísimo y con una atención detallada y cuidada. Gracias al staff del desayuno por no apurarnos en las mañanas. Volveremos, espero la próxima vez en modo vacaciones.

Como toda casa de madera puede transmitirse el ruido de la madera desde el pasillo a las habitaciones cercanas, para considerar.

Awesome hotel. Rene and his staff were excellent hosts. Loved all the antique furniture and decor. Great view of the Magellan and nice terrace. Also, the restaurant was very good and our server Juan was great. Rene also helped arrange our transfers.

un htel con personalidad, su personal atento, amable, cordial y con conocimientos en atender bien al pasajero. Ubicado a pocas cuadras del centro al final de una empinada calle , se alza majestuosa la antigua casona que alberga al Hotel y a su restaurante. El hotel hermosamente decorado con elementos de las estancias magallánicas hacen un conjunto armónico que lo invita a sentir la fuerza de los estancieros.

Great views. We enjoyed climbing the few flights of stairs to the top of the hill. Fun charming rooms. Bathrooms nicely updated. The restaurant was top notch. Highly recommend.

Not sure if the staff loves wearing the costumes.

El hotel es súper auténtico y cada detalle cuidado al mimo, y la comida del restaurante un diez. Mención especial a los cocktails que son espectaculares!!! La localización es buenísima, al lado del sunset corner con vistas sobre la bahía!

Hotel totally matches the spirit of Punta Arenas. Great overlook of the city and the water. Rooms are matching the spirit. Staff is amazing, especially the person overlooking the restaurant.

Lugar céntrico, personal Muy amable

La habitación tenia vista al cerro ( no tenia vista ), y nos encontramos que además de la cama matrimonial había una cama de 1 plaza, lo que reducía el espacio y le restaba comodidad. Cuando reservamos pensamos que todas eran iguales… tampoco tenía balcón… fue un poco decepcionante.

Our room Located at the back of he hotel, with stairs on the neighboring footpath was very noisy as runners woke us up at 6 every morning running up the stairs outside and on one night young kids shouting and rapping woke us at 0230hrs as well. Could not get hold of Reception to get police out eventually at 4am I sorted the problem myself .

O “timing” das refeições deixou muito a desejar. Marcamos café da manhã para 10h, que era o horário limite que nos ofereceram. Perguntamos se estaria adequado, visto que era o limite. Chegamos e estavam recolhendo o buffet, que já estava bem desfalcado. A parte quente da refeição foi servida a contendo. Semelhante foi na janta, a refeição chegou antes da bebida. Parecia um fast food. Não compatível com a proposta. Fiz essas observações ao sair e foram amáveis em recebe-las. Disseram que avaliariam as críticas.

La nourriture, petit déjeuner et dîner, de loin le meilleur restaurant du secteur, quel raffinement. Personnel au petit soin Belle terrasse avec vue dégagée sur la ville, emplacement au calme

Quelques couacs lors de notre arrivée, chassé croisé Check in chek out l'espace commun n'étant pas très grand on se retrouve vite les uns sur les autres, nous avons patienté près d'1h30 avant d'avoir notre chambre.

Best view in Punta Arenas from bedroom large balcony. Loved the quirky decor. Small bathroom only had a shower. Eat at the restaurant it was great food.

Up a steep hill. Lots of stairs in hotel so may not be suitable for some. Would have liked a kettle in the bedroom

The room was gorgeous with the best views ever, beautiful garden and the food at the restaurant is unbelievable. Should be on the Michelin list and get some stars!

I had three rooms, all unique, however, suggest some more practically for bathrooms - ie Great to have antique thematics to the room but proper mirror( in some rooms not all) bath door the stays opens , better electric outlet configuration and other functional aspects need a tweak.

The rooms are cozy and the beds are unbelievably comfortable, while the views from the windows are gorgeous—and even better from the restaurant! Speaking of the restaurant, having it right on-site is such a treat, making every meal a delight without ever having to leave the property. The charming decorations and inviting atmosphere add a special touch to the whole experience. I also love their little shop—it’s perfect for picking up a thoughtful, last-minute souvenir. This is one of the most charming hotels I've ever stayed in, and it's at the end of the world. The rooms have themes like the Carpenter or the Dispatcher and are decorated with theme-appropriate vintage items. The food is excellent with many vegetarian and vegan options. Such a great find, it's actually worth the trip!

super authentic hotel with historic character. the rooms are decorated in a wonderful way. The restaurant and breakfast choices are outstanding and really is worth ‘the detour’ like they say in the foodguides of Michelin. Compliments to the staff, the kitchen and owner to create such an authentic experience in punta arenas.

Very interesting and very different and authentic decor. Loved the aesthetic. Beds and sherts were comfortable
