Miejsce idealne dla osób , które potrzebują spokoju, ciszy z dala od tłumów turystów. Widok z okna zapierał dech w piersiach. Przyjazny personel. Wygodne łóżka i poduszki. Wszystko nowe i zadbane. Chętnie wróciłabym jeszcze raz.

Nie podobało mi się to, że mój pobyt w Agia Roumeli był tak krótki 😉

Όλα τέλεια πολύ ωραία περιοχή και πολύ κυριλέ για τα λεφτά που πλήρωσα. Με την γυναίκα μου είμαστε υπέρ ικανοποιημενοι

Καθαρά δωμάτια, πολύ ωραία θέα από το μπαλκόνι !!!! Καταπληκτικό φαγητό, ευγενικό προσωπικό και υπέροχη ενέργεια στον χώρο. Από τα πιο όμορφα μέρη που έχουμε επισκεφτεί στη Κρήτη!!

Ανακαινισμένο δωμάτιο, καθαριότητα, τοποθεσία

Το δωμάτιο δεν είχε επαρκή ηχομόνωση, με αποτέλεσμα να ακούμε έντονα τους θορύβους από τα διπλανά δωμάτια και το κλιμακοστάσιο. Την πρώτη μέρα στις 8 το πρωί γινόταν καθαρισμός στο διπλανό δωμάτιο με τρομερή φασαρία για τουλάχιστον μισή ώρα με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να κοιμηθούμε ή να ξεκουραστούμε. Η συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού ήταν ένα ακόμη μεγάλο αρνητικό. Το προσωπικό έδειχνε έπαρση, έλλειψη ευγένειας και βασικών τρόπων, αντί για την εξυπηρέτηση και τον σεβασμό που περιμένει κανείς από ένα κατάλυμα. Μάλιστα, όταν ζητήσαμε έναν απλό ελληνικό καφέ στις 8 το βράδυ, αρνήθηκαν να μας εξυπηρετήσουν, με τρόπο που κάθε άλλο παρά φιλικός ήταν. Επιπλέον, την ώρα του check-out και αφού είχε γίνει συννενόηση ότι στο επόμενο δεκάλεπτο θα αφήναμε το δωμάτιο, μέλος του προσωπικού μπήκε στο δωμάτιο χωρίς να χτυπήσει και χωρίς να περιμένει απάντηση. Αυτό θεωρώ ότι είναι απαράδεκτο και αποτελεί σοβαρή έλλειψη σεβασμού στην ιδιωτικότητα του επισκέπτη.

Our stay was relaxing even if it was during the busy period, the sea view was great, our hosts were excellent.

Niente, tutto oltre le aspettative

Absolument tout, cet hôtel familial est une merveille. On se sent comme à la maison avec un service irréprochable. Les patrons sont adorables et parlent français. La cuisine est délicieuse.

La cage d'escaliers est un peu sonore, attention à ceux qui ont le sommeil léger et qui voudraient faire la grasse matinée.

Schöne, saubere, neuwertige Unterkunft mit sehr zuvorkommenden Personal, allerdings ausschließlich per Fuß oder Boot erreichbar.

Hotelli ei ollut rannalla, mutta parvekkeelta näki meren. Huone oli ihan siisti ja toimiva. Henkilökunta otti meidät mukavasti vastaan ja saimme myös hyödyllisiä neuvoja. Ravintolassa oli hyvä ruoka ja ystävällinen palvelu. Koko kylässä oli mielestämme todella hyvä ja rauhallinen tunnelma. Samarian rotko on lähellä, joten täältä voi aloittaa patikoinnin reitin loppupäästä.

Parvekkeet ovat kovin lähellä toisiaan, joten yksityisyyttä ei siellä ole.

Un accueil chaleureux, toujours le sourire, une belle carte de restaurant avec spécialités locales, poisson, on s’est régalé 😋 une chambre très confortable avec un très bon matelas et une belle salle de bain. Nous recommandons !

Hotel Calypso es un alojamiento excelente, destaco su limpieza, comodidad y la comida que hacen con producto de calidad y recetas tradicionales. Pero sobre todo la atención del dueño y el personal, que fueron super amables. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Antonis is simply the best. He’s very accommodating and helpful. Our room was clean, our bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning works well. The view is nice and the restaurant below is a good place to relax after the last frrry leaves. The homemade food is delicious.

New, modern room and shower room finished to a good standard. Room slightly small, especially if there are 2 of you in it

Krásný, čistý pěkně zařízený pokoj se super výhledem. Perfektní restaurace s velmi chutným jídlem. Velmi milý ochotný personál. V ubytování panovala pohodová rodinná atmosféra, která na nás tak zapůsobila, že jsme si prodloužili pobyt o jednu noc. Moc děkujeme za nádherné tři dny. Velmi rádi se zde ještě vrátíme.

Best place to stay in Agia Roumeli! I would definitely stay here again. The rooms are very comfortable, the food at the restaurant is amazing, and the views are awesome. The people working here are incredibly kind and welcoming. We stayed here after hiking the Samaria Gorge, and it was the best decision. My only regret is not staying for two nights—it’s such a peaceful and relaxing place. You can also take a short ferry ride to Loutro. The morning after our hike, we took the ferry to Loutro, spent the day there, and then caught another ferry from Loutro to Sougia to return to our car at the Samaria Gorge parking lot. Again my only regrets is not staying longer at Agia Roumeli and this very nice hotel.

Tout particulièrement le personnel aux petits soins à chaque instant. Mais aussi la chambre avec son balcon vue sur la mer, parfaite tout simplement ! Les très bons hôtels se reconnaissent aux petits détails et celui-ci en fait partie, vous verrez. Et n'hésitez pas à tester leur restaurant, il est très bon !

Vater und Sohn sind extrem freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Hotel mitten im Zentrum am „Hafen“ und Strand. Tolles Restaurant mit super Essen. Saubere Zimmer mit schönem Ausblick zu einem fairen Preis. Es war die beste Unterkunft auf unserer Wandertour auf dem E4.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Taverne. Wir haben gut geschlafen und gegessen. Nachdem die Wanderer mit der Fähre weggefahren sind wird es ruhig und entspannt.

The staff were very good. We stayed in the “new” Calypso rooms. They were very new, good sized rooms, nice bathroom with a good sized balcony. I think these rooms are bigger than the “old” Calypso buildings rooms.

We had booked a triple room in the “old” Calypso building, but were given a double room in the new building. No explanation was given, however the room appeared to be bigger and newer. However, the view was not as good and the building is a few streets back from the old Calypso building at the back of the town. The other matter was that the power went off in the town at around 10am (our ferry was due at 11:30am) so there was no Airconditioning in the room. This appears to be a regular occurance, as all the main taverna’s had their own generators which all were running while we waited for the ferry…

Very friendly owners and a very quiet and comfortable place. Their restaurant was also very good, with fresh and authentic food. It is a perfect option for a stay in A Roumeli!

Une belle étape dans cet hôtel familial où le personnel est absolument adorable. Chambre très moderne avec balcon vue sur mer. Restaurant de l'hôtel délicieux. On n'a qu'une envie après une telle soirée : rester toute la semaine.

The best value for this price. Great hospitality, very nice family. The place is clean, and maintained well. The food is good, with traditional dishes.

The shower was cold in the 1st day, and not warm in the second day

The staff are lovely and so helpful ☺️ nothing was too much trouble. All the food is homemade and delicious.

Best place to stay in Agia Roumeli. Comfy and modern rooms, the sea right at your doorstep, great food and very friendly and enthousiastic young staff.

Owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. They are eager to make your stay enjoyable, comfortable and relaxing. The town is small and lovely and has a very family-oriented vibe. We also had dinner and breakfast there and had great meals and experiences. While we only stayed one night, because that is all we had planned in our itinerary, it was one of the highlights of the trip.

Très joli hôtel, chambre confortable, super accueil et excellent repas. C’était pour moi le point de chute idéal après avoir visité les gorges de Samaria.

Einfach alles 😀... sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer, überaus freundliches Team, lecker Essen..... Ruhe und Entspannung kommt hier auch nicht zu kurz. Wir sind Wiederholungstäter und kommen wieder, dann hoffentlich länger. Wir sagen Danke für die schöne Zeit.

My favourite place in Crete I have been coming here for years it just feels like holidays. Lovely Family run Business with wonderful food direct on the Beach

Basic clean rooms (this is a good place to stay after hiking the Samaria Gorge), and friendly staff. Has a nice restaurant but no access (or facilities) to the beach. Another hotel offered chairs and umbrellas at the beach if you ate at their restaurant or stayed at the hotel.

No available blankets and got very chilly at night

Room quite small with almost no space for luggage

The owner and his son were both fantastic - very polite, friendly and helpful. Storing our bags until our room was available was no problem at all. Our room was clean and comfortable with a great balcony (with clothes rack). Fridge. View of the beach too. One of the them was always present and very attentive, so you never had to wait for anything. Our dinner was fantastic with delicious food - fish (in fact all) perfectly cooked. The restaurant balcony was large and open - great in the heat, although we chose to sit below, overlooking the beach on one side. When we left for the next town via ferry, i left something in a draw; they rang me, and then sent the bag on the next ferry - safely returned. Fantastic stay.

Lovely family run hotel with the best food we’ve had so far in Crete, much of it home grown. Try the aubergine salad. You won’t regret it!

Our room was perfect. Clean, spacious and with a great view of the sea. The restaurant downstairs was great.
