nothing particular to mention on the liking.

But about the non liking, only one bathroom towel was provided though there were 2 guests, and we got the other one upon asking. No hand towels were provided in the bathroom. No comb was provided. The room did not have a hair dryer. The WiFi wasn't working at all, and after complaining, it was restored but very low network and it was hardly connecting.

Very courteous and helpful staff, great location, good food.

Some of the furniture and furnishings looked a bit old and worn out.

Zero Cleanness. Entrence of hotel the sofa or at the reception so dirty and smelling bad, don't feel like seating on sofas,not changing bed cover, protector all with stains., when I entered the room looks good.fixing toilet paper as if they have never seen.mouthwash liquid very bad,Bed and pillows full of other clients sleeping before sweat smell. Very bad.poor breakfast . lunch and dinner not wow, cause could be poor salary,not well trained staff. Please try to improve hotel conditions Cleanness and hygienic very important in life food conditions and quality not available good. Excellent staff so friendly and helpful. Restaurant had superb tastey food at reasonable prices. Room was nice and big and clean as well as the bedding and bathroom....all nice and clean. Definitely recommend it.

Centrally located thus reducing our travel time to the destinations. Breakfast was with limited menu, simple but tasty. Housekeeping team was efficient enough to undertake maintenance of shower within the stipulated time.

I did ask for a wake up call at 6 am and book me a taxi for 7 am , I didn’t get the wake up call just the call at 7 to say my taxi was here so mad panic to get everything away no shower as my train was leaving at 7.30 fantastic taxi drove like a racing driver to get me to the station on time ( fortunately the train was delayed so it wasn’t a problem) but I had to book that train 5 weeks in advance and was booked into a hotel in Mangaluru, if I had missed it because I didn’t get a alarm call , I would’ve requested to see the manager and point out the members of staff who I asked for the call to be reprimanded

Clean, comfortable rooms. Great food too. Even has a pool. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming.

I have always enjoyed my stay at Nanutel, Margao. Very warm welcome; clean rooms; good restaurant and very helpful and friendly staff.

Upon arrival, Parking was an issue, but this was eventually settled. My room was good. Clean. The fridge wasn't working but they brought a replacement. I turned the TV on only to discover they charge for it's use. I've NEVER been charge for using regular TV. Bathroom only had shower towel. No hand or face towels. The location was convenient. Pool was refreshing. Included breakfast was very simple, and adequate. I didn't appreciate the extremely loud construction sounds in the afternoon. Jack hammer or hammer drilling. I was not able to have a nap. And I was woken at 6:30 am by very loud noise from above. Possibly them setting up for the roof top breakfast service. I left this hotel exhausted...

Great customer service. Enjoyed breakfast and other meals at the restaurant. Very convenient and centrally located

More linen, only 1 set of towels provided even though we were a couple staying in the hotel.

Location

Hotel should try and stop the taxi service providers. They loot innocent travelers.they demand twice the rates which other private taxis offer.i was about to miss my flight

Spacious room, solicitous staff

The hotel was central and modern and the rooms were comfortable, spacious, clean and well-equipped. The best thing was the dining: the food in the restaurants and coffee shop was good quality and reasonably priced, and the staff were excellent.

Two things: Booking from England was difficult as the hotel required full payment in advance via bank transfer meaning I incurred £30 in bank charges, and I then had to chase the hotel to acknowledge receipt. Acoustics in the corridors are not good, and we were disturbed by other guests banging doors.

The Aircondition in the room was not functioning

House keeping Attended: Viorel F&B Attended (Room Service) : Antonio (tall, thin guy) They were really kind, they helped me during my stay, need to hire such people who know how to interact with guest needs and to build conversations.

To be Very Honest i don't like anything in the hotel, it was not worthy of the price I'm paying to stay and just to get a bed and Ac and Fan and some furniture, Staff is not trained how to greet meet the guest needs, lack of anticipation activities, there were no amenities in the room, The mini bar had no cooling i was informed that it is used to keep Vegetables and Fruits and to which they told it's a hotel policy, you mean to say when people are staying in your property, they'll buy vegetables and fruits and keep in minibar during their stay 😅🤣hats off no bathroom slippers, no extra water bottles, had to ask to which they provided some and most of the things were denied, as they don't understand the product, the breakfast was Pathetic , thanks god i didn't reserve my room with bf, nothing was there by 9:00 am later in the evening i ordered food and asked the hot box to keep the food hot as the room service is until 10:30 PM 😒and they don't provide hot box as well, who close the laundry by 3:00 pm in the afternoon and no additional service is to be provided, to ease if any guest staying, No pickup and drop facilities nothing at all, people don't understand the difference between lime and lemon, one evening i asked from PDR /IRD to get me lemon shot which they weren't confident off handling the phone to one another, to which one of the *assistant manager of IRD Sahil* had a word to which he reacted to fill a tom collin glass 50-60 lemon will be required to which i was completely shocked, moreover the conversation was so awful and then he hang up the call. And to which they charged ₹100 as a fresh lime soda, Have some respect to the other person, kindly show your frustration out of the work space, that evening i controlled myself for not creating a issue to the hotel.

Liked most is its location and accessibility. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Breakfast spread was adequate. The hotel has a secure parking lot

I liked the staff at the reception. They were very professional, helpful & kind. The doorman was very polite & very respectful. The room was tidy, air conditioner was awesome & the food was great. The ambience of the hotel was very welcoming.

The soap dispenser next to the sink was mouldy. At times when the housekeeper cleaned my room, i didn’t get my amenities (e.g. towel & toilet paper). Room service charges GST for food sometimes was overcharged. For example, there were 2 guests but there was only 1. Some dishes had too much ginger-garlic taste. It was overpowering!! 😤😤 The room service menu should be different to the restaurant menu. Breakfast was terrible!! There could be more variety of dishes.

Confort, cleanliness, welcome.

The hotel is exceptionally clean. The beds are comfortable, the showers are hot and the breakfast on the roof top was great as well. The standards of the hotel are comparable to a Best Western or something around the basic American standards. Which was great to have after dealing with a couple sub par hotel on our trip to India.

The food at the hotel was just OK. I would venture out to eat! Check out Cafe Tato or Spicy family restaurant to name a few.

Great location, nice spacious room. Shops, restaurants and market place in walking distance. Taxis also in front of the hotel. Nice cafe near the hotel to have breakfast.

No balcony. Swimming pool was right by the restaurant and no sunbeds.

More spread is needed in breakfast, we are ready to pay, but should have more spread or varities.

The venue on the 6th floor terrace was extremely cool. the breakfast as well was amazing with lot of attention to details. Fresh dosas on offer was a bonus. The manager also was putting in efforts to make sure everything was catered for.

liked every bit of it. One of the best places i have stayed in recently. Cost effective with pleasant helpful staff rooms very clean and spacious and yes, so very well located right in the middle of the city! Could not find any fault.

What i did not like is i requeated for pick-up n when i arrived in Goa there was no one to pick me, kept on reading other names and hotel boards. It disappointed me very much thinking did i choose the right hotel if even pick-up was a failure

Conveniently located. Very friendly and responsive staff. Good value for money. Great selection of food in the restaurant. Will definitely stay here again.

Locality was good.

The room AC was not working. Currents were going off in the middle of the night. The WiFi was also not working at all. So the next day we were told that we will give a replacement room. Which was ridiculous. Atleast they should had asked us the same day itself if the above were not working. So we had to vacate the hotel.

The hotel should have some provision of providing on exception atleast 1 room when they have family visiting them as early checkin and that should not be with extra cost.. the charges were exhorbitant

Avoid this property at all costs The photos in booking.com of the room doesn’t match the actual rooms. They will they charge you more at the time of checkin. My mother and father stayed here and they showed a triangular small room and charged them 1500₹ more for upgrade. The wifi doesn’t work. Food is very bad. The fish curry was sweet. Better to pay a little more and stay at a good property rather than staying at such a place where they loot you and take advantage of customers.

Pricing is about 20-30% more considering it is basic hotel with a small pool

I had to extend my stay and the staff did good arrangements. Even though had to change the rooms between, they were kind enough to assist me professionally. Thank you and hope to come again for a vacation.

Excellent hotel, friendly cooperative staff, especially Kartick. Great pool. Breakfast could do with some sausages and meat, otherwise everything was perfect. I will be back for a longer tour
