Reviewed Jul 26, 2026The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. I stayed here for a little over 2 weeks for work, and I felt like I was treating like family. I was accomodated every morning with oatmeal, which isn't standard with the buffet, and every morning I came down they knew what I wanted. The cleaning lady, Lily, also did a great job taking care of my room and left me some notes with candies which was really sweet. I have to give a shoutout to Raul Barragan as he was friendly with me, willing to serve, and taught me some Spanish words as I showed him I was learning. As for the hotel itself, no complaints. I love the shower, the working AC with adjustable fan speed, the restraunt size and options, and the service. It's conveniently located next to the airport so you don't even need to Uber to it. Overall this was a great stay!

Reviewed May 20, 2026I had the chance to stay in this hotel a few times in the last couple years and is always a good experience. This last time I needed to wait a few hours due to a flight change so I spend a few hours working in the restaurant and had such a great service and hospitality, especially one server Raul Barragán was always looking to make me comfortable, aware of bringing food or just taking care of any detail. Best service in Monterrey

Reviewed May 9, 2026This is a typical airport hotel. Nothing special, nothing bad about it. It does what it is supposed to do: give you a very good bed so that you are well rested on your flight the next day.
I arrived from Terminal A (the domestic terminal) and could not find any good signage showing me how to walk to the hotel. I ended up paying a lot for an uber who drove me the wrong way. Normally not an issue buat as it was past midnight, this was not what I was hoping for

空港直結ですが、その道がとても分かりにくかったです。壁に貼ってある案内表示が十分になく迷いました。 フロントの人の対応があまりよくなかった。 価格が少し高く感じました、ケトルがあったらよかったです。

They kick us before our check out, just because we left the hotel for a few minutes to go to the airport to check in our flight, and we still could have a few hours of rest before our flight, even when the whole point of staying in an airport hotel is to be able to go back and forth between the hotel and the airport easily.
