La verdad todo estuvo bien en general, buena calidad precio, el desayuno podría ser más completo pero al ser gratis me parece bien, y más agua disponible en la habitación quizás

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026En la bùsqueda de hotel Pet Frendly escogì el hotel porque siempre acostumbro llegar a ese hotel, pero cuando lleguè con mi familia y mis perrhijas de talla pequeña y consciente que son limpias, no ladran y que sòlo hacen sus necesidades al sacarlas al aire libre, me agradò la idea de continuar con la reserva, pero llegando al Hotel cansada despuès de 8 horas de viaje manejando me dicen que sòlo aceptan si tiene documentos de perro de soporte emocional. Me quedo con muy mal sabor de boca porque tuve que irme a otro Hotel.

Não estava funcionando o sistema para o cartão de acesso ao quarto, com isso era necessário acionar um funcionamento para poder acessar a habitação.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026When I reserved, their site said that they had a secured parking lot which was extremely important for us. After I reserved, they sent me a message saying that they were under construction and that they would probably not be able to give me a secured parking and that I would most likely have to park in the street. I send them 3 messages requesting a clear answer as if I could have a safe place to park. They never answered me. So I asked them to cancel my reservation because of that. As of today, 3 days later still did not get an answer. So this place is not professional and it is to be avoided anytime since they don’t care about the clientele.
Not receiving an answer on my three messages. And not being able to cancel because they could not provide the services they advertised. Now I have to escalate my complaint with Booking. And even Booking didn’t get an answer from them.

El primer cuarto asignado olía demasiado a humedad, nos lo cambiaron a uno "nuevo" que tenía muchísimo polvo, en general todo el hotel se siente con mucho polvo y para alguien con resfriado es difícil estar en ese ambiente. El desayuno no tiene letreros de lo que sirven, y cuando hay alergias es importante saberlo, sino se limita mucho y no había nadie para preguntar. Finalmente dijeron que ellos no daban la factura, que la daba booking, y resulta que deberian ser ellos. En general las personas del front desk parecian estar sin ganas de trabajar.

Reviewed Dec 8, 2025A pesar de estar en remodelación el hotel mi estancia estuvo excelente. tanto el trato del personal como las instalaciones las disfrutamos mi familia y yo. La puntualidad del transporte al aeropuerto me agrado.
Que por la salida de nuestro vuelo no pudiéramos disfrutar del desayuno que incluía la habitación.

Aunque estaba muy limpio cuando uno entra en la habitación hay un ligero olor a pies, claramente perceptible. Yo creo que es por la falta de ventilación. Es lo único malo.

Reviewed Sep 28, 2025La habitación, limpia, las camas y almohadas son garantía en holiday inn. Silencioso, tranquilo, bien ubicado. Las habitaciones recién remodelada. Pero tenía la lámpara de pié rota.
Estaba en remodelacion y era caótica el área de recepción, los pasillos feos, viejos y las alfombras olían terrible. Deberían ir remodelando por pisos habitaciones y pasillo es e ir abriendo piso por piso, no remodelar todo desorganizado.
