Personnel très sympathique et arrangeant. La chambre est propre et agréable. Le petit déjeuner est très bien également, avec des jus et des fruits frais. L’emplacement est un petit peu éloigné de la vieille ville mais l’hôtel prête des vélos ce qui est idéal pour découvrir Hoi An.

Breakfast was fine, free bicycles were awesome to get to the beach or to oldtown, Location between beadch and oldtown was also perfect. The hosts were really kind and helpful.

The accommodation was nicely presented and tidy. Breakfast exceeded expectations with several options available. Jade, the receptionist, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the start.

Il posto è molto accogliente e la piccola piscina un gioiellino. Staff gentilissimo, colazione ok, un piatto a scelta tra quelli del menù e portano anche della frutta. Situato a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro, ma possibilità di usare gratuitamente le biciclette.

Cet Homestay est géré par une famille très gentille et attentionnée. Il est bien situé au calme en dehors de Hoi An tout en étant proche du centre ( nous n’avons pas utilisé les vélos, en voiture on était à environ 5-10 minutes du centre ville) . Aux alentours il y a de bons restaurants et services ( massage, coiffeur, ongles) et pleins d’activités et d’informations sont données directement par l’Homestay, ils sont de bons conseils et aident à la commande d’un transport ou d’une activité ! La piscine du Homestay est très agréable et bien entretenue. Enfin le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux!

Las chicas que trabajan en la recepción, Jade y Lily, son un amor y muy atentas. Tratan de ayudarte con todo gestionándote tours, traslados…. Te preguntan qué tal te ha ido el día… se puede tener una conversación agradable con ellas. La cama era enorme y súper cómoda y, cada día cuando te hacen la habitación te dejan unos snacks. Ah! Y el primer día que llegué me recibieron con un smoothie de bienvenida… Simplemente genial :)

This was my favourite stay in Vietnam. Besides the excellent facilities, perfect location and beautiful setting in the garden, the thing that made this place special was the staff. Lily was an absolute blessing! She gave us very helpful guide information for Hoi An. She recommended so many good places. It was great because the places felt more local and not overflown by tourists. All of her food recommendations are a definite must try. Lily was generally so so helpful, very professional and always available. Thanks to her most of the organisation was taken care for and worked swiftly. We are very thankful for her, we had a very memorable stay here!

Everything was absolutely perfect thanks to Lily and her colleague at the reception. They greeted us the best way they could. They gave us so many tips and helped us to book activities and cars. Plus the place is incredible. Si quiet and we can easily get anywhere. Food next to the villa is perfect . Breakfast at the villa are scrumptious and the cleaning and kitchen ladies are so adorable. Anyone staying in Hoi An should stay there!!!

The staff were friendly, helpful, and nice! The bed was comfortable, the room was great. Good location with easy walking distance to food or not far to go anywhere else either.

Feels comfortable like a home. The facility also offers to book tourist attractions at a lower price compare to booking apps. The breakfast served was also good, their smoothies are delicious. If you arrived early, you can leave your luggages and can stroll around the area using their free bicycles.

Such a peaceful quiet place to stay but walking distance to the old town and plenty of of restaurants. A short bike to the rice paddies and a very quick grab to the beach. The staff were incredible. Felt like home.

Ngan Phu Villas do what very few guest lodgings do - they actually think about what their guests need and try their utmost to provide it. The room wasn't particularly big, but it didn't need to be. Everything we needed was supplied and delivered thoughtfully. The shower was separate from the toilet (big plus!), there was a safe, two bins (one for degradeables and one for non), the shower was great with excellent pressure and loads of hot water. There were even enough hooks for our wet towels!!! The bed was comfy, and the staff very helpful and accommodating. And on top of that, they were very reasonably priced. I can't recommend them highly enough. Oh, and did I mention the free breakfast? Again, the choices are thoughtfully considered and the food delicious.

This place was an absolute dream! Can’t even compare it to other airbnbs in Vietnam cause I would just get disappointed! Lovely swimming pool; lovely staff who take time to sit with you when you’re checking in and show you all there is to do in Hoi An. Free bicycles, helped so so much with exploring all areas. Breakfast included and just overall great staff. Loved our room, nice and spacious and gets cleaned everyday. Lots of water in the fridge aswell and not even expensive. Extended our stay with 2 days just bc of great stay ! Would stay here again if I ever came back !

Asztalt és szekrényt hiányoltam a szobából. De, ami jobban zavart, hogy az ablakot nem tudtam használni, mert egy építkezésre néz, és nincs szúnyogháló, és nincs ablaküveg.

Lily makes this place great. Yes its location is good, yes its accommodation is ok despite aging, and yes the breakfast choices are excellent, but it’s Lily that makes the difference. She is welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful etc. etc. The owners are lucky yo have such a wonderful person.

Very friendly and helpful staff, receptionist gave a great guide to hoi an. Great breakfast and nice room.

The property is well-located just outside the old town, but easily reachable using the complimentary bicycles provided (which are a bit older but work fine). The service was incredibly warm and welcoming; the owners went out of their way to help us, offering great activity tips and even arranging an airport taxi that was cheaper than Grab. The breakfast menu offered plenty of delicious options, accompanied by simple but excellent coffee.

Unfortunately, the layout of the communal area is sub-optimal. Our room was on the ground floor, directly facing this area, and it lacked proper soundproofing. Every evening, guests gathered by the pool and right outside our door until late at night—talking, playing loud music, and smoking. Because of this, we could hear everything, and the cigarette smoke even drifted into our room. While we tried speaking to the other guests, the groups changed constantly, meaning the issue repeated itself every night. As non-smokers, we found it difficult to enjoy the outdoor areas or breakfast, as smoking was permitted everywhere. It would be highly beneficial to clearly state this policy beforehand or consider introducing a designated smoking area. While we managed the noise at night thanks to earplugs, a communal seating area should honestly not be located directly in front of a guest room.

It was my first time ever staying in a homestay, and my expectations were exceeded. All the staff are incredibly friendly, and there's a real homey atmosphere, almost like visiting friends. Breakfast was fantastic. The location is also perfect – it takes less than 10 minutes to get to the hotspots by Grab or you could also just have a nice walk going there. Upon arrival, I received lots of valuable tips for how to spend my time. Since the homestay handles all the activity bookings if you want, you have less stress and can focus on your vacation. For those who prefer a quiet evening, there's a smart TV in the room with Netflix and other entertainment options.

Schöne und saubere Hotelanlage, auch wenn ich sie leider nur wenig genutzt habe, da ich tagsüber meistens unterwegs war. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich aber den unglaublich tollen Service. Bereits beim Check-in wurde ich super beraten, was man in der Umgebung alles unternehmen kann. Ich habe viele hilfreiche Informationen erhalten und Aktivitäten wurden direkt für mich organisiert. Tickets, Anleitungen und alle wichtigen Infos kamen innerhalb kürzester Zeit – wirklich sehr unkompliziert und effizient. Besonders dankbar war ich für die Unterstützung bei einem Problem mit meiner Kreditkarte, die vom Automaten eingezogen wurde. Das Hotel hat sofort Kontakt mit der Bank aufgenommen, alles organisiert und sogar ein Taxi zur Bank für mich organisiert. Der Service war wirklich außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Is such a beautiful villa nestled in a quiet road. Lily and Jade were amazing, they were always there to help and also be a friendly face to talk to - even more important as a solo traveller. The biscuits in the room was such a wonderful touch and it made the stay even more special. Would definitely return if I’m ever back in Hoi An and recommend to my friends

Only thing was the room didn’t have a window (which I’m now realising is quite common in Vietnam) so I had to go outside to check the weather each morning.

Amazing staff- very helpful with booking taxis to the airport and various things to do around Hoi An. It’s around a 15/20 min walk to the old town. It’s possible to bicycle or rent a bike. It’s also next to the rice fields so it’s quite nice to walk or bike through them. Snacks were provided in the room everyday and the fridge was stocked with drinks and bottled water. A laundry service is available. Some very nice local restaurants in the area Very nice for a solo traveller

Lovely, spacious room with a clean bed, and housekeeping attended daily. We were greeted on arrival with a welcome drink, and I believe her name was Jade—she was amazing throughout our stay. She was so welcoming every day and genuinely made the trip for us. Jade also gave us plenty of great suggestions for things to do and even helped book some activities for us. Breakfast each morning was excellent, especially as it was included in the price. The hotel arranged private airport transfers for us, which made everything really easy. We also loved the little touches, like biscuits being left in the room after cleaning. The pool area was lovely, with plenty of sunbeds, and there was free use of bikes as well. The location is great—close to lots of food spots, and only about £0.80 for a Grab into the Old Town, so not far at all. On the day we left, Jade even made us breakfast at 6am to make sure we had something to eat before heading off. Overall, this is the best place we’ve stayed so far while travelling.

Cudowne miejsce w niedalekiej odległości od Centrum. Piękny ogród. Można skorzystać z rowerów. Personel bardzo uprzejmy i miły. Pomocny we wszystkim. Szczególne podziękowania dla Lily za nieocenioną pomoc. Serdecznie polecam to miejsce - dopełniło magii czasu spędzonego w Hoi an.

L’emplacement est parfait, un peu en dehors du centre mais au calme, et l’hôtel prête des vélos pour se rendre dans le centre (5-10 min de vélo, 20min à pied). Le personnel est très gentil et nous a beaucoup aidé pour organiser notre séjour à Hoi An. La chambre était très confortable et très propre.

Wir waren 4 Tage dort und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Inhaber sind sehr nett und haben sich um alles gekümmert. Sofern es uns nochmal nach Hoi An verschlägt, würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen.

Super liebe Gastgeberinnen, immer mit einem Lächeln auf den Lippen, persönliche Gespräche und Empfehlungen! Haben ganz einfach über sie auch unseren Transfer zur Unterkunft und weiter zur nächsten Stadt organisieren können sowie eine Tour zu den Cham Islands gebucht. Wir fühlten uns die ganze Zeit umsorgt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, Moskitonetz bereits vorhanden, leckeres Frühstück (Option für frühe Morgenstunden vorzubestellen) und kostenloser Fahrradverleih. Die Lage war für uns auch super. Sind rundum zufrieden :)

La relación calidad-precio es muy buena. Tienen transfer a buen precio. Bicis gratuitas. La habitación era amplia y el desayuno correcto.

En nuestra habitación la ducha era compartida con el baño, y en las fotos no salían asi. Aunque con el calor se seca rápido es incómodo.

Superbe endroit, chambre grande, belle, propre, calme. On a même eu droit à un balcon très agréable. Petit déjeuner copieux, servi avec fruits frais et jus/café. La piscine était aussi agréable pour se rafraîchir. C'est à 25mn de marche de la vielle ville, mais 10mn en vélo. Les vélos sont d'ailleurs gratuits, super pratique pour se promerner autour. On se souviendra surtout de l'accueil incroyable de lily et de son équipe. Elle a pris le temps de nous expliquer comment aller dans la vieille ville, la plage et alentours. Elle a réservé un cours de cuisine pour nous et réservé des bus. On recommande absolument !

Nous n'avons pas été très emballés par la communication de la direction qui nous a demandé de rembourser 2 € un verre à eau très ordinaire que nous avions malencontreusement cassé (envoi de messages whatsapp assez désobligeants). Par ailleurs, nous avions choisi cet hôtel en raison de son emplacement qui le situait à mi chemin entre la mer et le centre ville mais il n'est pas toujours aisé d'avoir des Grab pour se rendre dans le coeur de la ville, surtout en soirée. Dans le sens inverse, il n'y a pas de problème

Breakfast was nice, although if you get the bacon or sausage can you will barely get anything. Room was cleaned daily. Not on the main road, but a taxi ride from the centre.

Firstly, they tried to get us to cancel our booking, WhatApp messaging us multiple times 2 days before arrival telling us we need to cancel our booking because they had a water issue, when we didn’t respond it was then a booking system issue. Being aware of this scam and pressure put on guests to be the ones to cancel so they can put the room back up for a higher price for last minute bookings, we told them to only contact us through booking.com and cancel themselves if they needed too - surprise surprise the ‘issue’ was miraculously fixed and they didn’t need to cancel the booking!! And they had had guests during this time and no issues had been encountered by those guests, making it clear it was a scam. But to be honest we should have took this as a warning and cancelled ourselves! This is NOT a 9.5* accommodation and is much much more basic and tired than the photos make you believe! The mattress was the most uncomfortable we have experience on our travels in Vietnam, you could feel the springs. The staff come across lovely but on asking our itinerary the first morning they bad mouthed the tailors and spas we said we were going too, of course recommending other options that they have links too - however doing our own research they did not have as good reviews. They also told us they could get the best price for activities - this is also not the case, we could get these activities for half the price they were offering! The free bicycles are extremely old, don’t work properly and are all rusty, not like other bicycles people are riding from other accommodation in the town. The bike seat didn’t stay up, brakes didn’t work at all, they were very uncomfortable to use. We got a small amount of washing done, and all the white items came back dyed brown, they claimed they just needed to be washed again (since being home this is not the case, the colour does not come out and these items are totally ruined).

I really enjoyed my stay here! The room had a smart tv which I really appreciated, the bed was comfy. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend

Our stay with Ngan Phu Villa Homestay was wonderful, and the highlight stay of our trip so far! The room was great, the breakfast was fantastic, the location was great, and the service especially was incredible! We were made to feel really welcome by our host Bona, who made us a lovely juice upon arrival and had many great recommendations for us. She even was able to answer questions on recommendations whilst we were out and about via WhatsApp. The accommodation provides free bikes for getting into the old town nice and easy, which is a great addition. We really loved it here and were sad to leave! Our best place we stayed in Vietnam! Thank you Bona and the team!

Les chambres sont confortables, l'accueil et les conseils par l'équipe sont très agréables. La piscine n'est pas grande mais agréable pour se détendre dans la journée. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. On vous prête des vélos (état perfectible) mais ils sont bien pratiques pour rayonner dans la campagne et la ville de Hoi An.

Bona nous a très bien accueillies en nous donnant pleins d'informations sur les activités à faire et restaurants aux alentours. Elle a vraiment été adorable et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est parfait, l'établissement est très propre, agréable avec sa petite piscine mais c'est suffisant. Il y a des vélos à disposition pour les promenades et se rendre à la plage. En marchant il faut compter 1/2 heure de marche pour la plage et le quartier des lanternes. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans cet établissement. Encore un grand merci à Bona pour sa réactivité.

Ce que nous n'avons pas apprécier, la taille de la chambre et sa petite fenêtre pour une famille de 4 personnes.

We have stayed here before and we had a great time again. Bona was friendly and really helpful always. The room was lovely, breakfast was good, and we appreciated breakfast late till 1000am.

Exceptional stay – one of the best places I experienced in Vietnam I honestly can’t recommend Ngan Phu Villa enough. This was one of the best places I stayed at during my trip in Vietnam. I arrived early in the morning after a night bus, and the staff immediately took care of me in the most thoughtful and genuine way until my room was ready. Their kindness is truly exceptional – they go above and beyond in every possible way. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with great beds. The pool is amazing and perfect to relax after a long day. Breakfast was delicious and generous. What really makes this place special is the people. They helped me with everything I needed in Hoi An – planning, transportation, recommendations – always with a big smile and genuine care. Even when I left, they made sure I had water and a snack for the road, which says everything about their level of hospitality. If you're coming to Hoi An – don’t think twice. Stay here.

Parfait !

Extremely gentle and very helpful staff. They provide bikes and they arrange the tour guide for the main attractions, we definitely recommend the Imperial City tour, best quality and price. The rooms are very clean.

The breakfast was a little bit poor, since we have to order a la carte we didn't have any idea of how the dishes could have been. Anyway what they provided was very tasty.
