Closer to the main city and closer to the main attractions! Other than that no comments.

The property on the booking.com looks too fishy (too real to be true) but the reality looks differently. The place is dim with not enough lighting, filled with pests, it is hot, the water pressure to our rooms was low and we could not shower properly.

Staff at night are very nice

We only stayed here for one night but we would recommend! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was a good size. Location is great, and staff were really lovely. The shower pressure wasn’t the best, but certainly wasn’t bad and the bathroom was great. The shampoo and body wash does need labelling though. Free drinking water is available in the corridor and free coffee/tea is available in reception which is a really nice touch.

Currently, there is building work going on next door. The property also gets a lot of street noise, but this is mainly in the hallway (we were staying in the room furthest down the corridor from the street). I would recommend bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Ich reise gerne allein, und meine Ansprüche an eine Unterkunft sind dabei gar nicht so einfach zu erfüllen. Das Einzelzimmer war überschaubar groß, ohne überflüssige Deko, aber sauber und irgendwie angenehm bodenständig. Am liebsten mochte ich den Schreibtisch. Ich hab dort Tagebuch geschrieben, manchmal hörte man ein Motorrad draußen, aber es hat mich nie wirklich gestört. Ehrlich gesagt: das Badezimmer hat kein Fenster, die Lüftung läuft über einen Ventilator. Für manche ist das zu eng, ich hab mich daran gewöhnt. Drei Dinge, die positiv aufgefallen sind. Der Wasserdruck war gut, kein langes Warten auf warmes Wasser. Als ich nach dem Weg gefragt habe, hat mir der Mitarbeiter nicht nur erklärt, sondern extra eine kleine Skizze auf Papier gezeichnet. Das ist mir hängen geblieben. Und morgens beim Kaffee im Straßencafé daneben zuzuschauen, wie die Leute vorbeigehen. Sehr ruhig, sehr schön. Mehr braucht es manchmal nicht.

Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht direkt am Meer, aber der Blick aus dem Fenster auf die Kalksteinfelsen ist ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis und hat seinen eigenen Charme.

Séjourner à la Casa Cecilia permet d'économiser sur les frais de tricycle. Que ce soit pour faire du shopping en ville ou participer à un Island Hopping Tour, c'est l'emplacement de rêve : vous pouvez marcher jusqu'au point de rendez-vous en trois minutes, et revenir prendre une douche immédiatement après l'excursion.

Staff and location are definitely the highlights of this hotel. The location is right in the heart of town and is walkable to tons of shops, restaurants, and the marketplace. Be warned that with this location comes some noise at night. Plan to sleep with some white noise. The staff was INCREDIBLE. They were helpful with accommodating requests, helping secure tuk tuks, and making helpful recommendations.

The staff at reception are very accommodating. Location is perfect for El Nido, with local bars and shops right on your doorstep.

The cleanliness and facilities need improvement. We had ants coming from the bathroom with a foul smell occasionally coming from the Shower/Drain.

It has a great location, very central. Staff is very kind and helpful. They helped us with the hotel transfer as well as renting motorbike we really appreciated.

Since the location is very close to downtown it has noise from street at night. Otherwise we did not have any negative experience.

I arrived there and soon started to have stomach problems from dinner the day before. I literally vomitted on the their lobby‘s floor. The employees reacted supernice though. No hard feelings, only feeling sorry for my situation, cleaning everything quickly and providing me help as best as possible. They were constantly checking for me. Room is cozy, hotel location is super central. WIFI is good, shower has good adjustable temperature and nice pressure.

Location is supercentral as said and that comes with a lot of noise any time of the day. But you might want to bring earplugs anyways for your trip to the Philippines. The matress is okay but a thicker matress would add further comfort to the sleeping.

Location. The rooms were basic but the bathroom was larger than normal. If you want location this is the place to stay. However if you're fussy about comfort, this is your basic accomodations but you get what you pay for.

No elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. However staff helped us carry our luggage. We had a resident rooster that would wake us up at the crack of dawn. Ear plugs helped. No fridge, so we had to buy cold water daily.

The property is in the Centre of the city and is walkable

Majatagustes tubades, kus aknad eriti ei sulgenud ja vannitoas polnud neid üldse, kiresid ööläbi kuked ja lärmasid kohalikud lapsed, ning samuti ei saanud magada. Lõpuks vahetasime hotelli. Toapõrandad olid nii mustad, et nagu neid poleks kunagi pestud.

Small room, over priced for the room size, hard to find - you need to tell the taxi driver the old hotel name which is called “Casa Cecilia” and they will know where it is, they need to update the Google location to the new hotel name other wise it’s very confusing, shower head & pressure was terrible!!!

There were no provisions for senior citizens. No ground floor accommodations nor elevators. That should be indicated or listed on amenities that there are no provisions for PWDs and seniors citizens. We were somehow blind sided on this.

Určitě lokalita, hotel je 200m od pláže, kde se narodíte na výlety. V okolí jsou restaurace, obchody a noční život. Pokoj byl tichý.

Mrs Gella did a great job. It was alright for the price. The location was perfect in the Center.

O grande destaque do hotel é o staff: fomos recebidos com muita atenção, explicaram passeios, ajudaram com tudo e, em dias de chuva, resolveram transporte de última hora de forma extremamente solícita, quase como amigos ajudando, não apenas um serviço formal. Tivemos um problema pontual com falta de água durante o banho, avisamos na recepção e o problema foi resolvido em menos de 15 minutos. O hotel é bem localizado, silencioso e proporcionou uma experiência positiva no geral.

O hotel parece estar passando por uma mudança de gestão, o que gera alguma confusão na identificação do local, já que antes se chamava Casa Cecília e agora aparece como C-Hotel no Booking.

It was pretty close to the main strip

The room was very small, dirty, the bed was not comfortable. When I ordered breakfast they said it would be ten minutes, they then got the breakfast from another restaurant off site after 30 minutes? You can VERY clearly hear the traffic from outside. Bugs in the hotel and room.

El personal es muy amable, profesional y servicial. Tuvimos un contratiempo y nos ofrecieron solución al instante y siendo muy comprensivos con la situación. La responsable y todo el equipo nos hicieron una mejor estancia en el Nido.

Overall room was clean and functional. Staff were kind and helpful. 2 of our group got food poisoning and helped us clean and disinfect room.

Reception had a bit of a strange smell they could look into.A/C was older model and not adjustable and rather loud. A bit pricy for what you get, but seemingly proportional to price level in El Nido.

I stayed at C Hotel for one night and overall had a very good experience. The location is excellent — right in town, close to restaurants, convenience stores, and most tour pickup points, which made everything very easy. The staff were polite and welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth. The room itself was simple but clean, and comfortable enough for a short stay in El Nido. One small highlight for me was the food spot downstairs that serves surprisingly good fries — a nice little bonus after a long day of activities. If you’re looking for a place that’s convenient, walkable, and reasonably comfortable, C Hotel is a solid choice.

The location is excellent—close to the pier for island tours and right in town near restaurants and shops. There’s even a bakery next door (the donuts are delicious!) and a Filipino snack shop with great fries. The room is simple and clean, and since we’re out on tours most of the day, we barely stay in the room. Overall, great value for money!

I enjoyed my stay at Casa Cecilia. The location is very convenient — close to restaurants, shops, and tour meeting points. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was easy. The room was simple but clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. A good choice if you want to stay in the center of El Nido and have everything within walking distance.

必要的什麼都有，也都夠好用。出海、用餐、逛街就在旁邊。人員非常友善盡責。
