Reviewed Jan 18, 2026Wir waren um wunderschönen Garten Studio untergebracht und haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Die Lage ist ruhig mit einem tollen Ausblick. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden und im Pool kann man sich wunderbar abkühlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder zurück dorthin!

Reviewed Jul 28, 2025I like the way the place was designed and how clean it was and very comfortable the owners really knew what time away is for people who hardly have time to get away it's very peaceful and the view when you wake up is out of this world They have this amazing hot tub which made my body relax in so many ways and if you do go in summer you get privileges to a pool area as well, the beach is not far away from the area If you wanna go for supper it's convenient to get to a restaurant and if you want to just chill there's a section to braai
I won't say didn't like I love everything about the place People should try it out and see and feel the tranquility of the place If you want to unwind then then African violet is the place to go And Jennifer is so friendly and she makes you feel like you wanna come back again Amazing woman I must say

Reviewed Mar 21, 2025The guest suit I stayed in was really peaceful and I enjoyed my brief stay. The owner was there to greet me and show me the suite. I had a small car so I was able to manage the tight driveway preferring to park inside. However there is off street parking otherwise. I dropped off the key on the way out.

Reviewed Jan 11, 2025We loved our stay at African Violets & in Noordhoek. Our Courtyard Cottage was spacious, in excellent condition & had great views to Chapman's Peak & the coastline. The pool area was fabulous with the same great views and plenty of sunbeds & covered comfy seating. Our hot tub was an added luxury which we used most evenings. Finally, Noordhoek was a good location with access to several fabulous beaches, cafes, restaurants & towns. We'd definitely stay again.

It was really perfect,
the dishwaher wasn't working which is really not that bad but that was the only thing I could think of

Reviewed Mar 14, 2024The property is tastefully decorated and a good size with a beautiful Mountain View from the jacuzzi area. The jacuzzi we enjoyed greatly on our first night where you can enjoy a glass of wine under the stars. The bed was really comfortable. Was nice to have two outdoor spaces with a cute little courtyard outside the bedroom to enjoy a morning coffee which offered shelter when it rained one of the days. The surrounding grounds are well maintained and we wish we had more time to spend around the pool/ cabana area. We enjoyed our stay but the issue with the jacuzzi had a massive impact on our overall impression unfortunately.
The jacuzzi only worked one out of three nights. We reported the issue as soon as possible and would have expected every effort to make sure this was fixed for our last evening which is was not, despite ample time to resolve. This was very disappointing as we booked the property specifically because there was a jacuzzi. The response upon our departure was not great. Other details were overlooked - no lighter or coals for the bbq (we had to ask but provided with this quickly), we would have expected cooking oils. One of the kitchen cupboards smells musty. A coffee machine would have been a nice touch.

It was further away than I realised from where I needed to be. The shower tap was faulty but they came to fix it straight away.

Reviewed Feb 13, 2024The place was exceptional, the peace in the atmosphere was touchable! The privacy is exceptional and our experience with Jenni was fantastic. The Cabana at the pool is an absolute oasis!
Load shedding is always an issue in S.A. so adding a gas plate will help a lot when preparing food during load shedding.
