I absolutely loved the interior design, from the moment I entered the reception area all the way to the apartment. Every detail was beautifully chosen, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. The entire place has a warm, luxurious atmosphere and looks truly magical. The apartment was just as stunning—stylish, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. You can really see how much care and attention went into creating such a special space. It was even more beautiful in person, and I would happily stay here again!

It would be nice if there is more kitchen supplies for longer stays.

Nem volt elég tisztaság, csatorna szag volt, az étkezőasztal üvegborítása alatt morzsák, a kárpitok foltosak, szakadtak, a szálláshely padlás térbeépítés, tehát csak tetőablakok voltak.

A truly unique and elegantly decorated place. We were in number 6 - quite comfortable for my husband, niece and elderly mum (who appreciated the elevator). We loved the decor and location - right next to the Canal Grande. Perfectly equipped kitchen. Spotless. We appreciated the recommendations for parking or best tiramisu! Would definitely choose again. Trieste is lovely!

Lo stile moderno e sofisticato in un palazzo storico a sua volta molto bello e signorile. Il silenzio assoluto nelle camere, la funzionalita' del climatizzatore e della domotica, la comodità assoluta dei materassi. Gli spazi di una vera suite. La posizione assolutamente centrale.

The low ceilings are an injury trap for tall people; and the shower suffers has both low ceilings and shower curtains which do not prevent water spillage.

Staff responses to a broken ornament that was unsecured and accidentally broken by the 3rd member of our party. The bathroom was small without much room for toiletries

Ich kann die Unterkunft jeden Triest-Besucher nur wärmstens empfehlen! Das Gebäude und die Zimmer sind einzigartig, modern, großräumig und sauber. Top Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden und auch die Reservierung des privaten Parkplatzes um die Ecke des Hotels ist sehr praktisch.

Best Location in Triest. Direct located in City Center. Top exklusive valet parking Service. It’s a charmant Italy hospitality in an old building, never seen before. If you enter the Rezeption you can smell the sexy perfume everywhere. For us top place we will come back soon.

Che bella esperienza!!! Tutto molto curato e profumato. Bellissime camere nello storico palazzo Terni nel cuore di Trieste. Tutto è fatto con estremo gusto, si dorme da dio.

Very comfortable well located and warm welcome

We felt like royalty in this gorgeous, historical and artistic flat. It’s a beautiful building in a well located area of Trieste. Our room (suite) was absolutely gorgeous-with paintings and artistic treasures to admire. We were offered delicious drinks and Prosecco from the mini bar - at no extra charge. Manuel was extremely helpful-directed us to a wonderful fish restaurant by the sea.

This is a unique luxury super clean hotel in the center of Trieste. The room was large and full of charm with style, with lots or amenities. Besides very friendly host.

Luxusapartments mit außergewöhnlichem Ambiente! Diese Apartments sind luxuriös, modern, geschmackvoll und man hat trotzdem den Eindruck in einem klassizistischen Museum zu leben. Und das direkt am Canal Grande zusammen mit dem mexikanischen Honorarkonsul unter einem Dach. Auch der Service des Gastgebers/Vermieters (Marco) ist perfekt, z.B. als Parkservice für das Fahrzeug (Aufpreis).

Auf den Ausblick in die Stadt vom Apartment aus muß man verzichten, tut man aber insbesondere bei einem kürzeren Aufenthalt gerne.

Merci à l'hôte Manuel qui a été d'une grande réactivité et gentillesse malgré notre heure d'arrivée un peu tardive. L'appartement atypique est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons fait une belle découverte dans ce bâtiment historique. Tout était parfait. Dommage de ne pas avoir pu y séjourner plus longtemps. Très bon Emplacement

Manchmal etwas laut von der Straße, obwohl im 3. Geschoss.

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, wir sind schon unten beim Auto empfangen worden (wir haben das Angebot vom Valet Parken in Anspruch genommen) und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Wir haben dann noch ein paar super Tipps bekommen, was man in der Stadt machen kann. Das kleine Appartement war sehr schön und komfortabel. Wir wären am liebsten länger geblieben!

Great location, sparkling clean, great staff

A wonderful apartment in a great location. Close to many wonderful places to eat and all the main attractions. The apartment was very luxurious and welcoming. Kitchen area was well stocked with everything you could need. Loved the classical travel vibes of the room and residence. Would love to go back and totally recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay and experience in Trieste.

One of the best stays anywhere I have had for a long time. Simply beautiful room/ suite with great facilities at the top of a historical building, in the heart of historic Trieste. Wonderful, friendly host and cannot fault really anything.

Nothing really. I guess there are a few flights of stairs to go up once you’ve taken the lift but didn’t bother us.

Die Lage ist prima. Auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überzeugt.

Es war leider nicht ordentlich geputzt. Sie haben zwar täglich ein Putzservice angeboten, aber die Leistung war mies. Überall Staub und Schlieren konnte man sehen und die Socken meines Sohnes waren schwarz, da er ohne Schuhe herumlief. Öfters den Boden wischen, ist zu empfehlen.

Alojamiento impecable, bien provisto, fácil acceso y una excelente ubicación

Solo para observar y mejorar, la cama no estaba tendida con esmero y el personal no repuso jabón de ducha.

Apartamento extraordinario, muy bonita decoración, tranquilo y céntrico, un sitio para recomendar y al que espero volver pronto. Su anfitrión Emanuelle muy simpático y siempre pendiente.

Position, decoration et prix

Salle de bains un peu petite mais pas gênant

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ausgezeichnet, man ist in rund 7-8 Minuten zu Fuß am Hauptplatz. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat sehr gut funktioniert, wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft erwartet und man half uns mit dem Gepäck. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines historischen Gebäudes, die Einrichtung ist neu und geschmackvoll, die Betten sehr bequem. Trotz Lage in der Innenstadt war es sehr ruhig. Die Heizung (bei unserem Aufenthalt war es abends noch recht kalt) funktionierte wunderbar.

Die Suite hatte nur Dachflächenfenster, sodass man keinerlei Aussicht hat. Da alle Zimmer bzw. Suiten in den Dachboden "hineingebaut" sind, dürfte das bei allen so sein. Es fehlten beim Eingang Haken oder ein Kleiderständer für Mäntel und Jacken, die konnte man nur über die Stühle beim Esstisch legen. Insgesamt gibt es wenig Stauraum für Kleidungsstücke (kein Kasten, sondern nur eine kurze Kleiderstange im Schlafzimmer)

Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert. Es befindet sich in einem alten historischen Gebäude im 3. Stock, wo jede der 7 Suiten individuell und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, direkt am Canal Grande. Die Hausherrin ist äusserst freundlich und stets bemüht und hilfsbereit für Tips zur Erkundung oder für Restaurants. Es gibt eine kleine Kochnische im Wohnraum, wo täglich Illy Kaffeekapseln, Zwieback, Marmelade und Säfte aufgefüllt werden. Wir waren 3 Tage dort und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Tolle Lage, guter Stadtteil, 10 min zum Bahnhof, Betten weich, Kühlschrank gefüllt mit Wasser und Saft.

Die Dusche war gewöhnungsbedüftig

Esperienza perfetta. L'appartamento è bello e dotato di ogni comfort, in un meraviglioso palazzo in pieno centro e con i parcheggi vicini. Il vero plus però è Kata: gentilissima e superaccogliente, è stata molto disponibile e i suoi consigli su dove mangiare e cosa visitare si sono rivelati più che azzeccati. Grazie di tutto!

Absolutně nádherné ubytování uprostřed Trieste, boutique hotel pro všechny, kteří hledají něco vyjímečného. Vše v nadstandardu, velice milý a ochotný personál, úžasné vybavení, nevím co více dodat :) Děkuji a budu se těšit, že se zase vrátím!

Супер Фенси апартман, со многу внимание посветено на деталите. Чисто со обезбедено кафе, сокчиња, вода, грицки. Локацијата е одлична во самиот центар до каналот. Ми обезбедија паркинг во гаража до апартманот по цена од 30€. Задоволни генерално
