O Hotel é muito central, a cerca de 3 minutos a pé da praça principal e os funcionários da receção são todos muitos simpáticos. Boas lojas nas ruas em redor.

Não tem estacionamento e até mesmo para tirar as malas é um stress pois o carro tem de ficar em frente ao hotel, mas não há lugar do hotel, tem de ficar de piscas ligado e numa rua bastante movimentada. O quarto é muito pequeno e a casa de banho mínima. O pequeno almoço é o básico.

Just avoid this "hotel". The overall experience made me insensitive to anything I might have liked otherwise.

The "hotel" is a big cheat. I only chose them since they offered rooms with balcony, one of which I booked with the obligation to pay € 273. I also asked for "higher floor, if available". Upon my arrival, I was told at the reception that they "upgraded my reservation" to a balcony-less, first floor room (for which I never asked, to which I never gave my consent). Negotiating with the staff and the manager the problem that they lured me and made me pay for a product they never delivered was deeply disappointing, ineffective, and it took a half of my time in Trieste. They cheated on me, they lied to me, they made fun of me.

Bett und Zimmer waren Super. Auch die Duschgele und die Lage Personal war großartig .

Leide kein Diverses Frühstück. Nicht jeden Tag dasselbe und Klopapierhalter, welche auch halten (siehe aula). Da ist einer auf dem Boden gelegen. Bei der Klimanlage wusste man nicht ob sie fubktioniert oder nicht

La stanza è molto bella proprio come in foto,grande e pulita . L'albergo è vicino al centro quindi tutto si raggiunge tranquillamente a piedi. Lo staff gentilissimo. Non c'è parcheggio della struttura ma nelle vicinanze è possibile trovare oppure usufruire dell'ottimo servizio di valet parking.

Excellent location within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants and the city centre. The hotel is clean, modern and beautifully designed. The staff are friendly, welcoming and provide very good service. The breakfast is also very good, with a nice selection and good-quality food. Overall, a lovely hotel with a great location, clean and stylish rooms, friendly service and a very good breakfast. Definitely a hotel I would recommend.

Abbiamo soggiornato al The Modernist Hotel e ne siamo rimasti davvero colpiti. Si tratta di un hotel suggestivo e molto ben arredato, in posizione centralissima rispetto a Trieste. La camera era veramente ampia, pulita, accogliente e curata nei dettagli, con un bagno anch'esso più grande della media. Da segnalare l'ottima colazione, con una scelta abbondante sia dolce che salata, capace di soddisfare ogni gusto. Lo staff si è dimostrato sempre molto cordiale e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno. Un altro punto a favore è la presenza del servizio parcheggio a pagamento, oltre alla possibilità di parcheggiare in un silos a soli 200 metri dalla struttura. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca un soggiorno elegante, comodo e ben posizionato per visitare Trieste.

Come unica nota, il parcheggio non è economico, ma va contestualizzato con la posizione centrale dell'hotel. In bagno, inoltre, è presente solo il gel doccia (peraltro di buona qualità), mentre manca lo shampoo: un piccolo dettaglio da tenere a mente.

Wie immer, hervorragendes Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal! Ich war diesmal mit meiner Katze unterwegs und diese war auch willkommen!!!👍🏼 Ich mag das Ambiente, das Interieur und die top Lage und komme gerne wieder‼️

Moderne saubere Zimmer, Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, sehr gutes Frühstück und tolles Ambiente. Durch die zentrale Lage ist alles gut zu erreichen.

Wer mit dem Auto anreist kann sich auf mindestens 20€/Tag einstellen wenn man bereit ist am Parkhaus San Giusto auch mal 20 Minuten vor der Schranke zu warten. Hotel Parking kostet 38€/Tag.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und sehr umfangreich, auch das angebotene Gebäck/Brot, leider war der Saft aus Chemiefabrik. nettes Boutique-Hotel, jedes Zimmer sieht anders aus, gutes WLAN, TV mit Programme aus AT / DE, in der Lounge kann man sich selbst Cocktails mixen gegen EUR 7,00 Gebühr. Das Haus kann man sehr empfehlen

ein großer Minuspunkt war, dass es am Morgen im Badezimmer nur kaltes Wasser zum Duschen gab - es lag ein Defekt vor. Kein Parkplatz im/beim Hotel alle Parkhäuser besetzt, das einzige war Valetparking um EUR 38,00

Ottima colazione, in particolare le torte. Mi è piaciuto il design degli interni, tra il banco reception fatto con le valigie ai telefoni interni che simulavano i vecchi telefoni a disco.

Con un'estate così calda, avrei tenuto leggermente più alta la temperatura base del climatizzatore, per evitare troppo sbalzo all'entrata in camera

The hotel is clean, nice, and conveniently located in the city center.

The first time I stayed at this hotel two years ago , my room overlooked the inner courtyard, and it was ok for sleeping. This time, I was given a room facing the street. The traffic noise was so loud that it was impossible to keep the window open. At the reception, we were told that two complimentary bottles of water would be provided in the room, but there were none. two bottles of water, two soft drinks from mini bar, valet service for parking, and one night's stay with no braekfast , cost us around €250, which, in my opinion, simply does not offer good value for the money.

Valet Parking ist teuer aber es gibt dazu keine Alternative (alles ständig vollgeparkt).

Posizione strategica, praticamente in centro, ottima per girare la città. Vicina a tutti i servizi, bar, ristoranti, negozi, supermercati. Camera spaziosa ma senza armadio, ideale per soggiorni brevi.

Perfekte Lage mitten im Zentrum, trotzdem sehr ruhige Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal. Flexible, sichere Unterbringung unsere Bikes.

Klimanlage ist nur bei Anwesenheit bzw. eingesteckter Schlüsselkarte aktiv und zieht dann genau aufs Bett. Wie in den meisten Hotels: die Innenarchitekten sollten mal zu zweit so ein Bad mit so wenigen Ablagemöglichkeiten benutzen, um daraus zu lernen…. 😉

TV Gerät hat nicht funktioniert, Restaurant war geschlossen.

Staff was nice. The room was clean. Location was excellent.

The savoury part of breakfast was not as hyped as others said. Could have maybe a bit more variety. But the pastry and cake section was excellent.

Das Zimmer war etwas klein, aber total ausreichend für einen Städtetrip. Die Lage ist super, fußläufig ist alles zu erreichen. Die Straße ist zwar laut, aber die Fenster sind gut isoliert.

Die Lage und der urbane Style der Einrichtung. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls sehr reichhaltig und lecker.

Das es leicht laut war und man Geräusche von der Straße relativ gut hören konnte.

Das Hotel ist sehr stylish. Das Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sehr groß und praktisch eingerichtet.

Die Dusche war ein bisschen unpraktisch, weil die Duschwand nicht ausreichend dicht war. Aber sonst nichts zu bemängeln. Warmwasser, Duschstrahl, alles super.

Perfektes Hotel im Zentrum von Triest, wenige Meter vom Teatro Romano gelegen. Der Name verspricht was es ist. Ein top modernes, sehr stilvolles Hotel mit ausgesprochen freundlichem Personal. Der Rezeptionsbereich verfügt über eine kleine Bar, an welcher man sich die Drinks selber mixen kann; eine hervorragende und coole Idee. Unser Zimmer war ebenfalls sehr stylisch, blitzsauber und mit sehr bequemen Betten ausgestattet. Dazu gehört ein sehr helles Badezimmer mit einer phantastischen Regendusche und beste Badeartikel werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch das Frühstück im sehr grosszügigen und schicken Restaurant lässt keine Wünsche offen. The Modernist ist eine prima Adresse im schönen Triest.

loved the location, close to the city centre and the train station. The staff were lovely and really attentive.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and unfortunately left very disappointed. The room itself was large and spacious, which was a positive aspect of our stay. However, it was located directly opposite a service door used by hotel staff. The constant slamming of the door and loud conversations in the hallway were very disturbing, especially for our two small dogs. The hotel charges €20 per dog (our dogs weigh only 3 kg each) as a pet fee, which we accepted expecting a pet-friendly experience. Instead, the noise from the staff area caused unnecessary stress for our pets throughout the stay. Another issue was that the TV in our room did not work. The receptionist tried to fix it but was unsuccessful. He offered to send a technician, but after waiting and dealing with other problems, we decided to give up and spend our evening without a functioning television. The experience at the lobby bar was equally disappointing. We ordered Aperol Spritz, only to find that it was essentially a self-service drink costing €7 each. There was initially no ice and no Prosecco. After asking several times, these were eventually provided, but then there was no soda water available. The bartender insisted that tonic water would be an acceptable substitute, which it definitely was not. We ended up leaving all three drinks unfinished. At checkout, we explained all of these issues to the receptionist. He apologized, which we appreciated, but there was no attempt to compensate for any of the inconveniences. We were charged the full amount without hesitation: €401 for one night, plus the drinks and €40 in pet fees for our two dogs. Considering the price we paid and the number of problems we encountered, we cannot say this was good value for money. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet the standards we expected, and we left feeling very dissatisfied

Das Hotels ist sehr zentral gelegen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, zwei von drei Zimmer waren bereits am späten Vormittag bezugsfertig. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ansprechend. Frühstücksbuffet wurde in der Hotelbar eingerichtet. Angebot vom Frühstück ausreichend. In der Hotelbar am Abend war es ebenfalls nett.

Winziger Minuspunkt: man kann mit dem Auto nicht gut vor dem Hotel halten um auszuladen. Die öffentliche Parkgarage (man bekommt vom Hotel 15 % Ermäßigung) ist ein paar Gehminuten entfernt.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le personnel dont la gentillesse et le dévouement ont été exceptionnels.

L'éclairage de la chambre pourrait être amélioré ainsi que l'offre du petit déjeuner. Nous n'avons pas pu nous approcher du buffet tant il y avait de monde à cause d'un groupe de touristes.
