Erst einmal ein großes Lob an Leila. Sie war wirklich die beste Hotelmitarbeiterin, die wir je erlebt haben. Immer mit einem Lächeln, unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat sich während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr bemüht, uns so viel wie möglich entgegenzukommen. Wir waren als große Mehrgenerationenfamilie dort, und sie hat es tatsächlich geschafft, dass sich jeder wohlgefühlt hat und zufrieden war. Die Bungalows hatten Zugang zum Garten. Der Rooftop-Pool bietet tolle Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen und hat meiner Meinung nach eine der besten Aussichten über Hammamet. Auch der Bereich am Strand ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bestens für die Hotelgäste vorbereitet. Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten in der Innenstadt von Hammamet. Rundherum ist viel los und fast alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben unser Auto während des Aufenthalts kaum benutzt.

L'hotel è grande, in pieno centro, con accesso diretto al mare (lettini inclusi!) ed è pieno di servizi: animazione e mini club per i bambini, piscina sulla terrazza, bar/ristorante sia in piscina che al piano terra. Le stanze sono grandi e accoglienti: la nostra aveva una zona bagni e servizi (frigorifero, bollitore), una zona notte separata con porta e una zona soggiorno con divanetti e tavolo. Alcune persone dello staff sono gentili e disponibili, in particolare le signore delle pulizie sono gentili e attente. La struttura è pulita. Il ristorante dell'hotel è buono e conveniente: offrono un ampio buffet sia a colazione che a cena.

Abbiamo dovuto richiedere gli asciugamani due volte in reception, invano: per averli abbiamo alla fine dovuto intercettare una signora delle pulizie tra i corridoi. Abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile prolungare il nostro soggiorno di una notte allo stesso prezzo e ci è stato detto velocemente di sì e che bastava passare l'indomani mattina in reception: al momento di pagare, però, ci è stato detto un prezzo maggiorato, perché la stanza che avevano disponibile quel giorno era una stanza di un prezzo superiore. Lo staff della reception è stato evidentemente poco chiaro e sbrigativo quando abbiamo chiesto informazioni, quindi poco professionale e superficiale. Infine, al momento del checkout, una persona dello staff ci ha praticamente braccati per "estorcerci" un 10 nella recensione, facendomi letteralmente prendere il telefono in mano e insistendo molto affinché io la facessi lì sul momento davanti a lei, menzionando anche il suo nome.

La propreté de la chambre, l’humidité +++. Il y a une télé sans télécommande. 2 prises dans toute la chambre (celle de la télévision+ une dans la salle de bain). Des serviettes de bain déchirées et elles avaient l’air vraiment pas propre. Une des femmes a l’accueil a été très insistante pour que je laisse une bonne note à établissement.

Camera ampia e con a/c centralizzata, ambienti sempre freschi e puliti. Bel terrazzo al terzo piano con piscina e bar. La spiaggia dell’hotel mette a disposizione lettino e ombrellone gratuitamente.

L’unica cosa che non ho gradito sono state le richieste pressanti di mettere recensioni positive. Non c’è bisogno.

En arrivant nous avons trouvé la chambre que nous avons réservé très sale avec une mauvaise odeur, impossible d'y rester pour une minute, on a compris après que c'était fait exprès pour nous proposer une autre chambre avec un prix plus élevé, chose que nous avons refusé.

Abbiamo dovuto cambiare stanza ai figli perchè il bagno perdeva e la nuova stanza puzzava di muffa

Sosyal alanları iyiydi. Odayı çok beğendik. Banyo tuvaletin ayrı olması hareket alanımızı rahatlattı. Odanın büyüklüğü sayesinde eşya koyacak bir sürü yer oluşmuştu. Kahvaltı ve yemekleri yeterliydi. Otelin plajında ücretsiz şezlong kullanabildik.

Asansörleri biraz tedirgin etti.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié la proximité de la plage, la chambre spacieuse et confortable, ainsi que la gentillesse et l’accueil chaleureux de toute l’équipe de l’hôtel.

La piscine est petite et pas très pratique pour les adultes. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est limité et manque de variété.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel La Residence Hammamet. The location is excellent, especially with such easy access to the beach. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A special thank you to Madam Leila for making everything so easy and smooth. Posizione ottima al centro della vecchia Hammamet. Ci sono molte strutture abbandonate e sporcizia ma la Medina è vicinissima e ci sono molti negozi e ristoranti

Struttura grande ma fatiscente. Poche prese in camera niente Phon che bisogna chiedere e restituire ogni giorno con relativo pagamento di deposito veramente follia. Per avere gli asciugamani bisogna chiederli e sono rotti e malconci

Le signore della reception molto gentili, accoglienti e carine. La camera molto grande, dotata di frigorifero, fondamentale per raffreddare l’acqua. La struttura è dotata di piscina.

La camera aveva poche prese elettriche e solo una funzionante. Gli asciugamani sfilacciati con macchie e buchi. Cappelli/peli nelle lenzuola.

La Residence rooms and overall hotel is outdated. It smells weird. The AC was not functioning properly. Drain flies are everywhere. The beach across the property is filthy (garbage thrown on the beach). The parking is on the main Street and sometimes there are no spots left to park.

Un bon rapport qualité prix , eu un petit souci à l’arrivée car la CB était hors service mais Laila et le responsable personnel ont gérés le souci avec professionnalisme, un petit souci de chambre et on m’a surclassé dans une autre chambre . Un grand plus il est situé à 5 mn à pied de la médina

Petit bémol…La piscine sur le toit avec les températures très hautes , l’eau était tiède mais normal avec du 40 degrés voir plus .

Idéalement située, la piscine familiale offre un environnement agréable et peu fréquenté. La plage privée adjacente est également appréciable et le personnel se montre attentif aux besoins des clients.

Terrible security - patio doors can easily be opened from outside even when locked. Staff shrugged and said they are all like that! Felt very unsafe for people and possessions. Not a bungalow as advertised Just ground floor apartment. Not a kitchette. Just a fridge. Cooker not working. No kettle or microwave. Water not plumbed in to drainage and flooded floor. Inadequate amount of towels supplied. Apartment dates ++ Disappointing.

Great location, beautiful rooftop view and pool, and everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Lotfi, who was always responsive and went above and beyond to help us. Highly recommended! 🤍

Struttura datata ma passabile e pulita

Nonostante avessi predisposto carta di credito su Booking hanno preteso pagamento in contanti al mio arrivo, POS a sentire loro non funzionante, il bancomat vicino a loro era inutilizzabile e non disponendo momentaneamente del contante mi hanno lasciato ad aspettare, ho proposto circa il 50% di acconto con l’impegno a pagare appena avessi trovato un bancomat funzionante ma non gli è bastato, volevano che lasciassi in pegno i passaporti e che firmassi una sorta di impegno scritto da loro. Poi ho risolto con un prestito di contante da i miei compagni di viaggio. Due signore che hanno avuto lo stesso problema sono rimaste fuori stanza dal primo pomeriggio fino alla sera. Trovo assurdo che per un loro problema pagassero i clienti

Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement Madame Laila pour sa grande bienveillance, son accueil exceptionnel et son sourire toujours présent. ❤️ L’hôtel était très propre, la suite spacieuse et parfaitement équipée : tout ce dont vous avez besoin est à votre disposition. De plus, l’emplacement est idéal, avec tout à proximité. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et je remercie encore Madame Laila pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. 🌷

Struttura pulita e in ottima posizione nel centro storico, vicino alla Madina. Stanza grande, un mini appartamento. Hotel fronte mare con piscina e animazione tutte le sere e durante la giornata con baby club. Animatrice italiana con staff locale. Sono molto bravi. Io avevo solo la colazione e ho trovato sia dolce che salato, buono.

Hotel sporchissimo: peli, capelli, macchie, muffe, polvere ecc.. fortunatamente ci siamo fermati soltanto per una notte. Colazione immangiabile. All'arrivo una signora attempata alla reception ci ha accolti in maniera molto maleducata, al momento del check out ha sfoggiato un sorriso solo per chiederci di mettere una recensione con voto 10. Uno schifo

I really enjoyed the hotel’s proximity to the beach, especially having a private beach area reserved for hotel guests. The pool was clean, and the hotel also had activities in the evenings, which was a nice touch. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was great, with local markets and shops nearby, and the Kasbah was also close enough for lovely evening walks.

The hotel is a little old and could use some renovation and updates. However, considering the price, I think it offers good value for money overall.

Un lloc brut. Amb l'ascensor espatllat. Exigint-te propines per tot. Vam pagar mitja pensió i no ens van donar ni esmorzar ni sopar, el vam haver de pagar a part, 2 vegades. Molt sorollos.

Voglio fare un reclamo ufficiale e chiedere un rimborso per l'hotel la residence Hammamet. Ci hanno fatto perdere un giorno e mezzo di vacanza, inizialmente ci è stata assegnata una stanza indecente con letto rotto e aria condizionata mal funzionante, dopo un'ora e mezza di discussione ci hanno assegnato un'altra stanza senza balcone (avendo pagato di più per avere il balcone) e con il lavandino del bagno rotto. Alle h.15 del secondo giorno ci è stata assegnata la terza stanza 1^ con quale criterio ci si aspetta che un cliente che ha appena pagato €210 per tre notti dorma su un materasso rotto e senza aria condizionata 2^ dalla doccia della seconda stanza usciva acqua gialla e tiepida (no calda)... Il lavandino del bagno rotto 3^ nella terza stanza pioveva nel corridoio per il trasudo dell'aria condizionata. Allego foto, mi dispiace solo che nelle prime due stanze non ho fatto foto perché ero troppo infuriata 4^ il portiere dell'hotel anziché risolvere il nostro problema si preoccupava solo di vendere le stanze a clienti di passaggio (aspettando la mancia)...senza considerare che noi stavamo aspettando una soluzione al nostro problema 5^ non si può trattare con sufficienza un cliente 6^ mi aspettavo più tutela da parte di booking, ho fatto un reclamo formale e sto aspettando ancora la risposta

Struttura obsoleta vicino alla Medina di Hammamet con piscina sul tetto e spiaggia privata (sporca) oltre la strada. Comoda per una passeggiata sul lungomare e nella Medina di Hammam. Letti e cuscini comodi. Il bagno era nuovo e ben funzionale.

Tutto da rinnovare. Poco accogliente anche lo spazio giardino, le scale e la zona piscina. La spiaggia dovrebbe essere curata di più.

L'hotel est bien positionné en plein centre ville . La piscine est sympatique au dernier étage , pas très grande mais fait l'affaire avec une buvette pour prendre des glaces , boissons , cafés ... Le personnel sont serviables et chaleureux . les chambres sont confortables et propres rien à dire dessus. le petit déjeuner est varié et contient tous ce qu'il faut . En conclusion le niveau qualité/prix est très raisonnable.

Staff Pulizia e fornitura x bagno/ doccia Aspetto ancora che mi portino il tappeto bagno( vasca doccia con allagamento)...dopo giorni di soggiorno Non è possibile pagare con carta solo contanti. Era con finestra vista giardino...ma coperta dalla vegetazione ed aprendo per far entrare un poco di aria sono entrate anche blatte... Ed altro, ma già.!!

I really enjoyed my stay overall. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, especially the restaurant manager, who was always kind and attentive. The breakfast staff were also very helpful, particularly when we needed assistance with our excursions. The housekeeping ladies were lovely as well and always did their best to help. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy our holiday. For a 3-star hotel, we had a pleasant stay and really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. ❤️

There were a few things that I didn’t like during our stay. The hotel is quite old and some areas need updating. The lift didn’t feel very safe, and there was an unpleasant smell around the reception area. The bathroom in our room also had an unpleasant smell, which was not very comfortable. There were not enough power sockets in the room, so we had to unplug the TV to charge our phones. The breakfast was not very varied, and there could have been more choice. The surrounding area was also quite dirty, with a lot of dust and rubbish on the streets. Overall, the hotel has potential, but some improvements would make the stay much more enjoyable.

Non consiglio di prenotare la mezza pensione, qualità del cibo sia colazione che cena scadente. Ultimo notte sono stato male dopo aver mangiato al ristorante. La struttura un po trasandata Rumori fino a tarda notte e struttura poco pulita.

La terraza con piscina estaba bien aunque no me conveció la limpieza del agua ni la música. Personal amable.

La habitación en mal estado, una cocina arruinada que no se podía usar, ni vasos, ni hervidor, nada. Al parecer fue un buen hotel pero está venido a bajo. Pocas opciones de menú para la cena. Pedimos toalla y papel higiénico pero nunca llegaron. Tuvimos que insistir en que faltaban toallas y no nos creían. Un hombre subió a la habitación a revisar que digamos la verdad, una vergüenza. La playa del hotel es pequeña y parece un basurero de lo sucia que está. Nos fuimos a otra playa porque nos daba asco pisar la arena.

Pool, die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert, Personal hat Deutsch gesprochen und bei Problemen haben sie sofort reagiert Strand war sehr nah erreichbar und es hab Liegestühle dort- allerdings keine Bar ect.

Das Frühstück war sehr enttäuschend keine große Auswahl, schlechtes Essen und keine Kühlung sodass zum Beispiel die Butter geschmolzen war… haben ab 2. Tag dann außerhalb des Hotels gefrühstückt weil uns nichts angesprochen hat… Im Bett hatte es Haare und flecke - wir baten Sie dann das Bett neu zu beziehen dort waren dann zwar keine Haare mehr aber immer noch Flecken Das 1. Haus in der die Rezeption ist und auch ein paar Zimmer hat sehr stark nach Zigaretten Rauch gerochen es war sehr unangenehm…

Everything was really really bad

This is the worst stay I’ve ever had. The place was absolutely horrible—very unclean, unprofessional, and the staff were extremely rude. Everything about the experience was really, really bad, and I completely regret spending my money here. I understand that the staff tried their best to clean the place, but even after they tried, you could still feel that it wasn’t properly clean. The overall cleanliness was extremely disappointing. The service was terrible, the staff were unprofessional, and I felt very uncomfortable during my stay. One of the staff members spoke to me in a very inappropriate and disrespectful way. He told me, “Come to my office, I need to speak with you.” I said no because I wanted to go to the pool, and honestly, I did not feel safe or comfortable going to his office. He then said, “Why are you ignoring me?” I was shocked by the way he spoke to me and the whole situation made me feel very uncomfortable. I feel that this place does not deserve my money, and I believe I should receive a refund because I had the worst experience ever. Everything was horrible, from the cleanliness and service to the way I was treated. I would never come back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Rien à aimer dans cette hôte depuis le début de la réservation j’ai pas u de confirmation j’ai reçu la confirmation après 2 jours d’attente après que je suis présentée à l’hôtel j’ai resté bloqué pendant 4h car l’hôtel il à rive pas à retirer l’argent de mon compte bancaire à propos de problème chez eux donc il sont me proposer à payer sur place soit je dois aller il sont fait tout ça pour je paye sur place même pour reprendre a service booking il le refuse à répondre expérience malhonnête

Le personnel est plutôt sympathique, sous réserve pour certains collaborateurs. L'hôtel est joli mais un peu vieillissant.

La climatisation faisait beaucoup de bruit pour pas grand chose. La chambre est équipée d'un coin cuisine mais sans aucun ustensile...le frigidaire était mal posé et fuyait.

The hotel is in the centre of the hammamet town, souk,cafe,restaurant,private beach,mosque,drugstore every thing was in 5 mins walking distance. Hotels roof top swimming pool was my son’s main attraction, they run a mini club which was good and the show at night was amazing! The room was clean, everyday room service was mentionable. The garden view is lovely with lots of birds chirping and colorful lighting at night time. They got bar whoever likes drinking. Their breakfast was good (15dinnar pp) worth money. There was a guy name Bashir he was helpful.

First of all i guess the service didn’t touch my heart, the ladywith curly hair was talking to me while looking at the desk, too many customers serving at the same time during check in, while booked it was on the top saying breakfast included, but at the reception they said i only booked the room, may be my fault but they should do more clear communication in their facilities options, the toilet in our room was way tight, the toilet was almost attached with the bath, i barely can seat on that, the shower curtain was too long, i fell off from the bath in tiles and bang my head very badly .toilet get wet very easily . The lift sounds like a horror movie, every time i get into that I was hoping not to stuck in that.

The room was particularly well designed, with shower and toilet in different spaces and a nice "sitting space" in front of a large window. Very comfortable.

Struttura molto carina con un bel cortile e con la piscina all’ultimo piano, camere molto belle e spaziose, la nostra aveva due bagni e un salottino ed era vicinissima alla spiaggia, al lungomare e alla Medina. Il personale parla anche italiano.

Points positifs : bien placé, buffet correct, piscine fait son job mais pas très grande, aquagym et animation enfants.

Hotel vétuste, propreté moyenne, serviette et linge de lit usés, pour etre confortable il faut prendre une suite. L'hôtel mérite une rénovation.
