Reviewed Sep 19, 2026The Residence was quiet, away from the bustle of the Main Street outside. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful with advice.
There was no breakfast provided , as advertised, this should be amended on your property details. The host requested a cash payment at the beginning of my stay and didn’t accept card payments. My husband had to arrange a bank transfer for payment from the UK. Not very professional in my opinion.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Merci à Rochdi et à Faouzi ainsi qu'aux restes du personnel toujours très souriants, pour leur accueil, et tous les conseils avisés.. ma femme qui a eu un soucis de santé ils ont été très réactif, et plus que bienveillant avec elle. Pour ne rien gâcher ce lieu est également une belle histoire de famille, attardez vous sur les photos à l' accueil Rochdi vous en expliquera son histoire. Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir chez vous si nous devions revenir en Tunisie !

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026I had a wonderful stay at Résidence Nefati in Hammamet. From the moment I arrived, the owner was incredibly welcoming, kind and attentive, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at home. The residence itself is beautiful, peaceful and very clean. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Medina of Hammamet, making it very convenient for exploring the old town. I also really appreciated how safe I felt throughout my stay. There is always a guardian on the property, including during the night, which gives you a great sense of security. The facilities are well maintained and clean, and the staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. Whenever I had a question or needed anything, they were always happy to assist. Communication was very easy throughout my stay, as the team speaks several languages and is very easy to communicate with. Overall, I had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend Résidence Nefati to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, welcoming and well-located place to stay in Hammamet. Thank you for the warm hospitality and for making my stay so enjoyable. 🤍

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026My wife and I stayed at Résidence Neffati for four nights on our honeymoon, and we absolutely loved it. The room was spotlessly clean, and the pool provided a fantastic respite from the 40°C heat during our time in Tunisia. The owner, Rochdi, was a gem. He gave excellent restaurant recommendations (the Italian place next door was especially lovely), answered every question we had, and was a delight to chat with. We would recommend it to anyone!

La cocina no está integrada en la habitación (como parece verse en las fotos), pero cuenta con un espacio común que da el servicio perfectamente.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Primero de todo el personal es inmejorable: atentos, agradables, simpáticos... Ubicación muy buena pero tranquila al mismo tiempo al ser un complejo con patio propio. Piscina agradable y habitaciones amplias. Parking propio que esta resguardado al estar dentro del complejo.
Pena que no tiene desayunos pero tiene opciones cerca, o incluso hay una cocina comunitaria si se quiere preparar algo.

Tout était parfait du début à la fin : le cadre est magnifique, la résidence est très agréable, propre et bien entretenue. L’ambiance est vraiment reposante et tout est fait pour passer de superbes vacances. Un énorme merci à toute l’équipe pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et une seule envie : revenir ! Je recommande cette résidence les yeux fermés, c’était vraiment un séjour exceptionnel !

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026We loved everything about this Residence. A hidden gem within the city. Very close to the Medina and the local beach. Also easy access to restaurants, shops and cash points. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. But the highlight of this place is the owner Rochdi, his girlfriend Domitila and Faouzi. They are a bunch of super friendly people, doing their best to keep their guests happy and entertained. Keep it up guys , thank you for everything and see you again soon !

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026La struttura è centrale rispetto ad “Hammamet vecchia” a due passi dal mare e da tutti i ristoranti. La differenza l’hanno fatta il proprietario e la sua fidanzata. Gentilissimi, accoglienti e molto disponibili. Avevano premura che andasse tutto bene anche fuori dal residence e ci hanno dato ottimi consigli su spiagge e ristoranti. Assolutamente da consigliare!

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026A beautiful oasis off a busy street, but the noise and bustle melts away as soon as you walk in. Well located for the medina, old town and beach. Roshdi and Farouk were super friendly and looked after our every need. Pool was very welcome in the heat (end of July). Gardens and rooms were all well maintained and clean. If ever we return to Hammamet, this is where we will stay, without question.
Wifi in our room was sporadic, but good in the lounge and by the pool.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026A parte del Hotel que me parecio muy buena la calidad / precio, lo que mas me gusto es el magnifico trato que recibi, tanto por la Dirección del Hotel como por los empleados, preocupados en todo momento por mi, por orientarme para que fuera a los mejores sitios y por si necesitaba algo en todo momento. Ya me gestionaron estupendamente mi llegada y salida desde el Aeropuerto de Tunez hasta el Hotel y viceversa con un chofer de su confianza y a un precio inferior a cualquier taxi o transfer, me acompañaron a tienda de telefonia para gestionar mi tarjeta para el telefono, también a la oficina de cambio para la divisa, etc.... En definitiva un trato muy familiar y muy cordial fue el que recibi durante toda mi estancia. Por lo recomendaria este Hotel 100% y si alguna vez vuelvo a Hammamet sin duda volveria a la Residence Nefatti. Muchas gracias en especial a Rachid y también a Faouzi asi como al resto del personal.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Fijne plek, aan een drukke weg maar verscholen in een hofje waardoor het toch heel rustig voelt. Zwembad waar je kan afkoelen, en goede kamers. Ook kun je in het hofje je auto parkeren. Personeel is erg vriendelijk.
Er is helaas geen ontbijt beschikbaar bij het verblijf, maar wel een keukentje, dus als je langer verblijft kan je zelf voor ontbijt zorgen, of uit de deur gaan voor ontbijt.

Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige, idyllische Atmosphäre – obwohl das Zentrum bequem zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Eine tolle Kombination aus Erholung und guter Lage. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Posizione perfetta e struttura molto bella e molto curata.Si accede da strada ad un cortile interno, poi c'è la corte dove si sviluppano stanze e appartamenti, sul fondo una bella pscina molto pulita e curata. Lo staff dal momento del nostro arrivo è stato incredibile. A partire dal manager, fino agli altri ragazzi che si occupano di sicurezza/check-in e servizi, sono stati tutti incredibilmente disponibili e gentili, dl primo all'ultimo giorno. Ci hanno sempre dato preziosi consigli su spiagge, ristoranti e tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Siamo stati davvero bene in Tunisia in generale, sempre ed anche per la gentilezza e disponibilità delle persone, ma questa soluzione ha davvero reso il tutto ancora migliore. Grazie mille

Reviewed May 16, 2026Great location. Minutes from the Medina, louage station, and Beach. The bathroom was nice and the balcony was nice too. It was a fairly well-done place. Also had a pool table which you can play for a couple of dinars.
The WiFi was atrocious. Barely connected at the ground floor, and we got no connection in our room. This is despite there being multiple WiFi options available. Rather, they keep the fancy bottles of water and have a reliable WiFi connection - which is rather basic.

Purtroppo non è stato possibile pagare con bancomat. Si può solo pagare cash.
