La ubicación. Pierde encanto al estar cerca de una estación grande, con el típico perfil de gente que gira a su alrededor a partir de acabar la tarde

Le service, la proximité avec le centre, à une station du centre ville. Chambre bien équipée, grande et propre. J’ai demandé à changé les draps car il restait encore des taches visibles (sûrement qui ne sont pas parties au pressing) et ça a été fait rapidement.

C’était top ! Seul bémol : le manque de ventilation dans la salle de bain qui ne permet pas d’aérer et de déshumidifier la pièce.

乾淨、舒服，員工熱情友好，讓人很放鬆。

前面在挖路整建，去車站得繞一大圈，尤其拉著行李簡直是虐待。超級不方便和浪費時間。

Parkplatz vorhanden (25€ pro Nacht), sehr höfliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, im Privileg Zimmer sind Bademantel und Hausschuhe inkl. - Minibar wird täglich mit Softdrinks+Wasser aufgefüllt. Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett vorhanden. Kaffee/Tee-Station vorhanden, ebenso Duschgel/Shampoo/Lotion und Föhn.

Sehr dunkle Zimmer. Schminken gestaltete sich schwierig. Tisch und weitere Sitzmöglichkeiten wären toll, Platz wäre im Privileg Zimmer vorhanden. Frühstück war ausreichend, jedoch keine allzu große Auswahl. Wir finden für 25€ pro Person etwas überteuert. Jedoch mit schöner Aussicht, da das Frühstücksrestaurant sich im 8. Stock befand. Achtung: aktuell bis voraussichtlich Ende des Jahres befindet sich genau vor dem Hotel eine große Baustelle, die den Fußweg vom Hotel zum Bahnhof gewaltig einschränkt. Statt 200 Meter sind es nun aufgrund des Umwegs locker 700 Meter. Wir haben uns beim Hotel beschwert und sie sind uns entgegen gekommen. Das war super vom Hotel!

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. And the room was comfortable.

The location wasn't great for a tourist. The room was comfortable but not the cleanest, a lot of dust around the bed frame and one day the maid showed up at 1700 to clean it. The breakfast was fine but uninspired.

Staff were very kind and welcoming, made the stay more enjoyable as we knew we were in good hands. Room was excellent and the facilities provided were lovely. Would 100% recommend and when I return to Amsterdam I will be booking again.

Only thing was the bathroom door didn't have a lock. However, the bathroom was placed away from the main room area so this didn't exactly pose much of a problem. I think it would have been better with a lock.

Soba i kupaonica su bile pretamne. Bilo bi dobro pojačati rasvjetu. Pritisak u tušu trebao bi biti malo jači.

Proximity to the train station was a key factor in choosing Mercure Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station hotel. It is a 5 minute walk. The staff were very helpful and a very good selection of snacks to buy from the self-service cabinet. Best super comfy.

Not a great selection of. Dining places close by but not a major factor because hotel is only 10 minutes by train into central station and the heart of the city!😊

Building works to the front of the property (the whole road) all the way around the hotel made the journey not a perfect experience that needed to have been notified at the time of booking and a better explanation on how to get there as Google Maps took you on wild goose chase to find it!

Sono venuto in questo hotel a luglio 2026 e la zona è un cantiere e al momento è un pò difficoltoso raggiungere l'hotel, bisogna fare 200 metri a piedi su una passerella in mezzo a uno sterrato. La posizione non è molto centrale comunque può essere un vantaggio.

Del alojamiento estaba bien todo, la mala suerte que alrededor del mismo, en toda la zona había obras en la calle que dificultaban el acceso al hotel. Pero obviamente el hotel no tiene la culpa

El aire acondicionado hizo un ruido muy molesto toda la estancia. Tambien estaba rota una cortina. Cosas que no se esperan pagando estos precios. Tampoco hay buena iluminacion en el baño

Ho soggiornato al Mercure e l'esperienza è stata decisamente positiva. La struttura è nuova, moderna e impeccabilmente pulita. ​Un plauso speciale va allo staff: tutti davvero gentili, accoglienti e sempre ben preparati per qualsiasi esigenza o richiesta di informazioni. ​La posizione è un punto di forza imbattibile: l'hotel si trova letteralmente a due passi dalla stazione dei treni, il che rende facilissimo e veloce raggiungere il centro di Amsterdam e le principali altre località del Paese senza alcuna stress. ​Unico piccolo dettaglio su cui si potrebbe migliorare è l'insonorizzazione delle stanze, che potrebbe essere un po' più curata. Ad ogni modo, è stato un ottimo soggiorno e lo consiglio vivamente sia per viaggi di lavoro che per vacanza!

The price for a okish breakfast, on top of what you pay to stay, also €50 euros to park for two days, that’s a extra €75 so €25 for breakfast.

The hotel is well located, close to the train station, which made my trip much easier. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and my room was clean and comfortable. I was travelling alone and felt safe during my entire stay. I would recommend this hotel

The only minor inconvenience during my stay happened at breakfast. Breakfast wasn’t included in my reservation, so I paid for it at check-in for both mornings. However, when I arrived for breakfast, my name wasn’t on the list. The staff quickly contacted the reception to verify my booking, and the issue was resolved promptly

Anche se non si trova in centro città è veramente molto comodo perché a pochi passi dalla stazione dei treni, metro, tram e bus. Il personale alla reception è stato molto gentile e disponibile a rispondere ad ogni nostra domanda. Camera e bagno molto puliti.

Поруч все було перекопане, через ремонтні роботи, такої інформації ніде не було, я би не обрала цей готель знаючи про ремонт. Ми кожен день мали обходити квартал або перелазити через огорожу. Номер дуже маленький, воду не доставляли. Ще не відчинялись вікна, постійно мав працювати кондиціонер

Very close to transport networks , big supermarket and several restaurants and a nice cafe close by. The family room was spacious. Handy to have the small self scan shop on ground floor. Comfy beds and black out blinds v effective. Kettle and mini fridge provided.

Hotel should warn customers about the construction work going on outside not for noise at all, but because of the inconvenience with luggage etc as you have to walk long way round. The room was quite dusty. The bathroom door in family room is not lockable and no sound proofing at all. The breakfast at 25 euros per person per day is crazy pricing , go to nearby cafe or supermarket . Shame no bar or restaurant for a 4 star hotel. Info on this on web page is misleading.

When we first arrived we had to jump over a fence because of ongoing construction works.

Posizione ottima, nonostante i lavori facilissima da raggiungere a piedi dalla stazione di sloterdijk. La distanza dalla stazione centrale è solo di una fermata di treno e i servizi sono ottimi. I servizi sono stati ottimi come il personale, ho spesso chiesto informazioni e sono stati ben disposti ad offrirmi aiuto. La stanza era in ottime condizioni.

Hotel molto pulito e accogliente, personale cordiale e disponibile, colazione superlativa all'ottavo piano con vista panoramica. Tra i punti di forza segnalo la vicinanza alla stazione Sloterdijk che consente di raggiungere agevolmente il centro di Amsterdam, l'aeroporto o altre mete interessanti come Den Haag e la vicinanza di due supermercati proprio di fronte all'hotel.

Purtroppo a causa dei lavori stradali il tragitto tra l'albergo e la stazione, che normalmente avrebbe richiesto pochi minuti, diventava molto lungo. Inoltre dover sempre ricorrere ai mezzi pubblici per spostarsi, per quanto comodo, alla lunga diventa stressante,

Der var roligt på hotellet, familieværelset var stort. Der blev handlet hurtigt ved en anmærkning vi havde omkring håndvasken på vores badeværelse.

The hotel is very comfortable and located in a beautiful, quiet area. The staff are friendly and helpful,I highly recommend this hotel, and this definitely won’t be my last stay. I will be coming back again.

The room was exceptionally neat, clean and prepared beforehand for me. The hotel was so kind to let me check in before 3pm. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and well prepared for guests like myself who've travelled a long way to get to Amsterdam. The breakfast location is on the top floor of the hotel which offers a wide selection of buffet options and an amazing view of the city above. The hotel is 5 minute walk from the station and very easy to get to and from the hotel which is why I chose this hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

There was unfortunately construction on the road next to the hotel which blocked a 2-3 minute walk to the train station and had to detour around it. However, that's only temporary.

La cama súper cómoda . El personal de recepción muy amable y atento .

Metro ve tramvayla şehir merkezinden ulaşım çok rahat. Havalimanından 10-15 dk içinde gelip direkt şehir merkezine geçebiliyorsunuz. Odalar ve çalışanlar gayet iyi. Spor salonu olması da bonusu.

Tesisin temizliği güvenliği konumu ve konforu çok güzeldi. Resepsiyondaki Vicky’ye karşılaması için çok teşekkür ederim. Çok ilgiliydi, güleryüzlü bir karşılama yaşadık 🙏🏻🥰

Located close to the Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station - which is a single stop to Amsterdam Centraal. There are a couple of restaurants nearby which is convenient for tired and hungry late arrivals.

The room could be brighter and an in-hotel laundry facility would be helpful.

En general la habitación era cómoda y el personal muy atento. Buen desayuno.

No me gustó que el hotel tenía pocas opciones. De comer un sandwich, o tener un lounge donde tomar café, o pedir algo simple. No tenía cosas básicas en el baño. Y lo peor la calle estaba cortada y no había como pasar.

Small rooms and small bathrooms not worth what I paid (+$1700 for 2 standard rooms) - picture makes them look bigger than they are. Bathroom sink would not drain and was very slow. Room it self looked old with wear and tear on walls. Unfortunately the city was doing some sort of construction during the last 3 days of our stay and to get in / out of hotel we had to walk an entire block / jump over the closed off gates. Staff was nice.

Teppichboden im Zimmer finde ich unhygienisch und das Licht im Badezimmer war sehr dunkel.

Location was great. Close to everything but away from the inner busy of Amsterdam. Train was great.
