Pas de pression dans l’eau de la salle de bain. Pas d'eau chaude. Douche très compliqué à prendre. Climatisation ancienne et bruyante. J’ai dû débattre pendant 5 minutes avec le personnel pour obtenir qu’on me remettre la deuxième serviette que l'on m’avait enlevé. La chambre donne sur la court intérieure et directement sur l'accueil ce qui oblige à garder les rideaux fermés constamment

Good size room. Working TV. Nice outside / balcony space. Garden is nicely maintained with a plunge pool. Great staff, Cha is helpful and caring. Loved the breakfast in the cafe next door each day. Perfect location on Rizal Street if you don’t mind being on the road. Other than the road there’s no disturbance

Lo mejor es el desayuno por convenio que tienen con la cafetería Blackbird, que está literalmente pegada y los desayunos son abundantes y super rico.

La puerta del baño no cerraba. Encima era una puerta granero mal reemplazada. Nos dejó una fea sensación. No se correspondía fiel a las fotos porque parecía todo. Los colores de las toallas, por favor, verdes y otras marrones. No tenía sábana y lo único que cubría era una manta muy calorosa. Malas terminaciones tenía por todos lados. Por ejemplo el aire no tenía sellado y filtraba luz.

I arrived and l have to wait 20 min until Someone came from check in. I have to wash my hair kneeling bc no water pressure main shower faucet. No safety box. No toiletries

The staff were so lovely and able to cater to all of our needs, we rented a motorbike from the hotel which was very convenient and had a lovely breakfast with coffee included every morning. They had a really nice cafe next door.

The plumbing system could use a bit of improvement, shower pressure wasn’t great but I think this is an El Nido infrastructure issue more so than the hotel.

The walk ways are poor. Plates with loose stones. Not a garden in its actual meaning.

Lovely stay here, staff were so helpful, breakfast was simple but perfect and being able to order it to our room was great! Location was very good, walking distance from everything and quiet at night

El desayuno!! Era INCREÍBLE!! Abundante y podías comerlo en el negocio o pedirlo a la habitación y hasta para llevar con horario desde la aplicación. La ubicación es muy buena!

La puerta del baño no cerraba, intimidad 0. La ducha perdía agua que bajaba la presión! Las habitaciones son diminutas! No encontrábamos sitio para abrir las maletas.

Excellent location right in the main part of El Nido. A small quiet property was exactly what we were looking for. A short walk away from all restaurants, shops etc. Breakfast included from the cafe next door is delicious. Definitely one of the nicer hotel breakfasts we’ve had on our trip. Staff are also extremely friendly.

If the pool was a bit bigger than would be great. Everything else was perfect!

Mucho ruido de obras, la piscina no estaba disponible durante un día y cuando estuvo, el agua estaba en mal estado, además parece más grande de lo que es, caben 3 personas si llega.

Skvelý prístup personálu - neskutočne napomáhajúci. Hotel je na prízemí v centre mesta El Nido, s bazénom, hneď pri vstupe je dobrá kaviareň, možnosť v hoteli booknúť El Nido Tours. Super raňajky práve z tejto kaviarne, kt vám prinesú priamo do izby pokial si zvolíte túto možnosť. Možnosť čapovania pitnej vody v stojanoch neobmedzene. Pobyt tam sme si veľmi užili.

They let us leave our luggage prior to check in and allowed us to leave our luggage after check out. We were scheduled for island hopping on the day of our check out and they were really kind to let us use their washroom so we can shower even after we’ve already checked out.

Bona ubicació, a pocs minuts caminant del carrer central. Piscina una mica petita però suficient per refrescar-te. A/C una mica ruidós però refresca. Habitació àmplia i neta i WC també. Esmorzar bastant complert i cafè molt bo. Personal amable i atent. Allotjament exactament com mostren les imatges.

The property is in a great location and we had a very comfortable stay here for 5 nights. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We received breakfast every morning in the cafe attached to reception and it was delicious with a good variety. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Pool was tiny and not filled with water. It was a plunge pool, not swimming pool.

It was clean, good quality facilities, comfy bed, nice shower and bathroom, relaxing ambience inside and outside the room. It’s also super close to the main restaurants and cafes in El Nido, but still secluded enough that you got some peace and quiet. The hosts are super welcoming and I felt very safe at all times.

Everything! Walking distance to the beach and the strip, staff super friendly, lovely clean rooms and the breakfast was unbelievable!!

Only criticism would be no personal fridge but there wouldn’t be a place for it in the room and there’s one in reception to use so works perfectly

The property was clean and as expected! Staff really helpful and lovely. The breakfast next door you get is one best breakfasts I’ve had in Philippines! Rate the stay and would recommend to others as it’s in a great location!

- Very, very friendly staff – they helped us with the shower water, which wasn’t available due to a city-wide water shutdown. The staff immediately switched to their private water tank, allowing us to shower normally. - Price matches the standard – good value for money. - Clean – well-maintained and tidy. - Breakfast included from a local café – tasty and a nice touch.

- Noisy air conditioning – a bit disruptive.

This was the worst stay we had during our trip to the Philippines. We spent a week on remote islands that had better pressure then the water in our shower. We couldn't use the bidet because the pressure was so bad. They also would turn off power without any warning. I get el Nido has issues but it seemed like this place just didn't want to do any work on their property and use it as an excuse. It seemed like they ignored any sort of maintenance to the place, the pool looks nothing like the photos and when we arrived there also was no sheet or blanket

Our stay was amazing! Rooms were comfy and clean, breakfast was delicious and on top of that the staff and owners were lovely, kind and helpful! The staff and owners made us feel safe, welcomed and provided everything we needed.

Excellent location. Staff is very nice. Breakfast has Good variety to choose from, it is served in the coffee shop next door so its nice. you can aslo get it in your room. The girls in the front helped us book a tour, and it was better than the one we booked before by ourselves somehwere else. Overall good value for money, cute place, it deserves a better score than the place had when we booked.

There is power outages almost every day, but the hotel has its own power generator. Aslo the water pressure and toilet could be better

The bathroom had no pressure in the shower at all, the pool we thought were included, by looking at their pictures were empty. the aircondition only had 2 modes, too cold or too hot.

Where to begin… if you enjoy getting undressed for a shower only to find the water has been turned off (again) you’ll love it here. This happened three times and was totally unacceptable. It meant getting dressed to walk out to the front each time. For the cost of the room I couldn’t believe it. The pool was never clean or full, but also shouldn’t be classified as a pool. It’s not big enough to be considered a plunge pool. The rooms don’t get cleaned and you don’t get new towels or more loo paper even if you’re there for days. Again for the price, the service doesn’t live up to the price you pay

The rooms are really nice, bathroom is a good size. There is a water problem in El Nido at the moment but the staff and the owner always made sure there was water so that one could do the morning business and shower any time of the day. The beds are super comfy and the pillows are dream pillows. It's walking distance from bars, restaurants and shopping street. Main street outside so it's easy to get a trike but it's still really quiet inside the yard. The aircons are quiet, the tv works for Netflix and so on and is not locked for usb stored movies or music. The breakfast served at Blackbird (Just at the entrance to the yard) is really good (try their mussli) and one can have it served on the little patio outside each room. The dipping pool is nice as well and a perfect spot for a friendly beer or something in the evening after the tours, there is also a wc putside so one does'nt have to run to the room if one is at the pool. In all one can say that it does not fit the hotel category but more like your own little studio. The wifi is good as well and free. Ordering breakfast is easy by using the QR code found in each room.

Nothing at all bad breakfast. Workers working and make a lot of noise all the time. Noise from the street 24 hours .they have a bathtub 2x2meter they call a swimming pool 💩 to puke about cheating.4 days no water when you like to shower and don't go to elnido every thing is 4 times so expensive than other places in Philippines I never come back again

We Had a really nice stay in bulul garden. The Location ist perfekt. 5 mins Walk to the beach. The owner is helpful and all the time available for any questions. We are so Happy to choose this Hotel and would Comeback If we have the Chance. The really Care about there guests. Thank you for the nice vacations in your Hotel :)

Location was close enough to walk into town for bars/restaurants and beach etc. and also quiet enough. Breakfast available at cafe next door or could be served on your patio - pre-order of food and time for breakfast is available. Trips and bike hire could be arranged by staff. Free drinking water dispenser available.

No safety box available. Electrical cuts experienced (cutting out all power and AC) Also, low water pressure/no water available at times. WiFi could be intermittent.

It's a nice accomodation with some potential.

The room next to the reception has a no privacy, because of the windows where you just can see through. And because it's next to the reception there is very loud noise. When I was there they had a temporarily water problem that they can't do anything about ,but was annoying because we just came from the beach.
