la posizione dell'hotel è centralissima, offrono noleggio scooter e il personale è molto disponibile. tramite l'hotel abbiamo prenotato 2 tour, sono stati molto gentili.

la colazione è abbastanza minimal e va ordinata la sera prima, per chi gradisce una colazione dolce offrono soltanto 2 opzioni. l'hotel non ha un ascensore e ci sono diversi gradini da salire tutti i giorni, molto scomodi soprattutto con i bagagli. le dimensioni della camera sono ridotte motivo per cui consiglio questo hotel solo a chi ha in programma soggiorni brevi. il letto è piccolo e nel bagno erano presenti tante formiche anche sui muri. il servizio pulizie era mediocre, davano un massimo di 2 asciugamani al giorno ed è capitato si scordassero di cambiare il cestino in bagno.

We stayed at Swiflets Inn for two nights, and unfortunately, it was the worst hotel we stayed in during our trip around the Philippines. The hotel currently feels like a construction site, with several areas seemingly under repair. This made some of the walkways unsafe, with cracked and lifted tiles that could easily cut your feet if walking barefoot (see photos for reference). Our room had multiple issues. The bathroom had no ventilation and smelled damp throughout our stay unless we kept the window by the front door open — which only felt safe to do while we were in the room. We also noticed a significant number of bugs, including ants and drain bugs. When we raised this with management, they appeared unconcerned by our complaints. The shower was another problem: the water temperature was inconsistent, often turning cold, and the water pressure was virtually non-existent. We also heard complaints from other guests regarding the lack of clear communication about the breakfast. Guests were not informed that if they wanted something different, it had to be ordered the day before — otherwise, they were given whatever they ordered on their first day. Given the number of rules posted inside the rooms, I would suggest the hotel also follow some basic hospitality standards themselves — such as ensuring rooms are thoroughly cleaned, properly ventilated, and safe for guests.

För att vara ett budget hotell var vi positivt överraskade. Fräscht, bra frukost som serveras på beställning utanför rummet. Fanns klädhängare utanför var rum för blöt tvätt vilket är bra då det saknas balkonger. Man har ett litet bort i stället med stolar utanför rummet. Dåligt tryck på vatten i duschen dock samt mycket lyhört så ha öronproppar! Annars var allt mycket bra! 10 min promenad ner till havet i stan. 10 min med tricycle till Las Cabanas stranden.

Thought this was a great hotel. Nice room with a tv and good air con and a comfy bed. Provided breakfast but we weren’t able to have it as we were leaving early to try see some turtles hatch. Thank you to the lady who helped me get a taxi early as we were in such a rush and I didn’t see you to say thank you. Unfortunately we had booked another hotel to stay in down the road for the rest of the trip and it is nowhere near as nice as Swiftlets so would advise anyone to book here. Great location to El Nido town too.

Dogs constant problem. After complaint and a threat to check out by mote than.me they resolved it a little.but at least 3 lived openly in the hotel.

This trip was enjoyable. The shower pressure wasn’t the best but it wasn’t too bad. Everything else was very good. Can’t beat the price was $230 US for 5 nights. Breakfast was good eggs, decent bacon, pancakes, and some kind of yellow watermelon. Can’t beat the value bed was very comfy close to good restaurants and getting a ride is very easy

Rack outside the room to dry clothes. Safe inside the room. Can pay by PayPal instead of cash but their exchange rate means it works put a bit more expensive. Size of room was spacious. Good air con. Good enough location.

Room smelt of bleach/paint and was quite suffocating every time you walked in. Unfortunately, I think we got the worst room. It was opposite the reception and kitchen so there was chopping and frying nosies from 6am and the smell of frying food wafting through. Our window looked out onto reception so we had to keep the curtains shut for privacy. There was no ventilation, not even a fan in the bathroom so everything felt moist. The shower, sink and toilet all leaked. Water pressure was awful. Only given one roll of toilet paper at a time so had to keep asking for more. No vegan options for breakfast, only fruit and were unable to swap items around to accommodate. Mattress was thin and uncomfortable but duvet was thick so was a very hot sleep. Not worth £40 a night, might as well pay even less for something just as bad.

Much better than other hotels we tried in El nido. Some of the pluses are - They let you customize your breakfast - The bed is large and comfortable - someone at the reception h24, if you need to checkout very early like us at 5.30AM - they helped us book a transfer, printed us the ticket for that transfer and also another one, and that during the night! - scooter rental cheaper than other places, even got an upgrade on the scooter size - the water pressure in the shower is good, and this is not to be given for granted in El Nido - the curtains cover the sun in the morning, we didn't wake up for the light, there's some noise from the road, but not intolerable The best experience we had in El Nido!

The only thing is that you need to pay cash, and in El Nido that can be hard to come by. BUT, they save you letting you pay with paypal, so keep in mind that's available

Very nice service;) Small rooms that have everything you need. Great location right at the entrance to the town and great base. You can rent a scooter at the reception and arrange excursions. It's a pity that we only had one day but we will definitely come back someday;)

The location is good and the staff is ok.

Some of them are, others will give you new towels and not tell you that you need to pay again for new ones rather than just giving you them for free because you already rented them, communicate and say you will need to charge us again for new towels we get. They also don’t take card payments.. never heard of a hotel not letting you pay for it with a debit or credit card, rather strange. So I had to use PayPal as it was my only option, but with their conversation rate it cost me an extra $18 (1000 php) I wasn’t too happy about that.

Room had a bad damp problem and smelt overwhelmingly of damp & bleach (where they’d tried to clean it). Wifi was basically non existent. Bathroom light broke whilst we were there, we notified them and they didn’t fix it. Never cleaned our room despite us leaving our keys twice. Breakfast was awful. I had bacon which tasted of fish (so clearly been cooked in a pan that had fish in it/ hadn’t been cleaned). Would only recommend staying here if you have no other better option & I really don’t leave bad reviews.

Also, the noise from barking dogs all night was rather distracting and the roosters start about 0430 in the morning. Other than that a pleasant stay. Bring ear plugs if your'e a light sleeper

La verdad es que no estaba muy limpia la tina cuando llegué estaba llena de cabello y arena. Está muy accesible en cuanto a precio y creo que está cerca de restaurante su losmligare si portantes para hacer los tours.

It is a family owned property. The owner was so kind and helped with booking cars in a reasonable price. The staff were so friendly and helpful all the time. I could borrow some utensils. It is walking distance to the center. So if you are into many tour activities, this place is convenient. The price is inexpensive too. I would like to thank Kuya Teng, his wife, their son and the staff for the warmth and great accommodation. I wanna stay there again next time.

In the morning, I was woken up by the sound of chickens and activities from the street. Actually, I m a sensitive sleeper and these sounds are natural in the Philippine rural area. My four companions slept well and weren't bothered at all

The room is very noisy because the hotel is located on a noisy street. There is no sound insulation and all the noises are very disturbing inside the room. Construction work is underway in the next building and you will wake up to the noise of a hammer drill and loud conversations of builders.

I do not understand why the review scores are not higher. This place is spotlessly clean, the staff is helpfull and breakfast good, air-conditioning and hot water are great The hotel is an easy walk to downtown. And the price is a total bargain.. It is a very basic hotel, but exactly as shown in the pictures. Only downside is the noise of the road that most of the hotels are built along

It depends what you are looking for. If you are looking for an affordable, safe place close to El Nido downtown and beach, with a really good airconditioning this is for you. There are late checkout facilities, the towels were changed every day and the bed sheets were clean. Staff was nice and helpful and they organized a good van for onward travel.

We would have appreciated a more thorough cleaning of the room and at least some noise insulation (the location is very central, but a lot of loud traffic drives past). The property could benefit from some maintenance (loose faucet, door knob of closet coming off, bathroom door difficult to unlock/open) and a more than basic breakfast.

The room had literally no ventilation and it was just smelling so bad from mold. I checked and the mold was starting to form everywhere in the room and in the bathroom. The bathroom had a window that couldn't be opened and NO ventilation system!!! The "double bed" was actually two twin beds together. Also noticed a huge cockroach going under the bed. The water pressure was so disappointing that it made the bathtub almost useless.

Overall, the property was worth the price. Bed was comfy and the AC was great. You got a free delicious breakfast each morning. The staff always tried to assist where they could and overall we enjoyed our stay! As for the cons, the wifi is a little spotty at times, there were a number of ants within the building and the room (though we weren’t bothered by this), it is something to consider. Our toilet was broken in the sense that it was leaking, though they tried to fix it during our stay, but still no luck. Again, we liked our stay though it could get noisy at times, we would come again!

Really friendly and helpful staff. Good location just outside the busiest part of the town, about 10min walk to restaurants and island hopping tours. Overall quite clean considering local standards. Towels, sheets and pillows were new and clean, but mattresses seemed really old and had even mold dots, so they’d need renewing. Quite many ants walking around the room. AC worked well. Shower was ok, but some issues with electricity as in our room fuse kept popping when taking a hot shower, which caused the water heater to turn off every time. But all in all place was pretty good and we could stay there again. :)

The sheets smell bad

Property is simple and clean.

First things first, all credit to Swiftlets, the room in which we stayed was exactly what was expected, simple, clean and adequately appointed, good value for the price and located walking distance from the centre of town. Unfortunately however, the hotel is currently having work done and it is difficult to describe the overall building as anything other than a building site. There is no sign of the outside area overlooking the cliffs, worth noting that some of the pictures showing tables and chairs are actually outside the room but on the inside of the building. Significant parts of the building (including a large number of the bedrooms) were at the time of visiting totally stripped back to concrete, materials are lying around everywhere and the noise associated with the work was significant from about 8am onwards. Our reservations about the accommodation are probably a point in time issue however we felt that it was important for prospective visitors to be aware of the current issues.

The accomodation was 5 min away from the port (where all the tours start) and a lot of shops are around. The staff was very polite and helpfull. At first, breakfeast looks small but is enough and really good. You can even book tours at very good prices. Room was very clean and the AC was very good.
