A simpatia e amabilidade do proprietário Said e atenção e cuidado do Rachid sentimo-nos em casa,fomos muito bem recebidos. Todos os funcionarios muito amáveis, a senhora que prepara os pequenos almoços e as refeições era uma querida . Jantamos um dia no Riad a comida era óptima caseira muito saborosa. Pequeno almoço variado todos os dias. A pequena piscina ótima para refrescar e relaxar quando chegamos da rua.Perto do centro,bem localizado .Shkran Said.

As almofadas podiam ser mais macias, mas pedimos ao Said e ele tratou logo de trocar.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Le personnel a été aux petits soins du début à la fin, toujours avec le sourire et beaucoup de gentillesse. Le riad est très bien situé, tout en étant dans un endroit calme et reposant. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, et les petits-déjeuners sont très copieux. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons vivement ce riad ! Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. 😊

Luogo incantevole. Tutti sono stati splendidi con la nostra famiglia in questo luogo di pace. Molto molto pulito accogliente, curatissimo. Al mattino ti accompagna il cinguettio degli uccellini. È in una posizione molto facile da raggiungere per chi ha l'auto. A piedi è una piacevole passeggiata di 15 minuti dalla piazza principale e da tutte le attrazioni principali. Sempre dritto non ci si può perdere.Ottima colazione! Grazie a tutti di cuore per la disponibilità e l'accoglienza dimostrata, dai signori gestori alle signore delle camere. Abbiamo provato anche Hammam e massaggi. Lenzuola morbide e profumate. Asciugamani puliti ogni giorno. All'esterno c'è una zona con alcune macerie ma non bisogna farsi bloccare da questo. Due passi e si è al mercato delle spezie. E al centro della brulicante vita della vera Marrakech. Ottimi anche i ristoranti e gli snack in zona! Soggiorno consigliatissimo!!

La struttura è molto accogliente e confortevole. Non gli manca nulla. La nostra camera era ben pulita e per quattro persone avevamo il giusto spazio. Personale eccellente, molto disponibile super premurosi. Colazione ottima Posizione perfetta.

l'accueil était agréable et le personnel disponible, le Riad est bien situé, le Riad est calme, nous avons accédé au SPA avec massage, c'était tres sympa.

le petit déjeuner 2tait de qualité médiocre, sans possibilité de se reservir. ( nous avons trouver des cheveux dans un pot de meulon, la dame a presque refusé de changer le pot...). L'eau de la piscine n'est pas nettoyer régulièrement. La clim ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre des enfants.

As camas não eram confortáveis. No último dia pagamos transfer. E chegou a hora não havia ninguém à nossa espera, tivemos de ir ate à praça onde nos encaminharam para um taxi sem ar condicionado e carregados com as malas. Muito mau.

Endroit magnifique avec des personnes très très accueillantes, une belle suite, un petit déjeuner copieux ,délicieux, gourmand. L'endroit est magique,a proximité de tout à pied. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Un accueil chaleureux et personnel serviable . Et toujours sourirant . On a passer un bon séjour, le petit déjeuner est bon, Et sa change tous les matins. Je le conseillerai et reviendrai ici. Le frigo dans la chambre est un plus, car par cette chaleur on a nos bouteille au frais .

Nic mi się nie podobało ponieważ właściciele tego obiektu uniemożliwilił mi dotarcie po przez wskazywanie błędnego adresu, kiedy dzoniłam do obiektu o to aby powiedział mi właściciel obiektu jak mamy dotrzeć do hotelu ta osoba wcale nie tłumaczy gdzie mamy się udać w jaką stone,taksówkarz wysadził nas w nie znanym miejscu i kazał nam dalej samym iść bo on sam nie wiedział jak tam dotrzeć! po godzinie błądzenia po uliczkach Marakeszu o 4:00 nad ranem udało się nam zatrzymać na ulicy innego taksówkarza który zgodził się nas zawieść do hotelu ale uprzednio poprosiłam tego Pana aby zadzwonił w moim imieniu do hotelu i dokładnie się upewnił jak do hotelu dojechać.Właściciel hotelu powiedział do taksówkarza że jego nie obchodzimy i żeby nas wywiózł daleko od niego i że on nas tu nie chce że może nas zawieść wszędzie indziej tylko nie do jego hotelu. Okropny właściciel tego hotelu cały ten kraj to banda naciągaczy na pieniądze,przez tą sytuację zostałam zmuszona wrócić do mojego kraju.Booking nie oddał mi moich pieniędzyza za nie wykorzystany pobyt.

Z całego serca nie polecam tego hotelu i PROSZĘ MIEĆ NA UWADZE ŻE HOTEL MIEŚCI SIĘ W NAJGOSZEJ STRONIE MARAKESZU TAK ZWANE SLAMSY!!!! Taksówkarz powiedział że chodzenie tu po ulicach jest strasznie niebezpieczne a szczególnie kobiety Proszę miec to ba uwadze!

Me gustó mucho porque era un lugar muy tranquilo solo se oía a los pájaros, la piscina es una alberca. El personal encantador y muy amable.

Great location, the staff are really nice and helpful. They let us stay in our rooms till our transportation to the airport arrived.

Unterkunft sieht super schön aus aber außer Personal Muhammet und Putzkraft im Zimmer waren alle sehr unfreundlich. Ich schlage Muhammet soll die Führung von das Hotel übernehmen. Dann läuft der Riad besser auf jeden Fall

Sehr freundliches Personal und eine tolle Unterkunft in der Stadt. Der kleine Pool und die Dachterrasse sind super gepflegt. Es gab sogar einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de una plaza donde te recogen para las excursiones. El personal simpático, té y pastas de bienvenida, buena atención. 24h en la puerta. La piscina es fundamental si hace calor. Muy buenos desayunos en la terraza de arriba. También sirven comidas de firma opcional. Hotel perfecto calidad precio. Sin duda volveremos!

Splendide riad à 2 pas des palais Badi et Bahia, des tombeaux saoudiens Accueil avec le thé et le sourire Calme et réveil au chant du coq et des oiseaux. Suite présidentielle magnifique, climatisée, confortable pour nous 4. Tout était facile, plan à l'arrivée, transferts aéroport etc. Merci à Abelwahab et l'équipe pour l'accueil chaleureux, Spécial merci à Bouchra pour le délicieux petit déjeuner et le sourire!

We had a great stay at Riad Ciel d`Orient with our 3 children (14 and 10 years old). The Riad was beautiful, we were served traditional moroccan tea when we arrived and they even made sure our two rooms were on the same floor, even though I had accidentally booked a different combination on different floors. The rooms are lovely, very comfy beds and even a mini-fridge which is great in the moroccan heat. The views from the roof terrace were stunning and the location in the Medina is perfect, you can easily walk to the main square and the souks. The Staff were amazing, going out of their way to help us from giving advice to organising a taxi for our very early departure and assistance during some personal matters. We cannot recommend it highly enough !

La ubicación es muy buena y el riad es muy tranquilo. Pudimos descansar perfectamente. La terraza superior tiene buenas vistas de la ciudad y de las montañas del Atlas. Hay un parking privado vigilado en las inmediaciones.

La beauté du lieu entre la piscine au rez-de-chaussée et le rooftop. La chambre petite mais très confortable. L'accueil avec du thé et des gâteaux. L'emplacement était parfait pour nous, non loin de plusieurs lieux de visite majeurs et proche des souks.

Tout s'est très bien passé de notre arrivée à notre départ. Le personnel est attentif et disponible. Le lieu est magnifique et traditionnel comme nous le souhaitions, dans une ruelle au calme de la ville. Les chambres sont typiques et propres. Le riad est très bien situé permettant de tout faire à pieds, à proximité de la place Jemaa el Fna. Le petit-déjeuner proposé est copieux. Le service de transfert vers l'aéroport, en pleine nuit, pour 15 euros, nous a bien rendu service et a été parfaitement organisé. Bon rapport qualité prix! Un grand merci!!

Staff were really warm and nice, including with the kids. They were also very helpful when giving advice on organising our stay and check-out hours. The swimming pool was great after a hot day. Excellent location to enjoy the medina.

Très bien accueillis, bien renseignés : le personnel est toujours disponible pour tous types de renseignements. Chambre propre, bien décorée. Bien placé de tous les lieux à visiter en quelques minutes à pieds. Nous reviendrons au Ciel d'orient : c'est sûr !

The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options. The location is excellent, very close to the medina. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of pillows. The internet was fast and reliable.

I liked the property, but if there are a few areas for improvement: Breakfast was scheduled for 8:00, but it was usually served around 8:30, which isn’t ideal if you have an early start. The bathroom could be cleaned more thoroughly, and the sink was positioned quite far back on a large counter, which made it a bit inconvenient to use.

The women of the hammam were great, also the massage was amazing.

Overall it's a nice space but it needs a bit more cleanings. The position is good but the streets around are not the best and occasionally felt unsafe.

Le riad et sont personnels étaient parfaits. On a profité du Hammam et massage qui était très bien. Le petit déjeuner sur le toit était bon. Le wifi est bon. La piscine était parfaits pour mes enfants. La chambre était grande et la salle de bain très jolie. Très bien placé pour visiter la ville.

Très bon accueil et bonnes explications pour nous situer dans la médina. Un personnel disponible. Possibilité d'avoir des paniers pique nique en guise de petit déjeuner pour une excursion matinale.

Je n'ai pas aimé que les tarifs des prestations changent en fonction du personnel...

Отель находится в историческом центре города, внутри Медины. Аутентичный отель, полное погружение в историческую среду с нотками комфорта. Очень радушный и приветливый персонал. Рядом за забором действующая резиденция короля. В шаговой доступности базарная площадь, дворец Бахия и мечеть Аль-Кутубия. Вечером можно отужинать в ресторане Le Tanjia, где можно расплатиться картой.

Am besten bleibt uns die Freundlichkeit des Personals in Erinnerung. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, konnten sogar vorzeitig einchecken. Die Grösse unserer Suite "Venus" im ersten OG war OK, das Tageslicht dank der grossen Fenster auf den Innenhof gefiel uns gut. Dankbar waren wir für die Klimaanlage, die uns erlaubte, das feuchtkalte Klima im Zimmer etwas aufzuheizen und zu entfeuchten.

Leider ist dieses Riad arg in die Jahre gekommen. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, die Teppiche sind abgewetzt, die vielen Textilien wirken allesamt schmuddlig. Das Frühstück war 08-15, süsslastig und erschien uns lieblos. Am schlimmsten jedoch empfanden wir das Bett in der Suite Venus. Die Matratze ist knüppelhart und auf der linken Seite uneben, durchgelegen, sodass wir kaum in den Schlaf finden konnten und am Morgen mit Rücken-, Hüft- und Schulterschmerzen aufgewacht sind. Dies alles hat uns veranlasst, nach der ersten Nacht wieder abzureisen und die folgenden drei Nächte, die wir gebucht und bezahlt hatten, verfallen zu lassen. Leider wurde uns jegliche Rückerstattung verwehrt. Wenigstens hat das Riad unseren Flughafenshuttle übernommen.

Oppførselen av ansatte var veldig bra og det var veldig rolig og komfortabelt. Dette er et sted hvor man kan føle seg som hjemme. En ekstra stor takk til Saidh Rashid og de som satt i resepsjonen. De er veldig behjelpelige og gjør alltid sitt beste.

Friends who lived on the ground floor had cockroaches in their room.

The accommodations were satisfactory; however, the surrounding area was highly undesirable, characterized by significant refuse. This experience was quite disappointing, particularly as it caused distress to my children. Consequently, my confidence in Booking.com has been significantly diminished.

The advert looked great. Apparently I booked presidential suite but the room decor was really bad. The entry to the riad was really bad. I would never ever use booking.com

Very convenient location near medina and nice restaurant options few minutes away. The room was much more spacious than expected with large en-suite bathroom. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, I’d definitely recommend staying.

We loved our stay! We were greeted very kindly, had some tea and biscuits while completing the paperwork. The staff was really nice, especially Sahir who was so lovely, funny and gentle, gave us some great tips to improve our experience of Marrakech, showed us a map and marked some utilities we were looking for. The breakfast was generous and delicious. The place was beautiful and very well located. It's clearly very well taken care of, with nice incense and candles always lit, nice room temperature. The toiletries were very lovely as well. Has air conditioning, hair drier and mini fridge too. The terrace is very cozy and the morning sun is just amazing there. Couldn't recomend more! The pool looked really amazing too, we just didn't have enough time for a dip! Will try next time!

Клиентоориентированности никакой, были с детьми - попросили приготовить яичницу, нам отказали, типа ешьте что дают, не знаю уж чего сложного детям пожарить яйца. Отсутствует горячая вода, т.е. она номинально есть, но по факту помыться это целый квест.

On a particulièrement apprécié l'amabilité, l'accueil du personnel ainsi que l'emplacement du riad,on a tout fait à pied.

The staff were very friendly and eager to create a warm and inviting atmosphere in the Riad. Our room was clean and comfortable and easy to access on the ground floor. The highlight of our stay was our dinner. I had been wanting to try Tangia and it did not disappoint! I highly recommend arranging for a dinner during a stay. I love all the Marrakech has to offer, but there is something to say about enjoying a delicious meal in the calm and quiet without several cats wanting to join in :)

何よりスタッフの方がみなさんとても親切で明るく、ホスピタリティに溢れていて素晴らしかったです！ 立地は、フナ広場まで徒歩20分程と少し距離がありますが、そこまでにメラ広場やスークもあって、安いし見ているだけでも楽しく、苦ではありませんでした。 また、こちらのリヤドは迷路のような路地に入り込まず、すぐ大通りに出られるのも良かったです。 私たち家族は、このリヤドのスタッフの皆さんと朝食と屋上が大変気に入りました！ スタッフの皆さんが2歳の娘のことをとても可愛がってくれました。ありがとうございます。

リヤドはそういうものかもしれませんが、部屋は少し暗く、閉鎖的でした。 お風呂は、石造りの建物で広いこともありとても寒かったです。 シャワーのお湯の出はあまり良くありませんでした。 リヤドに依頼して初めて体験したハマムは、トラブルによりとても残念な結果でした。普段は良いかもしれません。

We stayed 5 nights. Very warm and welcoming staff and we were well looked after, with airport transfers organised which were right on time and made everything easy. The room was spacious, clean, and the decor was lovely traditional Morrocan. Location excellent - just a short five minute walk to a rooftop bar, restaurants and cafes in a big square, then another minute and you're in the souks. About 15-20 minutes' walk to the central Jamaa el-Fnaa marketplace. All the main museums/ palaces were within walking distance of the riad. The fact it was away from the main road also meant there was very little traffic noise. If you're looking to stay in a traditional riad with fabulous staff, this one is highly recommended.

The only thing I would say about staying in a riad is you can often hear the noise from other guests as they come and go, as the rooms all face into an inner courtyard. This isn't a criticism of this particular riad, just something worth considering if you're a light sleeper and staying more than a couple of nights. Having said that, the typical design of a riad does block out traffic noise.

Riad molto bello e pulito. In una posizione molto comoda anche per farsi venire a prendere con i taxi. Abbiamo anche cenato nel Riad e la cucina é molto buona. La colazione é abbondante e varia con frutta fresca e spremuta di arancia fatta in casa. Il personale ci ha fornito assistenza per arrivare in aeroporto lasciandoci la colazione perché siamo partiti presto. Consiglio questo Riad.

The staff at the counter were friendly. Clean sheets and linen. The internal courtyard is visually nice.

Location is awful, its right next to the palace but immediate location felt unsafe for families, area was full of demolished buildings and rubble, at night outside there was a smell of burnt plastic. The hair dryer had exposed cables. I'm used to backpacking in poorer locations around the world so when I say the area doesn't feel safe for a family it should be considered on that basis. No way should this Riyad have such a high rating, especially considering the other three amazing places we stayed in morocco.
