Wir hatten einen Zimmer mit leider kaputten Bad, und Fenster Scheibe kaputt. Und sehr sehr gestört war der Eingangs Geruch es hat nach nicht gewaschener wisch mob gerochen.

No walk in shower. Squeaky beds

Chambre sans fenêtre, pas surprise mais toujours moins agréable. Menage moyen, nous pensons avoir eu des puces de lit. Petit dej rudimentaire.

Хороший милый отель на 3 звезды, персонал очень старается, чтобы было очень комфортно. В номере есть много разных удобств, но для нашего класса номера была большая слышимость

Centrally located, balcony with view on Tao Dan park, good breakfast and staff that go above and beyond to be helpful

The room was generally clean but some attention could be given to the glassed bathroom door, and some accumulated dirt on walls. Also the shower was difficult to us because it was too low, I had to sit in the tub to take a shower.

Original room had no window. Breakfast was poor.

Wonderful helpful staff. Lovely spacious room with balcony. Convience shops / eateries / cafes right outside doorstep. War Remnants Museum Markets within walking distance. I was very happy we chose district 3 to stay in.

I like most front desk persons..they all are very efficient, polite, and very helpful. Room was fantastic.

廊下で話している声がよく聞こえる 窓側だったが、外の音はあまり気にならなかった。

I liked very much the comfort of the bed, bathrobe and slippers. Nice toiletries in bathroom. Tea kettle is alway nice to have. Breakfast was good with adequate seletions.

I was awakened at 6:50am on Sunday morning by a member of the staff playing very loud music on their device. My room did not have a window to see out of.

Отличное месторасположение, и цена!!!! Приветливый персонал который всегда готов помочь, особенно портье! Парни молодцы, помогут, откроют дверь, всегда с улыбкой!

Очень шумно, до 3-х часов ночи на улице постоянно возят мусор, что то гремит и шумит! Отель достаточно старый, постельное бельё, плесень.

Điểm: 10/10 – Exceptional Tôi vừa có một kỳ nghỉ rất hài lòng tại khách sạn này. Phòng sạch sẽ, thoáng và được dọn dẹp hằng ngày rất cẩn thận. Giường ngủ êm, cách âm tốt nên tôi ngủ rất ngon. Vị trí khách sạn trung tâm, thuận tiện đi lại và dễ tìm quán ăn, cà phê, siêu thị ngay gần. Nhân viên lễ tân và housekeeping cực kỳ thân thiện, hỗ trợ nhanh mọi yêu cầu. Tôi đặc biệt ấn tượng với sự nhiệt tình khi tôi cần nhận phòng sớm và gửi hành lý – tất cả đều được xử lý rất chuyên nghiệp. Wi-Fi mạnh, điều hòa hoạt động tốt, nước nóng ổn định – những chi tiết nhỏ nhưng làm trải nghiệm rất trọn vẹn. So với mức giá, tôi thấy chất lượng hoàn toàn xứng đáng, thậm chí còn vượt mong đợi. Nếu có dịp quay lại khu vực này, tôi chắc chắn sẽ tiếp tục chọn A25 Trương Định. Rất phù hợp cho cả khách du lịch lẫn công tác. Highly recommended!

우리가 예약했던 방을 주지않아서 여러번이나 다시 얘기 해야했지만, 결국 포기해야 했습니다. 발코니 룸을 예약했지만 그러지 않았고 침대 2개를 예약했지만 1개를 다시 2개로 나누어야 했어요. 이제 다시는 이 호텔을 이용하지 않겠습니다. 직원들은 친절했지만 우리의 요구에는 만졳하게 처리하지 못했습니다.

Khách sạn có vị trí OK, mặt tiền đẹp! Buffet sáng ngon sạch sẽ !

Phòng dơ, bụi, phòng tắm trong bồn, nên không tiện lắm cho người lớn tuổi. Có vẻ các vậy dụng đều cũ cần bảo trì hoặc thay thế! Nhân viên lễ Tân còn lúng túng trong việc xử lý tình huống, cần training thêm!

Dirty and have cockroaches . We have to move to another branch but it’s dirty and smaller. My friend come to hotel to visit us but cannot stay longer than 2 hours. Have a surcharge after 2 hours.

Moldy bathrooms. Floors and skirting boards and under the furniture and behind beds not cleaned often. Prior guests rubbish under beds and behind bedside table and furniture in both rooms we stayed in. We were given a lower grade room than what we paid for. If your booking says you paid for a certain size room or a room with tub or balcony or window, be sure they don’t give you a room without these things. Some rooms don’t even have an exterior view window. Staff are nice. Location great

Tout l’emplacement central pour visiter Ho Chi Minh, chambre au calme malgré le bruit extérieur, bonne literie, chambre petite mais suffisante, pas de première jeunesse mais on s’en fout, et pas trop loin de l’aéroport, 20 25 mn même à 6h30 du matin.

Ptit dej à 6h normalement mais il a fallu réclamer pour qu’ils ouvrent à 6h10 car on avait un vol, ptit dej très simple, pas de grille pain.

Staff very good. Room reflects the budget or market it is aimed at. Which is budget but comfortable. No window. Bit small.. Not sure bedding or room had been cleaned. Found rubbish on floor that was not ours..Happy with choice. Would consider staying there again..

Staff found my daughter’s earrings which she’d accidentally left in the hotel room and posted them on to a hotel in Hanoi when she contacted the hotel. That’s excellent service.

first at all nice reception staff ! very friendly...the room / hotel are very nice furnished..like 5 stars hotel ! the room had gut TV with a lot international channel , very clear to see ! / good wifi speed , Air condition ist not facing the bed ...just the window ( can open ) is in direction of stairwell (just with upgrate you can get a window/blacony direction street ) ...the room was very quiet . Breakfast : full ok , beautifully maintained . It was a good stay

Location close to restaurants and entertainment venues. The bed in my room was really comfy, and the hotel is nice and contemporary. There were also many practical things in the room, many from reliable companies. The breakfast is great, and the staff is really energetic and helpful. Strongly advised

Mattress not good on one side

Paid for a room with a balcony. Got a room with a tiny frosted glass window. When I explained they simply said all the rooms with balconies were booked. Given that I thought I was one of the people who booked them, it wasn't a satisfactory answer. Nothing was offered by way of compensation. The hotel in general is adequate, nothing more. But is in a great location.

Location was the priority to choose this hotel Beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful There is a park nearby in case you want to exercise in the morning
