Beautiful property with a stunning view of the lake and farms. Very quiet and relaxing. It felt like we were the only ones there! Osoyoos is a perfect place to overnight on a visit to Nelson from Vancouver. Loved all the fruit available!! Wow!! We’ll be back

Fantastic view, great big windows, nice patio. Room and bathroom are huge. Bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, there were some issues, the jetted tub didn't work, the coffee maker didn't fill the little pot, the fridge setting was so cold everything froze and the air conditioner sounded like a freight train. There was a sign indicating that if I needed fresh towels, to put the dirty ones in the hamper....didn't matter because there was no service in between my nights. I shared my concerns with the owner and am confident things will be addressed. The location is very close to the main road however noise was not a factor. A short drive into Osooyoos.

A charming apartment room with enormous bathroom and a lovely balcony overlooking the countryside. Very spacious and quiet until the bird scarers start but this is not anything the Villa has any influence over. There is use of a kitchen with microwave and toaster so you can prepare a simple breakfast. Five minutes drive from Osoyoos. A great overnight stay.

Did not like that I did not receive a confirmation with itinerary number and it is impossible to get a hold of anyone. Deplorable. Thankfully I was able to contact someone at the property. She was the most couteous and helpful person. The property is gorgeous. It will take a lot before I ever use your booking services again. Deplorable.

The view from the room with the balcony was stunning. The parking right in front of the room was very convenient. The jet hot tub was very relaxing and the tub was clean. The location was convenient and private.

The air conditioner was extremely loud. The furniture in the room was quite dated. There was only one side table and the room could benefit from a bigger fridge. The wifi only worked on the first day and wouldn’t work on the second day. The 4 pm check-in time is quite late.

I stayed here for my bachelorette and overall it worked out really well for our group. The space was large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably, and we had a great time celebrating. The place is a little dated, and I did notice a couple of spots that could have been cleaned more thoroughly (some random items left in drawers in the bathroom and bedroom).That said, it still met our needs, and the layout made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy the weekend. The outdoor area and view of the lake was absolutely astonishing and made the stay even more special. It is away from the town. Beautiful view. Cantina if you want to cook- separate from your suite. Walls are thin so you can hear people above.

It was clean.

The main issue was the a/c. It was so hot in the room. The a/c was off when we arrived making the room intolerably hot on a 34 degree day. It didn’t adequately cool the room, was noisy and turned off and on all night. The bed was uncomfortable, the chairs thread bare with torn upholstery, the bathroom mirror was cracked (with a branch painted over top to hide it) and the glass on top on the dresser was cracked with tape holding the two pieces together.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We had our own parking spot directly in front of our room. The view was outstanding and even saw a deer walking through the orchard. It was nice a quiet there and a quick drive over to the town to go for dinner etc. We would stay here again. The owners were great as well. It was all contactless and they text me the morning of to let me know my room number and where to access my keys. Highly recommend.

Rustic little bungalows, so lots of privacy around nice facilities. A great playground for kids and a pool for the family. Propane BBQs on the cottage porch.

Ciliega Villa is a great accommodation option just north of the hustle and bustle (and sameness) of town. It consists of several townhouse-like rooms and a suite-filled house overlooking Okanagan Lake. The views are nice, the private deck large, the room enormous, and the cleaning spotless. Each room comes with a private parking spot. Although we found the bathroom oddly occupied 40% of the room, there was only one bedside table, and lighting was insufficient for reading, this was not enough to drop the rating.

Large room. Nice view over the fruit trees to the lake. Sitting on balcony facing lake was pleasant. Room was clean and towels and toiletries were good.

No readily available ice machine BUT staff allowed access to locked office area to obtain ice from the large fridge ice maker. It would not have served all guests' requirements but was adequate for us. Openness (big opening) between bath and bedroom area lacked privacy. Chair cushions were wore and glass desktop had multiple cracks. Oversized rain shower lacked shelves to place anything and shower head should be replaced. Lamp on desk didn't work.

This was great little villa, quiet and easy to get to. Check in was a breeze. Great location overlooking an orchard.

Great views, good room. The A/C took about 8 hours to finally cool off the room at the coldest setting.

In general it was a nice, clean room with a great view. That being said, the AC unit was horribly loud and goes on and off all night so we slept horrible. It was also leaking so the carpet was wet in that area. I did let them know. The floor is not soundproof at all. Could hear the people below us talking pretty clear late at night and early AM. Hotel is pretty pricey too for what it is.

Breakfast was not included but was not expected. The room was quite nice and quite large; We also like the soaking tub and the view from the private balcony was lovely. We met the owner and she was very pleasant and helpful. Location made it easy to get into town and to visit wineries in the area

I think this place attracts a quiet crowd and our stay was tranquil but if you had rowdy neighbors above or below you, it could be a little noisey. A couple of small maintenance items to pass on for our room...hair dryer handle was broken and jets on soaking tub did not work

The suite we stayed in was very nice with vaulted ceiling, large bathroom with jetted tub for 2! Beautiful view over the orchard & lake from the deck. We didn’t like someone started working with noisy equipment at 5:15 am right outside our room for about an hour ☹️ !! The only reason for only 3 stars was because we were wakened up too early

View is amazing! A little bit out of town and a drive to the beach. If you need more than one bed you have to go down stairs(about 16) too many for me. Otherwise very nice.

Lovely room, especially the bathroom, bedroom, and patio. We enjoyed a great view from every part of the property. It was also convenient that we could park our car right outside the room, making it easier to carry our luggage in and out.

Spent one night here for a weekend getaway and had a great time! Within walking or biking distance of a couple of wineries and surrounded by orchards. Our room was comfortable and had a great view. The contactless check-in was easy and the staff were responsive when needed. Will definitely be coming here again!

What a beautiful spot. Beds were comfortable. Amenities were wonderful. My wife was very impressed.

The location is away from the town of Oosoyos but within very easy driving distance. The suites are large and comfortable. Each unit has a deck that overlooks the orchards and lake. Beautiful! The facilities are excellent. Guests have access to a kitchen barbecue and rooftop patio.

Overall nice location and place but could use a bit of maintenance. Dead bolt was very difficult to close and then open so that is a concern. Few items in the bathroom could use some maintenance. Tub hand sprayer looks to be mostly plugged and duct tape falling off tub surround. view over orchard and lake was great, room large and roomy. deck is nice and parking to unit close and very good. It’s a bit out of town and I was happy with this but it is a short drive to restaurants etc.

The property is great the rooms are nice as well. My only complaint is the there’s not enough hot water to fill the jetted tub it’s comes out lukewarm at best . The glass wear has some calcium stains as well but other than that the room and Veiw are amazing , Beautiful quiet location

Near highway so heard traffic. Marmots living under deck so deck was covered with marmot feces and lots of urine surrounding deck. Doors didn’t seal so large spiders in corners. Air conditioning worked well but noisy. Not in walking distance to anything but easy to drive to places.

The accommodation is spacious and well furnished - essentially designed as an up-market motel. The view from the living room and balcony is spectacular.

Reception was unmanned, requiring a phonecall to summon someone who looked as if she had just woken up - certainly not the warmest or most informative of welcomes. In reception, the smoke alarm battery was running out and it beeped intermittently for the whole of our stay. The area behind the accommodation looked unfinished and untidy. The door to the balcony was difficult to open. The standard of accommodation is good but it is looking a bit dated and unloved now.

The only small negative is the location is a little remote which may be ideal for some. But there isn’t much within walking distance.

I thoroughly enjoyed my one week stay at the Villa!!! It is a perfect homebase To explore the amazing wineries and all that the border towns have to offer! Thank you for taking such good care of me! I will be back! (The most comfortable sleep I’ve had in years!)
