Westridge Motor Inn

Location was good. Just minutes away from downtown Osoyoos.

The room could have been cleaner. There was the last guest's soap left in the soap dish. Bathtub did not look clean at all. The bed that we had was quite worn and did not offer much or any support for our backs. Was not able to get a restful sleep at all.

It was very comfortable and clean. The location was great as well.

Nothing

the fellow that checked me in was very friendly and accommodating. Went over and above to meet my requests that I don't believe would have been met elsewhere. All around excellent service and kindness

nothing-they were outstanding

Check in staff was excellent and efficient. We enjoyed the room and everything provided worked well.

Clean, bed was comfortable and the pillows were just right. Pool was great. Owner was very helpful. Definitely recommend

Newly renovated and clean

I think the water pipes may be old so when you first run water it wasn’t clear.

The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night but it met all our needs. It was nice to have the 2nd bed in a separate room. There was loud noise from the next door room after 11pm and staff shut it down quickly once notified.

Location is on the edge of an industrial/retail park. Close walk to a fruit stand and winery but about 20min walk to downtown.

The reception was friendly, efficient, and well-organized. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for an overnight stay. The shower nozzle was one of the best I've ever experienced, perfect pressure, and even streaming. The TV wasn't working but it was fixed within 10 minutes of me notifying the front desk. The bed and linens were very comfortable.

The air conditioning unit was very loud, even on the lowest setting. It was waking me up during the night and I turned it off at 4 AM when I saw that the outside temperature had cooled down to 20°C.

Convenient with reasonable pricing

Decor is dated but clean

We had a nice room with cookin facilities and the pool area is awesome

Nothing

Motel style with parking out front, pool, laundry facilities

Hot tub out of service

All what you need for one night on the route

The free coffee in the room

The staff were super friendly and we loved the room and the outdoor pool!

The bed was a little stiff and the hot tub was down when we went but the front end staff were accommodating and we really appreciated that! Made up for the hot tub not operating

Very friendly reception staff. Good location to access Osoyoos by car. The pub next door is charming and good value. The room was spotless and comfortable.

I could hear next door's snoring a little through the wall. Didn't affect my experience.

위치가 좋고. 깨끗해요. 방문앞 주차할 수 있어 짐나를때 너무 편안해요. 화장실. 침구. 바닥이 깨끗해서 너무 좋습니다.

The pool was heavenly and the music played by our host was amazing. Super convenient to be beside the pub - we even attended Karaoke on Friday night!

Nothing comes to mind.

only one side table by the bed

Clean & comfortable good value stay Restaurant near by for breakfast

Everything

Nothing

The outdoor pool.

It was a very small room.

Comfortable rooms and good staff

Hot tub was broken!

Lovely clean room with easy access

Pillows were too thick for me but the sheets and duvet were excellent

To answer your question, there was no breakfast included in the price. Cleanliness exceeded my expectations as well as the privacy of the pool which you’d usually find in a 5 star hotel. Staff made sure my request for a quiet room and privacy was accommodated, I couldn’t have picked it better myself.

A bit pricy for a motor inn and a bit far from the beach. Staff very friendly but I could clearly see they’re overworked.

Good location, Nice view.

No breakfast included.

The pool. The location.

The welcome and parking outside the room on a ground floor.

Nothing.

Convenient for travelling through on a one-night stay.

Too expensive for the quality, not value for money.

Exceptionally clean and well appointed older motel. The staff were very very friendly. Our family had a medical emergency and it was handled with incredible empathy and grace by the owners. I came to the motel as a customer and left as a friend.

N/A

The pool, rooms, and the employees / owners

Didn’t get the cheaper rate cause we booked on booking.com

It was last place available

It was clean.

The door did not seal properly, so it was very noisy, especially with people and vehicles outside our door.

It was well maintained, clean and comfortable. The owner was welcoming, friendly and went out of his way to accommodate guests. The outdoor amenities were thoughtfully planned and presented, perfect for families, and other guests. The grass area with barbecues and picnic tables was spacious and well equipped. The pool was clean and there were pool toys for all to enjoy. Areas for those who want to enjoy the sun and a vine covered lounging area for shade. The water mister welcoming you to this area was a real bonus on a hot, hazy day. The restaurant close by was handy and good.

The smell of the cleaners that were in the rooms were a bit overwhelming upon arrival. Possibly because the rooms are closed and air conditioned. This may be an issue for those with sensitivity to scents etc.

gut gelegenes Motel. rasche check-in. Sehr sauber. Mit Terrasse.

Leider waren er Kühlschrank und deep freezer nachts sehr laut.

Good location. Swimming pool and barbecue grill area and laundry machine for guests. Unfortunately we arrived too late to use them.

Says breakfast is included. That’s not entirely accurate. If you go to the sunridge restaurant just a few meters across the parking lot, they have free coffee for guests of the motel. You have to pay for your meal with free coffee.

Clean local

Hot tub was green

Great pool and hot tub

A little outdated but the price reflected that.

The staff were great, the cleanliness overall was 😊, was here and dryer free, pool was clean. We will definitely be back next year, we’re already talking about booking for next year. Thanks

Cleanliness.

We stayed in this motel many years ago and it is well kept as it was then, maybe more so. The rooms have been renovated and have all the basic necessities. The bed is very comfortable and the unit was very clean.

Access to the property was not easy to navigate, but once you arrive/depart you realize there is nothing that can be done to improve the situation with the build up of the area.

Nice … didn’t have enough time there to really find how it is. But loved the bed!

Not there long enough to complain about anything.

The pool area was nice. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

Well, there was a microwave and a fridge. Could have used some counter space

Nice comfortable motel. Pool and hot tub was nice after long day of driving. Adjacent restaurant/pub offered affordable fare and entertainment without having to drive anymore for the day..

No breakfast.

Better pool towels. Needed two to lay across the lounge chairs and they were thin.

It has a nice swimming pool and facilities. There is an outdoor BBQ grill available. The air conditioning is good. There is an ice machine

The room wasn't very big.

Room was well appointed with decent amount of room. Parking was right outside door. There was a washer and dryer at the site that was free to use. This is a great place to stay in Osoyoos that is not on the beach. However many beautiful beaches are available near by.

Air conditioner is in wall type right by the bed. It works very well but it was very noisy, so did not sleep with it on which would have been our preference. Wifi in room was not great at times. Difficult to stream your own channels. Not a lover of Telus TV boxes.

Everything was great

Nothing

I loved having a pool and hot tub, the pool area was great for relaxing.

The only thing I didn't like was how loud the air conditioner was. We definately needed it because it was a hot week.

Gute Ausstattung. Gute Lage. Der Pool.

Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut.

Piscine BBQ disponible

Bel emplacement, piscine propre et accès à un BBQ

Staff friendly, room is big and comfortable, with good facilities and setup, microwave oven and dishes are provided.

Price is quite expensive.

The pool was lovely

Excellent clean suite. Extremely comfortable bed. So nice to be able to sit out on a private balcony. Super staff who helped get our luggage up the stairs on arrival and down again on our departure. The only thing that we found a problem was the very noisy traffic going past the Inn.

L’emplacement, courtoisie à la réception

Propreté, confort, qualité-prix

Location

Tidy & clean. Friendly staff.

The rooms were impressively clean.

The cost, the location to navigate on maps. Accessing the power bar to plug in a game console was troublesome.

The location is amazing. Friendly staff. Pool is great!

I always feel welcome at the westridge motor inn. I have been coming for years. Sometimes they I have brought me cherries to my room at no charge. I love the pool area and the barbecues. And they always welcome my little dog. For a small charge.

The only thing I don't like about the west ridge is it's not near the water. Many of the hotels by the beach won't allow animals. So I never stay with them.

Location

Rules changed. Pet friendly but dogs could only be on small grass strip beside the busy highway. Rooms don’t get cleaned daily but they do t tell you. Staff were nowhere to be found. The whole place is getting run down since new ownership.

I wasn’t a fan of the amount of stains that I found on most the towels, the bedding, and the shower curtain. Also the spider webs in the bathroom didn’t help either. Also finding a live spider folded in a towel wasn’t a good surprise.

So homely and the management and staff were excellent, they couldn’t do enough for us

Nothing to not like, we walked a short distance to a well kept pool area and hot tub and also a BBQ area - excellent !

wonderful place to stay will def visit again!

nothing not to like

Able to park in front of room.

The shower water pressure was great but the bath couldn’t drain fast enough. Also the bath is very slippery and needs a non sit mat.

Staff was very friendly, clean room, would stay there again

My room appeared well cared for and it was comfortable.

Nicely renovated, lovely pool, comfortable bed and clean.

The toilet was very low and there wasn’t anything to hang on to while stepping into and out of the tub for a shower.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, can park in front of your room, and the pool/hottub was very relaxing

Walls are a bit thin so you can hear conversations happening in the rooms beside you.

Clean, good for overnight stay, small motel parking spot outside room. Reasonable price.

Least value motel I have ever been in, and I have been in many throughout the world.. Price probably double what it was worth. In middle of wine region didn't have a glass, let alone a wine glass. All cups and glasses were disposable. The rating on booking.com was way out of whack. I suspect it may have been manipulated

Location was excellent and very clean property.

There was no USB outlets in guest room.

Great amenities. Very tidy.

Absolutely spotless everywhere, adorable landscaping, felt cozy & welcoming. Owners were friendly & helpful. Just a great little spot!

It's close to the highway so you do hear traffic but that's only by the pool, not in your room.

Very clean, super nice staff, great location

I liked it and do not have anything negative to report

Location, service, the sweet little clean pool, clean rooms, comfy king bed, bbq in the sun, lovely owners

🤔

The room was very clean, as well as all the bedding, towels. We had all the amenities required and had a comfortable stay!

Some of the facilities like the pool area and laundry room were slightly tired and dated.

Room was very clean & comfortable.

The staff was great the pool and hot tub were great.

If someone is above you all you hear is pounding on the floor. My bf also washed out the tub as there was public hair in the tub

Such welcoming staff and Extremely helpful Newly renovated room. Very clean and comfortable. Complete with coffee machine microwave and fridge. Bed comfortable and linen crisp. Great big bath as well.

May be a little to close to the road and a little noisy

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, das Zimmer war hübsch, sauber und sehr ruhig.

Leider war der Pool noch nicht eingefüllt

Very clean, updated room. Comfortable. Nicely kept grounds with pool and bbqs. Convenient pub and restaurant steps away.

Location pool barbecue

Didn’t come in to make the bed or give us coffee

The room is very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was renovated.

It’s nice environment quiet and calm.

Very pleasant staff member at check-in. Great bar and restaurant right on the lot of the hotel. If you're there on a Tuesday evening they have lb of wings on special for $7 (as of late March, 2026). Regular price is $18 per lb, so great deal and great wings.

Size of the room was pretty small but we were only there for one night so it wasn't an issue.

Comfortable room. Very friendly owner

Nothing

Mostly everything...

Fridge in room 105 would not cycle to off...sounded like a washing machine...finally unplugged it at 4 am...when it didn't cycle to off...

The staff was wonderful 👍

Can not think of anything

The owner are very kind and warm-hearted. When they knew we got some trouble with the previous hotel accommodation, they helped us finding a new accommodation.

If they coukd offer conventional breakfast, it would be perfect 😉

Very clean. Great pool. Great staff and terrific owners!!

The breakfast was excellent and had good value for the money. The parking was easy and front desk staff were great to deal with from booking in to booking out. Was very satisfied with the location and stay.

The only small criticism is that the air conditioner was very loud but we were so tired we still fell asleep very easily on the comfortable beds.

The pool area and courtyard was great.

no breakfast

Great location near a winery, coffee shop, and super market

Stayed 2 days, but room was not serviced after 1st night.
