Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Super Lage nahe dem Strand. Sehr schöner Balkon. Es war sauber. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Közel a tenger, boltok. Szép,hangulatos a kert. Mindennapos takarítás, szuper kedves személyzet. Volt egy kis főzőlap. Egyszerű, de tudtam főzni rajta. Volt vízforraló is. Légkondi volt, szuperül működött.

A konyhai felszerelések kissé elavultak, nem túl tiszták, nem jól felszerelt konyha.

Posizione super. Pulizia ogni mattina. Stanza e bagno adeguatamente ampi. Balcone ampio, perfetto per stendere asciugamani, costumi da bagno e sedersi per fare un aperitivo.

Nulla, se non la ventola del bagno rumorosa, ma davvero una sciocchezza.

Struttura tranquilla a 3 minuti dal lungomare e vicina ai servizi principali. Maria è una persona gentilissima e attenta alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti. Con il nostro bimbo di un anno ci ha fatto sentire come a casa! Γεια σου Maria!

The apartment is small and cozy with close proximity to the black beach which is 350 m from the property and a free public parking just next.

The host was very friendly and welcoming. Clean and we were provided with towels, shampoo, etc. Very good air conditioning. We could check in early.

The view from the balcony was not the one shown in booking, and we had three twin beds instead of a double one + twin

Everything was beautiful and especially the host was friendly!

The location was great , even though we did not had beach view from the room but it was really close by and walkable to the beach. The rooms were clean and the best part was they cleaned the rooms everyday and provided clean towels too everyday. We were a family and the stay was very good. The AC remote stopped working at night and i messaged to check around 11PM and the host came to check at that time which was really great gesture from the host.

If you are planning to cook extensively then there were no chimneys for the smoke to go out. That could have been better. But all in all it was a great place to stay with great hosts.

Great place, close to everything, lovely host

Very friendly welcome, clean and tidy apartment with the basic facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Anything additional that we requested was attended to quickly and easily via WhatsApp. Thank you, we had a great stay.

Only that we could hear guests in the room above, however this can't be helped.

Very clean and good space, lovely hosts that helped us with everything we needed. Real family atmosphere. Close to the beach and next to a big parking space. We loved our stay and would definitely come back again!

3min walk to the beach

The property was very clean and tidy. Alot if beautiful flowers all around and on the balconies. Very nice aesthetics. Very easy and spacious public parking.

The staff is wonderful and the location is great, next to the beach and lots of restaurants.

First and foremost, the beds are very VERY uncomfortable. The mattress is hard, the bed frame is low to the ground, and the comforter is too thin. Owners also have a system in an effort to prevent you from using any electricity while you are out of the room, so you can’t charge any devices, use the mini fridge, use the air conditioning, etc. We tried to leave with the electricity on and once we returned it was clear staff had been in the room and turned it off and we were gone less than 3 hours. The towels were also very old and rough.

Lovely hosts and stay, if we needed anything we simply had to message via WhatsApp and were given all the assistance required. Short walk from Perissa beachfront, bus stop, pharmacy and shops. 24hr bakery a stones throw also. Facilities were small portable stove, kettle, tv, toilet, shower, sink in kitchenette and bathroom. Bed was firm and comfortable. Also a balcony with table and 2 chairs. If we came to Perissa again we would for sure consider if not stay here again as it suited our needs and we were always politely treated.

Great stay in Perissa Host very helpful, great location.

Limited facilities in the room - i.e., no microwave or oven stove / we were not fussed as was mostly out. However, would be a good plus point if available.

Convenient location, just a 3 minutes walk to the beach, plenty of bakeries , cafes and restaurants around and a big public parking right in front of the apartment. We didn’t use a bus as we rented the car but there is bus stop around the corner. You can also drive to pretty much anywhere on the island within 30 minutes, especially locations like Oia and Fara. Excellent for families! The room is cozy and very clean. The owner cleaned the room everyday! The owner was very helpful as she told us her restaurant recommendations.

Not a major issue, but the apartment didn’t have many kitchen things. However, after asking the owner, she quickly provided them for us. If you need anything, just ask!

Good location and amazing shower

Our room was in the first floor. We had a cute patio and the room size was generous too. Everything clean and confortable. It was close to affordable restaurants and markets. 3 min walk to a beautiful beach. I didn’t stay long enough to explore all the other things around. The neighborhood looked lively with many restaurants opened until late. If I go back to Santorini I would probably stay here again. Price/location was great.

The staff was nice and very attentive. Everything was very clean and the room is spacious. It's far from Oia, but in a very quiet place and close to the beach.

The beds could be a little more comfortable.

Friendly and welcoming staff. They helped us booking transport to the airport in the middle of the night.

The location was great! Really close to the beach and easy to get around the island using the public bus system. We are glad we stayed in Perissa away from the crowds of tourists

The staff were very helpful and accommodating at Studio Paul’s. We were quite stressed because our flight had been delayed very late into the night, but the staff were so kind and said this was not a problem. The rooms are very clean and the garden around the property is beautiful.

Very nice place and a most of all a very nice owner who helped us every day with information about Santorini. I will recommend to everyone who wants to visit Santorini.

It was very clean and comfortable, beautiful location and had really friendly and helpful staff. Ioanna gave us all the information we could need, with advice for places to visit and eat, bus timetables, answering all our questions. Studio Paul’s was the perfect distance to the beach, bus stops, restaurants, and shops. The buses came frequently and were really easy to navigate. It’s the perfect location to stay and enjoy the beach and surroundings in Perissa to be then able to take a day trip to Fira and Oia, instead of staying there.

Nothing, it was perfect!

The host was really helpful when staying here, she helped us with any questions we had. She also helped us with bus timetables, how to get to places and what was around us etc.

Nice hosts, clean and comfortable stay, close to beach and public transport.

The owner was very kind, the location was very good. Right next to s amazing bakery, supermarket, the beach and lots of restaurants were close. Also beautiful garden with lots of flowers. You can sit outside, which is really nice.

Equipment was quite old, the bathroom would deserve a little bit of renovation. Also there was lots of noise from the street and the apartment above you.

very beautiful, great location, clean, close to everything. 5 minute walk to the beach, a shop, bakery, restaurants. Came with a mini stove top (which we didn’t find until the last day), towels, shower gel, safe, wardrobe, draws. plenty of plug sockets. also provided an iron when requested. for the great price we would definitely stay here again.

We got in super late and we’re met by a lady that didn’t speak a word of English, she did her absolute best to tell us everything and I did my best to understand, but I feel we would have liked some advice about places to go, things to see etc like our other friends staying at nearby apartments got. the same lady kept trying to clean our room at a time we were coming back to have a break from the sun or getting ready to go out and got quite annoyed with us that we said we’d rather she didn’t clean, as we needed the room. The walls are pretty thin and unfortunately for us we could hear a man every morning around 7:30 hocking up some flem (apologies for the graphic description) but that’s not the hotels fault. Asked for a double bed but got two singles with a gap in the middle, sort of pushed together. Mattress wasn’t the best but bearable for 4 nights

Had the basic amenities for a one night stop over pending ferry departure. Owners were friendly.

I didn't get the room I ordered, when I wrote this to the manager, he didn't even want to answer my message, which I think is very impolite! also I don’t understand the curiosity of the staff, when I was not in the room in my personal things they examined it is very strange

Close to beach, nice and tidy room!

The property is ok, clean sheets and bathroom, but nothing special, you can find better for the same price or less.

I was very dissapointed by the check in process. The lady that came to check me in didn't speak any other language than Greek and insisted that I pay cash only (although it says on Booking.com that the property accepts cards as well. She took the money and never gave me any reciept or other confirmation that I actually paid for the room. She made a phone call to the manager of the place who speaks English (so he could explain me that they want cash and cash only) and offered me to speak to him using her own headphones (instead of, I don't know, putting him on speaker and not offering guests to use her own headphones). The check in process took forever and was not pleasant at all and ruined the impression of the place.

We were celebrating my girlfriends bday and when I contacted the owners to ask them to get some f’owers and chocolate, they were kind enough to do it for me. I paid them when everything was done. They didnt oblige me to pay in advance.

it was far from the city, but there were nice mountains and monastries on top of them near us.

Very close to the beach and market, situated in a quiet area with an amazing view. We had our coffee on the balcony, absolutely lovely. The host was kind and offered us valuable information about the other attractions. I highly recommend it

Unfortunately the room had an old style and we had an issue with the flushing water at the toilet, it kept running so I believe there was a malfunction. The matress was very soft.

Good family run ground floor pension in Perissa with sitting area outside. Place was clean and extremely good value. Met the mother of the owner. She was delightful. Pension was easy to find. Near the main road, 10 minutes from the beach. Has a 24 hour bakery nearby that had all the food provisions needed and good coffee! A regular bus ran from Thira along the main road.

Bathroom/shower maybe due for a little renovation but quite ok

Tout près de la plage de sable noir, magnifique (même si un peu trop de sunbed on arrive a trouver de la place sur le sable, la plage est grande. Près des restaurants le long de la plage et également à 2 pas de l'arrêt de bus. Accueil de la propriétaire très agréable, taille de la chambre très bien et petit balcon bien pratique.

We selected Paul’s Studio because it was a great price and great location. Everything we needed was in walking distance from our room. We also required a kitchen and the basic kitchen was what we needed to make breakfast every morning! The room was clean and the family that owns the property is very friendly and helpful. They arranged our transportation for us and stayed in communication as we needed! I would recommend Paul’s Studio to anyone looking to stay in the area for a good price.

La comodità di essere vicini al mare e ai ristoranti. Appartamento semplice e pulito.

Tutto , stanza molto grande , pulitissima , terrazzo bellissimo e soprattutto gestito da persone deliziose . Lo Consiglio sicuramente .

Vicino a mare , alla fermata del bus locale ed a una mini market. la stanza è dotata di una piccola cucina e di un grazioso terrazzino per poter mangiare. La stanza non è grandissima e mediocremente arredata ma nel complesso il rapporto qualità prezzo è accettabile.

Struttura composta da pochi appartamenti, gestita da una famiglia molto gentile e disponibile.Nell'appartamento c'e'il necessario, le pulizie vengono effettuate giornalmente come i cambi degli asciugamani.Si trova vicinissima al mare, ad un parcheggio, ad un minimarket, ad un forno-pasticceria, ad un ATM ed infine ad un noleggio auto.Posizione ottima.

Very clean apartment with AC and close walking distance to the beach. Host was very attentive to our needs and was available by phone whenever needed

The place is very quaint and looks just like the pictures. Toiletries were spares. We had to buy more toilet paper. Toiletries were 1/2 full, like they were left behind from previous guest. Room was nice and good sized. Had a kitchenette and lots of storage for longer stays. We had a nice little porch to ourselves. Overall, I would recommend because the good certainly outweighed the bad.

Clean budget studio with simple accommodations. Exactly as described on the site. Cleaned daily. Close walk to Perissa beach. Manager's English was very limited. But enough to direct us to various places we asked about. Very friendly, even called our taxi for us for our departure.
