늘 가는 곳. 동해안에선 이 호텔이 최상급. 예전에 처음 오픈했을 때 보단 약간씩 낡긴 했으나 이만하면 굿.

다 괜찮다. 단지 가격이 (특히 고층 스위트군들) 너무 비싼 것 빼고..

While the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, communication in English was occasionally a bit challenging.

처음엔 호텔이 정말 아름다운 호텔로 유명한 건축가가 지어졌던거 같습니다.그러나 이젠 사용감이 꽤 생겼는데 잘 관리하지 못하고 있다는 생각이 들더군요.

저녁 뷔페 예약 못하면 먹기 힘들다고해서 대기까지 걸어놨는데 명성에 비해 정말 아쉬운 부페였습니다.1인당 12만원 받던데 물가가 올라서인지 씨마크 호텔에 어울리지않는 저녁뷔페입니다. 게다리는 텅비어있고 초밥이나 회코너도 조식뷔페에서나 볼수 있을만큼 간단하고 종류가 많지 않았습니다. 양고기 소고기 스테이크도 온도감도 없이 딱딱하더군요.육회는 다진고기처럼 해놔서 젓가락으로 먹을수 없어 숫가락에 모아 올려 먹어야겠더라구요. 한식코너도 중식코너도 정말 성의가 없어 보였습니다. 제가 묵었던 욕실의 바닥은 뭔가 하얀 방수 페인트 같은걸로 여기저기 떡칠이 되어 있고 엘리베이터 바닥은 깨져있었어요.

1. מחיר יקר בהשוואה לשאר בתי המלון באיזור. 2. בריכת האינפניטי מאד עמוסה מהבוקר ולא ניתן לשחות עד שמחשיך ולנו (באמצע מאי) היה קצת קר מדי ולא הצלחנו להשתמש בה כלל

야외 인피니티 풀 완전 대박 입니다. 이번 여행 중에 가장 좋았던 추억을 여기서 다 만들었어요. 2박 3일 동안 3번이나 갔고 너무 좋았어요. 아침식사도 메뉴가 다양하고 너무 맛있었고 오션사이드의 뷰가 대박입니다.

사우나가 오래되고 시설이 노화되어서 샤워기가 너무 더러웠어요 코너 스위트는 냉방이 잘안되어 29°이하로 내려가질 않아 땀을 삐질삐질 흘렸고 방 바꿔달라 해서 바꾸었어요 욕실 어메니티 샴푸 샤워젤등등 충분하지가 않아 엄청 가난해보였어요 1박에 100만원 방을 2개 했는데 2개 모든방이 똑같은 상황 로비층 라운지는 쇼파가 다헤어지고 너덜너덜 참 가난해보이는 5성급 씨마크!!

Beautiful corner suite and pool area, excellent breakfast

窓からのオーシャンビューも素晴らしく、館内、室内、どこも広々としていて心からリラックスできました。特にプールは最高です。また、朝ごはんはビュッフェスタイルでしたが、パン、お粥、ご飯、韓国料理に洋食などとても多くの種類の食べ物や飲み物、デザートがあり、大変満足しました。部屋にケトルやお茶などがなかったのはちょっとだけ残念だったけど、ミニバーも無料だったので大丈夫です。また行きたい！

It was wonderful experience this ocean view Hotel we really like it so we extended one more day to stay in this hotel no complaint.

Spectacular ocean view rooms! Generous room size and nice quiet location yet close to everywhere. Breakfast was included and food was pretty good. Gym was small but very clean with wonderful ocean views.Both indoor and outdoor pool had amazing ocean view. I think it’s time to update some bathrooms. Some tiles were chipped and the mirror inside the shower was eroding. It was generally clean but the housekeeping forgot to check inside the closet. There were dirty pair of socks inside the closet that looked like previous guests left behind. I called the front desk. They apologized and took the socks. It would have been nicer if the hotel offered something - a drink coupon or a glass of wine - as an apology.

가족 7명이 가족행사로 2박 3일 지냈는데 너무 편안하고 조용하고 수영장 사우나 등 시설 좋고 음식도 너무 맛있었어요~~ 최고였습니다^^

객실 뷰가 너무 좋아서 바다 원없이 보고 왔어요. 실제 바다는 비 와서 성나있었는데 위에서 보는 바다는 에메랄드빛. 있는 내내 힐링 제대로 했어요.

정말 좋았고 편안했습니다. 시설은 정말 정갈하고 휴식에 최적화되어 있다고 생각합니다. 다만 6년여전 기억하는 당시 최고 수준의 조식에서 머물러 있는 것 같습니다. 지난 몇 년간 호텔 부페가 너무 많이 상향평준화되어서, 이 부분은 좀 참고해주시면 좋을 것 같습니다.

Great views and location right on the sea front

전반적으로 매우 만족하였고 편하게 잘 쉬다가 갑니다.

10년만에 다시 방문했습니다. 아주 만족스런 경험이었습니다. 아침 조식 뷔페는 사람이 너무 많아서 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 객실이 풀부킹이라 그렇다고 들었습니다. 한적했던 옛날 기억과 달라서 좋으면서도 좀 섭섭했습니다

최고의 방부를 즐길 수 있고 인피니티 수영장도 최고, 조식도 최고 였어요!

강릉 여행시에 자주 이용하는 호텔 입니다. 이용할 때마다 언제나 편안하게 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 직원 분들도 모두 친절하시고 모든 것이 만족 스럽습니다. 다음번 강릉 여행 시에도 또 방문 할 계획 입니다.

Loved the breathtaking view, Amazing beach and the room size is pretty good, The bed Is really comfortable and love the balcony, The lobby is beautiful, The lounge is a great place to relax and have tea while listening to piano.

Upon arriving to the hotel I've experienced some difficulties in finding the reception, I walked around for about 5 minutes looking for it, Since there was no one avaliable at concierge desk, Once I found the reception there was only 1 staff member. The second thing.. Is the overcrowded breakfast, Better to arrive earlier but honestly what's bothers me more is that I've ate pork and I can't consume it, It was in gnocchi and it didn't state that there was any pork, The chef himself said there is no meat inside it, But I've showed him that there is, When going back to my table he came up and said that there is pork, I think the team should know what they are serving.

View from bacony was amazing . Sunrise amazing . Clean room and facilities. Service need to be improved and. Breakfast should be improved as a high quality hotel .

Gangneung, the host city of the 2018 Winter Olympics, is beautifully situated at the meeting point of serene lakes, the expansive sea, and the layered peaks of the Daegwallyeong mountain range. Among its accommodations, the Seamarq Hotel stands as the pinnacle of luxury, owned by the Hyundai Group and frequented by many of its employees. It is said that the founder of Hyundai often held employee workshops at this hotel, formerly known as the Hyundai Hotel. We booked a Corner Suite, which was exceptionally spacious and stunning. The balcony offered an unparalleled view that captured the lake, the sea, and the Daegwallyeong mountain range all at once. The exquisite architecture by Richard Meier was breathtaking, both during the day and under the night sky. Gangneung, known for its windy climate, features many water-inspired designs throughout the property that were particularly striking. Watching the water move in harmony with the wind was incredibly inspiring. In the evening, I participated in Moonlight Yoga, which was a serene and memorable experience. The sauna facilities were outstanding, complemented by an outdoor hot spring that added to the hotel’s charm. The Seamarq Hotel, with its exceptional design, amenities, and unique ambiance, has firmly secured its place as one of my favorite destinations.

Beautiful beachfront hotel with a full amenities

해변가라 위치도 좋고 객실이 넓어서 아주 좋았어요 수영장도 좋았구요

모던, 깔끔한 호텔.

갤러리 더블 객실 숙박했는데 사이드에 위치해 두 면이 경포대와 바다가 파노라마로 펼쳐져서 전망이 더욱 좋았어요. 층고도 높아 개방감이 시원했고, 침대와 침구도 포근하여 잘 잤습니다. 야외수영장이 싱가* 마리나****보다 규모는 훨씬 작으나 바다를 배경으로 맞닿은 듯한 자연적 느낌이 개인적으로는 더 좋았다 생각합니다. 지하1층 사우나는 노천탕도 있고 깔끔하게 관리되서 피로를 풀기에 좋았어요. 조식부페에서 직접 원두를 갈아 서비스 하는 아이스 라떼가 맛있었고 저녁 9시에 로비에서의 피아노 연주도 좋았습니다. 다른 가족들과 다시 방문할 생각입니다.

피트니스 센터 개장 시간이 조금 늦은 것 같습니다. 6시 반이 아니라 5시 반 정도면 좋겠습니다. 그리고 운동하기에 너무 덥습니다. 좀더 시원하게 해 주시면 감사하겠습니다.

Great Place to rest and enjoy!

편안하고 고급스러운 분위기라 아주 만족했습니다 :) 다녀온 국내 호텔 중에서 가장 마음에 들었어요.

강릉역 셔틀 기사님의 품격이 매우 좋아서 호텔의 첫인상을 올려줍니다. 컨시어지 매니저님도 친절하십니다. 프런트 매니저들은 경력이 짧아서 그런지 틀린 것은 아닌데 불친절하다는 느낌을 줍니다. 레스토랑 매니저님들은 몇 달 동안 세 번째 방문이었는데 기억력이 좋으시고 고객 응대에 순간 대처가 뛰어나다는 느낌을 줍니다.

Fabulous hotel! We were given an amazing bedroom with a view of both the lake and the sea. The bed was extremely comfortable and we were so happy lying there after dark watching young people setting off pretty fireworks on the beach. The supper buffet had a huge variety of dishes - we opted for Korean food which was delicious - and we were attended by charming and helpful staff. We were fortunate to coincide with the blossom season and the walk round the lake beneath the flowering cherries was an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel and we are looking forward to returning.

Every aspects of this hotel exceeds my expectation. It was dreamy stay at the facility with the world class facilities and view. The snowy weather adds more dramatic atmosphere to the warm swimming pool and hot jacuzzi in the morning. The sauna with out door tub and snowy beach view was fantastic.

It has achieved so many things already as premier hotel at the location and the city.

처음으로 숙박했어요 우선 로비부터 전체적인디자인과 위치가 감동적. 방에들어가서도 통창으로 보이는 바다풍경이 여타 강릉호텔들중 최고인듯함.조명과 방음도 최고임. 산책코스도좋음 로비에서 가족과 담소하기도 편안함. 단 조식에 완전실망. 가성비 제로. J호텔과 완전비교됨. 커피까지도 5성급이라고할 자격없다생각. 기대하고 타호탤묵고있는 딸불러먹이고 후회막심 미안하기까지. 반성하길 씨마크 식음료부! 헬스장과 사우나 최상임 직원들은 무표정훈련하신듯🤔

뷰 좋고 수영장 좋고 사우나도 정말 좋아요

체크인을 도왔던 직원분 좀 더 친절했으면 좋겠고 주변에 편의점같은 장소로 걸어가기는 불편했습니다. 서울서 ktx를 이용해 갈수도 있는데 택시나 출도착 셔틀편외에는 주변으로 나가기위한 교통편이 호텔위치상 불편했습니다. 룸 청소상태는 청결했고 오션뷰도 훌륭했습니다. 다만 조식 시작 시간에 맞추어 내려갔는데도 너무 혼잡하여 좀 실망스러웠지만 조식 자체는 훌륭했습니다.

방에서 바라보는 바다, 이른 아침 일출장면을 보았고, 사우나와 수영장을 별도 비용없이 이용하는 점등 첫번째는 바다 뷰, 두번째는 편안함과 좋은 시설등 별로 나무랄데가 없네요.

숙소청결과 타올정리등은 타 호텔과 별 차이없이 정돈이 잘되있다.다만, 포트,차나 티셑하나없는것이 아쉬웠다.에어컨디셔너 작동을 계속돌려 감기 듬,

The view is fantastic. Overall, the room is Very clean and well maintained. The view from the pool for sunset is top notch. However there is no service at all. No bellman to help upland and unload luggage. With the pricing tag like this, the management team needs to put the customer front and center and have an overhaul on service. Furthermore, the charge of two simple coffee is more than 20 USD. That is a rip off.

Seamarq is a well managed property. Great location and so much better compared to all these large hotels beach front which look like factory. Beach is average in front but you can walk to a better spot. Infinity pool is really good and breakfast is very generous. Will be back for another weekend break from Seoul

아름다운 바다뷰와 좋은 시설!

We only stayed two nights here but I wish it had been longer. It is a lovely hotel , well maintained, clean and lovely staff who were friendly and helpful and found time to chat to you. The breakfasts are delicious...who wouldn't like pancakes with vanilla fruit and clotted cream. We ate in the bar in the evening and the meals were very reasonably priced. I loved the minstrels gallery running above our heads, so unusual and all part of the charm of this hotel. There is a large terrace where you can sit and gaze out to sea and a grassed area in front of that. We couldn't find fault with anything at all.

Service is top notch, the food is excellent quality with many great options, the room amazing, the view breath taking. I would love to return.

Seeking to spend a few days on the Korean Seaside, we booked on short notice 2 nights in an Oceanview Double at Seamarq. Overall, we had a wonderful, very relaxing time: we particularly enjoyed - the spacious, beautifully designed and functional room and lobby area, which truly provides a sense of space and an extension of the hotel space into the sea - the absolutely stunning 5th floor pools area, which was never really crowded and also stayed open despite some minor rain on our first day: comfortable sunbeds, generous opening hours (06:30 - 22:00, great) and good service by the mostly very young crew up here - the nice ocean side loungers, even though we still find it awkward that there is (at least officially) a 1.5 hour limitation to the use of the sunbeds (though at least during our stay this did not seem to have been enforced) - the piano player who brought a serene, peaceful atmostphere to the lobby every night, and the Lobby Bar with an excellent drinks, tea and small food selection - the thought-through room design, incl. the practical wet clothes hanger with clips to secure any item, and the Nespresso machine, tea pot etc. - the overall good selection and tastiness of the food at breakfast and at the buffet dinner (which we only joined once) To be among the very best hotels, Seamarq needs to fix a few things - the setup and food presentation of the breakfast / dining room is more reminding of a low-end, family vacation style: relatively crammed seating, presentation of the food buffet is without love (though the have a great choice - it's more how it's presented), and erratic service (e.g. on first morning nobody cleared used dishes from our breakfast table, while today this was done promptly every time...). - while there is a wonderful beach with the hotel's sun loungers, there are no beach towels available: this is the first time ever around the world we experienced this. Why not provide the same service as at the pool (where those are freely available)? - as others wrote, the elevator availability and waiting time is a real issue - with only 3 elevators that are also partly used by staff to deliver luggage wait times are often excessive. All these were not significantly spoiling our experience, and we would definitely be back here if staying in the area - though it would be easy for the hotel to improve on some of the items above. Overall a wonderful place to stay if in Gangneug, and wanting to be at (or better above :-) ) the sea

You know.. when you paid $800 and the expectation is high, you always disappoint at some point. But this time, everything exceeded expectation. This vacation therefore, was only beautiful and perfect. I really appreciate every person I met there. Sending love to all!

Friendly staffs and good service. Swimming Pool was busy and smaller than picture. Food was good .

This is my second stay at Seamarq Hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean with eco friendly amenities. The outdoor swimming pool is warm enough to enjoy at night. The breakfast buffet had lots of selections to choose from ranging from traditional Korean cuisine to conventional continental cuisine. One regretful point was the service at the breakfast buffet. The plates weren’t taken away so they started piling up at the table. The waiters seemed irritated when I asked them a question. Other than that it was a great experience and I would recommend others to stay as well.

I have stayed in hotels all over Korea for the past 10 years, covering Seoul, Jeju Island, and Kangwon-do. Seamarq has the nicest rooms and best linens and beds. We had a large group so I picked the Seamarq Suite so I could entertain. The was perfect for entertaining with a long balcony, big living room area, large dinning room table, extra bathroom and small kitchen. Our employees who stayed in corner suietes were very happy with their rooms. The hotel location is excellent and in your room your feel like you are right on the ocean. The only slight minus was the buffet breakfast, it was not bad but not up the the standards in the rest of the hotel. The catered dinners were excellent. The service was excellent.

강원도 여행을 가야할 이유를 하나 더 만들어준 호텔입니다^^ 청결한 방, 편안한 침구, 전망, 수영장 다 좋았어요. 쉐프스테이블의 코스요리도 행복한 시간을 갖게 해줬습니다.

The best place for a prestigious stay in Kangwon province.

모든게 좋았습니다. 수영장, 사우나, 객실, 레스토랑 이용했는데 다수가 이용하는 시설이 아주 잘 관리되고있다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 직원분들도 모두 친절하고 좋았습니다. 딱 하나 단점이라고 느낀 부분은 화장실 휴지가 조금 더 부드러웠으면 좋겠어요. 정말 단점은 이정도 였습니다.

깨끗하고 조용하지만 다른지역호텔과 비교시 크게메리트가 없습니다.

체크인, 사우나, 석식, 조식, 룸컨디션 모두 만족입니다!! 깔끔하고 층고 높은 룸, 멋진 바다뷰, 어매너티 제품들, 사우나에는 다이슨 제품까지... 정말 최고였습니다! 다만 풀장이 그리 넓지는 않아서 아쉬웠지만 9월 말인데도 이미 차가워진 날씨에 그닥 오래 있지 않아서 아무 문제될 게 없었네요. 신혼여행으로 방문했더니 작은 마카롱 선물까지 받고 기분 좋게 넘넘 잘~~ 쉬다가 갑니다. 또 방문할게요♡♡♡

뷰도 훌륭하고 직원들도 친절하고 모든게 좋았습니다 또 가고 싶습니다

레스토랑/ 프론트 등 다른 곳의 서비스는 매주 좋았습니다. 그러나 수영장 관리 인원들은 프로페셔널 하지 못하다 라는 인상이 컸습니다. 아이들이 다이빙 하는 것도 제지 하지 않았으며, 수건 가져 가는 것들에 대해 오전과 오후 담당 하시는 분들의 말이 다른 등, 무언가 동네 수영장 같은 느낌 이었습니다.

바로 앞에서바라보는 일출도 좋았고, 매우 깨끗해서 기분이 좋았습니다. 아쉬운 점은 라운지에서 즐길 거리가 좀 약하다는 것..? 그래도 로비도 넓어서 좋고, 일출 구경하기에도 더할나위없이 좋았고, 수영장도 좋았고, 정말 즐겁게 휴가를 즐기다 왔습니다.
