깨끗하고, 조용하고 편안했어요.

주차가 어려웠습니다.

NICHTS !!!!!Die Möbel im Zimmer waren angefressen von Hunden. Es wird nicht ausreichend darüber informiert vom Hotel, dass Hunde im Hundewagen nahezu überall sich aufhalten. Das Hotel ist explizit für Hundebesitzende eingerichtet. Im Poolbereich gibt es keine Trennung vom "nicht" Hundebereich. Hygienstandards und Sauberkeit sind extrem schlecht. Verschmutzte Böden, Aufzüge etc. Das Personal ist unfreundlich. Hält keine Zusagen ein. Ein schreckliches Hotel. Ich bin gerne 2 Tage früher abgereist. Leider hat sich die Hotline von Booking.com (KI Assistenz) in keinster Weise gekümmert, sodass ich keine Kundin mehr von Booking.com bin!!

Pas grand chose, à l’exception de l’emplacement au bord de mer

Hôtel trop grand , qui n’est pas adapté à la capacité du nombre de client qu’il peut recevoir. Le top service ne fonctionne pas, il faut attendre pour avoir une table au petit déjeuner, attendre les ascenseurs, attendre pour tout, alors que tu paies un certain prix et qu’on évite de te prévenir. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas extraordinaire, voir quelconque. Le personnel ne parle pas très bien anglais.

Hotel molto grande e moderno, in una posizione favolosa direttamente sul mare. La camera era bella, spaziosa e molto pulita. Il personale è stato sempre estremamente gentile e disponibile. La vista sul mare rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

L’unica cosa che mi ha sorpresa è che l’accesso alla piscina fosse a pagamento. Considerando che il prezzo dell’hotel non è basso, mi sarei aspettata che fosse incluso nel soggiorno. Forse è una prassi comune in Corea, ma per chi viene dall’Europa risulta piuttosto insolito.

Uima-altaan käyttö oli hinnoitelty törkeän kalliiksi, eli tulopäivästämme alkaen hinta oli 40 000 wonia, mikä on noin 22 euroa. Tästä pitäisi paremmin tiedottaa etukäteen. Myös sauna oli maksullinen, mikä oli yllätys. Lisäksi meille oli yllätys, että pöytätenniksen mm-kisoihin järjestetty kuljetus ei ollut meille mahdollinen, koska olimme varanneet matkan bookin.comin kautta eikä kisojen järjestäjän kautta.

Spacious and great room, with good facilities inside the hotel and a great location right by the beach. Lots to do around, we only stayed for one night but I think it would be a good spot for a longer stay too. The highlight here were really the staff - super friendly and professional to a degree that stood out compared to some other places I've stayed at!

너무 방대하고 크기만 크고 방은 조금 비좁고 그래요

방은 비좀고 방에 욕조가 없고 화장실 바닥및 샤워장 수전실 바닥타일이 매우 미끄러워 위험해요! 그리고 호텔에 개 냄새가 너무 많이나요! 너무 방대하여 주차도 불편하고. 호텔이 너무 방대하여 정신이 없음!

주위경관이 아름답고 조용하고 좋았어요~~

오션인피니티풀 이용시타월이나 다른준비물 안내가없어 사용후 조금아쉬웠네요, 개인락카함도 너무작아요~~

Massive property, with long walks to get anywhere, but the coffee shop was excellent and there good restaurants on site and plenty more nearby.

Swimming pool was closed due to "drought" - this was slightly galling given that it rained most of the time that we were there.

Great to explore

Our stay at St. John's Hotel was a mix of positives and notable disappointments. The beachfront location is fantastic and the pet-friendly policy is well-managed. Our room was clean, check-in was immediate, and staff were kind and efficient. However, the hotel's massive scale led to a chaotic, noisy environment; the lobby felt like a busy bus terminal. We faced significant waits for the elevators. The 4 PM check-in and 11 AM check-out times felt restrictive. The lounge experience was particularly disappointing. We were informed of a strict one-hour time limit during evening happy hour, and the quality of the food and drinks was below expectations. A major letdown was the cost-cutting on amenities. The room only had bulk soap dispensers. There were no disposable slippers, only plastic ones for re-use, and basic amenities had to be purchased from a vending machine in the hallway—a noticeable step down from other Korean hotels. We also had to use an external parking lot as the main one was full.

명절 연휴 아기랑 가족여행 불편함 없이 잘 다녀왔습니다~ 수영장 시설도 만족스럽고 호텔 앞 해변도 좋았습니다!

여기저기 신경 쓴 점이 좋았다. 직원들이 아주 친절했다.

좀 복잡해

Pillowcases and towels smelled. It seemed like they just ran the laundry with just water without any cleaning agent. There is no sound proofing whatsoever. The hotel restaurant played their music so loud that you can clearly hear the lyrics even with the sliding door shut.

Started off on the right foot bc rather than explaining the parking situation the men in front were asking why we were were stopping in front of hotel and what our reservation was. They didn’t help us bring any luggage in and we felt very offput by the interaction. We changed for the pool and it was closed and the front desk or booking information didn’t inform us. The kids club was closed but they didn’t explain only that we should see the QR code. Literally nothing to do at this hotel. Room smelled of something and woke up with headache.

깨끗하고, 침대도 넓고 좋았습니다. 다만 석식이 너무 단촐했어요. 석식도 조식처럼 밥과 김치, 국이 있으면 좋겠어요. 직원분들도 친절하고 좋았습니다.

휴가로 간 호텔 바로 읖에 강문해변이 있어 해수욕도 하고 너무 좋았습니다

Great location. The hotel is very nice but you pay for everything. Want to use any of the pools you must pay, want to have a really good beer on draft you must pay to go into the pool area to drink a draft beer or you can go to the executive lounge and drink Kelly. Dogs everywhere so if you don’t want to be around dogs probably not the right place

.엘리베이터 위치(층수) 안보임 .전체 건물 내부 구조 복잡하나 안내 표지판 등 부족

집먼지진드기 알러지가 있는데 침대에 눕자마자 많이 간지러워서 침구 교체를 요청했습니다. 침구 변경 후에는 편히 잤습니다.

강아지 동반 객실이지만 배변패드 숫자가 부적절하게 적은 것 같습니다. 배변 치울 스프레이 등이 비치되는 게 좋을 것 같습니다

최고의 경험 직원들 너무 친절하고 숙박객에 대한 배려도 너무 좋고 시설도 좋고 위치도 좋고 너무 좋은 경험이었습니다

部屋から海岸が見渡せる大型リゾートホテル。 チェックインが・・恐ろしいほど時間がかかる（整理券を先ずはもらい、待つこと40分以上。自動チェックイン機械もあるが、外国人？には使えなかった）。 インフィニティープールが夜にはクラブ化して・・うるさい。ラウンジは安いビアガーデンの料理。スタッフはほぼ日本語は通じません。 部屋から見える海はきれいです。

주말 체크인은 4시지만 평일 체크인은 3시부터인줄 알았는데 성수기라 평일도 4시부터 체크인이라고 해서 44,000원을 주고 2시간 얼리 체크인을 하였는데 그 때문인지 방 뷰는 말할 것도 없고 엘리베이터 바로 앞 방을 배정해줘서 밤낮 할 것 없이 정말 시끄러웠고 아이도 낮잠, 밤잠 잘 때마다 엄청 뒤척였어요. 비싼 돈 주고 얼리 체크인한건데 제일 별로인 방을 배정해줘버리니 참 아쉽습니다.

숙박시설은 깔끔했어요. 방크기는 생각보다 좀 작다는 느낌이었으나 3인이 쓰기 불편한 정도는 아니었어요. 휴가시즌이어서인지 시장통같다는 생각과 주차를 호텔에할 수 없어 야외 건너편 건물에 세우고 걸어오는데 좀 힘들었어요. 인피니트풀은 좋았으나 별도비용 1인 4만원은 좀 과한느낌이에요.

호텔 컨디션은 좋고 다들 친절했으나, 호텔 객실이 너무 많아서 투숙객이 몇천명인지 너무 많은사람이 한번에 몰리고 엘리베이터는 열몇대가 있다는데도 한번탈려면 최소 10분은 기다려야함. 가족들이 욕을욕을 함. 엘리베이터를 짝수 홀수 구분을해서 운영을 하던지 뭔가 개선이 필요한듯.

체크인이 오래 걸린다는 점만 빼고 전반적으로 만족

강릉 강문해변 근처에 있어요. 체크인은 키오스크로 했어요 주차는 발레를 했는데 짐내려주고 나중에 방으로 가져다주고 퇴실할때 짐 내려서 실어주는 컨시어즈 서비스 아주 만족했어요 호텔 부대업장인 강문주막 가성비 괜찮고 맛있었어요. 골져스파셜오션은 반은 바다 반은 경포호수뷰.좋더라구요

너무 깔끔하고 뷰도 너무 좋아 편하게 잘 지내다 갑니다.

성수기여서 그런지 너무 복잡하고 특히 엘리베이터가 너무 불편하네요 적당히 예약을 받어야지 너무 하네요 다시는 갈 생각이 없어요

체크인이 1시간걸리는데 대규모시설이면 투숙객인원에 상응하는 직원을 고용해야합니다. 장거리 이동하고오는데 체크인하면서 지치고 호텔에 대한 첫 인상이 안좋게 시작하게되었습니다

전체적으로 깨끗하고 좋으나 3시부터 체크인인데 키오스크 체크인기 3대중 2대가 작동오류, 유인 체크인은 대기 걸어 놨더니 네 시 다되어 체크인하라고 알림옴.. 대형에 성수기 감안하면 사람 많은거 이해하지만, 키오스크 작동확인도 안해놓고 3시까지 사람 줄세워놓고 체크인시키는건 너무 관리소흘로밖에 보이지 않음.

몇년 전 갔을때 좋은기억이 있어 딸이랑 2박을 했다. 투숙객이 중학생단체, 대학생들단체등 이 같이 있어 새벽까지 시끄러워서 잠을 설쳤어요

위치와 서비스는 좋았습니다. 다만 전기차 충전하기가 어려웠어요. 3층 주차장에서 충전을 하려고했는데, 차지비 2대는 이미 다른차가 충전중이었고 6대정도가 스타코프 충전기였어요. 차지비와 통합이 불안전해서 충전 케이블이 있어도 티머니가 되는 카드로 등록한다음에 엑고머니를 구입해서 충던하는 방식이었어요 1670으로 시작하는 전화번호도 연결이 안되는 번호라 1544-4279 차지비로 연락해서 충전안내 받으며 충전했습니다~

만족해요 다만 엘리베이터가 몇층에 있는지 몰라서 그냥 대기해야하는게 단점?

어버이날을 맞이하여 부모님 모시고 간 강릉여행이였습니다. 너무나도 좋은뷰와 강릉의 랜드마크 주변에 다있어요 ~~ 부모님이 더 좋아하셔서 효도 잘하고 왔어요 . 다음번에 강릉에 다시방문한다면 무조건 세인트호텔에 머물꺼예요 감사합니다

해변 바로 앞에 위치한 최고의 호텔! 전망도 좋고, 서비스도 좋고, 체크인도 빨랐습니다.

Clean and within walking distance to the beach. However, the hotel is larger than expected, so the elevators were often crowded. The biggest downside was that the pool was not free, unlike other hotels I’ve stayed at."

Professionalism by the staff and promptness with their duties.

The elevators were terribly slow and cramped, often times crowded into small space. Not something I’d expect at that level of hotel unfortunately.

Perfect location right on a beautiful beach with a very nice pine forest that offers shade in hot sunny days and is just lovely to walk through. Food options within walking distance have much increased in the last years to include many places different from raw fish. Food delivery is also widely used. The swimming pool is perfect for kids.

Hotel is huge. Facilities outdated but rooms are clean and serviced every day.
