This place is excellent our room was on the top floor, the room was spacious and got the sun all day on the balcony, room was clean as was whole hotel and modern, the reception staff are very nice and helpful. The hotel is slightly out of the way but if you get a trike bike you will be fine. The downside to the place is 1 member of staff, sells the excursions and spa days he will pounce on you first day we told him no as we use same person all the time, he made smart comment as we waited outside "mine not good enough" then eyeballs and dirty looks everytime he sees you. But I will stay again as the room is great but just ignore him.
Clean room, pool and seating areas. Staff on the whole very pleasant, helpful and attentive. The breakfast is fabulous with everything you could want, very fresh and super coffee machine. Over priced pool bar drinks- only bought one due to being over charged which is a shame. Woken up during the night as staff gave new arrivals room key with access to my room- this was not dealt with effectively by management. Super DJ. I would return to this hotel owing to the beautiful breakfast, location and cleanliness.
Never again. The hotel rooms are filthy, bed sheets had marks on them and bathroom had clearly not been cleaned. Hair dryer on the wall was hanging off with wires sticking out, very dangerous. Upon arrival the spa man (Brad Pitt) was waiting to pounce and harass you to go to his spa, first thing he asked reception when he seen me was if I was British he then harassed us for the first two days trying to get us to go to the spa and then when he realised our no was not going to change he gave attitude and never acknowledged us the rest of the week. His niceness is only to get you in to the spa don’t be fooled. Bar staff were nice however it’s a different price each time you go up. There is no entertainment day or night, hotel definitely attracts a certain crowd of people and there is a fight or argument happening most nights. Never again and would advise you all to stay clear.
Back from another amazing stay at Club Viva, friendly staff amazing food and drinks. Pool is lovely and definitely big enough. Room's are very comfortable and clean and air con amazing Breakfast is lovely and something for everyone 5th time staying here will definitely be back. Sergio is brilliant and he goes above and beyond to make sure your happy
Can’t complain for the price that we paid clean staff lovely nice pool only thing is expensive for drinks but no issues really if you don’t drink excessively . Locations great 10/10
I went with my parents and two sisters and my gosh it was such a bad hotel. The food is horrible, the pool is small and only has one slide which is bad for kids, there’s no entertainment, and the only redeeming qualities are the staff and rooms. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are nice for the air con, the beds are quite hard however and the covers are very thin, even though this is a hot country, i’d much prefer thick duvets. All in all if you’re staying at this hotel it’s best that you eat out most of the time because the food is stale and nasty.
The hotel it self was beautiful the rooms were nice and clean the reception man was very sweet. Air con included in the room but no WiFi in rooms. Breakfast was grim worst I’ve ever had only ate it 2 times of being there for 11 days the French toast was hard greasy and cold like it was there for a week every time mw and my daughter at there we got upset stomachs. The pool was nice a little small for the amount of guests used it 2 times and left Brad Pitt constantly harassing you for a Turkish bath even when you say no he keeps asking made me uncomfortable The type of customers that go there make you really uncomfortable. ( Pakistani) as they constantly stare at you and make you feel uncomfortable for wearing a swimsuit. All in all I see not used the hotel to sleep and to shower I spent more time at my moms hotel then I did here I would only go again for the room and the reception staff that made my stay worth while
**"Viva Club Hotel is a great choice, especially for the value you get for the price. It’s located very close to the coast but in a quiet area of Marmaris, with excellent public transport links to the center and nearby areas. There’s also a super handy, cheap shop and a nice pastry place nearby. The rooms are nothing special but comfortable, with properly working air conditioning. Everything was cleaned regularly, which we really appreciated. The bathroom had everything we needed, so overall the stay was very good. Breakfast was fine — we always found something we wanted, though don’t expect anything spectacular. We booked the hotel through Loveholidays, which offered really great value. The only downside was our experience with the MHT representative (Hasan), who sold us activities (like boat trips) at nearly double the actual price, while claiming it was a 35% discount and only available on the first day. Once we reached the coast and looked around, we realized we could get the same trips much cheaper. It felt like a proper scam. He was also working with another man (nicknamed ‘Brad Pitt’), who seemed to be connected to the hotel and tried to sell overpriced Turkish bath experiences. My advice: stay away from these people and book your activities directly yourself. In summary, Viva Club Hotel is a fantastic place to stay in Marmaris, offering great value for money — just avoid the agents selling overpriced extras."**
Club viva was a lovely clean hotel with hardworking staff. It was ideally located and you could catch the dolmus bus outside the hotel for 30tl. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets all in a short walking distance. There were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Although the pool is small with a slide it was more than adequate. However, be mindful that the whole pool is 1.5 meters deep expect for the small child’s pool. Air con in the room worked well. Rooms were cleaned daily. The food and drinks at the hotel are pricey but of good quality. Breakfast was ok but it had the same thing every day - cold meat, cheese, omelette, pancakes, bread, olives, cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, fruit, cake, cereal, boiled eggs, beans, sausage, potatoes, tea, coffee, juice, water. Mosque calling prayer - was loud but you got used to it as the time went on. Brad Pitt was helpful and sold us a package for the whole family to enjoy the spa. It was a fantastic experience and the kids enjoyed as much as us. It was even better than we could have imagined. Great value for money. The baby was looked after by one of the women and was kept in the room as us at all times. They took photos for us on our phones with no extra charge. Staff were very knowledgeable of excursions and places to visit. No entertainment but this was ok due to the location so plenty to occupy yourself. Overall, great experience at club viva and will definitely stay again. Thank you :)
I would not stay at this hotel again the food was horrible and the prices was so expensive at the bar the Wi-Fi was terrible If u want to be up for 5 then great because up get woke up by the pray call The rooms was ok basic cleaning was good Pool was nice but cold The little shop over the road very cheap but they don’t let u bring stuff by the pool
Fantastic stay at this hotel, breakfast was full of variety, something for everyone, and restaurant area kept clean and tidy. The room was cleaned everyday, however no refills of tea but I'm sure if we asked they would have accommodated. The staff were very attentive, inpartically Edrem who helped get back forgotten shoes from a restaurant near the beach. All in all a great stay.
We stayed at this hotel for 10 days and the hotel had everything we needed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good size, clean rooms. We had a family suite with AC in both rooms. All rooms have a balcony with clothes rails to dry you clothes. A good size swimming pool and plenty of sunbeds with a well stocked pool bar that also does great food from 10am to 10pm. Breakfast was great with plenty of variety and a chef to make your eggs and pancakes on demand. They also have a Turkish bath on site which was excellent and reasonably priced. It's 20mins walk to the beach or you can catch the bus which stops right outside the hotel every 5 mins and costs 30TL per person and takes 5 mins to get you to the beach. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, barbers, hair salons and 24/7 shops by the hotel, less than 1 min walk. Speak to the staff before booking any excursions as they'll usually get you a better price. The hotel can also arrange private airport transfers which is much cheaper than taxis. Overall a very pleasant stay at club Viva and would highly recommend.
I stayed at Club Viva Hotel in Marmaris and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. Upon arrival, the air conditioning in my room was not working, which made the stay uncomfortable in the summer heat. The Wi-Fi only works in the lobby (no working air con either ) and even there, the speed was extremely slow—practically unusable. The reception staff didn’t seem particularly welcoming or happy to be there, which set a negative tone from the start. But the most unpleasant moment was A staff member, nicknamed “Brad Pit,” was extremely rude. My friends and I sat at his desk by mistake, not realizing it was his “work space,” and he told us to move unless we were going to book a spa treatment. The tone and attitude were completely unprofessional. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my stay. Basic amenities didn’t work, service was poor, and the atmosphere was not friendly.
My stay at this hotel was very good I enjoyed my time here. The people who made my stay very enjoyable was the staff members mehmet (bradd pitt) ,Hassan and Muhammed Ali
Awful hotel. For breakfast they do the same thing every single day and some foods are even rotten which is very disgusting like beans, tomatoes ect.No entertainment my kids were very bored during the evening. There was a shop in the hotel and everything was so expensive in the shop the bottles of water costed £1.60 however a shop called SOK was near it and a bottled water costed 10p. Sometimes the slide would scratch my kids and there is no lifeguard on service at the pool! Awful experience would not come back.
Fantastic holiday in Turkey. Stayed at Club Viva for 10 nights with friends. 2 adults and 3 kids altogether. We arrived early hours of the morning and were welcomed with a smile. Check in was quick, which was great as we were extremely tired. We were shown to our room and the guy even wheeled our cases. He also showed us how the air conditioning worked and explained breakfast. Very polite young man. On the first day at breakfast we were welcomed by Brad Pitt 😊 He runs the spa. Read some negative reviews but from our experience he is a lovely man! We booked the mud bath and massage with him and got a bargain. He was not pushy at all. He explained everything in detail and was very kind. 3 kids also had the experience and enjoyed every minute. The ladies that work there are great at what they do 👍 Breakfast was nice and was something for everyone. Every one of the young lads waiting the tables had good manners. The pool area was great. Plenty of sunbeds and very clean. Alex and Sergi that ran the bar were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our rooms were cleaned regularly to a high standard. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely book again 😁😁
My honest review of this hotel. Stayed here with my husband and son for 2 weeks, we got there at 2am, lovely hotel as soon as you walk in. Staff on reception were friendly and very helpful. Our room was a ground floor room, very spacious, clean & tidy. We had a mini fridge in there. My only complaint about the room is, with it being bed and breakfast only, some sort of cooking facility would have been useful. Cleaners come in every day & do a great job cleaning your room. The pool is lovely & clean, they’re out cleaning it between 6&7 before it opens at 8am. It’s not a cold pool either, it’s nice and refreshing, especially in the heat! Sun beds, plenty but can go quick if hotel is busy. The pool bar… drinks are great, we don’t drink alcohol but there’s plenty of variety of alcoholic & non alcoholic beverages. The staff are happy to make you a non alcoholic daiquiri if that’s what you like meaning the kids can enjoy a refreshing drink without the alcohol too. Pool bar Staff… well, Sergio & Alex run an amazing team of people, all very friendly and attentive, happy to bring your food & drinks over to wherever you’re sitting! They honestly can’t do enough for you. (Ignore the negative reviews about them, they’re not rude unless you’re rude to them!) Brad Pitt, also ignore the negative reviews about him. He’s not “pushy” he accepts no if you say no, it’s literally his job to sell the spas & massages! The mud bath spa & massage is highly recommended, I had this and it was AMAZING! Would fully recommend this hotel & will definitely be returning!!!
Very poor hotel. Wouldn’t recommend. The staff are very rude and very unfriendly. The hotel had no entertainment and a lack of anything going on. The pool side drinks were terrible watered down and very expensive. The hotel only offers breakfast, which again was terrible no variety and very basic meaning I had breakfast once out of my 5 day stay. Would not recommend using this hotel and would not return.
Stayed here for 11 nights an couldn’t fault this hotel. Room was basic but was just fine for what we needed. Has a great pool which has no shallow end which was fine for us but something to bear in mind if you’ve got small kids Alex and Sergei who manage the pool and bar were great with us massive shout out to those two! I’d recommend this hotel Cheers
Me and my friend stayed at this hotel in Marmaris completely last minute — we walked in on the day and asked for a five-night stay, and the staff kindly managed to find us a room right away. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless, and the housekeeping team were amazing — offering daily cleaning and really going above and beyond to keep the room in top condition. The hotel pool was also fantastic: clean, well-maintained, and with plenty of sun loungers for everyone to relax comfortably. Breakfast was OK with lots of variety — fresh fruit, cooked breakfast, pancakes, cereal, and more. Something for everyone! What really made our stay special was the staff. Every single member of the team was friendly, helpful, and attentive. They were always happy to bring drinks over to our sunbeds and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. Honestly, I can’t fault a single thing about this hotel. It was a perfect experience and I would 100% stay here again. Hands down one of the best places to stay in Marmaris!
Hi, I stayed in club viva for 4 nights. I arrived late at night and when I checked in Mehmet at reception was lovely! He carried my bag up to my room and told me about the breakfast in the morning. Breakfast had a good selection. Cereals, cold meats, different breads, loads of cheese, salad items, hot food and there's a chef outside who makes omelettes and pancakes. All in all a well laid out selection. As I was there for a short visit I had wanted to know about the Turkish spa. I was going to outsource this but then I thought why not just see what the hotel one is like. Brad Pitt was lovely to me. I didn't feel at all pushed by him as I was having a good conversation about the treatments etc. I booked and I would have to say it was lush. Compared to what I have had in the UK that was similar this experience was value for money. I would recommend this as a first day activity cause it kinda sets you up for holiday mode. I did get asked about buying extra products during the face mask moment but I declined and Brad was grand about it. I was offered other treatments but it wasn't for me and again the staff were grand and not pushy. They were friendly and kind and we had a lovely time. There is a mosque right beside lads and yes I was hesitant about how loud it was going to be but the calls to prayers only last about 5-8 mins and I couldn't really here from my room in 221. I did hear it when I was by the pool one day and it wasn't too bad tbh. Personally I wouldn't let that deter anyone from staying here because it's not invasive, but Turkey is a Muslim country so hearing a call to prayer anywhere should be expected. Rooms were compact but tbh I didn't need much coz I was out and about but the air con was a life saver! You do have to pay for TV but there's news channels if you want something to listen too . Sergio at the bar and all his co workers were lovely. They chatted to me and we're very engaging and even though I was on my own I felt safe and welcomed. Rooms were kept cleaned and one day when I had come back they had arranged the towels in heart shape. Pool is opened from 8am to 6pm. I did think that was very early to close but they deep in clean it over night with chlorine and id rather that be the process then have it open longer and it be manky. There is a slide going in to the pool which kids and adults got a great kick out of. I can't recommend this hotel enough. From reading previous reviews I was apprehensive but going in and seeing it myself I can hand on heart say this is definitely worth a visit. Like others have mentioned a taxi to the beach is 400lira. You can get a bus or hire scooters too. There's plenty of bars and shops around to get other food and bits and pieces. Thanks to all the staff for being fantastic! As mentioned being a solo female traveller in Turkey I had best experience here.
I have stayed at Club Viva in the early 2010s when it was all inclusive. It's now bed and breakfast but it still offers the same high standards. Check-In was fast and easy and I got a great room on the ground floor with easy access to the pool and the restaurant. The rooms are well maintained with a kettle, small fridge and air conditioning. Shampoo and body wash are provided and towels are changed daily. The pool is well maintained and 1.5 meters with a slide which is fun. Breakfasts are varied and include fried eggs, pancakes and omelettes along with a good selection of hot and cold options. The hotel has a hamam (Turkish Bath) which is extra but reasonably priced and there is a small shop to buy snacks and souvineers in the lobby. The staff are excellent and could not be more friendly and helpful. So good I have rebooked to come again in September for another week.
Heard about the hard sell by the massage salesman, the guy is an absolute nightmare, he won't take no for an answer. Note that the hotel keeps saying they will address the issue, what have they done absolutely nothing. Breakfasts are fine and plenty of choice, it would be a good hotel but fot the "pest".
Very clean. Lovely pool and no annoying daytime activities. Sergei and Alex down at the bar are first class always happy to see you. All of the lads around the pool are so attentive and keep it clean. Such a good none pushy atmosphere so you can relax. Room was great and we were blessed with the pool view. Have read reviews before we came about Brad Pitt ! Have to say we found him helpful and so so friendly and the Turkish bath on site was fantastic and although we thought we totally got value for money I reckon we could have haggled a little 😉Brad even hung around with us whilst we waited for the transfer home. I have to give a mention to the chef(never met him) we had the burger twice for lunch and I had a steak Moscow that was fantastic for dinner another lunch was a steak mushroom onion baguette 1 day for lunch. My friends had a toasties that they liked. Got the feeling that if we walked back in next year everyone would remember us and be delighted to see us again. As many guests we met are repeat customers Thoroughly recommend
We had a lovely 4 days away. But wanted to give a complete and honest review. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Any time I went to the bar to order drinks, they would always insist on bringing them over for me instead of me carrying them. Very attentive around the pool in taking away empties and keeping the area clean and on top of it. We had breakfast included in our stay. It was ok. One day they did omelettes, the next it was pancakes. All very oily and not enjoyable. But there were cereal options. Sausages, beans, toast, salads and other continental bits. I will try to stay sensitive towards religion, however we didn’t see anywhere on the reviews how we would be woken daily at 4.30am by the call to prayer hymn as the tower for this calling is directly next to the hotel. It is impossible to sleep through so every day on our ‘relaxing holiday’ we were woken with that at 4.30am. It would continue 4-5 times throughout the day which of course we respect. It just would have been nice to know that we were directly next to the tower as we most likely wouldn’t have chosen this hotel had we been informed that. Also Brad Pitt. We heard lovely reviews about him, and yes. He’s a lovely man. But we felt we had no space to breathe. Our first morning we were greeted by him at the lifts as we came down on our first morning on our way to breakfast, whilst he pitched to us his spa. We already heard the good things about the spa and knew we were going to use it and yes, it was great. But he also came in and interrupted it. Half way through, we had a face mask on and we’re relaxing for 15 minutes before they started our massages and he came in to sell us these creams they use which we said no to but continued to get us to smell them and talk about them whilst we wanted to relax. After the treatments we went to the pool to relax on our first day and not long after, he came round the pool to ask us how we were and if we considered those creams which we declined. Then one of the masseuse came to us to tell us of the shellac they also do and hairdressing. Every day around the pool we would watch as he collared the new guests every time they arrive. We would actually jump in the pool each time to avoid him! This isn’t to try and be negative over him. The treatments were good. But some advice for staff would be to leave us be to relax. That’s why people come on holiday. We never needed a sales pitch , we were always interested in having a spa treatment. But these elements really ruined our ‘relaxing’ getaway. We didn’t do much exploring as I was recovering from surgery and just wanting a few peaceful days away. But a restaurant we highly recommend is Bono beach- good times restaurant. The hotel arranged a taxi for us. 300 Lira there and there’s a taxi rank around the corner to get back. It’s a 5 minute journey or 25 minute walk. The staff, service, food and atmosphere is 10/10 and value for money also great. As the breakfast at club viva isn’t wow.. a 3 minute walk down the road is a breakfast restaurant serving British breakfasts. Fry ups, waffles, omelettes, milkshakes etc. Another point to mention about the hotel is its neighbouring hotel opposite is very lively. Their music overpowers the music of our hotel and they have an entertainer there on a microphone which you hear until late hours- along with the 4.30am wake up call. All in all , we would not go back. We did not have a terrible time. But 4 days was enough and as stated, was not the peaceful few relaxing days I had Hoped for and I wish people would put more information in their reviews to give people a real insight. Our flight was not until late in the evening and check out is until 12pm. You can pay up to 40 GBP to stay until latest 8pm which we were luckily able to do so we could soak up the last of the Sun before leaving for the airport. Our holiday was with tui and not once was there a tui rep the entire holiday. There is a mini supermarket in the hotel but prices are 3x as high as the supermarket directly across the road which I recommend going to. You must bring your own towels for the sun beds as they do not provide them. But they do sell them for 10-15£ in their shop but the Sun loungers do not even get hot so you don’t need them. We never used one. We would lay on them without a towel and dry off very quickly from the pool in the Sun there was no need. Hope this is helpful. It’s ideal for a short convenient stay. Rooms are ok. Fans work great, beds are comfy. If you are on 4th floor our WiFi did not reach unless we were on the balcony and we had to pay for extra roaming data from our providers. If you want use of the safe you have to pay If you want to use the tv in your room you have to pay £5 a day. We did not use these and kept our valuables on us at all times and used our own data to watch anything on our devices but was mostly outside by the pool anyways.
Just back from Club Viva and had a great ten days. Stayed elsewhere last year so this was our first visit to Viva and will definitely be back. Location was good, close enough to all the action but also out the road enough that it's not as loud (apart from the much mentioned noise from the local mosque but we were fully aware of that so can't complain) Very chilled hotel, no fighting for sun loungers, pool was never too busy and a nice atmosphere around the pool during the day with some music but nothing crazy. Requested a pool view room and request was acknowledged. Rooms are a bit small but didn't bother us at all as we only used the room as a base. Room was always kept clean and the cleaners couldn't do enough for you. Only complaint was the Wifi which tbh, was pretty bad so be prepared but apart from that we were more than happy with the room. Top marks to the staff, the pool bar staff were excellent and attentitive at all times and a big shout out to entertainment man Bob who always had fun and kept people going through the day without being overbearing. All in all we had an amazing ten days at this hotel and will 100% be back.
Amazing service and staff at this hotel. Lovely air conditioned room. Beautiful meals from the bar. Had a great holiday, thanks to Alex , Sergio and Assam for great service. Amazing Turkish bath and massage, thanks to Memet and ladies in the spa. Good fun at the pool with Bob. Will definitely be returning to this hotel, like many guests l met, do every year.
Great little hotel for bed and breakfast! Located about 7 minutes in a taxi or dolmus (available out side the hotel- blue no2) from the main Marmaris harbour, Grand Bazaar and strip which wasn’t too far away! However, also located on its own very lively strip surrounded by 40plus restaurants, bars and shops all within walking distance. The check in was quick and the staff were very friendly and welcoming even though it was very late! We were initially shown to a twin room but when my husband asked if there were any doubles available - this was changed instantly without any fuss. Rooms were clean and comfortable- there was an extra single bed as well as the double. Storage could have been better - some drawers would be great - but we were able to make do. Breakfast was nice - a mixture of hot food cereal, fruit, bread, cake and cheeses- there was also a freshly cooked station outside for eggs and/or pancakes. Many people have mentioned Brad Pitt who runs the spa - he is very passionate about his job and works very hard to get people to try the Turkish bath. Having been to Turkey before we had already decided that we would do this - it is a great experience - so we did visit the spa on our first day - it is a great way to start your holiday - we had a fabulous bath and massage- for a good price!! The pool area was very clean and we had no problems securing sunbeds - although this was early in the season- it may be different once the hotel is at capacity. The pool is cold but has a great little slide which we always used to get in - once you are in it is not so bad! The entertainment guy was very friendly and worked hard to engage people with dancing, pool games including water polo, pool and darts - without being pushy - always happy to say hello and have a chat - a great guy who was great with the children who were there. There is free WiFi in the main areas of the hotel but it definitely didn’t extend to the rooms and even in the main areas could be a little temperamental at times - this is probably the one thing that could be better! In all a fabulous, modern hotel which definitely served our purpose in relation to location, facilities and price. Would we come back? - absolutely - it had everything we needed for a fabulous, relaxing holiday!
Had a great week with the lads at Club Viva from the moment we walked in the staff were great. Very nice and helpful with our entire stay. I have to shoutout our main man Mehmet, Aka (Brad Pitt), for being so nice and helpful during our stay. Although he was mainly in the Spa area he definitely went the extra mile to make sure we all had the best time possible. Would highly recommend staying here and I would go again for sure.
Just back from a great holiday at club viva hotel I have no complaints the staff and management were lovely and helpful the room we had was lovely with pool view rooms cleaned daily I will be booking to go back soon this year. We had our lunch at the pool bar and sergi the manager made sure it was cooked perfectly. I would like to Thank everyone at club viva hotel for a lovely holiday
Large family room no pool view, 2 separate beds in lounge for children. As its a bed & breakfast hotel you only have a fridge & kettle in the room, nothing to make food, only sink is in bathroom. Breakfast was ok. Cake, fruits, cereal. Really need another toaster. Eggs or pancakes cooked on alternate days by pool. Pool was fine, small with slide. We always managed to get a sunbed. There is no lifeguard. Please watch kids playing on slide was incident while we there & boy lost a tooth. The entertainment man played few pool games & bingo but otherwise just bit of music and chilled atmosphere. Food & drink more expensive than dining out but easier if at pool all day & good quality meals. Location is at outer end of Aramulatan but bus literally stops outside & 25tl down to fountains/Marina. Blue bus number 2. Supermarket across road ok otherwise walk right & migros just across from Shadows.
For me this was a decent hotel which ticked a lot of boxes primarily the price as I managed to get a 7 day break here for under £300 including flights (no suitcase) and transfers. Brad Pitt, read the reviews on this fella but thought I would be polite and listen to his speech before breakfast as I was 60/40 if I would use the services. I explained I was on my own so not sure I wanted to have anything. I also had not slept very much having just arrived and also had a horrible cough so said I needed to go to the pharmacy straight away to get antibiotics… This guys listening skills are not great. He didn’t listen to what I said and if he had I would have been tempted to take the basic package. After his sales speech he then wrote out a ticket and asked my name (which I had already told him) and wrote 10am today for Turkish bath. Brad was not very smart as he lost the sale as he forgot my name, presumed writing a ticket would pressure me into a sale, he also forgot that I had told him I was going out after breakfast to go to a pharmacy and didn’t want anything today anyway as tired. Brad then had a bad attitude so I didn’t buy anything for another day. He is only polite to people who have bought from him. He spends most the time walking around with a face like a smacked bum and was rude to a female at the hotel when she was away from her boyfriend because they didn’t buy. Breakfast - in comparison to the one other hotel I’ve stayed at in Marmaris I’d say the breakfast was good. I mainly ate cheese and bread, beans on toast or egg on toast, there was cereal, fruit etc. The inclusion of salad at breakfast was quite bizarre but I assume that’s Turkish to have tomatoes, lettuce and olives? Oh and the “spring rolls” are actually cheese. I told the manager about the sign and he insisted they were spring rolls. One, 2 slice toaster was frankly ridiculous for the amount of people in the hotel but I was told they have a big one for peak season. Lady making omelettes and fried eggs was nice and eggs spot on. I loved that I could get satellite TV in the room for £10 so I was able to watch live football and BBC ITV ect in the room so I could have a drink in the room while watching TV. Bed was firm but good for my back and I pushed the two singles together to make a king. Cleaning of room was fine for me, just wanted towels changed and bins emptied most days. I was out all day in icmeler and came back and the room had had a more thorough clean. Fridge was decent size for drinks, balcony handy to catch the late afternoon sun. Most staff seemed tired as it was the end of the season. Not always the most positive attitudes and they had annoying habit of shouting at each other across the bar/restaurant/lobby or standing in a group talking loudly in front of customers. I was sat in lobby waiting for the transfer and they would shout from the front door To reception to the shop or bar area and I was sat in the middle. Not much consideration for the guest. I didn’t like that the hotel felt like it was being closed down around us. Reception staff were the most polite and the girl at the bar was one of the only ones to smile. Luckily because no more guests were coming in they let me keep my room on as had late pick up so I could leave bags in room and go for a proper meal. Pool bar food price seemed a little bit too high so I didn’t eat anything during the week but beer price was same as most bars 120tl for pint bottle of effes. I don’t think this was not the same all season reading other reviews. Pool bar was reasonably busy. Very little entertainment which was fine by me. I managed to get people together to play killer pool but other than that the staff played bingo once all week on a Saturday maybe because it’s end of season. Pool clean, quite cold though so could only ready have a quick dip. Sunbeds fine in quality but imagine it’s tricky to find space when the hotel is full.
This was my first trip to Marmuris and I had read some reviews about Club Visa but from our experience we have nothing but praise for the hotel and the staff .The hotel was modern and our room overlooking the pool was wonderful clean bright and modern .The staff can't so enough for you and are alway smiling despite the long hours they work and the manager is always on hand .The breakfast is good with plenty of choice . Brad Pitt the spa manager is passionate about his job and it shows we enjoyed the spa experience it's worth a try 😀 the location was good with plenty of local bars and restaurants on hand and plenty of local buses and taxis available Over all a very enjoyable experience and thank you Club Viva we will return 😀
This hotel is the most welcoming hotel I have been to we were there last year then in may this year unfortunately we couldn't get booked in to club viva for September so went to another hotel even though we stayed in a different hotel we were welcomed with open arms every day all of the staff team are amazing Sergio is a gentleman who would do anything to please his customers he really made a nightmare holiday into happy memories thankyou to the kindness from everyone working at club viva if you are looking for a quiet holiday then this hotel is perfect I absolutely love it 😀
Absolutely 💯. Brilliant hotel small and friendly. All staff are amazing especially Sergio who couldn't be more helpful. All rooms are cleaned regularly. Spa onsite is amazing. Would definitely recommend. Booked for next year allready.
An another amazing stay at this beautiful hotel All the staff are very friendly and can't do enough for you. Sergio is a very friendly and lovely bloke who we absolutely adore and we do keep in touch since we have met him. Brad Pitt has the best spa for a Turkish bath. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone rooms are comfortable and relaxed and the breakfast has lots of choice for everyone.
Me and my friend are return guests once sometimes twice a year. This hotel is very clean and very comfortable beds, which is something I always look for when booking a hotel. The rooms have nice decor. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Serkan and staff give an excellent service experience. Looking forward to going back in May 2025
Just finished a 4 night break in Marmaris staying at Club Viva. Hotel is nice and clean if a little dated. I had a twin room which was ample for me by myself. Room has a table and mirror with tv (chargeable) kettle and tea/coffee. There is a wardrobe but no drawers so I used the spare bed as a place to store clothes. Bathroom has a good sized shower which had great water pressure. Also there is a hairdryer. Board is bed and breakfast. Plenty to choose from, English, Turkish, fresh fruits and cereal along with juice and hot drinks. Plenty of tables inside and out. Staff are very friendly. Brad Pitt managed to talk me into having a Turkish bath which i thoroughly enjoyed! Reception, bar and housekeeping staff are wonderful and happy to answer questions. I only ate at the hotel once, just choosing a steak baguette with fries. It was good value for money and very tasty. Pool looked a good size. I didn't use it this time but there were plenty of sun loungers available. Overall I would definitely recommend the hotel. It does what it says on the tin. If you are after somewhere convenient to the Armutalan area of Marmaris then this is ideal. Just to note, the hotel is VERY close to a mosque and the call to prayer is so loud it could be on your pilllow... earplugs would have been a good choice.
I had a lovely relaxing holiday. Bred Pitt (SPA Manager) was very helpful. On my first day recommend to me a Turkish Bath and it was divine 💝! I had the best masseur Orhan, and since then I had massage every day. Aromatherapy, relaxing music and highly professional massage that healed my soul and body. If you are staying at this hotel, I highly recommend taking advantage of this opportunity - you will love it ❤️✨! All staff was nice and friendly, only drunk hotel guests disturbed the night's silence. Would I return? - YES ! I will delighted to come back and again have amazing massage every day 🥰 Would highly appreciate if on my next time my room will be on 3 floor with beautiful view to mosque 🕌✨ Thanks a million for all 💝
The rooms were brilliant clean and modern with decent balcony and pool view looks we had a recently renovated room location not the greatest in a bit of a run down area but only 15 minutes to the beach if you cut down the side streets the best part of Marmaris is the Marina harbour not as badly priced as made out to be clean and beautiful with some amazing restaurant bars
Just back from a 7 day break and this was our hotel. all in all couldn't really complain about anything without being picky. The location was ok but just down the road was Blackpool on E's, not for me but we passed it every day or night, a bit loud. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful when it was needed. Check in and out was no problem and our cases were taken to our room for us. Had a Sauna/spa in the hotel which was brilliant, private only the 2 of us with another couple appearing just as we finished. Brad Pitt, who was the Spa manager was top class, helpful, giving advice, even dropped us at the Marina one evening, saved us a walk. Will not comment on pool or Bar as we never used them. Would we stay again, of course, would we advise others to, don't see any reason not to. 5 stars to all the staff.
my wife and I had a lovely stay at club viva but met the most arrogant man when my wife tried to explain she could not have a massage because she has medical problems he shouted something and stormed away and never spoke to us again he would not even look at us.For such a lovely hotel and staff this man is bringing the hotels name down
Great hotel the only thing is there's no sets of drawers for underwear and bits and the bloke selling massages gets really funny with you if you don't buy the location is great for bars and restaurants literally minutes away I'd say about 20 mins to the beach all in all would recommend
Lovely hotel staff are all amazing apart from the guy who does the massage. He was raging at us going elsewhere. Shouted at us in lobby and owed us aggressively to the lifts. He didn't look our direction the whole holiday after that. Horrible arrogant man. He appeared to zone in on females. There were plenty of sunbeds although uncomfortable. Pool was always soo clean and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff Lovely restaurant up the road called la kebab. The locals use this.
U had to pay for the safe in your room buy sis not get deposit back at the end of your stay. U only got tea and coffee in your room on the first day and the meals were always burger turkey and chips. Hotel staff very friendly. Bar area smelt like it had been wiped with a sweaty sock so it put us off drinking at the bar as we were worried what the glasses would smell like
Had a lovely stay rooms were very clean, good choice of food and staff very friendly will return
This was our first stay at this hotel and we were very pleased with everything. Everywhere was very clean, our room was on the ground floor near the swimming pool which we thought would be noisy but we were pleasantly surprised that we could hear nothing at all when the doors were closed. The air conditioning worked well. The room was cleaned every day, clean towels provided every day. The food was typical Turkish food which is pretty much the same in every all inclusive hotel that we have been to but it was well prepared, varied and plentiful. The bar was well stocked and the staff throughout were very pleasant and helpful. The location of the hotel could be a bit of a problem as it is set well back from the seafront but the local buses run regularly down into town at very little cost. The pool was well maintained, the surrounding pool area was kept clean and there was certainly no shortage of sunbeds. There was some entertainment each evening but nothing to rave about. We would recommend this hotel to anyone that just wants a quiet relaxing holiday.
Mitarbeiter waren sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Hotel liegt zwar etwas abseits ist aber kein Problem ins Zentrum zu kommen. Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich. Würde ich definitiv weiter empfehlen!

Staff service and facilities were excellent, will be booking again ☺️
We had booked for 5 nights, left the next morning as the bed sheets were dirty and the room had not been prepared for new guests. New sheets provided had holes in them. Management was not open to discussion for accepting responsibility. Concierge was not able to offer solutions. Very disappointed.
Enjoyed hotel. Rooms clean and comfortable. They need to address keeping food hot. Every time I went for hot food, i.e. chicken etc even when I was in the dining room first!!!
Overall I couldn't fault hotel at all, but would say it is probably a british equivalent of 3 to 3.5 star not four star (but this is Turkish rating). Pool and hotel immaculately clean. Would recommend. Easy access to anywhere in Marmaris but not noisy, although mosque is very near so hear prayers all the time, but you get used to and it is not invasive.
The food was awful, we had to eat out most nights. The hotel was empty and as such catered for it's main customers who were Turkish. On the first night a light on a mirror constantly flashed. I reported it to staff 3 times and nothing was down about it. Ended up having to put a blanket over it in order to sleep. The staff were lovely and the hotel was very clean.
As soon as I got to this hotel I was really impressed at how lovely it looks. We stayed on the second floor with a pool view. It was a room with a double bed & a single bed even though it was just me and my partner. The room was clean and spacious which was perfect ! The bathroom was also lovely, plenty of space and pretty new I'd say. We also got strong wifi in our room. The AC works well too so despite the temperature being 41 degrees (Celsius) it stayed cool all night. The staff were really friendly. They were chatty and very welcoming, some of them weren't very good in English. However they try very hard to communicate and or find someone who can help you. The entertainment was decent, but I really like how the entertainment guy was very enthusiastic and spoke to us as well as everyone that were staying. When we stayed at the hotel it was not very busy compared to what I was expecting (End of June) so there were plenty of sun bed for everyone and space in the pool. The bar was great also they had a good range of drink which was of good quality. They also even made some special cocktail for me to try as I always have vodka & coke. Breakfast did get repetitive . However there were plenty of choices so it wasn't a problem. I did like the sausages/hotdog which they serve at every breakfast, but I preferred when they're fried rather than in the sauce. Overall Great location ! Loved every day there! would come back 100% missing Viva already.
Stayed two nights, and enjoyed my stay.
