Lai gan kartē šķita nomaļus no centra, vieta bija klusajā rajonā, no kura visi apskates objekti un centrs bija vien 20min gājienā ar kājām. Brokastis itāļu stilā ar jauku personālu, kas lika justies kā mājās.

Prezzo del parcheggio troppo alto. La camera era in un altra via, poco distante ma con bagagli e figli un po' scomoda.

Super gezellige B&B in Firenze. Super proper, prima douche, lekker ontbijtje (je kan zelfs buiten zitten) en dit alles in een propere buurt op loopafstand van het centrum

Che non ci fossero zanzariere

colazione buona, posizione altrettanto buona a 20 minuti dal centro a piedi ti fai una passeggiata ed arrivi direttamente in Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi tutto davvero a pochi minuti uno dall'altro

in camera c'era giusto qualcosina che non funzionava, tipo non scendeva l'acqua nel bidet, il flacone del sapone per le mani non erogava il sapone anche se c'era al suo interno, niente di che comunque..... Firenze diciamo che non mi è sembrata una città molto sicura, tanti extracomunitari buttati per le strade soprattutto vicino al Duomo, io sono di Milano e la differenza non mi è sembrata abissale, ci vorrebbe più sicurezza... abbiamo assistito anche ad una rissa... di giorno va bene passeggiare ma la sera anche no, modello Milano

Muy hermosa la habitación. El desayuno estaba muy rico y completo. La ubicación es excelente.

No hay ascensor. Tuvimos que subir el carrito de mi bebé y todas las valijas un piso por escalera. Fue incómodo hacer el check in en otro establecimiento.

Camera confortevole per 4 persone. Servizio colazione ottimo. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Na fotkách to vyzeralo inak ako v realite. V bytovom dome je na jednej chodbe viac prenajímaných izieb, ktoré sú malé, nekonfortné.. na dva dni stačí, ale týždeň by som si tam nevedel predtavit. Aj strava bola jednoduchšia, všetko čo potrebujete vyriešiť musíte ísť do vedľajšieho hotela. Keby som to vedel, objednám si ten hotel a nemusím chodiť cez celu ulicu do vedľajšieho bytového domu.

Ak si niekto dnes zarezervuje izbu, očakáva min. štandard. Už by som si to viac neobjednal. Raňajky podáva jeden starsi pán, miestnosť je dosť malá, všetci sa tam nezmestili, museli sme čakať na stôl, dosť slabý vyber jedál na raňajky.

Leider darf man den Fahrstuhl nicht benutzen, ist im Eigentum von den Hausbewohnern.

Es war alles super.

Die Anfahrt war duch Baustellen extrem schwierig.

Największym plusem była lokalizacja wszędzie blisko. Dookoła restauracje i bary. Recepcja jest czynna 24/7, można pozostawić bagaże zarówno przed jak i po wymeldowaniu.

Pokój potrzebuje odświeżenia i jest naprawdę mały.

El personal muy amable. Tuvimos un problema con el aire y desde el minuto 1 nos ofrecieron soluciones. Nos trataron muy bien.

Heel proper, ideale ligging op wandelafstand van het centrum. De parking is een groot pluspunt.

Eigenlijk weinig op aan te merken, enkel een paar kleine dingetjes zoals een kapot licht (wat een kuisvrouw zeker al moet opgemerkt hebben) en een douchekop die aan vervanging toe was. Neemt niet weg dat het wel een heel goed verblijf was.

Klimaanlage im Zimmer war zu schwach für den Raum. Dadurch war es ziemlich warm in der Nacht.

Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Altstadt und die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Bett ist bequem.

We got an unexpected but very much welcome upgrade! The staff were amazing in how they welcomed us and made us feel right at home! The space had all we needed and more from a pool, to comfy beds and even a steam and sauna. The staff were also more than willing to recommend restaurants and activities for us to do. I will definitely be back again some day! Thank you!

Nothing, everything met my expectations.

Am avut un sejur scurt in Florenta, doar o noapte de cazare, insa ne a placut foarte mult! Apartamentul, curat, totat cu ce aveam nevoie, aproape de centru, intro zona linistita! Personalul foarte amabil si mereu zambitor, iar micul dejun gustos si proaspăt! Cu siguranta recomandam si vom mai reveni cu placere!

Chiar nu a fost nimic ce pot sa spun ca nu ne a placut! Totul perfect!

צוות המלון, אדיבים, מקצועיים. היה נעים לשוחח איתם. היתה לנו בעיה ופתרו אותה. חניה במלון - מומלץ ביותר !!! ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד.

Easy place to stay for a night just outside the city center. Delicious breakfast. Strong air conditioning. Comfortable beds. Good value.

The location was excellent (20min walk from the Cathedral). The staff very helpful and attentive, so nice. Rooms were 20/20. The breakfast was delicious. They even offer sercies such as massages and spa

They don't have elevator nor help for the luggage (we didn't know that). Is one floor. The laundry room was around the corner (same place you do check in) and they have only one washer for both properties, So it is very difficult to catch the washer machine available.

Veľmi útulná dostatočne veľká izba. Chutné raňajky s veľmi milým personálom. Historické centrum na dosah (do10minút pešo).

Parkovanie je síce v partnerskom hoteli asi 150metrov od ubytovania, kde prebieha aj check-in avšak má dostatok miest a bol som na to upozornený vopred, takže to bolo úplne v poriadku.

Les canalisations d'eau qui faisaient du bruit à l'étage supérieur aux moments des douches notamment à la chambre 4. Lorsque la douche s'arrêtait il y avait un claquement bruyant

It was very clean and tidy. Complimentary breakfast was a bonus. The bathroom light was flickering and they fixed it immediately. All in all an ok place to be for 3 nights.

We booked a standard room but didn't realise how small it would be. Not much space to unpack. A bit further away from the old town than expected. It took a bit to find where to pick the key up from. We did have fun finding the laundry, it was in the other building.

E in piccolo B&B, però si trova facilmente, e si raggiunge in macchina senza problemi. La stanza è pulita, con le finestre vero cortile interno, per ciò molto tranquillo di notte. Letto comodo, biancheria pulitissima. Il punto forte, la colazione! Molto buona e abbondante! Molto comodo trovare tutto già la mattina! Grazie

Solo unica cosa, che non avevo letto bene istruzioni del check-in! Comunque il check-in si fa in un altro albergo molto vicino! Niente di che, basta prestare attenzione 😅

We recently arrived as a family of three and were very disappointed with our overall experience. Firstly, the room decoration was significantly different than what is advertised. It felt more like a converted apartment than a properly designed hotel room. The check-in process was inconvenient and poorly managed. Reception is located in a separate building approximately 150 meters away—this was the only detail communicated in advance (which I received via Booking.com private message after the completion of the reservation). No assistance was offered for luggage, requiring us to carry everything ourselves to the residence. Additionally, there were ongoing roadworks directly across the street. This made the transportation of our luggage not easy and even walking in the area quite unpleasant. Upon arrival, we were further surprised to learn that the elevator is not available for hotel guests, which made accessing the room with luggages even more difficult. None of these details were disclosed in the booking confirmation, reflecting a clear lack of transparency and professionalism. To make matters worse, upon entering the room, we discovered that the air conditioning was not functioning. After reporting this to reception, a representative was sent (not even a technician); however, he spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone talking to a remote technician without resolving the issue. Communication was also challenging, as he did not speak English. Eventually, he managed to switch the unit on after almost 20 minutes of trials , but it functioned only as a noisy fan (the compressor was clearly not working) the he run away very quickly as if he wanted to get rid of this task… later the A/C (working only as a noisy fan) shut off again within less than 30 minutes. Given these issues, I requested to have the chance to cancel the reservation of the the next two day due to dissatisfaction.

La literie est confortable et c'est très calme. Le centre de Florence est à 20/25min à pied.

Le parking est payant et certaine modele de voitures ́ne peuvent même pas accéder à l'hôtel en journée. Il faut faire l'enregistrement sur un autre lieu, à 10min à pied. Les travaux ont complexifié l'arrivée jusqu'à l'hôtel où l'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas...tout cela avec les bagages ont rendu l'accès à la chambre difficile.

Ia camera del l b&b è molto carina e funzionale, fornita anche di bollitore. La posizione ottima, a 15 minut a piedi i dal centro storico ed a 20 sempre a piedi dal Mandela Forum dove siamo andati per assistere al concerto di Giorgia. Da consigliare

Habitaciones amplias, muy silenciosas y limpias. Camas muy cómodas y baño con todo lo necesario y con una ducha efecto lluvia increíble. El desayuno es completo y rico, no echamos nada en falta con zumos y croissanes deliciosos. Un poco alejado de la zona monumental como a 20-25 min a pie. El coche se deja en otro hotel que está en la misma manzana por un coste de 25€ al día. En ese mismo hotel se hace el checkin
