Me encantó su ubicación, en plena sierra. Con unas vistas preciosas, antiestrés, con jacuzzi y piscina, perfecto para hacer senderismo y sobre todo para descansar y apartar los problemas de todos los días.

Beautiful, welcoming, peaceful hotel in a stunning location. Loved the view from our very large terrace. There are so many 'chill out' areas around the grounds of the hotel, you can enjoy privacy or be more sociable! Excellent, friendly staff who are knowledgeable and passionate about the hotel and this beautiful part of Portugal. Great honesty bar system so lack of bar not an issue. Very tasty breakfast with amazing views from the terrace. Two restaurants a 20 minute walk (uphill) from the hotel.

The rooms close to reception can experience some noise in the morning.

Quartos pouco insonorizados, ouve-se muito o barulho dos outros quartos, do vento… Pouca variedade no pequeno-almoço mas tem qualidade naquilo que oferecem. Seria excelente se tivessem restaurante para os hóspedes jantarem.

Endroit parfait pour passer des vacances. Très calme. Les chambres sont bien insonorisées. Super petit-déjeuner. Très copieux. Beaucoup d'intimité qu'on soit au bord de la piscine, dans la salle commune ou dans le jardin.

I liked everything. Super friendly staff, beautiful setting, gorgeous room, fantastic facilities. It is a sanctuary away from the business of life.

The breakfast is fantastic! The views from the hotel are beautiful and we loved how quiet the environment is! The room was comfortable and the bed as well.

L’emplacement est top ! Super calme et reposant. On a fait une super randonnée avec une super guide : Barbara ❤️

Pas moyen de manger sur place ou de se faire livrer un repas le soir. Par contre plein de bons restos dans le coin 👍🏼 Possibilité de commander des snacks et cuisine légère jusqu’à 18h.

Tranquilidade

Absolutely wonderful stay! The location on Foia Mountain is stunning, surrounded by beautiful nature and amazing views. The breakfast was excellent, with healthy local products, and the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. We loved the pool, the comfortable beds, and the terrace with sun beds overlooking the landscape. An absolutely awesome vacation!

Spectacular setting with amazing friendly people making the stay an absolute pleasure. I cannot recommend this wonderful place enough. Amy is an angel. Every element of the accommodation was exceptional quality including the breakfast. Understated but outstanding. Book a marvellous massage is you have time.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν ακριβώς αυτό που αναζητούσαμε. Ο εξωτερικός χώρος των εγκαταστάσεων ήταν ονειρικός και περιποιημένος. Ακόμα το πρωινό ήταν ευχάριστο και το προσωπικό φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό.

Εσωτερικά το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά μικρό και λόγω της θέσης του , δεν νιώσαμε πως υπάρχει αρκετή ιδιωτικότητα.

Com uma vista deslumbrante, este é o sítio perfeito para desconectar. Realço a simpatia e a ajuda incrivel que tivemos na preparação da pequena surpresa de aniversário do meu marido. Além de todas as boas sugestões dadas para que tivessemos um dia incrivel. Aconselho a todos a passagem por este pequeno Paraíso.

Nous avons apprécié le calme, le petit déjeuner, la vue, le jacuzzi... Le kombo idéal pour décompresser et se ressourcer.

Les routes d'accès sont un peu chaotiques (c'est ça le Portugal au même temps)

Pretty small hotel in the hills. Very likable. Good breakfast with Nespresso machine.

No complaints. Roads getting up are narrow but nothing unusual in Europe.

The property is very clean with beautiful and thoughtful touches throughout. The grounds and the view were stunning. The pool and jacuzzi were so refreshing. The food was delicious. Every staff person was so welcoming, accommodating and helpful. We can’t wait to return.

Le site est très beau dans la montagne, tout l’extérieur est très agréable,la vue des chambres est juste fantastique, le petit déjeuner avec vrai jus d’orange et café nespresso

Le mobilier des chambres est vieillot et le lit aussi mériterait d’être changé

It would be good to have the possibility to have a nice dinner at the hotel ; the fact that there is a self check in after 6 pm is not very friendly /warm

Petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner

Breakfast is good, the area is quiet, at the top of the mountain, good for resting.

The room we had is beside the reception and one of the nights a lot of talking woke us up at around 7am. The hotel did not make an effort to appreciate our choice to both celebrate our wedding anniversary and my hubie's bday, even tough my husband send them a message a week before letting them know of these 2 major events for our celebrations. The area (varanda) to see the view of Monchique from the top were full of leaves, we informed our arrival times, unfortunately for this property, we do the same business in Algarve(Holiday Rentals) and our expectations were high on a note that communication were done to the property before hand, because they ask us some questions before going there. Some photos were of leaves and insects at the room(under the heater at the toilet). We did not inform anything during our stay because of our experience of telling many things before our stay and nothing was done to meet our needs or wants for the stay. The room seemed like a free market, everything were with a price to be sold and maximise profit to the place.

Absolutely stunning location. The property was very quiet during my visit. Felt like I almost had the place to myself. Huge room and really fantastic friendly staff. An absolute bargain.

Pequeno almoço com poucas opções. exaustor não funcionava, piso radiante não funcionava, microondas estava na descrição da reserva e não tinha, torradeira igual e não havia no estúdio.

The hotel went the extra distance to make every little detail memorable. The common areas were very extensive and pleasant. The breakfast was really good.

The hard surfaces of the corridor make it quite loud, which can't help but be heard inside the room. Carpeted floors in the corridors would help.

Viele kleine Details mit Liebe gemacht. Kühlschrank mit diversen Getränken zum Verkauf auf Vertrauensbasis. Lage inmitten Korkeichen, schöner Garten.

Leider keine Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten am Abend.

Staff and breakfast were excellent! The weather was warm for Spring so we could take advantage of the pool. It is not heated but, was very refreshing. We booked one of the suites and it was nice to have a kitchen. We were able to heat up leftovers we brought home from a restaurant. Nespresso machine in room was great too.

Not being able to use the hot tub when we wanted to due to having to reserve it. Would’ve been nice to use it after dark.

I loved the views from the hotel.

Everything else, the shower with cold water after 2 minutes of hot water only. No slippers provided for the room, the cleaning took place after the first night but only for the bed to be redone. No vacum was used and no mop was used at all while cleaning is visible only on the bed. No ironing machine available or water kettle in the room for a cup of tea for example. Breakfast I went twice and one time NO hot milk and one time NO hot coffee and in both times I was told they won’t do a new one. One time no jam but it’s called an open buffet. You don’t get served to an amazing level. But it’s ok!

It's a great property with breathtaking views of the Algarve coast and the Atlantic. Beautiful facility, room. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. Great attentive staff. All with the same great views! The owners, Henk and Michele, are a wonderful hands on team making our stay the best.

We could have seen the wild boars rooting our the plantings but no such luck. We did eat some of their cousins at local restaurant.

The single lane road up 2 the B&B. Our car spun out a few times on the last switchback. DIdn't think we were going 2 make it up the hill & we drive a BMW Suv!

Each room has a private balcony with amazing views. The good value price includes a very decent breakfast with eggs cooked to order.

Our room (6) at the end of the property was decidedly chilly in January despite alleged underfloor heating.
