our stay at the coral hills was much more beautiful experience than i expected it to be. i loved every piece of it especially the stuff. all of them were vdry friendly and at your service. the animation team was always around and dowing their best to keep everyone around.

I didn't like anything

If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would. We booked our stay through Booking.com from July 27 to August 5. Unfortunately, our plans changed and we wanted to check out on August 2 instead. We informed the reception well in advance, but every single day we were given the same excuses: “Come back tomorrow,” “The manager is at the pool,” “The manager isn’t here right now,” or “We’ll solve it tomorrow.” Nobody was willing to help or take responsibility. Eventually, we contacted Booking.com for assistance. Their support team reached out to the hotel to modify our reservation, but the hotel completely ignored their request. Instead of helping us, they simply canceled our reservation, which was extremely unprofessional and caused even more unnecessary stress. Another major issue was the animation team. They were incredibly pushy and had no respect for personal space. They would come up to guests, grab them, and even hit their hands quite hard while trying to force them to join activities. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. The biggest disappointment wasn’t the hotel itself—it was the staff. Customer service here is terrible. If you have any problem during your stay, don’t expect anyone to care or help. I absolutely cannot recommend Coral Hills Resort in Sharm El Sheikh. There are many hotels in the area with staff who actually respect their guests and provide proper customer service.

First of all ,I need to focus on check-in process as it was very fast as soon as I reached coral hills,I found my room ready.. thanks to Mr.Ahmed the receptionist who did his best to make our stay amazing and comfortable The room was very clean with a balcony.the room was cleaned every day .they offer a bottle of water for each person and a kettle with tea,coffee,anise and green tea was available. All meals are open buffets. I liked the breakfast as it has a variety of food that manage to satisfy all tastes . lunch as well includes many types of food and a main dish of beaf and fries and a lot of desserts.the dinner was amazing with different dishes everyday and a good taste of most. Special thanks to chefs and waiters. The pool was very clean and the bar man on the pool was very professional Animation team was very good, so active to spread happiness around us the whole stay. Capri Beach was a big surprise for me.as a shuttle bus goes from hotel at 10 and return at 2 for free .capri is a nice sandy beach with a profeesional team that keep the place clean all the day .there are many facilities there ; toillettes and a place to take a shower and activities. drinks and food are available but not included in all inclusive reservation. I was amazed with the hotel security system,as I lost my mobile and thanks God I found it with the great effort of Mr.Mohamed yasser who tracked the cameras to find it for me on spot. Actually this hotel deserve to be 4 stars with their facilities and proffessional staff Totally recommend for couples and families.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 13 notti. Sebbene il prezzo pagato offra un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, ci sono state alcune spiacevoli disattenzioni e disservizi che, in futuro, mi spingerebbero a valutare anche altri resort prima di decidere se ritornare qui. Ecco nel dettaglio la nostra esperienza: PRO: Animazione eccellente: Un plauso speciale va ai ragazzi dell'animazione: molto simpatici, amichevoli e sempre piacevoli. Ottime le attività mattutine come stretching e acquagym. Sorpresa di compleanno al ristorante: Un dettaglio davvero splendido: quando era il compleanno di qualcuno, i camerieri del ristorante inscenavano un bellissimo momento di festa cantando "Happy Birthday to you" e portando una torta con la candelina su un tavolo che veniva appositamente apparecchiato e decorato con petali di fiori e con un cocktail già pronto per il festeggiato! Comfort in stanza: La camera era grande, comoda e dotata di un ottimo condizionatore, fondamentale per riposare bene. IL CAPITOLO SPIAGGE (Servite da navetta): La struttura offre l'accesso a due spiagge molto diverse tra loro: Fanar Beach: Per questa spiaggia la navetta è inclusa, ma viene richiesto un piccolo contributo di 1€ per l'accesso al lido. La spiaggia in sé è un po' disordinata e i lettini in legno sono piuttosto vetusti, ma il mare compensa tutto. L'acqua è veramente splendida e piena di pesci, ideale per lo snorkeling. Avendo il fondale di sassi, consiglio assolutamente di portare le scarpe da scoglio. Bagno Capri: La navetta in questo caso è totalmente gratuita e non ci sono contributi d'ingresso. Il lido è molto ben tenuto, pulito e curato, e la spiaggia è sabbiosa (non servono scarpe). Purtroppo, trovandosi nella caletta di un porto, c'è un continuo e forte odore di nafta; inoltre il mare non è ricco di pesci come la prima spiaggia.

CONTRO (e aree di miglioramento): Disorganizzazione al Late Checkout: Nonostante mi fossi accordato più volte in precedenza con la reception per poter lasciare la camera in ritardo (visto il volo in tarda serata), solo allo scoccare dell'orario del normale checkout mi hanno avvisato che avrei dovuto pagare un supplemento di 10€. Trovo davvero strano e poco professionale non essere stato informato prima di questo costo, nonostante i ripetuti accordi dei giorni precedenti. Bisogna dire che, al di là di questo specifico disguido economico, il personale della reception è comunque sempre stato molto gentile e disposable con noi. Ristorazione con riserva: Nota dolente per il cibo. I pasti sono caratterizzati da sapori molto forti, cibo parecchio speziato e una presenza frequente di peperoni in molti piatti, il che può risultare pesante per chi è abituato alla cucina tradizionale italiana. Con il passare dei giorni abbiamo dovuto fare un po' di selezione e adattarci per trovare le opzioni più adatte ai nostri gusti; una scelta un po' limitata per chi non ha grande spirito di adattamento a tavola. Nota dolente (Caffè): La grande pecca della formula All-Inclusive è dover pagare il caffè espresso a parte (2€), un extra che stona parecchio. Zona idromassaggio e piscine: Contrariamente a quanto descritto, l'idromassaggio non è presente in stanza ma si trova all'esterno, ricavato in un piccolo spazio di una delle due piscine; purtroppo necessita decisamente di una sistemata. Le piscine stesse avrebbero bisogno di una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia, in particolare la mattina dopo le serate passate a bordo vasca da alcuni ospiti. Canali TV e Wi-Fi: In camera la TV LCD satellitare mostrava solo Rai 1 tra i canali italiani, e per giunta si vedeva in modo molto disturbato. Il Wi-Fi, inoltre, funziona solo nella zona del bar e della reception, ma la connessione è instabile e non sempre ci si riesce a collegarsi.

O que eu mais gostei foi a equipa de animação que fez com que a estadia fosse divertida, e para quem viaja sozinho é uma mais valia porque nunca se sente completamente sozinho. A equipa é super simpática e estão sempre preocupados com o nosso bem estar!

A única coisa que chata é o facto do alojamento não ficar perto do centro, ou de zonas com movimento.

Arrivo alle 2230, cena compresa, mi accompagnano in stanza senza chiedere mancia, la camera grandissima e bellissima, penso una delle più grandi mai presa a Sharm, in camera c'è bollitore e mini frigo e 2 litri di acqua in bottiglia, armadio grande, TV schermo piatto, perfino l'accappatoio, la pulizia è ottima. Il condizionatore un po' arretrato, leggermente rumoroso, ma fa il suo dovere. Vista sulla piscina con balconcino, sedie e stendino per asciugare i costumi. Ci sono parecchie zanzare in camera quindi consiglio di portare repellente, ma non sono fastidiose. Letto comodo. Colazione: sono stata più volte a Sharm e devo dire che questa è la colazione più "povera" che ho mai provato. Comunque c'è la colazione salata e dolce, pancake e omelette fatti al momento, pane arabo, marmellate e mieli di vario tipo, yogurt bianco magro, cereali, fiocchi di avena, latte caldo e freddo, caffè istantaneo, al distributore due succhi di frutta e acqua fresca. Sono una persona che si adatta a tutto, quindi per me l'alimentazione non è quello che determina il valore di un resort, se non mi piace il cibo vado a mangiare fuori. Il wifi è presente solo alla reception, non nelle camere. Piscine sporchine sul fondo e l'acqua a causa delle temperature è calda. Pranzo e cena: c'è sempre un'alternativa di pesce, un'alternativa di carne a pranzo (a cena due di carne), pasta, riso in bianco (pranzo), vermicelli, patate, riso e spaghetti/pasta in bianco o col pomodoro (cena), verdure fresche a iosa, cetrioli, pomodori, cipolla, carote, zucchine, verza viola e bianca, tagliate tutte alla julienne e condite con salsine (buonissime e fresche). Un po' tirchi sulle porzioni gli devi sempre chiedere qualcosa in più. Il secondo giorno un cameriere mi ha chiesto il numero di whatsapp (viaggiavo da sola), non mi ha dato fastidio perché è stato educato, però aspettatevi un po' di "corteggiamento" spudorato se viaggiate sole.

People were allowed to smoke in the hotel hall inside which is indoor , this should be stopped in my opinion.

Basically everything out of WiFi and beach is not easily reachable. But it’s absolutely worth the price, and the staff is amazing. Recommended! I’ll come back for sure! 100%

WiFi is not working properly even at the reception. In our bedroom it was not even possible to see signal. The beach bus is too rare. At least 5 runs per day are necessary in my opinion

I spent one week all inclusive at this hotel in Sharm el Sheikh, and I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their hospitality and kindness. First of all, a big thank you to the manager Nader Moreed and Mahmoud Soliman, as well as the chef and the whole restaurant team for the quality and variety of the food. Many thanks also to the entertainment team Rivietta and the two other young animators for creating a great atmosphere throughout the stay. I would also like to thank the bartenders Ehab and Youssef for their professionalism and friendliness, as well as the housekeeping team for keeping the rooms perfectly clean. A special thank you as well to the reception team, who were always attentive and helpful. Regarding the hotel itself, it is very clean with beautiful and spacious rooms equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The facilities are excellent, with two large swimming pools and many daily activities, as well as evening shows that create a very enjoyable atmosphere. The food offers a wide variety of choices for all tastes. The beach is close to the hotel, and shuttle buses are provided, which makes everything very convenient. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this hotel

Bella struttura. Piccola e concentrata ma c’è tutto. Ogni giorno fanno la stanza e ti danno due bottigliette di acqua. Cibo non male per stare in Egitto, ovviamente le cose sono le stesse ma cercano di variare un po’ soprattutto di sera. Bravi ragazzi dell’animazione (Honda, Bahr, rivieta. ) , organizzano uscite insieme di sera. I ragazzi del bar (interno ed esterno: youssef e ehab ) sono TOP, bravissimi e cordiali ♥️🐠🌊

L’assistance d’un des barmans se trouvant au bar de la piscine qui a été intrusif et insistant. Le manque d’animation, juste une animatrice très pro (Nicole ) qui était super gentil! Effort à faire sur la nourriture au niveau des repas , pas de saveurs , très fade.

Stanze un po’ vecchie e trasandate per certi versi, assenza di zanzariere e illuminazione bassa nella stanze, bagni da rivedere pulire e sistemare abbiamo trovato in infinita di zanzare, uno scarafaggio e un geco nella nostra stanza, piscine molto belle consiglio di pulire meglio i fondali con i robot adatto, all’interno della hall ci sono dei negozietti provvisti di tutto, foulard per motorata, spuntini per merenda e colazione, souvenir profumi costumi di tutto davvero, non vi consiglio di prendere All inclusive per cibo ma solo per le bevande e neanche, l’unica cosa buona la colazione con pancake e omelette fatte sul momento.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo: la struttura era pulita e ben organizzata, con tutti i servizi possibili, e lo staff sempre gentile e d’aiuto. La camera era spaziosa e ben tenuta, erano disponibili due piscine, spa, palestra, aree gioco e relax, open bar. All’interno sono presenti negozietti e servizi di taxi e di tour operator. Se tornerò a Sharm, pernotterò sicuramente qui!

Forse l’unica pecca è l’insistenza di certi commercianti che lavorano nei mini market interni al resort. Per il resto, non ho davvero nulla da segnalare, anzi.

The rooms are very old and tired. The air conditioning made so much noise. We had to change the room because in the first one it was unbearable, in the second it was a little bit better. The staff took a long time to provide us with a new room. At the beginning, they told us that there were no free rooms, so it took our time.
