Voda Krasna Resort & Restaurant

We stayed in the hotel for 2 days, everything was nice. Very tasty breakfast, restaurant and cafe have good menu for kids and adults. Beach is perfect , several times saw their a turtle.

The location is greet, the staff ia very attentive but not over bearing, the restraunt is very good. To my surprise they have steak on the menu and the steak was cooked perfectly.

The stairs are a little steep.

Staff were phenomenal. Helped organize excursions, vehicle rentals, inform us about the area, make super drinks, great food. Modelicious beach.

Leaky shower dripping sound during the night might drive some people crazy. Locking of room door somewhat problematic...

Our room was decent enough. Pool was nice. Sea view was amazing. Restaurant has a vintage vibe, food was salty. Staff in the reception was just okay.

The stairs going down and up to our room down to the beach its very tall steps and slippery.

The whole place is perfect. Staff are happy, rooms are perfect, food is great, pool is great to relax around. Best place I have stayed in Philipines.

Breakfast was good with variety.

Just be aware that this accommodation is on Tingko Beach which families frequent. So noise can be expected. The beach huts close to rooms do get vacated at 7pm so that noise ends. Location is actually about 47km from kawasan. No much beach walking as beach not so long.

Looks much better in the photos, unfortunately. The windows were shaking when the wind blew, and everything was outdated. Im not a very difficult traveller, but I didn’t felt confortable there. The food in the restaurant was very poor, and lots of ants on the tables.

The location was really good as it was close to everything. it was quiet, and the room was fine. water pressure was good, and the bathroom had enough space. the pool and outdoor area were really nice and overall was a great place to stay

Everything went smoothly without any negative encounters. The lodging arranged for a professional massage therapist to visit, providing an excellent and expert service.

the staff are nice and very attentive. ordering food was easy and always quick to respond. The room was clean but has some issues that made it hard to sleep and be comfortable.

We booked the main villa which is the biggest and most expensive room BUT it has so many issues that really made our stay difficult. 1-The room is located centre of the hotel and the windows had NO curtains so everyone who passes by can see into the room easily. We had a hard time sleeping because we couldn't make the room dark enough and any light from the outside would enter the our room. We informed the hotel staff of the issue and they said they will fix it the next day but nothing happened so we took our beach towel and used our towels to cover parts of the window so we could be comfortable changing and sleeping. 2- Half of the room has a big window that is facing the beach. The glass window covers the entire wall from top till bottom and has big gaps! everywhere which allows heat, mosquitoes, flies, small lizards to enter the room so easily. Our first night we woke up with so many bites all over our body and couldn't sleep unless we were completely under the blanked sweating. We couldn't sleep well the entire stay in this room. -> Conclusion: Even tho the glass wall is a nice feature because it allow you to see the beach and sunset, it is so badly maintained and old that it made our stay horrible. Both the issues greatly affected our sleep and being able to sleep comfortably is such am important part of going on vacation as we need energy to explore the island but unfortunately we couldn't do that. Do not book this room until these issues are fixed unless you don't mind not having privacy, light in the room, mosquitoes, flies, lizards.

The staff are nice and attentive. This room we booked after staying in their villa was so much better.

We initially booked the villa for 2 nights as it looked bigger and faces the beach BUT it had so many issues and made it difficult to sleep. Do not book the villa as it has flies, mosquitoes, lizards, heat, light from the outside (no curtains) entering the room and make it almost impossible to sleep easily. Lucky we booked another room in this hotel for our last night and it was so much better and cheaper. My advice is book the normal rooms as its cheaper and much better.

CR is like a joke - no hose for feet . only rainshower running slow---no changing ability about rainshower or just shower browse...feel so sorry to realize . this resort cannot sacrify my my expectations...maybe in fact of less guests - but they are staring to renew several missed comforts - in general - the staff is excellent

The property was clean and the room was nice and there is room to move around. The balcony was a plus overlooking to the ocean.

The strairs going down to the beach was steep, but over all the place is very friendly.

we found the place very comfortable, the vieuw is beautiful and the swimming pool is really top. People in the restaurant or inside the bar are very friendly.

Amazing staff! Good menu selection at the restaurant with reasonable prices. Felt right at home. Beach was amazing, good depth, white fine sand. I could go on! Will definitely be back!

For the positives: They have very nice, friendly and helpful staff. They were even very understanding when we had to check out a little later since the restaurant was slow with our orders. It wasn’t crowded, maybe because we stayed during the week. I appreciate that it’s quiet and we were able to sleep well. The rooms were clean , beds were comfortable, AC was working well. They provided some toiletries and towels. The pool was good , water was nice and warm.

Negatives: The number one negative aspect about this hotel are the stairs. The stairs are unbelievably steep. To go up or down from one stair to another is very tricky, especially in going down. You need to hold on to the rails and be extra careful in every single step you take. This isn’t just risky for the seniors in our family but everyone as well. I don’t know what they were thinking when they made these crazy stairs. The hotel reception, restaurant , pool, bar and some of the rooms are on top level. Some rooms are on second level down and beach is all the way on the bottom. Hence, there’s no way to avoid using the stairs if you want it go to the beach. These stairs are just an accident waiting to happen. You get wet after swimming and sometimes it just gets wet from the rain, which makes it even more treacherous to climb up or down. I probably should have listened to the reviews when they mentioned this. Another negative is the foul stench when you go down on stairs going to the beach. Smells nasty, like sewage or bathroom smell, yuck! Another negative here is the beach. There’s something in the water that gave me these red itchy rashes. Surprisingly, this only happened to me and one other family member. The beach is rocky. You have to keep moving away to find some sandy area. You can’t use the nicer area on the left since it belongs to the grumpy people next door. Other negative thing is that they told us we have to pay extra to use one of the huts. This should be free to use for hotel guests. Lastly, the restaurant service can be slow at times. If you have big group, you have to order an hour ahead.

Hotel facilities definitely need to be improved. there were not even hangers enough in room shower broken not hot water on the first floor room the Garden view on very very overpricess hotel only Vila was worth the price of the hotel all staff very very nice , friendly and polite only the lady from the morning shift from the reception had an evaluative mentality judgment mentality she was not nice without smile and i was not welcome in the hotel by this lady from reception.

The staff was kind, friendly, and accommodating. They treated my friends and I like the queens. We had room service and ate at the restaurant. Every meal was amazing. We stayed in the Villa. 10/10 recommend. The view was beautiful and everything was clean. The staff always checked on us and gave of ideas of things to do.

The free breakfast was really good but they need more Filipina dishes… the staff is what makes this place excellent they are so friendly and always helpful … they are the reason I keep returning that and the view of the ocean from the bar 👍
