주방시설이 있어서 좋았고,hot tub 있어서 좋았어요. 타운하우스 스타일도 좋았어요.

주차장 이용시 리모콘이 있었으면 좋을텐데 반드시 키를 지참해야 하는점이 좀 불편했어요. * 도착하기 하루전쯤엔 반드시 숙소 주소, site number, door lock password 를 remind 해주길 부탁해요

Location was close to everything.

Location was good. It was clean.

AC in bedrooms were super loud so we didn't use them. The windows in one bedroom didn't open so it was hot. While the unit was clean it really could use a coat of paint.

Location was excellent, very walkable to town and had parking. For two people was spacious enough (bit small for more people though). Liked the balcony and spa. Kitchen was well supplied and had ice trays. Beds were comfortable. Communal pool and spa if that’s to your liking.

Place is old and could do with some work and a thorough clean. Spa bath inside needs a deep clean as could see mould on the filter. Somewhat noisy complex and can hear everything around you. Not the cheapest but probably fair money for the location.

Great location of property, plenty of space for our family of four and two bathrooms - the hot tub was a nice thing to have early morning / before bed

The condition of some of the fixtures and fittings - especially in the bathroom was quite tired with handles and knobs quite loose. Directions to the carpark were also a bit tricky but we found it in the end

The dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed - everything was dusty, moldy toilets, garbage on the floor in multiple rooms, sticky, and liquids smeared on the walls. Hair balls, built up dust everywhere, sticky dressers, coffee pot had missing parts and old coffee in it. Paper thin walls and window coverings that didn’t fully cover so it was unnerving at times being there with my kids. Host never responded when I reached out. The place has so much potential if it was just actually cleaned/maintained properly.

The unit is part of a condo estate and spilt over 2 floors. The sheltered external hot tub was very enjoyable and has privacy on top floor, compared to other units where the hot tub is visible to people walking on the path. There is also a spa tub in the bathroom. There are 2 spacious decks, one outside living area and the other outside the bedroom. The location is great as it is just 300m to the North Village. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The underground carpark is not close to unit so unloading is a bit more tedious from the unloading area.

Great location and the hot tub was an added bonus. Trevor gave us great instructions on ow to find his place, where to park etc.

Was not as clean - the baseboard heaters were covered in dust and it was cool enough to turn on the heat which created a dust smell.

The bathroom could’ve used a good deep clean. Found someone’s underwear in the dryer, suggesting cleaners not thorough.

We liked the location in a quieter end of town, and it was walking distance to all amenities and places to eat. It was comfortable and clean and catered well for 3 older women.

The steps were a challenge sometimes with our suitcases - a ramp would add to the accessibility. We did manage though.

Not clean at all. Stains in bedding, dirty floors, flies flying around due to dirty bacon pan left in oven. Toilet and outlets not in proper working order.

Self contained accommodation in a great location which had everything we needed. Amenities were great and the hot tub was an added bonus.

Overall, the location of the property and the individual hot tub were excellent! Close enough to Whistler Village for exploring, but secluded enough for relaxation The condo is well laid out, but is in dire need of a refresh in the common areas (carpeting, paint, kitchen). The one bedroom, had double bed bunk beds, which was great. However, the mattresses felt like they had seen better days. I did find the common area pool and hot tub in need a a good clean.

A flight of stairs up to unit, then another flight up to the bedrooms. For “older” guests with luggage, this was hard. Fortunately, we did not have bad knees.

Wonderful property and location. Ease of access. Information provided beforehand made travel a breeze. For our family of 5, we were extremely comfortable in the space. The upstairs patio with hot tub was a beautiful treat

Everything was lovely but if I had one personal note, the queen size bed in the main bedroom was too firm. Again, personal preference. The overall facility was fantastic

The property is very dated. Items that are typically provided in the kitchen at rentals were non existent.

Great location and easy to get around. The private hot tub was definitely the highlight and offered a nice level of privacy, which we really enjoyed. Overall, the unit was clean and well maintained.

there were a few housekeeping details that could be improved. The bathtub was a little dirty, the shower curtain could have been cleaner, and there was some dust behind the back of the sofa.

Close to centre of village to walk in. 2 bathrooms was really useful. Well equipped kitchen. Handy underground parking. Lovely hot tub.

Instructions for hob would have been useful as not intuitive. Aircon or something from apartment above dripped onto box outside our window, making a loud noise at times. Not much privacy in hot tub. Good sound proofing.

Excellent communication from host with info to access the property. Great deck with hot tub. Perfect location in WHistler, just outside the shopping and restaurant district so several restaurants were within walking distance and a grocery store was just across the street. It was nice to have laundry facilities . Free underground parking!

The area for loading and unloading luggage is a bit of a walk from the unit. From the front door, the stairs up into the unit were quite steep .This may be a concern for people with difficulty walking Probably need to warn people that there could be bears in the area with some info on what to do if you encounter a bear. On two mornings, there was a bear in the courtyard. We thought it was pretty neat but it could be scary for some people.

The apartment was in a convenient location located near the village of Whistler. It was clean and tidy and also contained a hot tub.

The second bedroom was small with very little storage and there was no where to put the suit cases, the apartment was more suited to 2 adults and 2 children than 4 adults. Also there was very little information on what to do with rubbish, etc and no sign of bins in the complex. There could have been an information pack left in the apartments as there was no reception building.

Location was perfect inside the village. Allowed access to village for all our needs without having to pay for parking.

Front handrail leading to the front door is not secure. Coffee percolator was not emptied by previous quest or cleaners.

The hot tub had such a foul odor it was unusable. Very disappointing as it's one of the reasons we booked this room

Fantastic location, 2 min walk from the village, was much quieter than staying right in the village. Private tub was a great touch.

No hand soap in the bathrooms, not many towels.

One of our companions did not realise there was a step inside the door and she fell with her suitcases hurting her ankle. There was a light switch but she did not realise. Maybe entrance could have a different lightning or a ramp replace the step.

The location was great. Close to everything but still quiet. Easy access to the walking trails and store.

It’s a little rundown. Our unit was clean, but it definitely needed some updating and some TLC with some issues.

The location was within clise proximity to the village. Rooms were spacious and clean. Well stocked in all areas. Hot tub was amazing, kids enjoyed it since it rained on one of the days so they were able to utilize the hot tub. Email with Instructions was detailed and made access easier.

I wish the check out was bit later due to coming with kids and they like to sleep in so trying to leave by 10 was hard.

Die Unterkunft hat die perfekte Lage um Whistler zu Fuß zu erkunden. Direkt gegenüber liegt ein Supermarkt, dahinter beginnt schon die Fußgängerzone mit vielen tollen Restaurants und Shops. Nach einem anstrengenden Tag in den Bergen kann man im eigenen Jaccuzi entspannen.

Insgesamt wirkt die Anlage teilweise beengt und verwinkelt und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das spiegelt sich auch in der Wohnung wieder, mit 4 Leuten kann man sich aber gut arrangieren.

Overall, the accommodation experience for these four days and three nights was good, except that the cleanliness and housekeeping could be improved. For example, some of the pots, plates, and the baking trays inside the oven were not clean. The outdoor BBQ grill was also not clean, and the toilet in the master bedroom was not clean either (I forgot to take photos). I also suggest informing guests that parking lot Gate #5 is the closest gate to the room. I also suggest that the check-out time could be at noon, in line with the usual hotel standard.

The fellow that helped us on the phone was very helpful indeed. The complex is numbered in a curious way, but with his direction (go to the pool in the centre of the place and look for the unit map) we found the place easily!

Didn't get the check in email about the code. The parking stalls are very tight. A big truck like an F150 will have a challenge!

The sofas are not comfortable, they are very old.

The apartment is fully equipped and the facilities are very good, with a nice heated pool. The location is also super, near to trails, shops etc.

Although it had everything it looked a bit old fashioned and dark inside. Maybe it was the location (lower apartments)

Las dos habitaciones independientes con baños independientes. Bastante espacio en la casa. Buena cocina. Lavadora y secadora. El gestor respondía muy ágilmente. Facilidad para la entrada y salida.

Nos tocó una nevera algo ruidosa porque la original estaba en reparación, pero funcionaba bien para enfriar. La mesa se queda un poco pequeña cuando el apartamento está al completo. No obstante, lo bueno supera con creces estos comentarios. Volveríamos si tuviésemos ocasión.

Die Unterkunft war nicht gereinigt. Die Küchenausstattung sollte auch mal erneuert werden. In der Wohnung ist ein ständiger Geruch vorhanden.

Although it was clean, it was very dusty. Blinds and bedroom areas needed dusting. However, this is a minor issue as overall, we were very comfortable.

Hot tub - location great - 15 mins to either gondola or 2 mins to free shuttle - walk either through the village or valley trail - fresh market and grog shop 2 mins away

Great apartment, about a five minute walk to the village stroll. Good size 2 good size bedrooms the spa was fantastic after a day on the slopes. Has full kitchen Andy is just across the road from the fresh market which is a bonus.

The location was great and we also appreciated the personal hot tub and washer/dryer.

The towel rack in the master bathroom was missing and the hot tub jets were a bit dirty.

Our stay was very good. The location is excellent, right in Whistler Village, which made everything easy to access. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We especially loved the hot tub, which made the stay even more enjoyable after a day outside. Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay here again.

Small points for improvement: we found the sofa bed a bit firm for sleeping. It could also be helpful to have a few hooks or a place to hang coats in the entrance area.

Location was great, walking distance to the Whistler village, next to a supermarket and restaurants. The private hot tub is amazing after a long day of skiing. The property was spacious.

The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Upon arrival, we found black hair throughout the bathtub, a noticeable urine odor in both the bathroom and carpet, and coffee residue left in the cups. These conditions clearly indicate that the room had not been properly cleaned or inspected prior to our stay.

We appreciated very much the clean towels (very white) and bedding sheets - this is a very good aspect, unlike other properties where they look overused and not professionally cleaned. The sofa bed in particular was comfortable (my husband and I have to have separate beds to have a good sleep). The bedroom bed was also comfortable. Also appreciated were the pans, in good condition. This is again to compare with other properties where there would be very scratched T-FAL pans, that would make one uncomfortable to use for cooking. The fridge, stove, and the microwave were clean and not run down. The house was clean in general. Very appreciated was the multitude of channel subscription on TV and Netflix and Prime (without adds) availability. The hot tub was clean and well maintained (we brought our own strips for testing the water - habit we have for our own hot tub).

This type of townhouse design has a very narrow entrance without a closet for jackets - but a few hooks on the wall by the door would help, as the only closet is in the bedroom. We are not too fussy, but we like to enjoy some well assorted tableware. For example, there were no good tablespoons (despaired silvers), no two glasses alike for hard liqueur, no fitting lid for the pans, a small pan with the handler falling apart ... I know they may get damaged by various users but in the end, they are wearing out and would be good to be replaced - maybe a better-quality last longer ... Possibly, not everyone pays attention, but these aspects make our stay enjoyable and make us want to return. The noise from the hot tub was continuous and distinctive at night. Maybe like the power supply for the pump if it was running continuously. Usually if it is just the pump running, it has a more quitter and acceptable noise. We understand it may be a condition of having the hot tub private, installed on the top balcony, in a 30-year-old building. So, there are pros and cons about a hot tub, but maybe a review of the power supply to it and its isolation, could bring the noise down a bit. The price is quite high for 3 nights, therefore would expect more attention to details, in order for the customers like us to provide a maximum 10 out of 10.

The central heating was often too hot at night and we were not sure where to adjust it.

Great property in a great location, only a few minutes walk to Whistler Centre and a Ski bus stop opposite the property. Apartment was clean and well presented with its own hot tub, perfect for relaxing in after a day on the slopes.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, no issues with the property.

Sehr toller Urlaub, sehr luxuriöses Appartement mit einzigartiger Ausstatung. Wir hatten auch noch innerhalb des Komplexes eine tolle Location mit Blick auf Blackcomb und Whistler Mountain sowie Schlafzimmer im 3. Stock und zweiten Balkon mit dem Jacuzzi so, dass wir komplette Privatspäre hatten. Zum Skibus mussten wir nur über die Strasse gehen. Trevor ist tatsächlich immer erreichbar für irgendwelche Fragen und da unser Fireplace nicht gleich ansprang wurde sofort geholfen. Dass wir gut einen Meter Pulverschnee ab Ankunft dazubekamen und weisse Traumweihnachten hatten und davon zwei Tage mit tollem Sonnenschein hat natürlich Alles perfekt gemacht, ohne direktes Zutun des Vermieters, aber auch schlechtes Wetter hätten wir mit der tollen Ausstattung weggesteckt,

Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Ich war mir nicht sicher wegen des Mülls und hab dann nochmal die Anleitung im Appartement komplett durchgelesen. Da stand nichts von Müll wegbringen. Unseren Müll hab ich dann in einem verschlossenen Müllsack in der Küche gelassen, Flaschen und Dosen haben wir mit Rückpfand im Fresh Market abgegeben. Jetzt beim Reviewen auf der Webseitenanleitung habe ich gelesen man hätte den Müll doch in den Müllraum bringen sollen. Bitte das auch in die ausgedruckte Ableitung im Appartment schreiben. Dass wir den verschlossenen Sack jetzt haben stehen lassen wird hoffentlich dadurch ausgeglichen, dass ich die hängende Klospülung sebstständig repariert hab😉

This place had a great location - spacious and clean - good supplies - loved the fireplace and the hot tub and free shuttle around the village. I would highly recommend this place.
