The location was great. A short walk to the village, restaurants and groceries. The place was clean and well stocked.

The primary bedroom’s bed was uncomfortable. The mattress is quite worn.

Well equipped apartment within walking distance of the shops and lifts with friendly, responsive staff easily contactable to help.

Central location, comfortable beds, lots of lovely towels, nice big fridge freezer, everything we needed for our stay. Loved having a washing machine and dryer. Pool and hot tub were great, lovely and hot, wish we’d had more time to use them more!

Nothing! Had an issue with a bathroom cupboard door but lovely staff offered to repair it immediately.

Great location just across the road from the lower end of Whistler. Great to nip over to the supermarket for provisions when we first arrived. The accommodation was a great size and excellent facilities within it, as well as really nicely decorated. Having two good sized bathrooms and laundry facilities was a real bonus. The setting amongst the trees was very pretty and a lovely warm large hot tub / jacuzzi pool was very pretty (even when it was raining). Great that towels were provided in the accommodation to take down to the pool / changing rooms. Great to have free underground parking (designated space) We stayed during the summer. However, could see that it would also be a great place to stay during the autumn / winter months. Lots of provisions for drying and warming clothes / boots etc.

Very little to not like. Just would have liked to stay longer and enjoy more of the local area.

Location on edge of village was perfect could walk everywhere. Was comfy with lots of space for our family group. Liked had 2 bathrooms.

The directions for parking were lacking. They are small spaces. Could have been better directions on how to get out of park are. We spent 10 minutes trying to find our stairwell only to realize there wasn’t one for our building and to go up any. But we worked it out. It was great to have parking included. Just better directions would have been appreciated.

Location in the village and two floors.

The whole place felt a bit old and worn, including the pool area. The biggest struggle was the garage and getting to the apartment, with all the access codes/chips and narrow corridors. It was quite difficult to manage all the stuff from the car to the apartment and back.

Lovely accommodation. It was a great location near to the shops and whistler village all in walking distance. The beds were comfy and the apartment was clean. Facilities very good.

Great location just outside the town centre and had everything one could need for a lengthy stay, I.e. washing and cooking facilities in each suite. Very comfortable with a nice lounge and dining area.

Parking and security fob arrangements were quite complicated. Staff on site were great but the booking.com host was a bit pushy trying to claim money for a fob we hadn’t been provided with.

This is our favorite place to stay! See you next year

Juuri sopivan kokoinen asunto (unit 52) 5-hengen perheelle. Keittiössä riittävästi astioita ja varusteita. Kaasugrilli parvekkeella käytettävissä. Auton saa parkkiin parkkihalliin sopivasti asunnon alapuolelle. Talvella lämpöä varmaan riittää hyvin, joka huoneessa on lämpöpatteri.

Televisiosta ei tule antenni/kaapeli-kanavia, vain kanavat internetin kautta. Ei iso ongelma, paitsi jos vierailu sattuu jalkapallon world cup kisojen ajalle, pelit eivät näkyneet. Parkkihallin sisäänkäynnin oven avaamiseen ei ollut mitään ohjeistusta, mutta lopulta kokeilemalla selvisi mihin avainkorttia piti osoittaa. Kesällä viilennystä saa vain alakerran erillisellä ilmastointilaitteella, joka piti niin kovaa ääntä, että piti sammuttaa yöksi.

Locatie: dit bij het centrum. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Wel een beetje gedateerd, Het is even zoeken naar het appartement en je moet eerst binnen een tag ophalen voor de parkeergarage. Parkeerplaats is wel recht onder het appartement. Ff sjouwen met de koffers de trap op.

Location, size of unit, parking

Schöne, saubere, doppelstöckige Wohnung (Nr. 77, im 1. OG) mit toller Ausstattung, inkl. Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage. Sicht auf die Berge. Toller Grill auf dem Balkon. Zentral gelegen und Supermarkt gleich etwa 2-3 Minuten entfernt.

Eingangsbereich nicht sehr einladend und etwas unsauber. Kein Lift, Koffer von der Tiefgarage schleppen etwas mühsam. Zudem muss man vorher die Karte und den Schlüssel in der Wohnung holen. Check-in Verfahren (per Mail muss vorher auch wieder etwas ausgefüllt werden, inkl. heikler Kreditkartenangaben) daher etwas umständlich. Ansonsten alles super! Kontakt zum Vermieter auch sehr speditiv.

Missing pieces on the vertical blinds allowed for poor privacy & poor sleep due to light infiltration.

The Cable TV wasn't working. The checkout time was to early.

No office - entry keypad failed & got locked out at night. Very poor response from the management at night in a ski resort - very cold. Irresponsible

lack of hot water

Perfect location, quiet but only a few, minutes walk from the village. All information to find the apartment and code were very clear and sent ahead of time.

We were with my parents. This apartment was up a flight of stairs which may be a bit difficult for more senior people to carry their luggage up.

Great location, good sized apartment with a well equiped kitchen, really comfortable beds, easy parking and friendly staff!

There was no northstar 71 as both booking.com and Vacasa want to blame each other for their mistake with our confirmed booking whith on compensation or given and special service given it took numerous repeated messages emails and phone calls. Really bad bad services from booking.com and Vacasa which was not rectied to our satisfaction. Given the poor state of one of replacement properties which was misrepresented very dissatisfied.

Broken fireplace, windows which do not shut or lock, toilet, showers and sinks systems clogged, toilets overflowed on to bathroom and carpet - maitenence had already told management the whole toilet needed to be replaced in lagoons 72 previously but it was rented to us in this state. It was particularly poor. Similar issues in Northstar 93 Beds in both units hard terrible. Lagoons 27 had no issues.

Great location Good kitchen

Just across Whistler Village. Very convenient to amenities. Most basic necessities are available - full kitchen, well-lit, lots of storage spaces, electric heat & fireplace, large fridge, stove, microwave, bbq, & utensils. Spacious and clean living areas, with jacuzzi-style bath-tub. Very well equipped.

Parkade to unit is 2 flights of stairs. No elevator or option to drop off luggages close to the unit. Heated pool & hot tub was on opposite end of property. Would be nice to have robes provided, especially in the winter, without having to walk in the cold & snowy night. Suggest having other supplies such as hair dryer in the lower floor bathroom, & aluminium foil. Blinds can be tricky to adjust due to its heavy weight - an upgrade would be nice. Sofa bed getting old and very creaky.

Die Größe des Apartments war für uns ideal. Das zweite Badezimmer mit WC war super. Die Lage der Apartments ist super, alles fußläufig erreichbar, minimale Lärmbelästigung.

Die Beleuchtungen sind gewöhnungsbedürftig, könnte besser sein.

Beds are comfy. Close to Village. Hot tub is great. Pool heated. Large space. Washer dyer. Gas fireplace awesome.

Shower upstairs didn’t drain. BBQ didn’t work and was dirty. Hard to access property. Needed to walk to get keys and access the garage. Needed to walk back to property to drop off keys. Couch is awfully uncomfortable. Need more Coffee for two days and more Tea Selection. Herbal? No robes or towels for Pool.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gross und bietet viel Platz. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es macht Spass dort zu kochen. Den Pool haben wir ebenfalls sehr gerne genutzt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Ausstattung in den Badezimmern war auch sehr gut (Badetücher, Seifen, Shampo, Conditioner ist alles vorhanden).

Man hört den nahegelegenen Highway. Dafür ist die Lage recht zentral.

Concrete-y. Parking extremely super tight. A few things that needed repairing: main bathroom door did not lock, blinds did not stay up

The tub is slippery. It would be great to have a non-slip bath mat inside tub so kids or older people don't fall.

Quality of villa and location were fantastic

Very minor points, but instructions for locating the villa and operating the car park can be improved significantly.

Very conveniently located across the road from Whistler Village. It was exceptionally clean and had all the facilities needed including a washing machine and dryer. There was plenty of kitchen equipment and utensils. Having a second bathroom was a bonus. The rooms were spacious and the who,e unit was cozy and well styled.

Location Cleanliness

The kitchen was not well stocked with things like coffee, salt and pepper, plastic glasses for the pool. There were no beach towels for the pool which is challenging for people who aren’t local and can’t pack their own. Despite the unit being ready, they did not allow check in until 4 pm and required check out at 10 am - kind of a rip off

Unit was very nice, very comfortable and in an excellent location just a short walk to the village stroll. The check-in instructions were fairly straightforward to follow. We stayed in a different unit at the same property about five years ago and this second stay did not disappoint. The price, when split between two couples, is very reasonable for a good location in Whistler these days.

As we were two couples sharing the unit, I would have liked to have both bedrooms with a queen bed (we had one room with a queen, one with two twin beds). But this did not really detract from our opinion of the place, and I can understand this configuration would be preferable for families or groups of friends. We knew this configuration when booking, so we knew what we were booking, so not complaining! It was all that was available at the time of booking.

The accommodation was modern and clean, and it had everything we needed for our stay.

The check-in instructions were generally great, but it took a while for us to figure out the swipe card system for the parking. The oven seemed a bit inefficient.

Great location, only 5-10 min walk from the bus stop. . The 1 bedroom apt was comfortable and warm with everything we needed. Check in with the code was simple.

Just cross the road and you're at Whistler village for the village stroll with ample parking and food. marketplace for groceries just across the road. Townhouse has 2 full toilets+ bathroom. Clean and kitchen worked well, even has things for baking and a mixer. Gas fireplace was welcome on colder days. Heating worked well.

Parking lots are rather small so if you drove an oversized vehicle it may be difficult to park.

The location was good, and the apartment was comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Shower was great. It was easy to access the apartment with the pinpad. The included parking is very convenient if you are driving.

This unit is on the ground floor, directly next to the parking lot and front entrance of the condo facility. At night you can hear the partiers coming back from the bars and in the morning you repeatedly hear the banging of the garbage bins and the boots of skiers walking quite literally 6 feet from where you are sleeping. All comers and goers from the facility can see directly into the bedroom and living room if the blinds aren't completely closed, which wasn't great for privacy.

It was very clean, bright & comfortable.

The property's location in Whistler is unbeatable. Across the street from the grocery store, steps away from the village walk and the shuttle stops right there. Also the hot tub is amazing!

When you suffer an abuse everything goes bad, please don’t rent this apartment, they take advantage of the deposit for damage that you pay that it’s for 500 CAD, and they take 55 CAD at the end argument that you forgot Visitor Parking pass back in the unit, when I personally left in the kitchen because I read that clause since the beginning, please record when you left this parking pass because they are going to take that money of your credit card.

We found it a little difficult in the beginning of how to access the garage, what the key was for and where to place rubbish. Also, we found it difficult to place our luggage in our unit as we parked our car with all the luggage in thr car and then walked it up thr stairs. We would have benefited from some information about getting the luggage out of thr while we were up the top before parking the car.

easy self check in, all the information was very clear and sent in advance. the apartment was very large, clean and comfortable. very close to whistler village and across the road from a large supermarket and shops / restaurants. free parking, pool and jacuzzi..well stocked kitchen utensils

The pullout bed mattress was very uncomfortable for adults. My nephew and spouse did not sleep much due to the quality of the mattress. Ideally, the mattress should be replaced.
