L'aspect personnel et familial du personnel. On se sentait comme si nous visitions de la famille proche même si nous séjournons pour la première fois à cet établissement. Wilson et Ana nous ont accueilli d'une façon remarquable!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'endroit et l'emplacement de l'établissement. Tout juste sur l'océan et à quelques pas pour pratiquer le kitesurf! C'était formidable! De plus, ce que nous avons apprécié le plus étaient les conversations mémorables que nous avons eu le privilège d'avoir avec les propriétaires, Ewald et Doris! Quel beau séjour!

Staff was great. Thank you Ana for all your help. Room was clean and had nice outdoor spacy area where we spent a lot of time. Bed was comfortable. Shower water pressure was great. Glad we rented a car as we liked to go to Eagle beach and get some groceries and dinner on the way. Beach chairs and towels were provided what was a nice bonus. Two local cats were very welcome and cute.

We passed on the pool/ocean view upgrade as apartment had number of issues. Our Garden view apartment needed some upgrades, overall it was good. Only one outlet in the room and pillows were on a firm side.

Överpris för boendet som borde kategoriseras som vandrarhem. svit som bokades var ingen svit Nergånget och trött boende både utvändigt och invändigt dvs dåligt underhåll, mycket smutsigt. Gamla slitna både möbler och husgeråd, fläckiga handdukar, dusch toalett rostigt och mycket stort behov av renovering, trasiga solstolar och knappt användbara mm mm Gamla foton från forna glansdagar på hemsidan som inte motsvarar verkligheten. Avsaknad av personal samt obefintligt byte av sängkläder på 4 nätter förklarades för oss Framgick inte tvång av egen bil under vistelse då boendet ligger mycket avsides Avstånd till mataffär och badstränder, ja till allt, kräver att man har tillgång till egen bil.

Super friendly staff and owner! We loved having the option to cook outside, and the location was perfect — just 3 minutes from the kite beach. Everyone was incredibly helpful with organising transport and everything else we needed. Highly recommend!

Wir haben als Paar im Juni/Juli dort einen hervorragenden Urlaub gehabt. Der Empfang war unglaublich herzlich. Ana ist eine ganz nette und liebevolle Frau, Wilson der Hausmeister ist ein absolut lustiger und freundlicher angestellter. Der Besitzer Ewald ist ein deutscher. Alle waren stets bemüht einen jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Mit Wilson haben wir jeden Tag viel Spaß gehabt was uns zum Schluß den Abschied recht schwer gemacht hat. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und sauber. Wir hatten das Zimmer 8, es war ausgestattet mit Küche, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und einen Herd. Auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken war jeden Tag herrlich. Für uns war die Einrichtung absolut ausreichend, da wir nicht so auf diese riesigen Hotelanlagen stehen. Zum Strand war es direkt über sie Straße. Restaurants waren zu Fuß in ca 15min zu erreichen. Ðer weg dorthin ist absolut sicher, auch nachts. Wir haben uns nie unwohl gefühlt. Parkplätze sind ausreichend verfügbar. Der pool ist absolut ausreichend und sauber. Von dort aus konnte man jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang herrlich sehen. Jedenfalls ist die Anlage sehr zu empfehlen wenn man seine Ruhe und familiäres Gefühl haben möchte. Zum Schluss möchten wir uns bei Ana, Ewald und Wilson für den wundervollen Urlaub bedanken.

Es gab nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat.

É bem silencioso e te dá a opção de fazer café da manhã de frente pro mar.

Não houve em momento nenhum limpeza do nosso quarto. No último dia estava imundo! Não ofereceram em momento algum. Além disso, quando chegamos, não nos foi falado que tínhamos cadeiras disponíveis para levarmos à praia… só fomos descobrir no terceiro dia quando vimos as cadeiras num canto da área externa. As vezes as coisas precisam ser ditas…

It was in a great location , beach was just across the road, the apartment was vey clean it had an outdoor kitchen which worked for us , would recommend this place 100% The staff ,Wilson was the perfect gentleman, nothing was a problem , he sorted us ride to the supermarket and the airport

Wilson is absolutely the nicest guy you could ever meet. He works on the property and makes you feel like a million dollars. Top notch care. This place is definitely the best deal in Aruba. Gorgeous view of the ocean and a really cool tropical layout with full outdoor kitchens which we loved. The bed was very comfortable. This will definitely be my go to place in Aruba!

Didn’t discover the swimming pool and beach view until day 3. Don’t wait as long as we did. Stunning place to enjoy the sunset.

The property had a great location to many beaches, resort restaurants. The layout is very private. Enjoyed the private patio facing the ocean. Nice small pool. Very clean. Used it every night.

Electrical wiring questionable. Lights strung directly above the pool. Outdoor kitchen did not bother my family, but expect animals. Make sure to clean counters etc before use. Stow food securely away. Stove/hot plate barely got hot. Could not get water to boil.

It advertised a shuttle but was not available for last minute bookings. They agreed to extra bed but was also not available for last minute bookings. Wilson was excellent.

We LOVED the location - just past the main resort strip, but it felt so quiet and private. You couldn't beat being right across the street from the beach. We loved Ana and Wilson (plus the property wildlife!) The outdoor living space and kitchen was where we spent most of our time, plus sitting by the pool and laying in the hammock. We actually preferred the quiet garden view. All of the guests were so friendly and Ana was very helpful with recommendations. Having a rental car was definitely ideal, but it's great that there's a company vehicle you can also use. We will definitely stay here whenever we come to Aruba!

We would've appreciated if the room was setup with more bedding, but we received extra pillows and a blanket on request which was great. We also noticed a sewage like smell in the bathroom sometimes, we wonder if it was coming from outside the window somewhere nearby, so it would be nice to have an air freshener or candle in there.

Lovely hosts, excellent location, charming ambiance. In the activities available question below, it is not possible to answer the question as phrased, since all those activities plus more that are not listed were available up or down the beach.

There were a few mosquitoes in the kitchen and bedroom; could be a few more plates and bowls made available and a shelf or two added to the refrigerator. These were minor considerations, however, and are mentioned not to complain but to help the hosts know how the stay could be improved.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación ya que el lugar es muy tranquilo y en 500 mts aprox está Palm beach si se desea algo más de movimento. El lugar posee cocina y heladera lo cual permite cocinar y tener bebidas frias. La atención del personal ( Ana y Wilson ) es destacable por su amabildad y predisposición junto con sus dueños que son muy amables.

Quizá que la playa que está justo en frente del hotel tiene muchas piedras pero no es relevante para el disfrute de la estadía .

A quaint, peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas of Aruba, but within walking distance of the beach, and just a short drive to all the main attractions. The space was awesome for outdoor gatherings and relaxing in the shade with a great breeze from the ocean. The staff were amazing and really catered to our needs. My family ended up stranded when the FAA issued a no-fly order for Caribbean airspace and Ana and Wilson found accommodations for us and were really flexible with our check out date/time as we were scrambling to rebook flights. Thank you so much for everything!

Excellent location right on the water beautiful inside and out chickens walking around and great. The cats are wonderful. Anna is just an exception, exceptional human being. That’s very much on the ball very very polite and the nicest people I’ve ever met in my entire life and I’m 71 the place location is three minutes from the Carlton four minutes from all the shops and restaurants could be better.!!!!Go Anna !!!!!!

The location was perfect for us to walk to restaurants and the best snorkeling beaches. The beach across the road was also perfect for floating. The pool was a great place to relax. The shower was clean and spacious. AC was great. The outside patio was perfect for mornings and evenings. Free upgrade to ocean view was awesome! It was nice and quiet. Coffee maker and filters were perfect.

I can't think of much. It was a little small, but that was compensated for by the outside room area. The fridge was large and microwave was also very handy. See, I keep finding more good stuff!

The location of the Aruba Beach Appartment is in principle great: bus stop about 8min walk. Close to the beach. Palm Beach and Eagle Beach can also be reached in a 30-45min walk from the apartment, as well as Arashi beach in the North (but also well connected by bus). For those who travel without renting a car (like we did): there is no supermarket close to that Appartment.

The place itself has big potential but unfortunately is outdated and not well maintained. Our apartment (#4) was somber and dirty, the door to the apartment was difficult to handle (difficult to open and to lock). The bathroom was dusty and moldy. The accommodation does not offer good value for money. See also the pictures attached. However, it was very pleasant that we were allowed to check out later (on the other hand, we were the only guests at the resort during our 3-night stay).

Das Bett war bequem.

Die Unterkunft wirkte etwas heruntergekommen zudem waren einige Dinge kaputt (z.B. Fernseher funktionierte nicht, der Deckenventilator funktionierte nicht, Duschhahn war abgebrochen, bei den Lampen fehlte die Abdeckung).

Great location, staff is great! It was a quiet location with beautiful garden like surroundings. The outdoor kitchen and seating areas with the air conditioned bedroom is so cool. They had a nice pool on the property that we used multiple times. Wilson helped us out with anything we needed! The high rise area with restaurants and shops was conveniently nearby. The location and atmosphere of this place couldn’t be beat!

My only suggestion is just a few things in our unit could have been updated such as some of the appliances in the kitchen and beach chairs. All the appliances were clean on the inside and everything worked well so no complaints there just cosmetically on the outside. We didn’t use the dishwasher but it seemed in similar condition.

De locatie is erg goed, als je ook de beschikking hebt over een auto. Het team van Beaches Houses, Ana en Wilson, zijn de beste. Al onze buren bij het appartement tijdens ons verblijf waren leuke mensen.

De kite surfers die blijkbaar niet weten dat ze 50 meter vanaf de beach moeten blijven.

Las instalaciones son muy cómodas.El personal muy amable.La ubicación tiene sus pro y sus contras, está enfrente del mar,solo cruzar una calle,el mar no es muy cómodo para bañarse en ese sector.Caminando 10 min. ya puedes meterte al mar de forma comoda .Si rentas vehículo va a ser muy práctico,sino, para ir a la zona hotelera tenés límite horario de buses.

The location is perfect! Away from all the hussle of the big hotels but still in a walking distance from them. Across from the beach, quiet and still close to restaurants and shops

We loved everything!

Location and the hosts were top-notch. The apartments were 5 minutes away from Palm Beach and all the high-end luxurious hotels. It was about a 20-minute walk from the food/bar area. If you want to visit Eagle Beach, you can take the bus in front of the apartment.

I like everything about this property. Most part of places in aruba are like huge hotels, and for me its difficult to have this "beach, relax" feeling in this places. At Beach house I really have this feeling. Its my 4th time there, and I keep coming back :) Anita, Wilson, the owners are always kind !

Funny smell in the bathroom.

Rustic and simple but absolutely lovely. I had just transferred from a soul-less 5 star resort hotel with rude staff and this was the perfect antidote. Relaxed, very friendly, a one minute stroll to a secluded part of the beach. A nice outdoor area to sit and work or relax. I am happy walking and I walked into town along the beach most evenings (20 mins to the nearest restaurants, 45 mins for those further down near the strip. However it is hot and humid and so you might want to have a rental car or use taxis. During the day I picked up one of the loungers and headed to the beach to read and swim.

This place was absolutely as described and met all expectations.

This is great accommodation if you don’t want to be a part of the mass resort vibe, but want access to what’s on offer. We Loved having our own outdoor area and kitchen - which was great to unwind in. The location is good - access to the beautiful beach, the restaurants and casinos just a short walk along the road. The pool was perfect for a mid-afternoon dip.

Staff was Great. Apartments are dated and can use some updating but perfect for a group of 6 to dine outside and gather in the evening

Great location. Loved the outside living space. The facilities were adequate and meet all our needs.

The place was charming as such and the outside kitchen was really handy.

We got only one towel. The staff was not friendly at all. The faucet was dripping and the staff shouted at us for leaving it on while it was broken. Everything is worn down. Two of our outside lights didn't work. Fan in the bedroom didn't work either to which the staff replied: yeah it hasn't been working for a while. Once I used the stove and got an electric shock. The biggest issue I see, however was that the description of the place in Booking and reality didn't match at all. There was no swimmable beach near by. No convenient store. No restaurant or bars. A car was needed but the information on their page didn't suggest that at all. For the money we spent the place was definitely not worth it. We stayed in two different places after we left here for less money with much greater service.

Hard to find anyone on the property to get help from but other than that, it was good. Neighbors were kind to offer insight when needed!

Just by Ritz and Marriott a walk seconds across to the beach ... very safe ... more of an island stay than a hotel like stay ... home like ... full of people whom had stayed for years ... Anna in the office is a doll and the manager Wilson is very helpful and is there on site for caring for clients at all times ... truly one of the islands best kept secrets !!! A must to try ...

It should not be rated high. Place doesn’t have beach front . Beach is across the Main Street and it can be call beach actually since it’s not possible to swim in the ocean. Place is old and needs to be renovated asap. Very cheap pillows, no shampoo or anything in the bathroom. Not enough utensils, not enough towels, nobody is doing any cleaning if you don’t ask for it and place is dirty . No hair dryer or iron. You have to ask host every time if you need some of those. Beach chairs are falling apart. No washer or dryer. It’s very obvious that owner is saving money on everything as much as possible. Pool is really large hot tub and ocean view is almost non existent. Outdoor kitchen had fruit flies making cooking very hard. A lot of cats are climbing all over the place, kitchen,dishes etc. Mosquitos everywhere including the bathroom.If you don’t have a car you will spend fortune on taxi. Nothing is close. No restaurants,no food stores…resort is not 10 min away. It’s min half hour walk. Make long story short…. Nothing looks like on the picture. Place needs a LOT of work to look decent.And location is not like its described

Great atmosphere and helpful staff

Wonderful location at the quiet far end of Palm Beach away from the big hotels and closer to the quiet northern beaches that offer fantastic snorkelling. The atmosphere was so friendly and relaxed and we were made to feel so welcome by Wilson and Ana who were always there to help if we needed anything. The little pool is perfect for dipping in after a day snorkelling off Malmok or Boca Catalina beaches or for sitting around with a drink and a book. It's a short drive or a 20-minute walk to Malmok beach where you can find turtles (if you keep away from the tourist boats) and loads of amazing fish and sea creatures. A drive up to the California Lighthouse and Faro Blanco restaurant to enjoy the sunset is unmissable. If you want to enjoy all the beauty that Aruba has to offer but don't like crowds and big hotels, this wonderful place is for you.

Nothing! You do need a car, at least for some of the time, as there are no shops or restaurants within easy walking distance, although there is a bus service that runs regularly just outside on the main road. If you're hiring a car, book in advance if you don't want to pay double!

Aruba is extremely expansive! It was the best price I could find at the last minute and it was perfect for resting and relaxing. It is just a little dated but everything worked and it was super clean! Anna and Wilson were amazing host for a solo female traveller!

Unique place to stay, great if you want a more independent relaxed vibe rather than a resort. Great location for Malmok beach, only 15 minute walk. A car is required for Aruba im general but it's possible to walk 20/30 mins along the beach to town and a few beach restaurants. Lovely dipping pool and great seafront/sunset view. Very grateful for the quiet relaxed vibe.

All it needs is a mini market and a couple of restaurants or bars in easy walking distance. If you're the sort of people who don't like to hire a car, your options are very limited if you stay here but can be done all the same.

It was very quiet and peaceful. Ana and Wilson were very helpful and kind. The owners were wonderful Good location. Ana left me a wonderful Christmas jar of delicious chocolates.. Loved the daily visits from the cats :) I will be back!! Thank you.

The staff were great, the location was perfect. This is a casual place right across the street from the beach. The walk to the resorts was 10 minutes. We loved the outdoor kitchen and living area.

Good location in a quiet place. Walk 10 minutes to busy Palm Beach. Great atmosphere, Ana and Wilson were helpful with any request, including arranging car hire, airport transfers etc. The accommodation is self-catering, the small kitchen was fully equipped, the large fridge with a separate freezer was a surprise. Pleasant living area in the outdoor covered patio. Possibility of grilling. The bedroom is large enough, the bathroom with a shower is adequate. Small pool available, but adequate and clean. The accommodation is a pleasant counterpoint to huge hotels with all inclusive and lots of staff.

Location, privacy, charm, view, ambiance

Ana was very friendly. The location is very good. Close to many of the popular beaches by car, Arashi beach, eagle beach. Also, close to the hotel area by car but far enough to be quiet

Wilson's way of treating guests. He spoke to us rudely not in a way a guest would like to be spoken to. At some point he said if you want to leave and you don't like it you can leave.

Rustic, tropical vibe, outdoor kitchen. Excellent location walking distance to palm beach, kite surfing and snorkeling at malmok.

Bedroom would have stayed cooler with a door rather than curtain, but at night it was fine.
