The location is superb. View of the harbour from our room. Excellent breakfast. Very clean room with thoughtful amenities, coffee, tea, shampoo, extra blankets and pillows.

Ask for the ground floor if you have accessibility issues. Some of the rooms are up one flight of stairs.

The Hosts were very warm and welcoming. The room and bed were very comfortable. They served a full, delicious breakfast. We are staying again at the end of trip around Nova Scotia.

Great location!! Very friendly people.Kermit the dog was a sweetheart!!Could walk to all the lovely areas of the harbour front!! Really liked all of the information about Maud Lewis at the Visitor Information Centre. Truly enjoyed driving to the Replica of Maud Lewis’ home just outside of Figny on the Digby Neck, that Murray Ross made as a tribute to Maud. It was so interesting to speak with Murray about Maud as he could tell us about visiting Maud with his grandparents when he was a boy!!

Наша ванная находилась за пределами комнаты,но это не страшно,нам были предложены халаты для удобства. Очень удобное расположение.. Завтрак был превосходным.Спасибо за такое гостеприимство.

Waterfront property with nice views, cozy bedding.

Prime spot in Digby, right along the waterfront, close to restaurants and shops, and not too far to drive to the ferries to Brier Island for whale watching . There was a beautiful sitting area upstairs by the coffee maker which was nice. The staff were amazing and the complimentary breakfast was superb.

Thankfully, the host carried our large suitcases up the staircase for us, as with a nearly 200 year old inn, there’s no other way to get them up there, so be mindful.

We had a fantastic stay at the Come From Away BnB. The location was perfect and so easy to find after coming off the ferry. The parking was right next to the rooms, so very easy to access and bring our stuff into. We had a ground floor room with two beds that was so cute and comfy. The room was very clean and had lots of thoughtful touches and amenities. There are a number of excellent little restaurants within walking distance just up the road. (Be sure to make a reservation). We also enjoyed the lovely outdoor area after dinner. We sat and had a visit with some other guests and watched the sunset. Breakfast was in a beautiful little dining room and was delicious. We had coffee, OJ, waffles, bacon and fresh fruit… perfect way to start our day! I’d highly recommend this lovely little place for anyone travelling through Digby…. Be sure to say ‘hi’ to Kermit (the lovable golden retriever!).

Thin walls so you can hear people on other rooms, bathroom facilities a little dates

The location was perfect, very central in Digby town. I had hoped that we would have a view of the Annapolis basis but it the room far exceeded my expectations. There was a communal deck area outside the room but it also had a private decked balcony and chairs for watching the sunrise. The room was spacious and comfy and the breakfasts were very tasty. Joe and Barb were excellent hosts.

Nothing really…only the kettle warmed water for a cuppa rather than boiled it.

The B&B is nice and well maintained. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Very good home-made breakfast. The location is strategic, close to the village center and to restaurants, with a nice view on the water.

No choices for breakfast. Offered only waffles, which we usually do not eat !! What we didn’t ask for alternates. Bacon and fruit were good. Real maple syrup was good.

Very spacious and spotless clean. Rooms have everthing we need. One room is classic English style with antique furnitures. Another room gets alot of sunlight. The English style breakfirst is delicious. The view at the back yard is the Funday Bay which is very beautiful at sunrise and sunset time.

L’heure du petit déjeuner n’est pas flexible. On nous a proposé 7:30 ou 9:00, ce qui n’était pas compatible avec notre emploi du temps. Aucun support dans la chambre pour suspendre ses vêtements. Une commode inutilisable prend le peu de place à disposition. Tv minuscule.

We are return visitors so knew what to expect and met our expectations, clean, great breakfast, great value when compared to the Pines.

Nothing really to dislike....great value for money. It is located downtown close to road so can get some road noise but just to note.

The location was absolutely great, the staff was wonderful , the breakfast was amazing and the bed was comfortable.

The only thing was the air conditioner was Extremely Loud the last night for about 3 hours it rattled Non-Stop

I had booked room early in the year.. asked for 2 beds or large bed, since I was traveling with a friend, got reply that request would be looked after....upon arrive we were given a very small room with a double bed...not even enough room for a chair....our bathroom ( was private to our room but) was down the hall. We slept with door partly open because the room was so small ....could have been a walk in closet.......Barb said there was another room but she would have to charge us more.....i felt that the mix up was not on our end and we should have been given what we asked and were told we could have at the price quoted.......we did not want to make a big deal of it so......made it work. .. aside from that we had no issues at all

We were very happy with our choice to stay here. We were in the newer set of rooms just by the water, which worked out well. We could easily walk around Digby and then return to relax in the chairs by the bay. It was great to chat with the other guests over the excellent breakfast of crepes. Would definitely stay again.

La climatisation de notre chambre était très bruyante, pas pu s'en servir la nuit on a ouvert une fenêtre qui donnait sur la rue principale... bruyante elle aussi...

This was one of the best bed and breakfasts I’ve ever stayed in. Excellent excellent. The room was big and clean and the hosts were super. The two breakfasts were high end meals and Joe is an excellent chef. This was so much more pleasant than any hotel we have stayed in

Good Location. Host and Hostess were very pleasant, kind, respectful and helpful. They made a hearty breakfast, checked in with me earlier if I had any dietary restrictions. I really appreciated that since I am a vegetarian. The breakfast setup was in real Chinaware.

Clean rooms with all the necessities and the fact we could make use of the property be it the living room or the library. Everything was a walking distance.

Where to start - Barb and Joe were gracious hosts. The B & B is a Victorian House with I believe 3 rooms upstairs and additional rooms on the water in a separate building, behind the house. We received a warm welcome on arrival and the room was spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable and we had wonderful undisturbed sleeps. Even though there were 3 rooms on our floor, we didn't hear a sound. I think we have more creaks in our floors at home in Ontario than here. The breakfasts were superb - crepes, bacon and fresh fruit one morning and egg Benedict, bacon and fresh fruit with toast another day. Lovely endless coffee and OJ. The breakfast room is warm and welcoming and it was so nice to sit and chat with other tourists and hear their stories over breakfast and coffee. You can literally walk to downtown from the house where numerous seafood restaurants are located. There were also numerous places to sit outside and enjoy the property.

Nothing, we usually stay in hotels, believing we would have more privacy but based on this experience we would consider staying at other B&B's during our travels. I'd just worry that they wouldn't live up to this wonderful experience!

Perhaps one of the nicest B&B's we have stayed in on this trip and maybe top 10 overall. Rooms, Views, Owners, and breakfast were all amazing. Highly recommend and will definitely be back. Shout out to owner Joe! Thanks for the great stay! 👍👌

The setting overlooking the water was magnificent. It was so relaxing to sit outside and watch the waves and the seagulls. The room was quite comfortable, and I was impressed that the tub had a seat for people who might need it. Joe and Kirby were very helpful. The woman who served breakfast was as well, and I especially appreciated that she accommodated us for the early seating even though we had signed up for the later one. All in all, I highly recommend such a welcoming place to stay!

I like the organization and decoration of the room, in particular the bedspreads. The sunrise view was marvelous.

There should have been a microwave, individually wrapped coffee cups and materials, like sugar, whitened and stiring sticks.

The breakfast was delicious and the hosts were so kind and friendly.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious! We were served 2 crepes, maple syrup, bacon, and fruit. We chose the earlier sitting of 7:30 a.m. because we needed to leave early for a swim meet. We were extremely pleased that the breakfast was ready promptly so that we were able to eat before needing to check out. We knew we were cutting it close with our commitment at the 8:00 a.m. swim meet. The staff was very accommodating to make sure we were able to have time to eat our breakfast!

Delicious breakfast included!! We had the waterfront room which has been updated and was lovely with a great view. Walkable to town but not as close in as others, which suited us well.

Shower size and step up were difficult but it is an old home.

This B&B was extremely comfortable and in a quiet location close to the centre of Digby so you could walk to restaurants and other amenities. The breakfast was tasty and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend a stay if you are ever in the area.
