Very close to restaurants and shopping.

Breakfast was included but not served until 8:30 a.m. That’s quite late for travellers. The unfortunate part though was the fact that we were not permitted into the dining room until that exact time- door locked so we were limited to our room. Couldn’t grab a fresh cup of coffee while waiting.

Jenn, our hostess, was friendly and welcoming. She made us feel right at home. Our room was spacious and meticulously decorated with period furniture. The air conditioning was as quiet as a whisper and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Lisa made an excellent breakfast with a wonderful assortment of delicious foods.

The breakfast was wonderful, the room very comfortable and clean, the hospitality very gracious, the location excellent, the parking very easy and free.

Perfect location to Digby waterfront and restaurants. And the host is very nice. Watched the sunrise from our room and porch. Breakfast was excellent.

Jen and Lisa were wonderful as hosts and for delicious breakfast. The house is beautiful and Jen made it so homely. Loved it there. It is steps away from the harbour but has great views being slightly elevated. Nothing was too much trouble. Teas/coffees and delicious cookies were available to have anytime. So peaceful and a gorgeous room.

Impeccably clean rooms which offer privacy & comfort. Jan the host is delightful and makes you feel right at home. The home cooked breakfast was fresh & tasty. The B&B is perfectly located with an easy 5 minute walk to restaurants & shops.

The room was big, clean and comfortable, with a huge bed and a nice view. A good location right above the town.

When we arrived we were told “breakfast is at 8” - no options. We were both feeling a little under the weather, so both mornings we chose to sleep in, rather than go down to breakfast - not planned, just took it a day at a time. When we left we were treated to a lecture on how disrespectful it was for us to have not had breakfast without telling her. There were other guests. We had paid for the food and service - the only difference was that somebody else probably ate the food. I didn’t appreciate being scolded - even if it was in a “friendly” tone.

The period furniture sitting opens in the room were not super comfortable, but the bed was.

Exceptional location and views. Wonderful host and amazing historic building with lovely finishing, beds, and modern shower. The breakfast was a full table with china laid out. Full English-style breakfast with eggs, sausage and baked beans. As well as yogurts, cakes, homemade maple butter and jams.

I reserved the last available room but on arrival was offered a water view upgrade at no additional charge due to last minute cancellation. I needed to leave early for Yarmouth ferry and was given the most wonderful breakfast to go! Great location. Easy walk to waterfront and restaurants. Room was charming but with modern updates.

This place hits the sweet spot between maintaining original Victorian character and providing 21st century comfort and convenience. Our room was spacious and beautifully furnished with a clean, updated bathroom. Jenn was a delightful hostess, and the breakfast provided by Lisa was delicious and served in a lovely setting. This has to be one of the nicest, if not THE nicest B&B we've ever stayed in. It's also just up the (steep) hill from the center of Digby with its shops, restaurants, and marina. I'd say it's worth a trip to Digby just to enjoy this spot.

Our host, Jan was beyond exceptional. Her friendliness and willingness to help with anything made the propety shine. Her home is appointed with comfort to make our stay perfect. Cannot say enough. Oh yes, breakfast was like being in a Victorian home, China, linens, lively choices if food. All great to start the day.

A beautiful house on a stunning location. We can recommend the Rutherford room, a stunning spacious room with a four poster bed and a beautiful bathroom with very large shower. Jen is an amazing host. Breakfast was very good as well.

We had a great one night stay in Digby and received a warm welcome from Jen. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and offered good choice. We appreciated Jen's recommendation of a restaurant for dinner.

Amazing hospitality! Every detail of the room was thoughtful and comfortable. Bedding, towels, temperature, every detail was perfect. The breakfasts were delicious and so much variety was provided. Conversations with others staying were a highlight and this was all made possible thanks to a generous and thoughtful host who facilitated such gatherings. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

The property was absolutely gorgeous- our bedroom was spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast that Jennifer puts on was the best one that we have had on our trip to Eastern Canada. The table was laid out with beautiful china.

The bath shower is unique and is ‘out of this world’ technology. The accommodation is within walking distance from all the essentials. The breakfast spread is well within our expectations.

Lovely place built in 1910 with a great view overlooking the harbour. Our host Jen was terrific and breakfast was first rate. ( warning - be hungry)

The location was excellent. A beautiful view of the working harbour. Very close to the place we had prechosen to eat supper at that evening. The breakfast was unlike anything we have ever had at a B and B .. the eggs benefict with scallops was esquisite. Our room was upgraded from a street view upon my booking to a harbour view due to availability . Very comfortable bed and the modern shower was awesome. Free parking and internet. Wishing we had more time to spend at that residence itself to sit on the deck overlooking the harbour and to enjoy the front room to relax and enjoy talking to our hosts.

The view of the Digby Bay is absolutely stunning. The B&B itself is lovely and decorated with great attention to details. Room was big and comfortable. Very spacious bathroom. Host is very helpful and prepares a great breakfast.
