The shower can be better with better hot water supply

Extremely good views, great location among the resort. The breakfast was good.

The room was hot at night until 10pm as the window was small and the wind couldn’t lower down the heat inside the room.

Ми шукали готель, який був би близько до красивих місць, але водночас затишним і комфортним для сім’ї з дітьми — і Sommerhof чудово підійшов. Нас дуже тепло зустріли, а через пізній приїзд навіть залишили снеки в номері — дуже приємна турбота ❤️ Дуже смачна та різноманітна кухня, чудові сніданки й вечері. Окремо сподобався красивий інтер’єр з австрійською атмосферою, басейн і сауни для дітей та дорослих. Після довгих прогулянок у горах це було просто ідеально! 🏔️🧖‍♀️ Щиро рекомендуємо для сімейного відпочинку! 🇦🇹❤️

Schönes Zimmer, besonders aufmerksame Dame an der Rezeption, die uns gute Tipps zur Umgebung gab. Frühstück war sehr umfangreich, alles da was das Herz begehrt. Tolle Lage - mit dem Auto rund 10 Minuten zu den Gosauseen.

Hat alles gepasst!

Frühstück war wunderbar. Spielplatz und Pool wurden viel genutzt. Wir haben viele Ausflüge gemacht.

Ab 22 Uhr war es nicht immer ruhig draußen. Man musste die Fenster geschlossen halten oder Ohropax nehmen, um vor Mitternacht schlafen zu können. Auf manchen Balkonen wurde auch abends geraucht, auch darum musste man oft die Fenster schließen oder konnte den eigenen Balkon nicht nützen, weil einen der Rauch sehr belästigt.

Ein schönes Gebäude mit viel Charme und tollem Blick

Das Buffet war eine Katastrophe, der Pool öffnet im Sommer erst um 10 Uhr und wird um 19:30 Uhr geschlossen. Rauchen darf man vor dem Hotel. Gläser mit hoch zum Zimmer nehmen war nicht erwünscht. Beim buchen muss man aufpassen das man genau schaut die Zimmer zur Straße raus haben alle keinen Balkon und die Straße ist sehr befahren. Die Kellner waren unfreundlich. Es gab kein Guten Morgen nichts.....Preis Leistung passt absolut nicht. Das schlimmste war das Essen. Wir kamen von einem anderen Hotel mit den selben Sternen und hatten einen Vergleich. Hier fehlte Gastfreundlichkeit, Herzlichkeit das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Auf der anderen Straßenseite gab es einen leckeren Imbiss.

Příjemný personál. Excelentní snídaně, obrovský výběr, množství čerstvého ovoce.

Dle mne neodpovídá cena kvalitě ubytování. Nevím kde hotel nabral 4 hvězdy, za mne sotva tři. Pokoje malé, levně vybavené. Postele strašné, hotel nemá klimatizaci, takže v létě se dá spát jen s otevřeným balkónem a kouř od kuřáků z okolních pokojů vám jde brzy ráno každý den dovnitř. Koupelna miniaturní.

Das Buffet war schnell leer gegessen und wurde nicht mehr nachgelegt

Fijn familiaal hotel. Goede keuken, alles netjes en een zeer mooie en rustige ligging vlakbij het Gosau-meer. Mooie regio en vrij veel te bezoeken. Naast het Gosau-meer zelf kan ik zeker een boottocht op de Wolfgangsee aanbevelen samen met het stadje Sankt-Wolfgang en de Hallstattersee met het pittoreske stadje Hallstat (met wel veel Aziatische toeristen). Daarnaast zijn nog vele 'meren' te bezoeken, al dan niet gecombineerd met een boottocht.

Wel wat minpuntjes ivm het eten. Deels aan tafel geserveerd (hoofdgerecht keuze uit 3: vlees/vis of vegetarisch), deels buffet (salade bar en dessert). Hoewel alles lekker tot héél lekker was en zeker voldoende was, werd het buffetgedeelte soms niet snel genoeg aangevuld. Alles was ook niet altijd even warm (bvb de spiegeleieren bij het ontbijt), maar het viel in het algemeen zeker mee. Mij stoorde het persoonlijk ook wel een beetje dat alles qua opdienen wel heel erg snel ging al vroegen ze wel bij het wegnemen van je bord van de salad bar wel of het hoofdgerecht mocht volgen. Al bij al kleine minpuntjes bij een uitstekend verblijf en in het algemeen zeer lekkere en gevarieerde keuken.

价钱贵，房间小，路边吵，像睡在大马路上，配不起三千多元的房价，房间老旧，连洗手液被挤没了，都不知道换，体验极差，游泳池巴掌大，还脏，泡泡浴上飘着几只死苍蝇。屋内闷热，晚上一直有苍蝇飞来飞去，没有蚊香，咬了好几个包，游泳池游了一会儿泳，还过敏了，起了一身疙瘩。不要相信宣传图片，不建议住在这里！

The staff were extremely friendly, with special praise for Veronika at the reception. The studio apartment with a small balcony is spacious enough and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is exceptionally clean and very comfortable.

A few minor remarks about the bar staff: on two occasions we ordered drinks and had to wait about 10 minutes, and we needed to remind them about our order. I assume this was due to the restaurant being quite busy, so it's understandable and can happen. The hairdryer is rather weak, so after showering you'll need to allow a bit more time to dry your hair. It wasn't an issue for us, but I was surprised that a 4-star hotel room didn't have air conditioning. Overall, our impression was very positive. I would rate the hotel 8.5/10, and it offers good value for money.

아침식사 메뉴가 다양하고 깔끔했습니다. 직원들은 모두 친절했으며 아이가 있어서 거의 모든 시설을 이용했는데 매우 관리가 잘 되어있었습니다. 수영장과 놀이시설이 충분하여 아이들에겐 최고의 숙소였습니다. 룸이 넓고 아이들 침대공간이 분리가 되어있어 더 좋았습니다.

As father of young child I was very happy that our young one enjoy the stay and was having fun in hotel with all facilities that hotel offers.

Das Essen war sehr gut....beim Frühstück viel Auswahl!Der Pool war angenehm temperiert und der Jaqquzzi war super warm!Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt...

Die Nachmittagsjause war nicht inkludiert...(12€ pro Person)...wir wollten nur einen Kaffee und 1 Stück Kuchen...2kleine Kuchenstücke für 6,20...das war es nicht wert!

Tolle Lage, sehr sehr freundliches und herzliches Personal überall. Eigenes Skidepot am Lift, hervorragendes Essen. Der Pool.

Im Zimmer war es immer sehr warm obwohl alle Heizungen aus waren. Für schlafen mit offenem Fenster war es leider zu kalt.

Sehr aufmerksames Personal, Kindern wird hier nicht fad, Essen war sehr gut, sehr sauber. Sauna war super

Außenpool "nur"28 °C, whirlpool war auch kalt. Dann lieber schnell im die Sauna ;)

Great and kind staff. Located in a dreamy Austrian town with a gorgeous view of the mountains. The breakfast was delicious!

The design in the rooms is a bit outdated but still somehow added to the experience.

Angefangen vom Personal, welches wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ist, bis zu den Leistungen wie Sauna und Schwimmbad alles perfekt. Zum Thema Essen kann ich nur sagen: Frühstück mehr als reichhaltig, frisch und sehr gut. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, auch hier war ich sehr positiv angetan. der Fondue Abend war sehr angenehm, und mich der normal kein Buffet Liebhaber ist hat es sehr positiv gestimmt. Frische, Qualität und Sauberkeit, genügend Auswahl. Die Weinkarte sowie das gesamte Getränkeangebot haben mehr als überzeugt

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ordentlich und sauber. Das Rezeptionsteam ist sehr nett. Der Skistall ist direkt bei der Talstation - 200m vom Hotel entfernt.

Das Essen - sowohl Buffet als auch zu Tisch - war relativ kalt. Das Buffetareal ist sehr eng, da kollodiert man schnell mal mit anderen Gästen. Unser Zimmer stank nach Abfluss, die „Zaubertablette“ half wenig. Die Temperaturregelung in der Dusche funktionierte nicht, plötzlich wurde er kurz brennheiss (und das tat ziemlich weh). Auf Anfragen (auch über Booking) wurde nicht reagiert.

Obiekt bardzo zadbany, obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna ( pozdrowienia dla kelnera Roberta)lokalizacja hotelu bardzo dobra, blisko do stoków narciarskich oraz szlaków. Menu bardzo dobre i zróżnicowane.

Kiedy hotel ma wielu gości na parkingu robi się mało miejsca i inni goście parkują bardzo ciasno.

Tiszta és rendezett volt az egész hely. A magyar származású személyzet extra figyelmessége és a teljes személyzet vendégszeretete kifogástalan volt.

Talán éjszaka egy kicsit sok volt a fűtés a szobában, de ez meglehet csak saját hibánk volt, hogy nem sikerült jól beállítani a termosztátot.

מלון נעים במיקום סבבי , לא רחוק מזלצבורג ונוח לצאת אזורי אטרקציות בהנחה ששעה נסיעה זה בטווח הנוחות שלכם. ארוחת בוקר מגוונת טריה ועם אפשרויות לכל העדפות לארוחות בוקר אם זאת פשוטה בלי איזה דברים מיוחדים. מים חמים במקלחת ומצעים נעימים.

ארוחת הערב ממש דלה ולא טעימה. אולי בגלל שהמלון היה די ריק אבל האפשרויות היו מעטות וגם מה שהושג היה לא טעים בלשון המעטה. אין אפשרויות הסעדה באזור אז לא יודעת על אלטרנטיבה מוצלחת. הבריכה לא מספיק מחוממת כדי להנות מבריכה גם בימי החורף.

Nice enjoyable stay- great views of mountains - staff was super friendly. Breakfast buffet had lots of variety.

호텔근처 위치가 원래 식사하는 곳이 드물었는데 이 호텔에서 저녁식사와 아침식사를 같이 할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 시설은 오래되었지만 청결도는 아주 좋았으며 무엇보다 인포데스크 직원, 식당 직원들이 너무 친절해서 아주 좋았습니다. 아이가 객실내부 할로겐 전등을 만지다가 약간 손가락 화상을 입었는데 이부분은 LED 전등으로 바꾸면 좋을 거 같습니다. 나머지 다른 시설은 좋았습니다.

샤워실이 화장실 욕조내부에 투명차단막으로 이루어져 있어서 샤워하기가 좁아서 약간 불편했습니다.

The location and the view were amazing. The service was also good. They have good facilities. We enjoyed our stay here and would consider staying here again.

The room lacked a kettle and some basic stuff like coffee or tea sachets.

Gut ausgestattetes Hotel in schöner Lage mit sehr freundlichem, zugewandten Personal, welches individuell auf die Gäste eingeht. Die Gäste werden hier mit sehr viel Wertschätzung behandelt. Ich möchte mich an dieser Stelle herzlich dafür bedanken. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr gut ausgestattet und lädt zur Entspannung ein. Das Essen ist sehr lecker.

Le restaurant est très cher pour ce que c'est et en arrivant à 19h15 il ne restait rien et nous n'avons eu aucun choix dans le menu. Le sauna est ouvert de 15h à 19h, nous n'avons donc pas pu en profiter ni le soir ni le lendemain matin

Leider sehr unpersönlich. Gespür für Details fehlt in diesem Haus. SPA Bereich leider ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage mit Blick auf den Gosaukamm und auch der Schilift ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Auch die Ausstattung des Hotels ist sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich.

할슈타트 숙소가 비싸고 고사우호수까지 가고싶어 예약한 숙소입니다. 저녁,아침식사 모두 맛있었고 특히 아침식사는 신선한 과일이 많아 든든하게 먹었습니다. 식당 남자직원 너무 친절하셨고요 조용한 마을도 사랑스럽고 야외수영장에 애기들과 함께 온 가족단위 숙박객이 많아 안전하고 좋았습니다. 오래된 호텔인데 욕실과 화장실을 리모델링해서 편했답니다

Great food.

The hotel is completely run for children. They are everywhere running around making a lot of noise: in the pool, the dining room, in the halls. There is no space designated for adults or hours in the pool designated for adults. The tiny pool was packed with them so it was basically unusable. This was way way way overpriced for just two adults.

It is a good hotel. During summer holidays it is crazy expensive. (english) breakfast was good. Interior of hotel is good. I had booked Junior suit so my room was pretty big and nice.

No air conditioning. Swimming pool is bad. You will find insects died in pool. No maintenance.

호텔은 무난했어요. 수영장과 사우나가 있었으나 이용할 시간 부족으로 사용 못했구요. 조식은 맛있었구요. 체크인하고 할슈타트를 가볍게 다녀왔는데 아주 좋았어요. 20-25분쯤 걸려요. 이 호텔을 택한이유는 고사우 호수를 가기위함이였는데 정말 꼭 추천드립니다. 호텔 주위 산 풍경을 보시면 고사우 호수 느낌이 오실거에요.

Cleanliness, location, restaurant and amazingly pleasant and helpful restaurant staff. Quiet with lovely nature views in each direction.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful.

We booked a suite that accommodates four adults（1 king bed and 2 Twins bed）， at the time of booking, my father-in-law was unsure he could join us or not，He only decided to come and bought his ticket in the final week before the trip. However, when we arrived, the hotel claimed that our reservation was for three adults and charged us an additional €70 per night. This was the first time I’ve ever heard of being charged extra while still staying within the room’s stated capacity! We also had dinner at the hotel, which turned out to be the most expensive meal of our whole trip 3 main crouses no Appetizer no dessert cost 199 €!

Sometime it’s weird if hotel staff asks someone to not take urgent phone call while eating breakfast. It gives feeling of school hostel than hotel 😉… Another wired thing I noticed is that, you can sit only on same table (allocated on your first arrival day) for breakfast and dinner for your entire stay.
