Provider-sourced guest reviews.
Hotel Odeon is well located and they've done a great job making the hotel luxurious and premium with an older building that has narrow halls and is a very narrow building. There's a lift, and the rooms are well appointed. The do have central A/C and, the only issue there is that you cannot control the room temperature but at least it is cool! Nice breakfast too.
Just wish you could control the A/C temp from the room
All staff we encountered were very friendly, check in was super easy, the rooms were pretty and comfortable. The place felt safe and the area was good for exploring.
very quiet room, comfy bed, great location in walking distance to trains and attractions.
bathroom was on the tiny side and the room was quite small
Localização excelente! Decoração aconchegante.
Quarto muito pequeno, mas é Paris...
Great location , and friendly helpful staff

Situation et calme
The hotel is nice, very kind personnel, the breakfast is abundant and fresh, I woul add more fruits.
I can't say enough about Odeon Hotel! After my 4th stay, this is truly a gem in the heart of old Paris. A perfect boutique hotel with old Parisian charm, and modern amenities. The staff is warm and welcoming. The rooms are very clean, with comfy beds, very quiet, real air conditioning, walk in showers, lots of planes to plug in electronics. Delicious breakfast. And elevator. And, it's in the perfect location with a metro station 1 minute away, and you can easily walk to many places in Paris from there. There are tons of shops, restaurants, and cafes all very close by. A true gem!
We stayed here during the Paris heatwave and were thankful we had booked this hotel. The AC worked well and our room was very comfortable, cool and quiet. The location is also excellent, as is the breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!
Nothing!
I had high hopes for this hotel, given all the great reviews I read before making the reservation. It did not live up to the high review rate. There were many good things: it was clean, the staff were friendly, it was quiet, and many good options for eating within walking distance. However, if you are someone who does not like tight spaces, this hotel is not for you. I had read the elevator was extremely small, and that is no exaggeration. Only 2 people can fit comfortably. My husband and I are not large people, and we fit fine, but if anyone else had joined us, it would've been uncomfortably close. We chose to only take the elevator to go up, as we were on the 4th floor and after walking through Paris in a heat wave, did not want to walk four flights up. We took the stairs to go down each morning. The room was very small and ours was dark, so it felt even smaller. The bathroom was nice, updated, and roomy, except for the toilet area which was tucked into a recess in the wall. The halls are also extremely narrow, so you have to walk single file, and allow people to go into doorways one at a time. The color scheme of the hotel is a dark aqua with painted beams. It felt a little like a 1970s horror movie vibe (I was waiting for Vincent Price to show up). Breakfast was adequate (scrambled eggs, cereal, yogurt, pastries, fruit), but there was no variation from day to day, except the breakfast meat. The AC was struggling to keep up, definitely not working to the typical American hotel standard. I do not think this was the hotel's fault. With the extreme heat we had while there, it seemed like most places with AC were not cooling that well. If you are even slightly claustrophobic, I would not recommend this hotel. I do realize that many Paris boutique hotels are like this, but wanted to give a realistic review for those who struggle with small quarters. My husband is not bothered by small spaces typically, but he too felt this hotel was uncomfortably small.
Service & Lage
E erythi g was fine. We will come back
We have stayed here many times. We love the location and the staff is very friendly. It’s an older hotel so a bit worn but very comfortable and pleasant.
In past years the hotel would have water and snacks in the lobby after breakfast. They stopped doing that a couple of years ago and we miss a nice glass of water before going to our rooms.
The location was excellent, feeling safe was our priority and we didn’t doubt about it while walking everywhere through neighborhood. Staff was kind and helpful. Rooms are clean. Definitely was a delightful stay and would come again :) (but will ask for a larger room next)
Size of room
Have stayed here many times. Great service. Small but very charming rooms, with beautiful bathrooms. Great location near metro, in an adorable (one of my favorite) neighborhoods. Delicious breakfast included. Will always be back!
Clean, cosy and nice hotel with superb location. The staff was very accomodationg and friendly. An overall very plesant experience. Highly recommended.
Excellent from beginning to end. Great service, location was fantastic. I was upgraded to a larger room that was available. Everything was clean and modern. Almost couldn't fault it.
The only thing for me that could have been better was the gluten free breakfast offering. I was given some gluten free crackers to accompany my breakfast that was offered but nothing else. Would have been nice to have had actual bread or pastries.

Well located in the centre of Paris with good access to many of the city attractions. Excellent facilities (particularly the Aircon); compact rooms admittedly but well serviced to a high standard; excellent breakfast; particularly must mention the front of desk staff who were most helpful and offered there services willingly which was greatly appreciated

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff! Everyone was extremely friendly. It was also a great location. They gave us great recommendations for dinner and places to go and nothing disappointed. My wife and I walked to a lot of places that were around. Lots of restaurants, shopping, and historical monuments. The Eiffel Tower was a 45 min walk or a 10-15 min drive. It is not visible at all from this hotel if that is of importance. Also the complimentary breakfast was delicious and well stocked.
Our only complaint is that the room was quite small, which we were warned about from previous reviews. We stayed for 4 days and any longer I think my wife would have went back to the states without me ;) Also the air conditioning did not work as well as we would have hoped especially with the current heat wave so sleeping at night was very difficult. Otherwise this place would have been perfect
Close to many sights. Cute neighborhood!
Room is small ..just a king bed for a double deluxe room. Bathroom was good size too.
Our family of three (two adults and our young adult daughter) had a wonderful stay. The location in the Latin Quarter was fantastic, with countless restaurants, cafés, and shops just steps away. It was also an easy walk to the Seine, Notre-Dame, and the Louvre, making it a perfect base for exploring Paris. The room was comfortable, but what really stood out was the air conditioning. We visited during a major heat wave, and the strong A/C made a huge difference in our trip. Some of our family members stayed at nearby hotels/Airbnb's without air conditioning and were miserable, so we were especially grateful to come back to a cool, comfortable room each day. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to start the day. As a bonus, our room even had a small view of the Eiffel Tower. It was the perfect way to unwind each evening, relaxing in bed and watching it sparkle after a full day exploring the beautiful city of Paris. We would happily stay here again.
breakfast was very good
great location rooms are small but the hotel is good value for money very nice staff, decent breakfast was included
Very friendly staff and excellent location.
Small room in the roof was perfectly clean and suffice for sleeping
The staff was excellent. Hotel was nicely situated. It was clean and very agreeable.
The hotel cannot control the weather. It was hot one evening. But, really, you’re in Paris. So it was fine.
Beautiful room, huge bathroom with double sink, amazing breakfast, great location steps from metro. AC was strong. Would definitely recommend!
The staff was exceptionally good and helpful. The AC worked well on the hottest day in years. The breakfast was exceptional.
I thought it was expensive
This is a lovely and quaint hotel with excellent front desk people and a wonderful breakfast. I was told it was a continental breakfast, but it was so much more. The croissants were the best I had in Paris. The location was excellent right off Boulevard Saint Germaine. The rooms are small but have everything you need.

Sehr nettes sauberes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Badezimmer war sehr groß
My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at The Odeon. The staff were attentive, warm and competent as they arranged for our reservations, tours and transfers seamlessly. The location is perfect for a great access to all of Paris and it is on a quiet street so sleeping is peaceful. The bathrooms are renovated smartly. The bedrooms were a bit small- but authentic and charming
Localização espetacular.
The bed was very comfortable and the concierge Nelson was lovely. Loved the 24 hour staff
The rooms were just a bed and bathroom. Not any space for anything else.

Great location. Many cafes and restaurants around. Can walk to many places of interest from the hotel. The staff were very kind and accommodating
The hotel is centrally located. The rooms are on the small side, but that was fine for our needs. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, and we would probably book this hotel again.
Breakfast was very good with eggs, bacon/sausage, cheeses, fruit, bread, pastries, and cereal. The best part was the location. It is very central for exploring the left bank. Metro stop is close by, as well as many restaurants.
As always in Paris, the room could have been larger. But it was okay and what we expected.
The hotel is very classy with a Parisien charm located in a prime location in Paris. It is in a safe area in the district surrrounded by cafes and restaurants. The reception and staff were great. They were very accommodating, courteous and helpful. Highest commendation to Nelson and another receptionist who provided excellent service to our family. The rooms were a tad small but very nice and comfortable. All amenities you needed were provided for.
The elevator is a bit small but it is understandable considering it is a boutique hotel in the middle of Paris. It is still a 10/10 for us regardless.
an excellent boutique hotel

Great location! Helpful staff 24/7. Clean and updated.
Room was a little small, but comfortable.
Lovely stay in a great location. Our standard room was quite small but comfortable and nicely decorated. The bathroom was spacious. Everything was very clean. Nice buffet for breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There’s an elevator but we were just one flight up so we only used it to get our luggage up and down. There are lots of cafes and shops nearby and Luxembourg Garden is just a five minute walk.
This is a very nice hotel in a great location. We love and always stay in the 6th arrondissement and this is our new favorite place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good varied breakfast, both hot and cold, and lots of pastries. Housekeeping staff very thorough. Small refrigerator in room. Limited closet space but that’s all small hotels in this area. Very clean hotel, quiet street, easy access to buses and Metro on Boulevard St. Germain only two blocks away.
Breakfast was good with a good selection, staff were friendly and helpful and the room was nice and clean and comfortable. The hotel is also in a pleasant area with nice restaurants and cafes close by .
My husband and I stayed at the hotel two years ago, and were happy to return this Spring. The hotel location is terrific (close to everything but quiet at night), the rooms are tidy and clean, the breakfast is lovely and the staff took excellent care of us. We will be happy to return on our next trip to Paris.
Unfortunately, I became sick shortly after we arrived in Paris, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the kindness, care, and compassion shown to me by your entire staff during our stay. Everyone was so warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful, which made a difficult situation so much easier. I especially want to acknowledge the amazing housekeeper, whose care and kindness truly meant so much to me. Please let her know how appreciated she was. Every interaction we had with your staff reflected such professionalism and hospitality. Despite not feeling well at the start of our trip, your team helped make our experience in Paris comforting and memorable. We will always remember the generosity and warmth we received at your hotel. Thank you again for everything.
Good service, nice breakfast, comfortable room, good location, close to all transportation and restaurants.

This was my second stay at Odeon Hotel, and it was delightful as the first....The rooms are clean, the front desk, especially Salima and Sonya, are nice and helpful and the location cannot be beat. The breakfast is also lovely! I absolutely love this hotel and will be back!

The management
My daughter (10) and I had a fantastic stay at Odeon hotel and would highly recommend it. We stayed in their deluxe double room, which was beautiful, spotless, and featured a lovely balcony. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The breakfast was also excellent, served in beautiful surroundings that made each morning feel relaxed and enjoyable. The location is perfect—set in a charming and quiet street, yet just next to shops, cafés, and restaurants. It was the ideal base for exploring the area while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish.
Posizione
The location was wonderful. It was close to many shops, cafes and restaurants. It was an easy commute to many of the iconic Paris sites. Our room had a view of the top portion of the Effiel Tower, which was a wonderful bonus. The breakfast was very good. The staff were very pleasant. I wish I could remember everyone's names but I do remember Jerome. He was so friendly and professional. The room was well tended to and adequate. Very pleasant experience.
We had limited counter space and places to hang things like clothes, coats, etc. It is a rather small room but perhaps a counter that is able to be folded up could be added? It would also be helpful to have more hooks in the bathroom.

The Odeon Hotel was far and away our best hotel stay ever in Paris. It's beautiful, well-appointed, in the perfect location, and staffed by very kind and helpful people. We will be back!
Great location, nice room, quiet even on the street side. Good shower and friendly staff.
Breakfast is a bit limited, without a coffee machine (in a thermos flask).
Café da manhã maravilhoso. Muitas opcoes e tudo delicioso. Croissant quantinho e ovo mexido perfeito
Localização. atendimento da equipe. Limpeza do quarto
The breakfast was excellent and the location was unrivalled. Close to many important attractions in a very walkable neighbourhood. Have already been back once since my first visit last month and would be happy to return. There was a small mix-up with a quoted price but the hotel respected their initial quote after some communication.
Location is excellent. Rooms are not huge but very comfortable and fully equipped with typical Parisian decor. Bathrooms are spacious and plenty of hot water and good water pressure.

The area where the hotel is located is absolute gold , Saint-Germain at its best. The staff are super nice and helpful. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the room was an unexpected bonus
The bed could have been slightly bigger.

This was our second stay at this property for good reason. Great staff, services, amenities, and location. The hotel is well kept and super clean. We will stay here again for any future visits. Love this place.
El trato del personal. Muy amables . El silencio durante el desayuno
Pues nada especialmente
Excellent breakfast, great location
Thank you for an amazing experience! Sonia is truly a gem and went above and beyond for us. We highly recommend Hotel Odeon❤️
Lokasyon çok iyiydi
Perfect location, clean warm quiet room, great breakfast, very gentle personnel. We enjoyed hospitality.
Breakfast was good, staff were very friendly and helpful, location was amazing. The room was very clean and quiet. We had a little bit of a view of St. Sulpice and the very tip of the Eifel Tower. Room had a small but useful fridge, they always refilled the water, housecleaning did a great job. Wifi was good, bathroom/shower were fine.
The only thing is that this particular room (#61) was quite small for the bed size, even by typical European standards (I am German, we have traveled very extensively in Europe, and we get it about room size in Europe being smaller). But with our suitcases on the folding racks, I had about 6" at the end of the bed to navigate my way out. We used the small desk chair as a 2nd night stand.
location close to the Senate - the staff were friendly and helpful
very cramped room with very little space other than the bed. bathroom was 'compact' with intermittent hot water supply
